Lamps did not work. Room had a smell to it. No hot water in bathroom sink. Bathtub was all patched up thought you were gonna fall through. Pool when it was open had big rocks in it. Should I go on.

Although the room wasn’t too bad for a concert stay, I was charged twice and I have yet to receive the money returned. When I spoke to one of the workers they stated that it’ll come out twice for two nights but I don’t think that’s right… they overcharged me the first time and tried to get us to stay in a room in which the door didn’t open. Luckily, they couldn’t open the door to that room so we got switched to another and I think we got charged for it too.

The room was clean but that was about it. The toilet did not flush. When we returned to the room after the concert, the door would not unlock. The ladies at the front desk were in no hurry to help us unlock the door, despite the fact that we were 2 young women waiting outside in the dark and there were several gross old men sitting outside catcalling us. Apparently this happens a lot and they had to use a special tool to open the door. The next morning, we were looking forward to using the pool, but it does not open until noon and checkout is at 11…

Very basic accommodations but the staff was helpful and friendly! Convenient location, lots of restaurants near by and very close to 66 which made my trip to work super easy. Rooms were clean, prices very reasonable too.

The rooms are small. They seem to be clean. The bed is worn. I had a smoking room. I know they smell. But this room smelled like a ashtray. The staff is great. This could be a nice place with a little updating. I would stay again if I was in the area again working.

Would stay again. Clean room, good shower, good bed and linens. Good breakfast.

The hotel is nice and clean, my husband is staying here for work, it was a long job so he’s been there a while, the kids and I wanted to visit him so we took a weekend and went down, the manager and a sidekick were very very rude, said me and my two children could not stay there with him because it was only a king size bedroom and it was a fire hazard (four people, who knew?! ), I informed her I’d figure out another plan (we have family who lives twenty minutes from the hotel) but I guess that was not good enough for her so she called my husbands boss (the company he works for has a deal with them to give their workers cheaper rates) and tried to get him in trouble or have him fired… who does that? I’ve never been so angry or felt so mistreated in my life. Housekeeping was excellent though, but the manager lady and her little busybody sidekick she brought with her to the room need a new hobby, positions of authority are seriously just not for some people!

" DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! " No stars! Management is a joke! Totally unprofessional! No change! Total waste of time! I have had 3yrs of experience dealing with their rude manager! Jus got a room here after a few years ago, thought I'd give it another chance? AND I have already been threatned by the management! They would have my car towed because of my handicapped friend, (who is also staying here) needed to leave a few times to make errands — and we were told that that was way to much traffic? We are currently in dispute with management about getting our ($100+ room) money back! Jus yesterday it was $69, but today it is the first day of summer? They may have new paint, but same old unprofessional people in management! For your own sake and time… pick another hotel! Dissatisfied Costumer.

Not great. Not the worst, either. Check in was kinda haphazard. I booked the room the night before the actual stay. It wasn't ready day of. Had to wait. Not a big deal. Ended up with a smoking room. I'm not picky, I'm just looking to crash for the night, anyway. Bed was ok. A little too big for the room. Only real gripes were the cigarette burns in the bedding and really small pillows! That being said. Would I stay again? Maybe just for sheer convenience and pricing. Just hope that I have a better room next time!

Have been staying here for work for over a year. Wonderful hotel and staff. Definitely a must stay!

Fair price. Clean room. Helpful pleasant staff. A mixup on room reservations in the beginning. Needs updating.

Clean, comfortable. Each room has microwave, frig, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Breakfast was okay. They had waffles.

Great stop. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Night desk lady was friendly. I wish that the complimentary breakfast stayed open for a additional hour. We are not early birds.

Good price for a clean room. For whatever reason they refused to get us forks/plates from the kitchen after our food order forgot to include it with our meal, but overall it's been a decent stay. Breakfast is standard Choice Hotels fare, and we appreciate the larger fridge in the room since we are staying for a whole week.

Staff is friendly. Rooms very clean. Enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn, Manassas. Great rates. Would stay again and recommend to everyone to stay there. Great location.

Nice and clean for the price. Not a Hampton but a nice hotel. I stay here a lot for work and for the price it's great. Friendly staff and Sal is super nice and very helpful. Always improving in some way love to see that some of the money I spend is going back into the hotel. Would be a five star rating but the rooms are a lil small and some of the furniture is dated.

I tried many of the hotels in this area before settling on this hotel. It is the best value for your money, and I have never had any of the bad experiences that seemed routine at other hotels. I will be staying again.

Fairly decent, conveniently located by I-66, a little bit overpriced for what you get, breakfast is so so but McDonald's is across the street. Staff is friendly and watch out for spiders coming out from under your bed in the morning.

Low Quality Inn. Air condition was terribly old and extremely noisy. Refrigerator was very noisy as well. I switched off both of them to sleep. There were other minor problems in the room like permuted hot-cold water and unsafe AC socket. Ice machine was out of service, but the front desk man surprisingly insisted that it works. Pool working hours were designated in such a way that it's very hard to use: 12am-8pm. We arrived at 8pm for one night, therefore the pool was completely unavailable for us. I recommend the owner to amend the pool hours to be 11am-3pm to completely eliminate the possibility to use it for 1 night stayers. It seems that the Quality Inn Manassas motel needs to be closed for renovation or the Quality Inn franchise should be revoked until major changes.

Probably the worst motel ever. Sal at the front desk was very unprofessional. When checking in, there was a horrendous odor. My daughter asked what was that smell and Sal immediately told her she doesn't smell anything. As a frequent guest of choice properties this is by far the worst. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. And as far as stars go I'd give them a — 3 (but you have to use at least one star to make a comment)

Do not book at this hotel! reviews are 2.2! scroll through comments on drop down list for lowest scores, you'll see the same complaints over and over! the management is completely incompetent, as well as the front desk staff! they are rude and do not address customer needs. Our family member's bed was musky smelling and the sheets looked as though they were not even washed, and bed bugs! the bathroom was disgusting, totally dirty as well! when we complained about many issues with the front desk, the girl at the desk was rude and had no problem letting us wait for 45 minutes before addressing the issues! when we complained to the manager, she was a joke as well! again, do not stay here… the hotel is independently owned and they just don't give a s**t!

You can't go wrong with Quality Inn! I've been working in the area for a year and a half and this has been a great place to stay at! For the blue collar worker it almost like staying at a 5 star hotel. The rooms are always clean! If you talk to Sal that works at the front desk, he's the best! He has been nothing short of spectacular to me! Give it a try if you are looking for a good hotel at a great rate with friendly staff!

I regret staying there such a bad experience. First of all the rooms were dirty and smelly, we had to use perfume to make the rooms smell good. I forgot my phone charger and when I returned back to ask for my charger, the manager kept making excuses to avoid my needs. Put a $10-$20 and book a better place, you won't regret it.

Comfy, affordable. Bar/restaurant shares the parking lot. Jacuzzi tub.

Definitely not a FAN of the "QUALITY INN" I see no "Quality" at all in there rooms! I got eaten alive by "Bedbug's"! Management did NOTHING about it and I have PROOF of them nasty blood sucking things. I RECOMMEND going across the STREET too the RED ROOF INN where its 1000% cleaner and they actually take care of customer complaints and handle them accordingly! But make that a Resolution — Direct @ Quality Inn Management!

I think its one of the most nastiest hotels ever the people up at the front desk are so rude if someone reports to u that they found a bug in the room and something was biting them and ask to speak with a manager u Dont brush them away as if there nothing because they paid to enjoy there stay and not too be treated as if there health is nothing… And a video was recorded too prove there was a bed bug on the sheets.

Had us crammed in one of the hotels rooms for breakfast only could sit 6 and maybe for 8 total in the room. Meh breakfast quality. Plus pool hours were terrible.

Overall it was ok. I didn't like the bathroom. Bed sheet had some holes. Refrigerator aint work.

The hotel itself was O. K. I thought it was overpriced for the quality of the place. Don't plan on being in a hurry when you check-in. It's a process. Although, what really bothered me was what happened at check-out. Check-out is at 11:00. I had a hard time getting my teenage son up and going. We were almost ready to go when a lady knocked on the door at 11:15. My son answered it and told her that we would be out in about 5 minutes. She was rude to him and said that she would give us 5-10 minutes and that was all, AFTER he said we were getting ready to leave. I thought it was a maid and went to the front desk to complain. It turned out that it was the manager that was rude! I WILL NOT stay there again. Go across the street to the RED ROOF INN. It has been renovated and has very nice rooms. It's also cheaper.

We had a smoking room when we book for none smoking 1 month earlier, but at the beginning there was no appologey. Anyway there are much better hotel in the center of the town with better atmosphere.

I stayed here 18-19 April 2010 and was pleasently surprised. This is an older hotel but the room was very clean and the evening was quiet. Location is great because I was traveling to see various civil war battlefields and sights in the DC area. Price did not break the bank either.
