Second time here, wish the pool was open, love it here.

I was very spacious and great for my family.

Karina at the desk was very helpful and courteous.

At first Brian the manager seems like a very nice guy but in truth he’s not he is more the problem than anything in the maid service does not like to do their job I just got charge $672 a week after being there with no nothing because the maids didn’t wanna go in there and do their job because my boyfriend who is staying there with me is paralyzed and has issues with his ladders and stuff so he leaves in order every once in a while while the maids didn’t wanna do their job and clean it just because it stinks they’re rude they lieThey are very dirty honestly spend your money elsewhere because you know there’s hardly ever any one at the front desk anyway you have to let wait at the desk for like 5 to 10 minutes because the manager and everyone else is always outside smoking.

Our flight came in late night and the night management was so helpful. The hotel parking lot was full and he let me park right up front. He also informed me that he would be able to check on the car every time he went out for security checks. Great service!

Staying as a short term guest. Rooms are clean and we'll stocked. Friendly staff. Awesome indoor pool and hot tub. Very satisfied.

Super nice and comfy the rooms! Worth the price and lives up to its name! Continental breakfast was on point! Although, upon checking in the guy seemed tired and so he gave us rooms that were already occupied! I think he did it twice or three times before finding a vacant room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was good but we had little ants that kept appearing by the air conditioning unit that they couldn't get rid of. We weren't offered a discount and because they were fully booked, no alternative room.

After dealing with a smart mouth girl at the front desk who obviously doesn't care about customers. To dealing with a air conditioner that is extremely intermittent. To walking stairs with luggage because of down elevator. To down, smelly hot tub. To backed up plumbing. To a dirty room. Well let's seize this stat up. For price, not worth it, For comfort, are you kidding NOT worth it. Will we stay again, NO. Where is a manager who deals with these smart mouth kids at the front? Nowhere to be found!

Very pricey for just closing your eyes for the night. Could not find a RV site that was not full. Josh was very friendly and helpful. He is a great addition to the Confort Suite staff.

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast that was offered had a nice selection and tasted good.

I DO NOT recommend staying here unless it's THE LAST motel in Vancouver. The room was FILTHY, it stunk of moldy carpet and walls, the windows did NOT LATCH/LOCK (for ground floor) the Day/swing Desk Clerk was preoccupied with something going on in back office/laundry area to the point she rushed through here 'ROUTINE INFO' spiel and did NOT even offer answers to simple questions we had. We thought that since the PRICE was approx. $40.00 HIGHER than the other TWO motels in same lot it would be just a little better than the HOWARD JOHNSON'S & DAYS INN. **WRONG! ** There was BLACK mold from floor to about 2.5-3 ft. Up, along the wall with the window in it. The window glass was SO FILTHY you honestly could not tell the people who were in other parking lot were Male or Female. We tried to bring this to the clerks attention, we were told "there is nothing I can do, maybe spray some colonge to make it smell better. " This was the WORST stay we have had in the Vancouver area.

Booked a honeymoon suite and it was nice. Great place to bring kids. Very friendly staff that will help out their guest with anything they may need. Good, fun pool the kids enjoy. Book a night and you will not be disappointed.

They make you pay upon check in before seeing the room, not a policy I have ever encountered at a reputable hotel. Internet says 90$, I had to pay 140$. Room had live ants crawling all over. Very helpful staff member (Sierra? ) at the front desk attempted to move me to a new room. We tried two others before finding the one she moved me to. First had dead ants all around— (better than live? ) she offered to clean them and move me, I declined. Second one was not cleaned from previous guest. Finally we were moved to a downgraded room with no spa tub. She helped me carry my bags over as I had an infant with me— to the new room—really great employee, loved her. Neihbors were in and out all night. So loud—doors are quite thin. Other than the front desk person, this was not overall not a great experience. There were Stains on the curtains, an obviously broken safety rail on the bathroom wall with a piece dangling, and the sink drained very slowly. I have not yet used the shower. For 140$ during a weekday-and that's with a 10% discount — it's seriously not worth it. I would have left but I had already paid. Also I called all the other places nearby and they were fully booked.

This is an older hotel and it shows but the staff was great and room was clean. Pool was well maintained and it's a salt water filter so that's even better. The room was a great size for our family of 6. The only complaint I may have was the toilet flapper didn't seal well and so it ran all the time. That was a little thing though and had no impact on outlook stay.

Ok rooms, tub in suite was still dirty along with the bathroom mirror. Not sure if housekeeping cleaned it before we entered the room. We were on the first floor and could hear loud footsteps from the second floor. At 11pm, two people were playing basketball in the parking lot in front of our room. Although breakfast started at 6am, we managed to get out of bed, tired from all the noises. Breakfast was bad. Eggs were like hard rubber and not made fresh throughout their breakfast hours, sausage was way overcooked and their bread was stale. Tossed all that and went with oatmeal and coffee.

Nice clean rooms. Need a facelift thought. I would stay here again. Prices were decent. Thanks.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. The room smelled like cigarettes (especially the bathroom) and the cleaning was not thorough. The headboards on the bed were sticky with someone's hair or body product — there was evidence they had been swiped — but not actually cleaned. It was gross. There were also sticky places on the carpet. : (Room 108 — go check it out.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was especially impressive. The staff was very nice and the contenital breakfast was delicious.

Amazing experience. Amazing staff, very accommodating. Even the room maintenance house cleaning were amazing. I traveled with 2 kids 3 and 7, hotel was kid friendly. Pool open 24 hrs. Hotel is going through renovations and upgrades but is still organized and didn't disturb our stay. I would stay here again great value, great location, amazing staff, amazing experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great variety of breakfast items, decent Wi-Fi and the kids LOVED the 24 hour pool/hot tub. Comfy rooms, nice bedding. Great value for everything. Will definitely return.

Part of The Vancouver Mall comfort Suites lobby was being remodeled but it was not interrupting our comfort at all. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast dinning area had been recently remodeled and it looked very nice.

Great location! Awesome service. I've machine broke but they had the guests covered with bags of ice upon request. Husband's in a wheelchair and there was a lift for the pool and Ththe or hot tub. Room was clean and well taken care of. We would stay there again.

We stayed 8 nights and very pleased, definitely would stay here again. Awesome staff, housekeeping was super friendly and accommodating. Front desk was also great. Beds had pillow tops and were soft and comfy, that was a nice surprise. Price was great for Portland area, $92 per night.

Great! Restful, clean and comfortable! Friendly and attentive staff. Warm and delicious well stocked breakfast with a variety of choices. Pool was super cold but did the job! Would recommend to anyone.

Employee at the front is awesome. She's been so helpful. Rooms are clean. Awesome breakfast. The beds are comfortable and rooms are large.

For the price, it's a fine hotel. The free breakfast leaves much to be requested as the food tasted bland (except for the waffles) and the juices were actually watered down. The service though was quite hospitable though and it was nice to be asked if we'd like our room made up or not and each time we came back to the hotel, we were personally greeted by front desk hosts who recognized us. As a bonus, our dog was more than respected as a member of our family and the staff were extremely kind in their approach to him. The best part of the hotel overall was the quiet and the 24 hour gym and pool.

I'll never stay here ever ever again. We found a used condom in our night stand. I'm pretty much Disgusted and horrified, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. They charged my extra as well and said it was a deposit in case I smoked in the room and never refunded it. Which is also frustrating since I don't smoke. And there's no way I ruined any towels, I didn't even use their shower since it wouldn't drain… The employees where friendly so I'll give it that, but that's it. It's not hard to keep rooms clean, I did maintainance on commercial and private buildings for 4+ years and it's obvious the room was neglected of everything but fresh towels. Not what I expected from the reviews I read. I will throw out 1 more time that the front desk staff was helpful and nice, but they couldn't do anything for me and it's not their fault anyway. So I'll just stay away next time.

A little hard to fine however the customer service was great, the room was awesome and most importantly to me the bed was very comfortable allowing for a good night sleep!

Love the location of this Comfort Suites. Close to Vancouver Mall and local restaurants. Staff is friendly. Rooms are always clean and well maintained. Pool and jacuzzi are fun. Some rooms have jacuzzi bathtubs! :)

I really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast is awesome eggs bacon sausage waffles. Fresh baked cookies every night. Rooms are clean, no bugs and I'm very particular. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and enjoyed this place by far. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the hot tub was out of order. Staff said bc they were in the process of switching to salt instead of chlorine and wasn't working out. I would have loved to have gotten to use it. But it's been out of order several months according to other reviews.

This place surprised me period it was built back in the day when they gave you a real big room. I was just crashing for the night so I wasn't worried about amenities period but the parts that surprised me I wish modern hotels would have once again. I enjoyed two outlets in the bathroom so I didn't have to fight over who got to use the hair dryer or his razor. I also liked being able to iron my husband shirt and not search for an outlet, nor search for space, nor trip over the ironing board because there wasn't much space. I think I'm going to have to consider staying with older hotels because they built the room's with their customers comfort in mind.

The entire hotel smelled like chlorine pool and breakfast. Comforter had stains, mild on ceiling in bathroom. Bad water pressure.

Comfort Suites is a great hotel for the price. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are lots of amenities, such as free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a pool. It is a bit far from everything but close to the freeway.

Close to mall. Quiet location. Big spacious rooms. Great breakfast selection. Nice pool. And friendly staff.

Good feeling rooms with a couch. Swimming pool and hot tub 24/7. A few minutes walk to the mall. Good breakfast. Really affordable with rooms around $80.10/10, would stay again. This is now our go to.

Spacious room with updated amenities They gave a room with 2 queen beds and a sitting area with sofa. Restroom was good size with a large granite top. We arrived a bit early and the room was not ready yet so we spent an hour shopping at the Vancouver (Westfield) mall right next to the hotel before checking in. There's a nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi in the hotel. We booked this hotel for Portland city tour and Mount Hood Mirror Lake trail since the hotel price was much cheaper than Portland, Oregon. If you don't mind the drive, stay in Vancouver, Washington will save you a lot of money for sure. Complimentary breakfast was typical maybe slightly above average with fresh fruits, hot waffles and scramble eggs and hard boiled eggs… etc. Good value for the price. Stayed November 2012, traveled as a couple.

We stayed overnight on our way home after a long road trip. Not sure if we got what we paid for but it okay. The young woman who checked us in was a hoot and very helpful and outgoing. Our room was nice. The bathroom really needs to be updated. The tub had mold issues and the drain was falling apart. The floor tiles were lifting. The walls as you walk into the room were dirty and stained but that could have been from people bumping into them with luggage and racks. The bedroom part of the room itself was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room to fit all 5 of us when we utilized the pull-out bed in the couch. In the morning we had problems finding someone to check us out because he was more concerned with taking smoking breaks than standing behind the counter and doing his job. He had no personality and seem confused that we wanted to pay in cash and not charge our credit card. P. S. After paying cash, we arrived home to find that our card had been charged anyway but they later reimbursed the money back to our card.

The hotel was fine and we did not regret our stay, though it started off a bit rocky. We attempted to check in at 4:30 on Friday, 8/23/2013, but were told our room was not yet ready due to a shortage of cleaning staff. We got our keys and planned on checking in later. My son used the lobby bathroom to change for his soccer match. I wanted to fill a water bottle, so I used my key to access the room, and it appeared to be clean. I used a drinking glass to fill my water bottle and later when we moved into the room the glass was untouched, so I have no idea what the extra cleaning was supposed to be done. The receptionist and other employees appeared to be in a huge conflict involving police threats, f-bombs, an employee with a dog, and a lot of outdoor smoking and griping. We attempted to change hotels due to this conflict but gave up after a long telephone ordeal. We got the club member reduced non-transferable rate, and they were holding us to it. After this check-in cringing the hotel worked out just fine. The rest of the staff was agreeable and we did not have that "there's about to be a shooting" feeling. The only issue we had was the breakfast on Sunday was not available at 6AM and we had to leave for a soccer match before any hot items were there. Final note: if you are staying here for access to the Harmony Sports Complex, as we were, you would be better off with the Comfort Inn in downtown Vancouver. The highway access works out better to get the the venue.

Came in town for a business trip and the hotel was great, clean rooms, good price and friendly staff. I did not use it this time but I liked that they had an indoor pool and spa. I would highly recommend this hotel.
