This was my second stay the staff was friendly rooms clean. Unfortunately I had family reasons for both visits. The breakfast both times was not the best. But this last visit was the worse because as my family gathered in lobby to depart our separate ways. A mouse ran across the eating area fall. I truly dislike mouses but even if I didn’t I would not want one in the dining area while eating. On the third floor hallway near rooms 328 & 329 always had a odor like spoiled milk.

Great experience here. Our check in was flawless, accommodations very comfortable, cleanliness top notch, staff very pleasant, and the complimentary breakfast was good, especially the coffee (and I’m a coffee snob). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again. Thank you Hampton Inn Manassas!

Perfect stay. Room looked and smelled clean. Everything worked as it should. Front desk greeted us every time we walked by. Great experience and easy commute to Jiffy Lube Live.

Recently renovated! I am sure the construction is finished as they only had one more floor in early July. I really liked the phone app for key. Pictures are the view from a backside room.

1st time here. Stayed here because it was close to the Weezer concert at Jiffy Lube Live. Great room, friendly staff, and fabulous breakfast. Would love to stay here again!

The staff and accomodations were top notch. The breakfast bar was well-stocked with many options, including vegetarian. The rooms were thoroughly clean. I can't wait to stay here again!

Room and everything was great. Beds were comfortable, and it was clean. Fan in the bathroom didn't work, that would be my only complaint.

I want to thank everyone there! From yesturday morning they were able to accommodate me with a early check in and all of the staff were so polite and made sure I was taken care … to the guys that were doing the renovations they were so nice also! Then today when I went to go leave and my motorcycle had a flat tire the staff allowed me stay use the accommodations until someone came and rescued me and my bike! Thank you!

Bed mattress was a bit firm for my liking but I was so tired it didn't matter. Front desk staff was friendly. There was a bad smell on our floor, smelled like baby poop and I was gagging all the way to my room. Vending machines on our floor was sold out of all beverages. The free breakfast had great choices.

Room was great and cutomer service was wonderful. I will visit again.

They are currently remodeling the hotel for the better. The staff is present and friendly. Great cookies out front and the coffee was always hit and fresh. Breakfast showed a good balance of hit and cold options with a to go bag waiting for you at the door.

Typical Hampton Inn. Comfortable and quiet but rooms are starting to be a little old. Breakfast is included as in any other Hampton Inn but, as in any other Hampton Inn, is lousy. Good position for business trips.

Enjoyed my stay, tired rooms but are thankfully being renovated. Friendly staff, quick and efficient checkin.

Staff is very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. They would receive 5 stars except at 4:30am you are jarred awake. The restaurant next door is having their multiple dumpsters emptied. BANG! BANG! BANG! For 15 minutes. The hotel staff is aware but said there wasn’t anything they could do about it.

Super nice hotel with good breakfast except for our room smelt of smoke so they tried to febreeze and iodine it and it helped a bit. Otherwise, it was a fine hotel.

Room is nice. Good size and quiet. Employees are friendly. Location is great, near interstate. Breakfast is okay, but I leave early so today took one of their brown bag lunches they have for people who can't stay for a sit down affair. It was good except for the apple. One whole side of it was bruised. That's been my experience though. All good but watch out for the apple.

Our experience at the Hampton Inn was delightful. The rooms were nice clean. The hospitality was great. The parking was more than adequate. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Feels very outdated. They are doing external renovations but issues inside also. Takes 5 attempts to get key cards to work.

The rooms are typical Hampton Inn, which is good! clean, nicely appointed, roomy. The staff are attentive and nice. I'd give 5 stars of the breakfast was better, but it's also typical Hampton Inn… not my style.

The hotel is located right off the freeway and on a main road. There are quite a few fast food and sit down restaurants available nearby. They're currently in the process of renovating the outside of the hotel which still looks nice already anyways. The rooms are decent for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there from March 23 through the 26 March the staff was very friendly and answered any of questions we where there for my brother-in-law 50th birthday and they let us have guests in or room too visit the rooms where very clean and the breakfast was good and the coffee was very good thank for the excellent stay.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. When checking in my daughter mentioned we were there, from CT, to attend a funeral. The woman then informed my daughter that her room was being discounted from $99 to $85 a night. The breakfast is free and is very good. No need to go out for breakfast. Very clean and very comfortable.

Quick overnight stay. Hotel looks to be freshly renovated. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Fresh coffee, fruit and cookies always available, very nice touch.

Clean rooms. The staff is very nice. The breakfast isn't as good as it was a year ago, the bananas were green most of the week, but they keep everything clean and friendly. The prices are fair for that area and there are plenty of places to eat around there. I've stayed twice for a week at a time and would go back.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly. I blocked 25 rooms for a wedding and they made it very easy for my guest to get all the information to book and find the hotel. They even created a website that people could go on rather than calling. They also gave me a free night because we had a over 15 rooms booked.

Super clean rooms. Small gym. Very friendly staff. Convenietly located close to everything. No bar. Breakfast was ok. I love the fresh baked coomies every night.

Had money taken out of my room when I came back from a business meeting in my room. Granted it was a few cents, but when something don't belong to you the person should leave it alone. Was the TV Stand and I noticed my room was not fully cleaned. I did talk to the front desk and I did inform them it was not a big deal but they did tell me they would inform the housekeeping management. There is no safe in the room but I gave been here since Sunday and my room was Cleaned and things along with my change was left alone unfortunately today that was missing. I loved everything about the hotel from the Wi-Fi to everything. I wanted to give this place 5 stars but after this I am going with 1 because I feel I cannot trust this hotel now. Lesson learned, I am glad my job used their money here instead of mine because if I used my money to pay to stay here and to have it taken from my room I would raise hell. Forewarning to anyone getting their room Cleaned.

I was very happy with my stay. I had some supplies from work get shipped and the front desk had them sitting in my room waiting for me! Great customer service.

Hampton Inn Manassas was a great experience. The staff was friendly, the room clean and well equipped, and the complimentary food was delicious. The hotel is situated close to a major road with plenty of places to eat nearby. I would definitely stay again and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and high-quality room.

Nice hotel made excellent by the staff. The breakfast in the morning is great, rooms are clean, and they even have fresh cookies at night! Would definitely stay again.

Room was good, location was excelent, Wi-Fi was weak.

Was there during the winter snow storm the staff was very courteous. They let me know right away when their was a cancellation so I could stay an extra night. They even had frees soups and pizza.

There was a mix up with our reservations, the staff was able to correct the issue and get us into the hotel so we could make the event we were going to. The staff was very friendly, always saying hello or good morning. We were really happy to stay here. The breakfast in the morning had a good variety. If I ever need to come to Manassas again, I'll definitely be stopping over at the Hampton Inn!

Clean, comfortable, staff was nice, plenty of outlets on both sides of the bed and on the desk. We didn't try the pool or breakfast.

When I first got here, I was raving about my stay there: breakfast is included; the rooms were clean; the breakfast staff is very nice; the receptionist was accommodating. I stayed for three days. Prior to that, I'd stayed at The Willard Intercontinental Hotel in DC two days before and the Marriot in College Park, MD. Forget fancy & ritzy: I thought the Hampton Inn was the best because they had a decent breakfast included. The housekeeping staff threw and left my sponge on the board under the sink the second day. I was very offended. I reported this to the front desk and they notified housekeeping. The next time I saw the housekeeper, she apologized, which was very sweet. She said she had meant to move it back to the bath but had forgotten. That was understandable. Unfortunately, I woke up with insect bites every morning during my stay. I knew it had to be from the bed since these itchy bumps were new every morning and only in the morning. I shower twice a day and change my clothes twice a day. The second day, I checked for bedbugs and didn't see any. My last day there, I found the culprit — — an unknown insect that looked like a beetle. It was in my bed for three days! I freaked out! I was so scared. I actually thought it was a bedbug. I've had a very bad experience with bedbugs from another (supposed to be fancy) hotel before. I called the front desk and they sent some staff to inspect for bed bugs. They are the ones who told me it was probably a beetle.

I went with a school group and stayed a few days. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and understanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel quiet and welcoming. The cookies were excellent, and the breakfast was filling with lots of choices. I would stay again.

First, the front desk person is fabulous. Called in numerous times in the evening and was so surprised at his warmth and helpfulness. Next, the lobby is a Hampton Inn. All the right stuff. But when you get into the rooms you notice the difference. Unfortunately, this Hampton Inn is a retrofit of some other chain and it shows. It is in terrible need of sprucing up. The furniture is very, very old and outdated. There are no outlets easily accessible to the desk or the beds. And then there is the HVAC units. There are no thermostats in the rooms. Just under window units. Horrid. Overall, not a bad place to stay (as long as you bring a long extension cord with you). Just not what I have come to expect at a Hampton Inn.
