It's a place I will stay at again. We were traveling to Florida.

My 5 kids had their own room. My husband and I had our room. I was pleasantly surprised. Id most definitely come back there. Light fare breakfast was just enough.

I will never recommend this place ever in my life it was a non-smoking room. How to do $100 deposit because I didn't have a credit card. So the room cost me over $100 I was very unhappy about the price. I checked out front desk ask the cleaning to if. Ncleaning lady when I'm over him and said it's not like smoke I asked the manager to go up there with me to confirm sure enough she walked up there the manager didn't even walk all the way to the room and she swore it smell like smoke mind you I walk down stairs multiple times and smoke a cigarette that night outside. I never that room although my clothes, and bags where the room was not smokie or did it even smell like smoke that. However I was extremely upset. In all honesty I feel like they totally was scammed. I refused to ever stay there again. And the very last thing before I went into that room no cleaning lady your manager know nothing cut it out so how am I being punished or penalized for something I did not do. I called the corporate office they said they could not do anything. They basically father complained if this is for the manager. I will never stay at their place again and I will make sure that everybody that I know that uses Hotel services will never stay there I will make it known that Manassas Comfort Suites is scamming people out of their deposit.

Our room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. How the cleaning service didn’t address this and then allowed more people to stay in the room is totally beyond me. This room gave my daughters and I a terrible cough. We did address this with the front desk and they gave us a different room which only smelled slightly better. No apologies from the front desk either. I would never stay here again.

Very nice hotel and the rooms for our large family comfortably. The breakfast was good, not great, each day. It may depend on the time. The staff was friendly no matter what department they were assigned to. The pool is indoors and enjoyable. Be careful with the parking. Other than that good location to the places we were visiting.

This is a moderately priced family hotel. It was very clean, had a very nice lobby and breakfast area, and comfortable beds & pillows. The breakfast had plenty of variety as far as free hotel breakfasts go. But we had no hot water. This was probably a temporary problem, but you may want to run the hot faucet in the tub for a few minutes to make sure.

The hotel was nice. We booked a king room a month in advanced and they tried to give us a double queen room. The staff at the front desk was very understanding and helpful and corrected the situation pretty quickly. The cleaners missed some very obvious things, used bar of soap in shower, towel hanging on the door and crumbs all over the couch. We took care of the towel and soap. The cleaners came back to vacuum the couch. Beds were very comfortable. First time in a long time I slept through the night. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Kid friendly and the hotel was very neat and clean. Breakfast was awesome!

Quite a good hotel for the money. Even has a gym and pool and free breakfast. Just watch out for the no parking signs in the surrounding lots because your car will get towed. (Happened to me)

Allowing a live band to play from 5.50 a. M in the morning for the last 2 mornings … horrendous bass, drumming coming straight through the 2nd and third floor from 5.50 in the morning onwards … why is this a thing?

This is a two star hotel but it has great accommodations! We had a really large king suite with a hot tub and a great view. It also had a complimentary breakfast that was really good and had lots a choices! The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were limited and we ended up with a pet friendly room that didn't smell great. Lots of space in the rooms. Would give it a try again, but might look elsewhere first.

Hotel is very clean and staff has been very accommodating. The decor is a little worn but not bad. The breakfast was pretty good. Standard fare of eggs, bacon, sausage but they also did a fried potatoes, sausage, onions and green peppers that was really good. Coffee was hot and fresh, very good. Lots of other options from several cereals, waffles, to breads and danishes. I will definitely Italy stay here again. Didn't use it but the is a very large indoor pool for a hotel and a exercise room plus a game room for the kids and a "pool party" room. Pretty cool.

We were in town for our niece graduation. All of the service we received was excellent. From desk clerk checking us in, clean and comfortable room, and a breakfast was awesome with a variety and very tasty. I cannot speak for others but I can only say our visit was great! I will stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Hotel stay was fantastic — everything there seemed new and was very clean. Breakfast was very awesome — many choices from eggs, home fries sausage, homemade waffles, donuts, muffins. Bagels, english muffins, cereal, yogurt, many teas great coffee and choices of 4 juices. Luis who checked us in was very friendly and made our stay a great one! Thank you and we will be coming back!

Pet Friendly. They Offer a lot of amenities. The place seems very now they have used very good quality stuff in the building of the place. They offer breakfast from 7 to 10 AM. Great service from the employees. We have stayed in another state in the same place and had the same qualityas well.

No issues, room was very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. Breakfast was very good, nice selection/assortments. Definitely choosing comfort suites.

This was the best hotel experience we had in a while. Large rooms, clean lines, sheets etc. Free breakfast. Very courteous staff. Total five star experience.

Nice hotel. I stayed two nights and was very happy with my stay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good both mornings. I would stay here again if I was ever in the area.

Good location compared to some other places. Leaves you at a decent driving distance for many the minimal restaurants that there are. Also the room was very clean along with the bathroom. Has a gym as well.

The staff was wonderful! But the only bad experience was they mess up on the rooms! I really want my dogs with us! But the kids had fun! It was very convenient that baskin Robbins and Dunkin donuts! It was cool having a late night snack with the kids! The rooms were very cleaning and housekeeping was very polite!

Me and my boyfriend booked the spa suite to celebrate Valentine's day early. It was a smooth check in the room was on the top floor and away from any noise everything was nicely set up in the room. I thought it was going to be a great stay but when we laid down to fall asleep I started itching went to the bathroom to see what's going on I had 3 bites on my lower back and 2 on my arms. Went to hit the light and say a Bed Bug crawling under my pillow. So I woke my boyfriend up and we started to search more couldn't see anything. We decided it was time to go we packed up our stuff in the middle of the night took this information to the front desk and was told we had to contact corporate because it was prepaid but we didn't use a third party site we booked on their hotel site because we are choice rewards members. We received a call today and they refunded our stay so I'm thankful for that.

Very clean nice place. In-room coffee decaf regular breakfast at 6 a. M. In the morning. Breakfast is over all good with lots of variety. I stay here regularly.

Excellent place to stay at a reasonable price with clean quiet rooms. The free breakfast is all that you could possibly want and the indoor pool and spa was especially enjoyable.

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms. Decent breakfast. Plenty of room in the lobby and seating for breakfast. Small, but nice pool. Comfy beds. TV stations are lacking for children. Good prices for what you get. Friendly staff. Free parking. Quiet!

The family really liked this hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the free breakfast good with nice variety, the elevators quick and frequent and check-in and out was a breeze. The entire hotel is smoke-free — Yay! — and it's pet friendly so I got to see some doggies every day. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The only small downside was the small sink area, which overlapped with the bathroom door. As I said, just a minor inconvenience though.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and courteous. We really appreciated all their help and the accommodations that they made for us. I had a lot of family coming in from out of the state so we all stayed together in the Comfort Suites Manassas Battlefield Park. The staff went over and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our stay. They were friendly and patient. We could not have asked for more. Thank you very much.

One star is giving this hotel to much credit. This was he worst hotel experience I have ever had. Breakfast was awful on Saturday morning. Everything was cold and old. Not much a selection at all. The hotel smelled of complete mildew and mold. The air conditioning unit in our room did not work at all. We requested a crib upon arrival was not there then went to desk to ask for it again and the staff got an attitude with me. When it was delivered they did not set it up or provide sheets or blankets for it at all. Then on Saturday the fire alarm went off in the entire building contacted maids in the hall and they said evacuate after just getting my kids to sleep for their naps. Got down to the front desk he said everything is alright and waved me away rudely. Everything about this hotel from check in to check out was an awful experience.

Great indoor pool and jacuzzi. Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Friendly and nice staff. The breakfast could be more desirable. Powdered eggs, biscuits you could use in the MLB and danishes that were dry.

Rooms were nice, but the bathrooms/showers were small. Hotel itself seemed a little run down. Wifi was pretty good compared to other hotels 6 down. Staff was friendly and fast.

Issues with broken refrigerator caused my food to spoil. It was actually completely non-functional. No maintenance staff available to swap it out. Light bedside bed not functioning. No compensation was offered. When I asked I was given a pittance. Clean room. Staff was not just OK. Should have been better under the circumstances. If you like plastic food you'll love breakfast. If you like empty carbs you'll be even happier. You can do better elsewhere.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay at the Comfort Suites. The lobby was welcoming and the staff friendly. We entered our room and my son said Wow! This is large. The room opened up to a sink separate from the restroom, a large closet and then a sitting area. There was a waist high wall and on the other side were 2 queen sized beds, tv, fridge/microwave and desk. There were plenty of pillows on the bed and both my husband and son slept well. My husband said the breakfast provided was one of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts he's ever had. He particularly enjoyed the sausage and potatoes. I grabbed bagels and peanut butter to go for me and my son. Internet connection was good and room was comfortable. I'm definitely marking this hotel for a return trip as we're in the area several times each year.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. We rented a room with the jacuzzi tub so we could relax after a full week of non stop work in both the field and office. They allow dogs which was perfect so we could really enjoy ourselves and not worry about our little fur baby since he was right there with us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great stay a couple of weeks ago. Clean, efficient, and friendly. I had reservations this past Friday with an emergency at the last moment preventing us from arriving. The manager graciously refunded us. I am sold on their customer service-exceeded my expectations!

Was there for the Jimmy Buffett Concert. Enjoyed our 2 nights there. Hot tub was down which was a bummer but the staff is very friendly, respectful and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs and clean. The breakfast was good. Except for the egg "slabs", but they really weren't that bad.

I booked a room last week for business for about $139. I cancelled first thing that morning via verbal confirmation and was assured it would be cancelled. I did not get a cancellation number. When checking my statement, I was still charged for the room. I called the hotel and the girl I spoke to asked if I had a confirmation number, to which I replied "No". She then questioned if I actually cancelled it in a condescending way. She looked me up by my name and said I was a "No …Show". I told her that was incorrect and that I cancelled the room and that someone dropped the ball on their end. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, and I said I did. I was transferred to the manager's voicemail. I left a detailed message as to what happened and explained that I would like to be refunded the charge. It has been about a week and a half and I still haven't received a call back. So I called the customer service number after a couple days and the guy I spoke to also questioned the validity of my concerns. He questioned whether or not I actually cancelled. I expressed clearly that I did, and that I would not be staying at a Comfort Suites again if I am not refunded, but I was polite. He said he would call the hotel and he put me on hold. After about 15 seconds on hold, I was hung up on. I never got a call back from him. I called back and was put on hold.

Very close to jiffy lube live. Had an amazing stay. Pool was large and clean. Room was wonderful. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

When I arrived I had to wait for the front desk person to finish her cigarette so I could check in. The TV image quality sucked and thanks to dish you will have terrible reception (stayed here the week of the finals and couldn't get ESPN or I can hear it but not see it as well as several other channels). On my day off I tried to sleep in but was woken up by yelling housekeepers in the hall I could here the entire walkie talkie conversation from my bed… speaking of you can Everything from the hall everyone that leaves comes in when the elevator hits your floor. I have no intention of ever staying here again I am glad my company paid not me.

Super comfortable, clean and cozy rooms. Great breakfast, with varied options. Parking in front of the place. It's important to be aware that, despite providing frigobar in the room, this is empty, so you have to bring your own food/snacks, if wanted. However, the hotel contains some machines to buy drinks and some sort of snacks.

I wouldn't even give this a star. The maid stole a pair of my pants and a friends $600 glasses. This is getting ridiculous. We found blood on our sheets in the bed, and then there were mysterious clothes found their way into our room. Such as a 36 DD bra, shirts, and pants. Lots of clothes and things went missing. This hotel sucks. I would not recommend it to any one.

Great hotel at a great price! I have stayed at the Holiday Inn, the Holiday Inn Express, and the Hampton Inn as I travel to Manassas, VA to work often. I would say this is easily the best bang for your buck. The rooms are very nice and clean and the front desk staff were all very friendly. I highly recommended if you are staying the Manassas area.

They were awful. Instead of telling people their pool was closed they let my friends and I walk there to find out only the jacuzzi was open. The manager was very rude and creepy! Came down to the pool area around 9:50 and just watched me and my friends change and leave. I was with 2 other girls as well. Most mangers speak and ask how your stay is but no he was weird and just stared. I felt very uncomfortable there.

This place sucks butt! we complained cause of a "church" group playing thump thump music very loud from first floor that vibrated 3rd floor. Cops called on us. This caused my daughter to have an asthma attack… guy lied to policy, we proved it cause of a videotaping that we did when we complained. Guy at desk also was watching his son at the front desk while he is working! we will never stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel, they have big rooms, free parking with a lot of parking spaces, a good complimentary breakfast, although not too many food items too choose from, but still good and free.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and I'm sure it won't be the last. Very clean, lots of amenities, tons of restaurants nearby and friendly staff.

Room was good — as clean as most hotel rooms — — — except for the mirror should be cleaned once in a while. It appeared like someone with acne had been there. Or some other crud was spotted all over the mirror. Pet friendly which is awesome. A little steep at $50 for the stay. Not bad if you are staying several days and can average it down. BUT the dog sh/t all through the grass is disgusting. Presumably part of the $50 goes to having someone clean up the grass once in a while. Ya no. What little interaction we had with staff they were friendly enough. Could have been 5 stars but the dog crap is just ridiculous. Probably should have rated it as 2 stars.

While the room was as good as the price allows, and we were pleased with the desk personel durring our 4 day stay, we had our car towed after making the huge mistake of actually using an open space in an adjacent, unmarked lot. The lot is on the south side of the motel and is susposed to belong to Dunkin donut shop around the corner. As it happens, if you use the lot for parking you will be towed, and right now. I parked with the intention of returning in 15 min, but the car was already gone. Poof! A call to 911 finally indicated it was towed by an outfit named DTR towing, located across town ($14 cab ride). A couple of sleeze balls run it. It cost $160. I can not help thinking Dunkin and maybe the hotel are using this lot as a scam. No signage whatso ever about towing being inforced. So. Beware. I wont be back. Ever.

The conference room for our all day event was overcrowded with tables and chairs jammed so close that they banged together whenever an attendee moved. There was not enough room for the attendees and the instructor. The hotel staff was not accommodating. Mr. Shaier Heidar in particular, had an attitude towards our conference and although conference attendees were told that their cars could remain parked where they were until conference break at 9:45 am, he arranged to tow several cars before the morning break leaving several conference attendees stranded. When approached by one of the stranded attendees, he was condescending. Are the towing fees part of his tip.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Convenient to restaurants, travel routes, etc. Came down almost late for breakfast, but staff was very helpful and friendly. Tony even took time to help make my family's waffles! Overall excellent hotel experience.

Great, reasonably priced hotel near IAD (Dulles Airport) with numerous not-so-fancy dining options within walking distance. Free airport shuttle and your standard Comfort Suites continental breakfast included at no additional charge. Helpful, nice staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

I stayed here during a business trip to Manassas. My room, the lobby, breakfast; everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, my room was spacious and the breakfast was wonderful. Definitely worth a visit.
