Older hotel with friendly staff and good location. Hallways had a bit of an interesting smell, but honestly it's a decent place for the price. Pillows are a bit lumpy, but mattress was comfortable.

This place had the best price for where we were looking at. A major complaint is that there was only ONE outlet to charge our devices. For a 4 people room… (EDIT: They've notified me afterwards that there were some outlets on the side of the table, but we did look everywhere and couldn't find them, and if they're that hard to find… what's the point) Also no refrigerator in the room (everywhere we stayed with the same price range had one always), so we had to use the ice to keep our drinks cold. Breakfast was included so that was a plus. Breakfast was not too bad, some warm food with juices and regular selection of breakfast food.

Booked room here, because I didn't want to drive 3 hours home after a concert at Jiffy Lube Live. Likely would've been better off just driving home or spending a little more for the Wyndham Garden we stayed at for our last concert here. After a rough night trying to sleep on possibly the firmest mattress I've ever touched, like throwing a cheap sleeping bag and lumpy pillow on a piece of plywood, we left at 5am instead of waiting for breakfast. Not the cleanest place but could be worse. The AC rattled loudly every time it ran. Bathroom was dirty, cigarette burn in comforter. Room had no odor but halls smelled like combination of cleaner and weed smoke. Lobby has a strong cleaner smell. Would not stay again.

Stayed here because it was near jiffy lube live, it was disgusting. The hall ways smelled like marijuana and the room was filthy. The bed had a bad odor, the bathroom had hair all on the floor, and stains where all over the room. We definitely will not stay here again. The only good part was the lady who checked us in was very nice.

Located right off 234. Fantastic staff. Good parking. Good price. Small breakfast in the morning. Water and lemon water in the front in machines for free.

You definitely get what you pay for. We went to a concert at Jiffy Lube Live and wanted a clean, comfortable place to stay after the concert so we didn't need to drive home. We got neither here. The room was filthy. Stains all over the walls, beds were old and dated with very used, old linens. I could barely sleep because I was afraid there could have been bed bugs. The hallway and room wreaked of cigarette smoke. We only needed a clean, comfortable, no frills place to stay for the night. We definitely would not return here for other after concert stays or otherwise. I'm not sure where they got the pictures for the rooms that they use on their website, but we didn't get one of those rooms.

Hotel is pretty low. You will not have a microwave or fridge. No proper directions. Not worth the price at all.

Avoid this place at all costs! Not a safe place to bring your family. Tons of people loitering outside at late hours. The side door which should be locked and only opened with a hotel key was held open by a brick. The room smelled so bad of smoke that my husband’s eyes were burning. The lock on the door was very loose. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. My husband was reading reviews (people's plates being stolen and swat teams busting in) and decided we would be leaving. So after only being there 10-15 minutes we left. I have made several attempts to contact the manager by phone and every time the response is; he’s not in and they don’t know when he will be in. I have also emailed the manager and have yet to get a response. I would like a refund for the fact that we didn’t even stay overnight. The girl at the front desk was so Sweet and welcoming. The room isn't the greatest but the shower was amazing and has a great tv. Great for just a night. Only thing they could do to make it better is add a mini fridge to keep drinks cold.

Rooms are nicely sized and fairly well stocked with chairs, desks, and a modern TV. There was a severe lack of plugs in my room, however. Room-stocked coffee was generic, average quality. Bar soap actually very nice, not so abraisive like other hotel chains'. Shampoo AND conditioner provided. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. Basic fare. Cereal, Eggo waffles, toast, oatmeal, juice. Meh. The entire hotel has the vague smell of an old ashtray. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Water and coffee in the lobby!

Excellent service super clean rooms recommended and the receptionist a very attentive person.

Decent for sleeping, plate was stolen off car there, seemed like the local hang out for partying.

Truck parking is excellent. Have designated truck spots in the lot. Motel is under renovation. Have a long way to go… might be nice when it's finished.

I have stayed here on and off for over a year I will admit the place deff needed work in the beginning that’s probably why the negative reviews but with new management and updated rooms/lobby the place is coming up very nicely it just needed some tlc. Location is very convenient staff are friendly and helpful housekeeping does a great job. Don’t believe everything you read. For the price you deff can’t beat it!

Room is filthy poorly maintained, they do have truck parking, trash and debris left in parking lot (busted wheel barrow and construction debris) no discount for cdl holder, at best it's a room the best Western may be a better choice.

Old furniture, old TV and unpleasant smell in the room. Wifi top download and upload was around 1MB. No microwave or fridge on rooms on first floor. Talked to front desk and they gave me another room with fridge and microwave.

If I could give this a negative 100000 I would. They charged me 300$ for a TV that someone else had obviously broke before renting me the room. I never even turned the TV on because I checked after 1AM on business and went straight to bed! They like stealing money from people. Management dosent work with you at all. Worst place I've EVER stayed in my life. Don't ever rent here!

Days Inn Manassas/I-66 7249 New Market Ct, Manassas, VA 20109 I made a reservation for $ 90.78 on Sept. 24th and went to this motel on September 25th. I told you that I made a reservation, and here's what the cashier asked for. I had a business trip around the company, so I had to hand it back to the company so I could get back to work. I said I pay cash and I paid for cash. $ 76.84 … After checking a week later, I have a credit card. $ 90.78 I paid twice for this motel twice. I received a cash receipt receipt at that time. I sent the receipt by email. I asked for a duplicate settlement. I got $ 76.84 for them. They should have sent me $ 90.78. I sent an email again, but I still have no answer. I sent emails back to them, but I didn't answer them, so I put them here. I need to receive $ 13.94. Why is the motel staff wrong, and why should the customer be damaged?

It's a basic place. But rooms were clean, staff friendly and some basic breakfast options were fresh and available no complaints for the price.

This place made me feel like I was at home! Very sweet, friendly, and loving staff! All except the breakfast worker. Other than that everyone else goes above and beyond to make sure everyone who checks in is happy and comfortable during their stay! A big thank you to you all!

This was the worst motel I have ever been to! As soon as you enter the lobby you see peeling paint, scuffed floor boards and there is a musky smell to the place. At first I figure they just spend the money on the rooms, nope. Got to our room and it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke! We had asked for non smoking. Went to look at the bathroom and there was mold along the flooring around the tub. Went back to front desk and asked for a different room. Second room was just as bad. Completely reeked. Did not stay. Went to another motel all together. For the price of a one night stay, which was over 100. I want clean rooms and not one that smells like a bars floor.

Offered a smoke free room. Was given a nonsmoking room in a hallway clearly set for smoking rooms. Slept for a couple hours, yet was awaken by the smell and could no longer sleep at 3 am. Elected to leave and continue our journey home on half a night's rest. Manager refunded part of the cost of the room. Suggest asking to check the room prior to signing for the room.

Great for a cheep place to crash but dont get too comfy. My room's exterior wall leaked at the floor so the room was musty and paint was bubbling up on the wall. Breakfast was sub par at best with very few options and eggos to run through a toaster (lowest form of hotel waffle) and "fresh" fruit looked three weeks old. Limited English speaking staff so requests were interesting to say the least. And the topper was their front counter staff attempted to charge me twice for the room because apparently they were not all trained on how online booking works and is paid for prior to the stay. My suggestion is get in and get out much like the truckers who use this hotel as a place to take a shower and sleep somewhere other than thier cab. Spend the extra 10 to 20 dollars and stay elsewhere unless you are a trucker and need a cheep place to crash.

The hotel wasn't the absolute worst, but it did smell somewhat like an old ashtray and the beds in the room that I stayed in with two other people were not that big. Overall, 2/10

The best word I could use to describe this place would be "dingy. " The building is old and the rooms are fairly outdated. The bed was pretty uncomfortable (only 3 crappy pillows on a king size bed. Somehow my boyfriend ended up with all 3 and I had none), there was a big crack on the wall, and the smoke detector had been removed, which is probably illegal. But it wasn't necessarily dirty, just sort of faded. The bathroom had new fixtures and the TV was nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but it's okay when you need someplace cheap for a night. Just bring your own pillows.

Besides all the people sitting on the stairs outside smoking, we entered the stairway to find it smelled like an outhouse. Went went up and the carpets in the hallway were SEVERELY stained. In the room the bathroom countertops had a lot of water damage and there was mold growing in many places in the shower/tub. There are missing outlet plates (so glad I didn't bring my kids! ) And the box spring showed many more stains. Those are only the health risk things we saw. Aesthetically, it appeared very old and VERY work out with "Harry homeowner" repairs… for the things they even bothered to attempt to repair. My advice is to stay somewhere else! There are a lot of motels within. 5 miles of this one.

Hotel looks awful. Rooms don't look good. The bed looked dirty when we came in. The bathroom door was broken. The breakfast was fine. Smelled like Mold and our non smoking room smelled like something else. A Stair case in the hotel smelled like cigarettes. One of the worst hotels I have ever been to.

Room was clean area was quite and the breakfast was ok. The side door enterin the building did not latch properly alowing it to be opened with no card key making security inadaquite. Overall a nice stay for basic hotel.

-EXPENSIVE for what you get. The MOST minimalistic hotel. -Other Guests are LOUD and there's NO PRIVACY through the Walls. -The WHOLE Place just Stinks.

Stay away from this dump. Bad place, I stayed there with a friend of mine. Not worth staying for free. The manager or whatever you want to call her is rude. How can they keep staff like that?

Beware of this hotel the manager is absolutely incompetent. I stayed at a Days Inn at the Pentagon in Arlington for two days. The following day I went back home to Florida. All of a sudden I am getting a review request from Expedia about a stay at the Days Inn in Manassas. I never stayed there, don't even know where Manassass is. Called the manager called Jennifer explained the situation and she refused to provide a refund. Called Expedia and they never sent a confirmation to me because I did not book this, they called her same rude response. Now I am disputing the charge and I am in contact with the President's Office of Wybdham resorts. What in inept manager making a bad situation even worse. Never even been there.

Extremely dirty room, the smell was atrocious, lots of mold, broken window, broken ac with pitch black filter and wet/sticky floor. Ended up that we were put in a closed room where noone was supposed to be in. Staff when we checked in were rude and didn't offer any help with problems.

Dirty and smelly rooms. We had two non-smoking rooms for two nights, found bed-bugs in one room the first night, changed it to another one on the same floor. We had kids in the other room, we noticed they had bed bugs bites all over their body. Rooms smell like smoking ones, blankets are burnt by cigarettes. During our stay for two nights we heard two customers each night shouting and complaining about the condition of their rooms. Very average staff service, I am sure the management sucks big time and staff is not the one to be blamed. I would NOT recommend this place. There is no way to give a zero or NEGATIVE rating but this place highly deserve ZERO OR BELOW RATING. Its a bad name on DAYS INN franchise.

DO NOT TAKE IT! I have stayed several times at days Inn elsewhere and none of them could be compared to this one. Sorry to say, this one is SERIOUSLY NOT WORTH CONSIDERING! do not come here. My room smelled like freaking piss, washroom was torn apart, they still have those old school television with the big chunk in the back, the sheets look like they ARE the original ones since this place was built. The staff was decent but the place is horrible. I regret not taking the Best Western hotel next door compare to this. Shame this days Inn brings to the brand.

This place is like sleeping at a land fill it smelled so bad. There was multiple bugs in the bathroom and there was 2 pubic hairs in the bathtub. Do not stay there.

This placed sucked! Our shower did not work, the sink was water damaged and leaning like it was ready to break. Our A/C sounded like a jack hammer. It was totally not worth the money. Do NOT stay here.

Essence of a European cigar bar since only a smoking room available but I knew that going in. Not bad at all for price and going in there at 3 am drunk.

Rating is worse than "poor" It is HORRIFIC! The first room they gave us had brown, dirty, chunky water floating in the tub! Would not give us refund but moved us to another room. Woke up the next day with hundreds of little red bugs all over and no hot water! The manager would not refund us and laughed when we asked for our money back. The staff had poor English, and were very discourteous! The entire hotel smelled awful! Stay far far away.
