I wish I could give this motel 1 star… incredibly rude staff, my boyfriend bought a room for us and I got the key from him. After work I went to the room to try and open the door but the key did not work. I went to the front desk and they told me that I didn’t have a real key? How is it not a real key when my boyfriend was up there 3 hrs before to pay for the room and got handed a fake key? Super unprofessional and then they had the nerve to call my boyfriend after I had gotten into the room to tell him that I had another man in the room with me when it was my little brother. Invasion of privacy and completely uncalled for. This place sucks super 8 is way better.

The is a Old Hotel but the Room was clean. Looks like the bathrooms were upgraded not to long ago. The AC worked great so no complaints. Very reasonably priced and walking distance to downtown bars.

If you book it online it’s good but if you ck I’m at the front desk it’s way too high. The rooms are old but the staff is cool.

Staff and service was friendly and tailored to my needs. Everything is clean and well maintained. This includes the lobby, rooms, and facilities. The room amenities met my needs and the beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of near by restaurants and cute little shops to keep you busy and entertained. Make sure you take the time to look around and take in the local charm.

Great location, needs updating. We agreed that having the ability to walk to all the local restaurants and bars made up for the lack of comfort at the lodge.

This is one of the best I have ever stayed at. The staff is wonderful. I just want to say the MANAGER. Is one of the best men I have ever known. He and his staff have blessed my family. There might be better places with all glamorous amenities. As far as just a warm feeling. You can not beat Olde Town Inn. It is very close to everything!

Wish I would have read the reviews here before booking this place because they are accurate. This place is a hole in the wall to say the most! The carpet and linens were filthy. The furniture is old and outdated. The bathroom Is the only thing that seemed to have been updated. Front desk ladies who worked night shift were pleasant but the manager was rude and unapologetic to my inconvenience. To be in downtown Manassas, this place is rather sketchy and full of drug addicts and dealers. Would not recommend staying here.

Negative stars if possible. Given a room in the back corner of the hotel. Once we forced the door open we found a substandard room with marked walls and peaking ceiling plaster. Beds looked disgusting and furniture was falling apart. The door jamb had been repaired from precious kick-ins. Ground floor window facing parking lot could not be secured due to broken latch. Sketchy is too polite a word. Management said that window should have had a stick. I guess that is their standard of maintenance and security. Refused to refund rooms but we left anyway and found a major chain near the freeway. Too bad because they are downtown Manassas. Not sure how they got so many positive ratings but our rooms were terrible.

Its a descent place to stay and its really convenient in Down Town Manassas surrounded by good restaurant.

Stayed here for almost a month while I got my new apartment. The front desk girls were very kind and sweet. As for the manager, I don't know who gave him that position but most definitely need to be demoted. Black manager was rude and disrespectful. Needs to learn what customer service is. I don't recommend anyone to stay here it is dirty! And alot of drug addicts roaming around the motel at night you can clearly see them doing drug deals. On the multiple times I've stayed my kids always find things which is absolutely disgusting. Have found dirty women underwear, needles and syringes. It's crazy the house keeping ladies are lazy. Booked a room for $62 saw my bank statement charged for $90. There lights don't work properly neither do there toilets. Place is trash itself, room is torn up. I'm definitely calling the local news so people can know about this historical motel. I'm glad I took many pictures. Don't get a room here waste your money elsewhere. They also have bed bugs so if you don't mind them feel free to get a room. Absolutely horrible. This place doesn't even deserve a one star.

Not even 1 star. This hotel is absolutely disgusting in terms of cleanliness, transparency, and ownership. The water used for coffee comes from a utility sink in the laundry room (picture below). They NEVER actually wash the coffee pots that they use to make the coffee that is set out for guest in the morning. There are a ridiculous amount of complaints about BED BUGS & ROACHES (at least 1 complaint almost on a weekly basis). I have actually seen bed bugs people have brought down as proof they were being bit after management denied the claims. The owners do the very least that they have to when something breaks or need to be replaced. Such as, buying used mattresses. Certain rooms have LEAKS in their ceilings. Management allows guest who have been accused of STEALING multiple times from other guest to continue to take up residence in the hotel for months on end. They employ guest who stay there on a monthly basis to cover their "rent" or price for the room. These guest turned employees also happens to be guest who receive numerous complaints by other guest for DOMESTIC ABUSE and also walk around the building so INEBRIATED (drunk) they're stumbling. Some of the actual employees who have been hired have also been caught DRINKING ON THE JOB as well as other things that management and the owners should not allow. The OWNERS HAVE LIVE FEED to the cameras as well so it isn't a secret about what is going on.

Ok for the price. Great location but the room itself needed some help. The floor was dirty and the door didn't close properly. Bathroom was clean. No breakfast. Staff was friendly.

I mean it's what you pay for. Staff were literally drinking beers and talking dirty in the lobby when I checked in.

This was the worst most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. I spent one night there and the next day I was covered in bug bites. The manager had a horrible attitude and hung up on me before I was finished talking. Never ever stay here. They are rude, unhelpful and the hotel is infested.

Great historic place to stay. Simple rooms but in walking distance for many things in old town manassas.

Nice and quiet little place within walking distance to the train station and plenty of restaurants.

Very comfortable establishment, that is a Diamond in the Rough. Within walking distance from everything that peaked my interest. The Inn was clean and we'll managed. Will definitely keep this little Gem on my list of places to stay again.

Nights stay was adequate, for the price. I wish the mattress had been better, but their location is great. I would stay again.

Office is open late into the might for check ins, staff was friendly and helpful. Room rate was excellent considering location and amenities offered in the rooms.

Worst stay ever. I stayed there for 2 days with my husband and children all I can say is that my room smelled like weed and I called front desk the girl said she would investigate and she did try to move me to another room. But my husband decided maybe by the time we come back it will be gone. We arrive back at 12 am and honestly it was crazier! Bottles of rum outside the steps! Then the guy next door speaking and slamming things to the highest he can get! We called front desk and the lady never bother calling the room. Then we waited till the morning to speak to the manager and all he was able to say was that we needed to leave because obviously we had many complaint! Ahh hello downstairs that night 2 young ladies where prostituing in your facility! And slamming doors! And you don't want me to complain! The manager from that place is so rude and needs to get fired! That's why he is a manager to manage and control!

I recently stayed at the Old Towne Inn in Manassas Virginia on the nights of 6/28 and 6/29 2017. I have often stayed there when working in that area over the last 19 years. When I checked in to room 51, I was very tired and went right to bed. When I woke up in the morning, I noticed a stain that looked like blood on the bed sheet next to me. I was not bleeding (See attached photos) When I alerted the front desk, I was assured they would take care of the problem. Later that day, I noticed there were insect bites on my back and right side. So I alerted them; and they moved me to another room adjacent to the one I was staying, room 50. I spent the night in room 50. And woke up with insect bites on my arms legs and hands. When I told the hospitality manager, he accused me of bringing them there. So I filed a complaint with the Prince William County Health Department. This is a matter that I will not take lightly, and if nothing is done, they will continue to expose their guests to bed bugs and the extreme discomfort they cause, I am allergic to them and have welts all over my body.

Clean, comfortable room. Lock on door stuck a bit. Will stay there again. Beautiful historic town.

We stayed here one night and won't be doing it again. The room is very outdated. My elderly disabled parents were forced into having a room on the second floor. So that was a pain in the butt for me (carrying their and mines bags). The guests next door was obnoxious till after midnight. You could hear everything that was said and done. Annoying! The next day the noises from the traffic and the train was to the point that you would've thought you was laying in traffic. I only gave them three stars cause the price cause it's a decent price with AAA discount. All in all I wouldn't stay there again.

This is a quaint hotel is the heart of beautiful historic Manassas. It's an older hotel so it has some wear and needs to be updated. The mattress was old and sagged, but the run was clean. There's a safe in the room. The doors open to the outside but the area is well lit and felt safe.

Clean, good for the price (we got a great deal), nonsmoking rooms, convenient to train station & bus stops, in nice historic district with dining, coffee shops, events, etc. No free breakfast, but none advertised. They do have complimentary fruit and cheapish snack stuff for sale.

Veeeeeeery pleasant place to stay in the middle of the downtown. Great staffs and very affordable rate.

This place sucks! My father made a reservation and when we got there the front desk person told us that the room we booked was dirty. Later they came up with some lame excuse to justify why the room was dirty. We ended up leaving, I suggest you skip this place and save yourself the nightmare of having to find another place specially if you're travelling at night.

Night auditor was very friendly rooms were small but somewhat accommodating, clean and free of pests. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Olde Towne inn during the historical storm in January 2016. The staff was ready for what came on the way and the walkways were clear. They even helped me take my car out. I am very grateful for all there help and will definitely visit when the weather is nice. By the way, the rooms were very clean too and front desk staff was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place.

Very great service. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it needs some renovation and a guest computer. Renovations are on the way. Very clean rooms with attentive staff!

A great place to stay for one night for around $50 budget. It's decent inside the room actually, clean. People are nice. Free Wi-Fi. But only coffee no breakfast in the morning.

Pretty simple place and was very close to where I needed it to be. Rooms were pretty bare but clean.

The room was decent, but there was a lot that needed upgrading. The carpet for one thing. Also there are a lot of sketchy people around. I left the room to move my car, and immediately after closing the door, I was asked if I had a light. 10 seconds after, I was asked by someone else if I had change for bus fare. Not the kind of place you want to bring your kids to, but decent enough for a night or two by yourself.

We stayed here on our way to Washington DC. This Inn deserves 5 stars cause our stay was great. The staff were nice and very accommodating. We had a great stay and want to Thank them all.

Clean rooms and conveniently located to 66 and Jiffy Lube Center.

For the money it wasnt worth it. Carpet has cigarette burns, lampshade broken, bathroom door cracked, tub needs rechalking, shower curtain bar rusty, main door cracked, ac dont turn off, wall by sink dirty, people drinking and smoking weedoutside the rooms. Just nasty and… will not stay here again. Thank god it was for one night only… the front desk didnt clear the messages from off the phone the last guest… the morning desk clark didnt know what number to push to make an outside call.

This property is perfect. Everyone is so accommodating, rooms updated, friendly service, and great restaurant nearby. Loved it.

My son had travel game and we stayed at Olde Towne Inn. This was our first time in this part of town. When we arrived we were very impressed with the lobby with civil war display in the lobby and staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and loved the accent wall. There are many restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Next time my son has travel game near Manassas, we definitely will be stay here.

We stayed for 2 nights there. Great atmosphere and pleasant surroundings. Staff was polite and helpful. The city was very nice and clean. It was an enjoyable stay and highly recommended. I wish to visit the place once again and I will definitely stay at this place. Hotel is located at one block from Virginia Railway Express and Amtrak is accessible to all Washington, DC attractions and that is great.

I stayed here with my family for 3 days and I was suprised to experience a good stay. It was clean and presenatable, I guess the renovation paid off! I would recommend this place to anyone planning to visit manassas or nearby locations.

We stayed here on our first night in the USA — the hotel is just 20 minutes from Dulles. The room was fine, fairly basic, nothing special and yes, maybe a little in need of some TLC but it was comfortable. The food in the restaurant is superb — I had the best steak I ever had in my life (fillet Mignon — highly recommended). I know from a previous visit that the Sunday morning breakfast buffet is absolutely brilliant, so it's worth a visit just for the food.

Was to visit Manassas for office work. Learn about the hotel from Tripadvisor. I loved the location and the Motel's proximity to various historical sites and museum. It is near to the train station and quickly accessible from Interstate 66. It is just half an hour from International airports. The Motel offers good value for money and has a very good restaurant. For sure I will stay at Olde Towne Inn in my next visit to Manassas. It was a good experience.
