Large clean room with a fast easy check in. Close to interstate and great for a good nights rest and hot shower. Comfortable bedding and great shower pressure. Rooms have full amenities such as t. V. Microwave, and mini fridge. Pool was 4 doors down and full of loud kids but I couldn't hear them in our room. I would stay here again.

The Quality Inn room we stayed in was clean and smelled fresh, the beds were comfortable. The Office staff were very pleasant to welcome us and check us in. It was quiet in the night, so we could have a good sleep. A good place to stay for a night or two!

Very clean. Fast check in. Contenental Breakfast. Parking. Off Freeway. Friendly service. Ill come back!

I called the front desk just now to ask for a message to be left and as soon as I said the room number the front desk clerk (female) just transferred me straight through. I had to call back and was hung up on, I then called a third time and quickly said I need a message left please don't transfer me through "again. " She must have been pretty busy at 11:30pm on a Wednesday due to her curtness as well as how abrupt she was. I also asked if she could schedule a wake up call for tomorrow. I was told "we don't go knock on doors. " I didn't ask that I said, I asked if you could do a wake up call. I was told "yeah we don't do those. " Interesting due to the fact I have never been told that before nor have I heard of hotels that do not offer that service. I do hope the young women at the front desk this evening has a better night.

They have done a good job refreshing and updating this motel good breakfast awesome bed. Temperatures starting come up in Yakima area we walk in the lobby in the 1st thing they did was offer us some fresh cold water.

The rooms were very nice clean and very modern loved them! The housekeepers were nice friendly did a good job. The front desk clerk on the other hand (Brian) was very rude and unprofessional when customer service is your job you would think someone would have great service but not in this case I work at a front desk of a choice hotel and that kind of behavior would be unacceptable either way loved the rooms but sadly because of the bad experience at the front desk we will not stay at this hotel again.

Room stank… this place says non smoking rooms… not true, if u smoke… go ahead they could never proove it… our room smelled like an ashtray. Local no-tell motel, other guest appear to actually live there… strange activity Showers are disgusting. Doesnt drain… dis olored with filth. Many of the TV stations on the list are just fuzz. They cut their breakfast hours back to 9am… no sleeping in on a weekend if you want breakfast. Sheets had stains so did the pillows and even the "cover"… not sure if thats a blanket or not. And our room keys always get erased… 3rd time weve been here in as many years, room keys always delete.

Anything that can go wrong at a hotel, happened here. Impressive.

It's just okay. If you need a cheap room while you're passing through it's fine. Adjacent to Mall And all the restaurants in Union Gap. Not a destination Hotel.

It's not too bad. The rooms face the street with a big window overlooking the parking lot, which can make the room kind of cold. The water pressure is good, but the shower head came at eye level so it was a but short for my tastes (I'm 5'7"). The comforters are also quite thin, like quilts but not quite, and I had to layer two to be comfortable. Some aspects of the room are new, like the beds and the floors, but others are on their last legs. The microwave is ancient and the towels are a little nubby. But it's discount rooming right off the highway, so you get what you pay for. I slept fine with the two blankets and the staff were awesome!

We had a lot of issues with our key but the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Clean room. Friendly and courteous checkin. Reasonable rates. Never heard anything through the walls (and there were teenage girls on both sides of us). Stone's throw from mall, Shari's restaurant (good place to eat), and gas station.

All hospitals especially in small rural areas are. Forcing patients out of hospital. They do not LISTEN to patients SPOUSES they are left to care for their spouses that are told they can't stay cause MEDICARE won't allow more than tops THREE days if they access. That that paient is able to function on their own and said PATIENT ends back inhospital within a day or so for problem that hosptal SHOULD have addressed but NO Medicare is telling hosptals to boot patients and let said patients take them HOME when it's harder. On patients SPOUSES to deal with sick Spouses IS THIS WHAT THE MEDICAL SERVCES coming to grips because Medicre is regualating the PWOPLE that's took an PATH to TREAT people like it's NOT what they went to college and medical school to treat people who are ill WHAT ASHAME a WASTE OF TIME and EDUACATION.

Rooms were clean, standard sized. Location offers many different venues. Service is good, decent help at the desk.

A little ways off the road main, but easy enough to find with the navigator on my phone. My son and I were on a LONG road trip, 4300 miles in five days, most nights we just slept for a few hours in the vehicle. Fast check in and out, comfy beds, nicely furnished clean room, good hot free breakfast and coffee in the morning, back on the road all recharged. I think the Wi-Fi was free so we checked emails etc and mapped out the next day's travel with no data charges on our phones. Friendly staff. We had a long trailer behind the van, the staff had a great suggestion for parking, which was easy and close to the room. Great experience.

If I could post a picture I would. But the mattress is a 2002. So at least 15 yrs old. But the mattress cover is stained with something "black" and what appears to someone unable to control the bladder a few nights in a row. Good news though. If you flip the mattress you get what looks like a female used the corner of the bed like a Maxi pad. So I put one star but you can put what ever star you would like.

A little neglected the outside but the avitasiones are passable for the pressure.

Rooms are clean but the bed needs replacing. Mattress is broke down and you can't sleep well. Walking distance to restaurant and shopping center. It's on a main drag so of course traffic is steady but easily to get out into.

Old motel. Leaves on floor. Room heat did not work well. Would definitely not stay there again.

A very good value! Comfy bed, clean room, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Breakfast offered up many options for a great morning meal, the breakfast area was very clean and the food was kept fresh and nicely presented.

Fridge, microwave, ac and flat screen TV are a plus. Room was clean. Quiet even for the bottom floor. Lots of flies for whatever reason but overall good room.

Disgusting… I don't even want to walk barefoot on the carpet. Stains on beds, tub has meldew and is black, rooms stinks like pee.

Good location off freeway. Decent breakfast. Large room. Restaurants in walking distance. Shopping close. Good value. Hotel no luxurious but good value.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast, it had lots of options. The rooms were comfortable but definitely a little dated. Overall we were happy with the hotel and our stay!

Just so so. Rooms appear nice inside. But noise carries really bad. Could hear every word room next to me had in conversation. People just moving about upstairs carried through floor. Can still hear it all even with earplugs. Advertises hot tub, but there isn't one. Three stars is being generous.

Rooms are big and roomy TVs are small and hard to hear and head boards just hang on the wall and fall off easy but has a very comfy bed.

Jack Jack Jack at the front desk is the most awesome asset this hotel has! I needed a room for one of my drivers while the whole state of WA seems to be booked up and his courtesy and helpfulness kept my driver off the street while his big rig was towed into the shop. A great big thank you from me, my driver and Swift Transportation!

I stayed yesterday and all the hotels were booked at this hotel and Yakima was sold out everywhere! Quality inn only had one bed available and it was for a smoking room. So I checked out and forgot my 50$ in the room. When I called and told the front desk that I was coming back to look she said she can't let me back in and house keeping couldn't find it. I think it's bull because when I called she said it was OK for me to come back and look myself. Now I'm being told no.

We requested a no smoking room walked into the room smelled like smoke and bed was unmade, we requested a new room and got one but continued to have problems with lock. Great breakfast tho.

Staff were great! Rooms were outdated, but it was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Right off the highway and we got a great deal.

Very rude customer service. Front desk lady was homophobic. She was nice until my girlfriend and I stated we wanted one bed then her mood shifted and immediately made up a rule and we left. Couldn't ruin our New Years Eve and we went somewhere else where they had no problem at all.

Great price. Clean. Bed ok. Pillows were ridiculously small. Nice employee. Fairly quiet.

You get what you pay for, so it shouldn't be surprising that the No Quality Inn was not very appealing. My room smelled, there was dirt on the shower walls, and there was a lot of noise from other rooms. The free breakfast was so bad I almost asked them to pay me to eat it. And the worker seemed to not care what was going on. Needless to say, I won't be going back there again.
