The place is nice. The pool and beach area are lovely but the room even it has beautiful view (suite) it’s small and smelly — disgusting smell plus the cigarette smell. The service needs more and more improvements. With it comes to HISPITALITY AND COORDINATION with staff. They are not organized. Got the booking 1month ahead and keep on calling them to update and upgrade but when we reach there they will give us different from what we paid and booked. Booked connecting rooms for family — theey will separate rooms. Result: CHECK IN AT 4pm we have babies all of us are hungry, stressed at upset. Over charged with price of the other room. Will Refund only after 15days. Delay service house keeping. The first day was wasted but good thing the next day was superb some how got enjoy after what happened. They upgraded our room and extended the stay to 3pm though we out at 2pm.

Me and my sister stayed here for a night and the place is really awesome! We enjoyed everything here. The room is above expectation (considering a very affordable rate they offer). We enjoyed the scenic view of the beach and pool as well. Every place in the hotel is really instagramable! Another plus is "Wifi is everywhere". So, if you want to have facebook live or post pictures in real time, it's really possible The place is not crowded and from reception, to room, to restaurant, and pool side… we experienced a very awesome service! They serve a very refreshing drink once you arrived at the reception. Special mention that the reservation staff, Ms. Angel, is very accommodating and they are actually responding to messages in messenger. Hotel ambiance is very relaxing (that's why it is a perfect place if you want to just relax and enjoy your day). Also, the pool and the beach are well maintained and clean. You will not got irritated by high chlorine content in swimming pool (as what other swimming pools are expected to have). Even the complimentary lunch that they served to us is very unexpected and surprising! We are not expecting that we will have very great "complimentary" lunch. Very professional service. We also ordered a dinner set from the restaurant and the serving is very awesome as well. Worth the price!

Beach hotel for an affordable price, we are more than satisfied. Very close to airport, very noisy in the room did not open the window. But the air conditioning worked, the bathroom too was all properly and good. Cleaning daily, but sand still shaft. The rooms are all double! If you eat with a child over 5 years, I suggest just to clarify about the extra bed she paid! In the morning, the pool water aerobics, very funny. ) For children been animation. There is a children's ploshadka, not much. Beach mushrooms, parasols and plenty of sunbeds. The food buffet. Not far from the hotel there is a shop, there are all. On the second line, across the street at hotel al Seef Russian restaurant "Kazan". That's where the food is great. Went a few times, directly soul took, meat eaten. The hotel meat at all is not normal. Near the hotel stops the bus to the city centre. There is a Shuttle to Dubai. Strict Sharjah Emirate, there is a prohibition, and women try to dress a little more modestly than in Dubai. In General, well-rested, only a long flight)
