I would like to give you a feedback regarding our stay in Copthorne Hotel Sharjah, weve checked in last night 18th of June 2020 Thursday at 10 pm, I must say that the experienced was very bad, the toilet is so dirty, and dusty, the water in the shower is worst than u can ever imagine, The water is dirty as hell with a yellow rusty color, we do understand that there's few staff working in the hotel due to the pandemic but at least the housekeeping staff should at least check the room and clean the room before we check in since the booking was made a day before. Sad to say that it was a terrble experience, first impression last and if this is the kind of service u guys have then u won't have any repeat guest after that. One more thing is when you guys deliver the breakfast in our room at 6am in the morning, we know that there's no dine-in or buffet because of the Covid 19, but u guys can't just rang the bell anytime u want, nobody asked us last night when we checked in what time we wanted our breakfast to be delivered, we were in a deep sleep and was disturbed by the staff to deliver the food, not only the breakfast was so bad, it was terrible, we weren't even ask how we want our eggs to be cooked and they just assumed that it was fine. Overall we wouldn't recommend your service to our friends or relatives.

Ideal location to explore Sharjah. Very close to all the shopping and site seeing. Plenty of restaurants and cafes near by. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it.

Great hotel. A varied buffet. The sea is 15 min walk or bus from the hotel. There are many shops, cafes and pharmacies nearby. Many excursions are offered.

Nice hotel. Beautiful interior, spacious rooms of minuses-dirty dusty windows, far from the beach (~ 2 km), monotonous food. From the pluses-to be in the center, a lot of shops nearby, you can arrange picnics on the lagoon in the evenings. Small but cozy rooftop pool and sauna.

Thanks to god having like this hotel to stay long time. I feel hotel like a hotel. Specially the service, room, front office staff then pool its amazing. I pray with god if possible to stay in this world long time I would like to stay with same like a copthorne millinium…

The facilities are fine location is great. I was ready to extend my stay for few days more as appreciation of the value for money paid.

We spent a vacation here from March 20, 2018 (15 days) with the whole family-four. Children 6 and 3 years.
The hotel is very pleasant. At its four stars corresponds quite.
I especially note the restaurant. We took breakfast and dinner. Dinner can be "exchanged" for lunch-very convenient when you go on a tour and dinner is not bandstand. Although dinner time is up to 22:30! The restaurant is spacious, there are always places. At dinner people very little, at supper, Polrestorana, and at breakfast almost full. The breakfast was very good… Lunches and dinners are varied and refined. Soup, for example, in two weeks repeated only once! The dishes are very tasty and children always have something to feed. There are, of course, specific couple-three dishes-spicy-puffs or with spices, but it is an amateur.
I especially note the work of the staff. From the doorman at the entrance to the hotel manager-all very polite and attentive!

Modest hotel, rooms in which the view is not on the lagoon, very dark as the room only has bedside lamps as lighting and a view of the wall of the neighboring building. Noisy. There is a lot of Supermaoketov, café where you can eat. On the sea carries a bus. For a second trip the hotel would not have chosen.

Lovely hotel near Khalid lake. The room was big and service was good. The room view was to Khalid lake.

The price is a little bit high. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house keeping are ok. Their toothbrushes are divine! So soft I can't find similar ones at any shop! Reception personnel are good but took a long time for check in. However, all staff are friendly. It's not hard to find taxis.

Excellent views of the corniche and a great location right on the Corner drive. Gives a 360 view of the Al Majaz water promenade. Hotel has great spa and good f&b nearby. This hotel with a 4 star rating seems to be as good as a 5 star. Nice areas for morning and even strolls around. Beautiful landscape.

We stayed in this hotel for a few years. Very good location, near the long promenade with palm trees, a very popular place for picnics and family vacations local. On the beach there is a free shuttle or taxi, 11. Five dirhams.

The hotel is very conveniently located on the promenade of Sharjah. Near parks, shops, cafes. To the sea 20 minutes on foot. Good breakfast.

The hotel is very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. You can find food for every taste. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. It's OK, but you can't talk to Vatsapp and Vaiber. Straight bow.

The room was very clean. Also shampoos, means of personal hygiene. Slippers and halates are not. No sheets on one bed, approached spoke useless. Sleeping on a blanket. Dr was, promised a surprise in honor of the holiday, then the cake, nothing was. Approached asked, apologized said everything will be, until the end of the rest was nothing. At sea the bus is in 10 and 12 days. On a paid (35DRH and children's 25), at one time. There are sunbeds. But there's no such thing as meaningless. Rooftop pool, gym, spa. The only normal view from the window is on the lagoon, the rest is on the non-bowing. Status * * * * does not match! Compared to European hotels.

Currently here for an extended stay of 1 month. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms are of a good standard though slightly dated. Internet is stable and fast. Included breakfast is of excellent quality. Free parking. 5 minute taxi to the beach or Sharjah city centre. All in all this seems like a good place to stay in Sharjah.

I stayed here for a month so believe me when I say this is everything you are looking for. Beautiful rooms and delicious food! Zerise amboh, Rhyan, Babith were kind and supportive at the Lagoon. You'll enjoy the view from the restaurant and the gym as well! A great place to stay! I'd highly recommend it.

The location was prefect near of everything. However, the atmosphere of the hotel was not good while sleeping in the room, we hear every single voice of the next door guests and from the passage.

We had a lot of difficulties sleeping in this room. The air conditioner was really musty and moist which caused us some sinus congestion. We tried to open the windows to let some dry air in, but they were locked for safety. We ended up going for a 3am walk to clear our congestion and this really helped. If your not sensitive to humidity, its a great hotel with great location, underground parking, lots of restaurants near by, nice views and very attentive and helpful staff.

Good day to all! Here came my time to talk about the holiday and the hotel in which we spent 8 days from 20 to 28 July 2017года! Probably just say that to go at this time of the year in the Emirates is not worth it! In Sharjah you should not go to any time of the year! But this is my purely subjective opinion! After Dubai Sharjah pales! And in addition to the riverbank and the Park of children's attractions, no interesting places are no longer there! The hotel in my view does not match 4☆ because we've been in 4 star hotels that are just gorgeous! Despite the fact that the hotel is built in 2013, everything is looks very new! The room is no good, because all things are wet! We stayed in a room on the eighth floor and our window room was slightly on the lagoon, and other living room looked out onto a wall of another building, as they are close to each other and it's certainly not very good! The bathroom I had to clean it, but it
because I'm the perfectionist! And in General, the staff is friendly, the rooms are in principle almost identical, but hungry you will not remain! If managing staff is important the opinion of their guests, pay attention to the cleaning of the rooms and their condition. Some of the bathrooms flowing water while taking a bath on the floor! To anyone planning a stay in this hotel, good luck!

Not as clean as expected. Courteous staff and nice location though. When I stayed there, many large tourist groups spotted.

Stayed here while on business. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were courteous. Although, there were too many russian holidaying families, seems to be popular in those circles. The coffee shop in the lobby was pretty good, try their donuts and cookies.

Good evening everybody! I arrived to sharjah and spent the first night at Copthorne Hotel 2 days ago… It was fabulous… the receprion, the welcoming, the conceirge, my room, the service was fast and excellent… the second day, I moved to Hilton… I was really disappointed especially because of the high price and I wasn't allowed to use the swimming pool because I wear Hijab though I'm in the middle of Sharjah… This is why I came back to Copthorne and i'm staying for 5 days and maybe more… everything about copthorne hotel is special, the variety of food offered at the breakfast buffet, the excellent room service and the availablity of recreation like the gym, swimming pool, spa… don't think twice… book now at Copthorne Hotel and you'll be satisfied… special thanks yo Mr. Emad and the lady at the reception that I forgot the name…

I am in this hotel so far. The restaurant is not possible. As for the glacier. I don't know what to do so. I caught a Cold because of this. So everything else a lot of spicy food. The child can not eat such food. Have to pay money and go to another. Asked at the reception to solve this issue, so I responded rudely that no one complained about the cold. So may we'll be the first. But not really…

The hotel was simply awesome! they have some great employees. I would like to recognize them & their excellent service to copthrone. And they are Samia, Zeeshan & Akif. They were so wonderful & very helpful to us. I have missed my flgiht & that day we checked out earlier. Mr. Zeeshan helped us to get the same room and without any extra charge. Thank you so very much mr. Zeeshan. Along with him Ms. Samia helped us as well. Mr. Akif was very pleasent & his welcoming was simply nice. The room service was excellent. I would defintely and highly recommend this hotel to people. One of the best place that one can stay in Sharjah!

The worst hotel I've seen in my life.! The ladies at the front desk did not help was rude.! Wi-Fi? hahaha… NOT FREE.! every day maximum 1 hour the ladies say on rec.! The room is ok clean but window dark gray dirt.! You can not go out onto the terrace.! Sharjah city.! Every day whe need new keycard to room.! the computer is broken…! This hotel COPTHORNE is realy BAD hotel…!

£60 per night for a a family of 4 with breakfast included, free Wi-Fi and lovely views of the corniche, amazing value.

We stayed here for only one night nice and clean hotel. It is about 30 minutes away from the airport.
