Recently our client Jason Allern King stayed here while on tour and loved it! The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. The staff was top-notch, and there was plenty of free parking! The hotel is really close to a lot of shopping and concert venues and the highway, which makes getting back on the road that much easier! Thank you for taking great care of us and we're looking forward to staying again soon!

This was my first stay at a Red Roof inn (Manassas) & I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, clean & Quiet rooms and grounds. The room I stayed in was newly renovated. My only complaint is that I was charged slightly more then the quoted price. Other then that, I look forward to staying here again on my next trip fown.

I chose this location due to it being a Red Roof Plus meaning I could bring my dog along for the trip. The service was excellent from check-in to room service to check-out. The amenities were plentiful and the room and furnishings were top notch. They definitely have a first class ambiance at this location. I will be using this Red Roof for any traveling in the area for sure.

Check in was a breeze. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. Nice shower with a good water pressure. No breakfast but there's a cracker barrel right down the street. They have free coffee. No fridge or microwave tho.

Had to book a pet friendly room last minute for a trip. Whoever helped book my room was super friendly! And check out was just as pleasant. However, the smell of the room was almost intolerable. It smelled so strongly of chemicals (cleaning products, I'm assuming) — I could only stay one night as I was worried about my dog who was with me. I was pleased about the potty area for my dog! Not sure I would book a room there again unless I was desperate.

We've stayed here 3 times this year so far. The room quality varies greatly. One room had the new layout but some of the old non-functioning fixtures remained in the room and had peeling paint and just looked gross. The wall paint was peeling too and the cleanliness was poor. A different room was cleaned well and looked nice. But had a shirt hanging on the back of the bathroom door upon our arrival. Our third room was tiny and room to barely move around in it. It had no remote for the tv. All rooms we had the bed, pillows, a/c and shower were decent. The front desk service on all 3 visits was friendly.

Great location and friendly staff. The room has a mini fridge, microwave, and a lockable safe. The water pressure in the shower is just adequate enough, not good, not bad.

Supposed to non smoking but room reeked of cigarette smoke. All my belongings smelled like cigarettes once I left there. I coughed all night because the smell.

No break fast food but clean rooms. Good price. Good AC.

The location was okay, but 20 minutes to the airport which depending on what time of day maybe longer with traffic. The rooms were adequate, the staff was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. There is no breakfast in the morning only Coffee and Tea.

Cover the mirror in your room. When I was walking to my room I noticed you could see the mirror though the edge of the curtains and in the mirror you could see peoples beds. There were people lounging around outside of there rooms, there was even a couple of guy in the parking lot fixing the rear end in there pickup. I gave it two stars because the bed was comfortable and it was close to places to eat.

Good quiet location. Good room service. Only thing I didn't like is the lack of laundry facilities and you have to upgrade to get a refrigerator and microwave. Oh yea they charge you to use the safe too.

The standard king room is so small and the people at the desk don't even try to tell you the difference or let you know the difference between them. But the bed is comfortable and the price is good.

Staff fantastic, but we had to leave… the room smells horrible… got money back.

Had a fun time overnight and was able to take advangate of the internet and stream my Xbox games live without a hitch.

Too noisy, room was clean front desk top notch. Bathroom advertised as spa like Nope.

The room was regular and clean. They said it was none smoking but it smelled like a smoking room. Overall it got the job done if you need something quick go here it will get the job done.

Nice… Beds were a little hard but the place was quiet and reasonably clean. There was a lot of smokers around which aggravated mine and my daughters asthma (I ended up in the ER because of it one night while staying there) had to have a breathing treatment. The front desk help was reasonably nice and when we asked for more towels we got them in a timely manner.

Newly renovated. Got to say what I love the very best about the new changes is their updated pet policy. Pets stay for free No hassle no fuss. Most comparable motels of this quality in this area charge around an extra 25 dollars. Appreciate the savings red roof plus!

Conveniently located just off of I-66 with clean and comfortable rooms. Was able to check-in quickly and check-out easily.

Our experience was great! We stayed in Washington DC manassas 10 min drive to the metro it was great. The only issue we had was the bed was way to HARD and the shower was very slippery fan in the bathroom was very loud. Lady at the desk was very sweet and helpful! Thank you.

When considering how it is advertised it is 100% how it presents itself. The rooms are clean and cozy. There's an air conditioner in each room. They take pets and don't charge extra for it, which is just plain fantastic. Overall I would definitely come back again.

I had planned to stay here over the weekend, this was our go to hotel for concert weekends. Until this last visit… Once checked in we spotted cockroaches. Babies and adults on the bathroom walls and under the mini-fridge. Immediately checked out with no incident, and refunded. Other than the bugs (which I know are enough to keep most away), great location, generally clean.

Rooms are clean, but barely. Evidence of working girls and the desk chair was soaked with beer. Cheap is the only good part.

I always stay here when I come to Manassas. Decent hotel with decent prices. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Friendly staff with coffee always on hand. Plenty of local restaurants near by. I recommend this place to anyone.

The room was nice. Small, but nice. When I checked in and checked out the employees were friendly and informative. The reason for the 3 star is because of the amenities with the room. The mini fridge knob was broken and it could barely be adjusted, also the microwave was literally micro, and the a. C. Unit was loud. I can't complain to much for the price. For what I paid, it was worth it. Wi-Fi is good. Others that were staying there would run around and you can hear them. Again, for the price you pay it's not bad.

The price was great! I was in town for one night for my daughter's graduation. Arrival was smooth and the receptionist was nice. The only issues were a blown light above the bathroom mirror and a small roach in the bathtub. Otherwise, a good visit.

We stayed here because any hotel within 10 miles was sold out for the concert. Our room (230) smelled awful and we asked for some room freshener. The housekeeper was great and helped us out with that, as well as some towels that were missing in my parents' room (236). They had a bad experience though, with 2 roaches in their room and the fire alarm went off 3 times that night. It is in a great location for Jiffy Lube Live and the bar across the street, City Grille, has awesome food and great drink specials. Just don't expect the "pampering" they describe in their brochure — Instead, it's like a Days Inn without the smoke.

Great Stay Jean front desk clerk was friendly n professional. I absolutely had no issues which is amazing for a hotel Highly recommended and will visit again.

We book our room on July 02/16, for both room 105 and 107. In the middle of the night coaches were crawling in room 105. The next morning I spoken to a maintenance guy very nice man and front desk receptionist were both so kind and got my refund back. I did not even ask my daughter room, she stay at room 107, but when we left the place my daughter notice there was a red bite and very itching and I notice her body has red bite. My daughter she is still suffering from the itching bite and very sad what had happen to her. My daughter call them for a refund, but it not the money that important, my daughter is suffering. I think it a bed bugs or some bugs. Something has to be done. I am not making this hotel to have a bad review, but I feel some management need to know and clean up the problem. My stay was very pleasant the rooms are clean and updated… I only had one complaint and that is the rooms are very small for a king bed there's very little space to maneuver around.

Pro — convenient location near exit of Manassas and just 20 minutes ' drive from the White House. Staff were very helpful
Not really educated Clientele in Oxford against —. All night we had room overlooking the courtyard and on the balcony leading to the rooms, police patrols and police shouting aloud intimating to strange subject to surrender.

Red roof plus was a really decent place. I loved how the interior of each room looked, with the hard floors. The only down side to it was the although the hard floor look led nice, it wasn't very comforting to walk on. On the bright side their beds at huge which was amazing. I had alot of space to my self even though I was sharing a bed. In its entirely red roof looked luxurious in a way especially in design. Also the service was decent it wasn't too bad. In its entirely red roof is a nice place to temporarily stay.

I have stayed at this location several times over the past 9 years. Always clean and fresh. The access able rooms are comfortable and easy to move around. There is an area in back lot is a place for my service dog to run and relieve himself.

The price was nice. But the staff was a pain in the ass. They act like they don't wanna help. And the guy at the front desk was sleep, and when I woke him he was upset that I did. He told me he didn't have any rooms, without checking. I went online and saw that they did. I booked a room for the following day Bcuz it was already after 12. And I didn't wanna be bothered by him. Had to sleep in car until someone else came in. Sucked.

I give this place 2 stars because the people are nice, but that is about it. Where do I begin? My fiancé and I booked the "Premium Superior King" room for the weekend. It supposed to be the biggest and comes with a snack box. Well we found out after being disappointed with the size and spoke to the front desk that all the so called superior rooms are the same layout, you simply pay more just for a snack box with water, popcorn and trail mix in it. Might as well pay less and just get the room without the junk food. So we attempted to watch the TV for the first night after having some trouble connecting to their open Wifi because it was so slow. My fiancé and I love cartoons and watching Family Guy at night. Not only do they not have Cartoon Network channel their channels only go as high as 46! They have a program where you can buy up to date movies for $13 each granted you want to put in your card information. I was starting to accept things UNTIL it started raining and now the entire cable went out! I called front desk and they explained this was normal because of the weather due to them having dish TV. That was strike 3! my fiancé and I got a refund for the night and agreed not to come back… Other Complants: toilet not flushing, Fridge: barely gets cold, and 4G and Wifi connection is terrible!

The room was great until I started seeing little marks on my arm and leg and then looked behind the headboard and found bedbugs. Honestly, this was the first time using Red Roof and though the customer service was polite when I arrived and also when I told them about this (as well as refunding my entire stay) I must say the bed bugs were a nonstarter. I know they can't control that so much, but having bed bugs is my nightmare because now I have to worry about my own belongings and person being a carrier. I will be avoiding red roof inns from now on. Inexpensive, yes, but you get what you pay for.

Affordable, pet friendly and quiet. Booked a room for a long weekend and I'm happy with it for the price paid. The room has a nice king size bed, with a single large mattress, not two smaller ones pushed together. Nice vinyl faux hardwood flooring instead of nasty carpet. Bathroom is tiny but it works and there's a lot of water pressure and hot water. Parking is ample despite many spots being taking by large trucks and folks that can't stay inside the lines. I will stay here again next time I'm in the area.
