I had a very bad experience! They charged me $150 extra and later on when I called them back they told me that I smoked in a non-smoking room! That was ridiculous! I have never smoked in this whole life and then someone tells me that they found some smoking activity that really makes me mad! I can show through my medical tests that I am a non-smoker! When I said about this, they told me to call tomorrow and talk to the manager! The following day I called them and their response was so weird to me! They were just ignoring my calls telling that manager is not on duty! After calling them for 4 times and asking them if I can talk to the manger, I simply gave up! I will never ever recommend someone to go there! NEVER!

Booked a room. A few hours later I extended my stay. The front desk never told me my rate for the following night. I was charged 10$ more (and that's fine). But 4 mins later was charged 26$ more. She said "well the rates changed". I said it was very shady. Got an attitude back. Always be aware of your account charges here. Will never revisit.

Cool place. Happy they provided crib for our child.

Their staff were very hospitable. They had cheaper rates and an awesome rewards program. Rooms were very clean and professionally set. They offer clean towels, shampoos and soap. They also offer coffee in their rooms. You should go for it.

The hotel was very close to our destination. The employees were all nice and we had no issues with anything.

Place was clean except my socks turned black from walking on the floor, the air conditioner did not cool the room adequately and the late-night guy was a little bit rude other than that the state was okay.

Price/performance ratio is good — tidersily clean not too loud — fridge microwelle hair dryer everything there.

Old, but good. Upper rooms are far better! Good staff as well.

All you get in the name of continental breakfast is bread coffee and self made waffles… This is not what a continental breakfast… I agree it's a budget location but every budget location has Atleast a couple of fruits, boiled eggs and bacon.

Room was simple but clean and fairly quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was the the continental breakfast was very sparse.

Terrible. Hard wood floors in the room. My feet were cold walking on it. Never been in a hotel with hard wood floors in the room. Had no hot water, it was luke warm. The breakfast area was small and it was in the lobby by the front desk. The only thing they had to eat was cereal, toast, bagels, make your own waffles, coffee and juice. The room had no table lamps. The bed was hard as a rock. We won't be staying there again.

Stayed for a softball tournament, was close to ball fields and food. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

I wish that I was able to find a way to explain that the new manager at the desk, is willing to lie to you while smiling the whole time. Even when confronted, there is an instant language barrier.

Great deal, clean rooms! Awesome breakfast. Staff is amazing. This place has come along way from the prior years. Must be under new management! Perfect for a stay!

The hotel is really neat I like the wood floors.

Rooms were clean comfortable bed with soft pillows. Good breakfast and quite area.

This place sucks right now… Im sure it will eventually be an enjoyable stay, but not as of now. I paid 2 weeks down. They failed to notify the guests that they were planning on a major renovation. First 4 days were adequate, just a place for me to sleep was all. Then the renovations started. Right outside my first room these contractors set up a paint mixer, that contraption was louder than a damn chainsaw! Upon request, they relocated me far away from that racket all the way to the 2nd to last room on the other side of the hall. What managment again failed to tell me was that they were renovating the very last room, the one room that just haaaaaddd to share a wall with mine. 5:30 AM rolls around and these contractors just start hammering away on the shared wall, completely disregardinng the fact that 1. It's 5:30 AM and 2. That it was a shared wall, and that their neighbor… me was trying to sleep-in after a 20 hour work shift. These contractors were pretty damn careless of everyone around them trying to get some shut eye. Obviously the remodel has to be done, but at least shut a floor down one at a time to get it done properly rather than sell/rent rooms that were right in the middle of a damn construction site. Really inconsiderate of them… hopefully they finish this soon, I can't keep up with this racket much longer. Very irritated with it all.

Had been driving all day and decided to stop here for the night. Nothing fancy but it's clean, quiet, and a good price.

Not great, but adequate. Clean rooms. A little older decor, not recently updated. Service and staff were fine. No issues. A little light on the breakfast options — just a very basic continental breakfast (waffles, breads, coffee, yogurt, juice).

Didn't stay there… didn't want to stay there. Make sure you actually choose this hotel… but, not sure why anyone would. Made the mistake of selecting the incorrect hotel from cell phone app and they wouldn't honor cancellation within two hours of determining my mistake. Guess they need the money to clean up bed bugs and the like by reading other reviews. Not happy with customer service. Waiting to see if they cancel second night of mistaken reservation. Not holding my breath since they lied about canceling the first night. Don't trust anything they say! Hope they enjoy the free money they collected.

This is a decent hotel to stay in, the rooms are big and for the most part the property is quite. There were 3 small issues that we had. My husband was bitten throughout the night by bedbugs, we saw a mice in the bathroom and the general manager's family lives on the property and work. The GM, short Indian lady charged my 25 year old son to get head from her. At least she is making money on the side. The great thing is that he tapped it on his cell phone.

Quick to get checked in, guy at the desk was nice.

Great place for the price… Clean and friendly staff. Stayed there several times for business. Would stay here again.

Pretty good, everything you'd expect from this type of hotel. I did like that they have a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.

We were just there one night, and randomly picked this place because of the low price. It was wonderful! we had a big room, and a nice bed. The breakfast was good. It was quite and overall a good experience.
