In my opinion, this hotel is the very best hotel in the Manassas area, if you can’t stay here, 2nd best is Best Western Manassas. There bath tubs are deep, I take baths a lot when I stay here. Hotel has a nice set up and clean rooms.

Other than leaf blowers running out side my door at 8am and exhaust fumes coming through the air conditioning system this hotel is on of the best places I have stayed. The need to hold off on cutting grass that early. Maybe second floor would be better.

Clean and comfortable good breakfast beds are nice.

Not for long stay. Room was adequate, and clean. “Full breakfast” was prepackaged carbs. No eggs, protein, fresh fruit.

Nice rooms and staff. We have stayed here twice and were comfortable. Them being pet friendly is a big plus too. The prices are very good; great value for the money.

Pros The two women working front desk (Hispanic, forgot the name of other girls country origin) were very sweet, helpful and polite. The general manager is very professional and has a great sense of initiative as well as humor. :) Nice swimming pool Great nature surrounding Clean rooms/atmosphere Good prices Great internet service Cons Neighbors were extremely loud and abusing alcohol in public. Overall I give this place a 9/10 for the quality. I probably wouldn't bring kids here due to some creepy looking people that I witnessed over my 2 day stay lol. But that's just me :p.

Excellent stay, newly remodeled so everything is nice and clean. Front desk staff is super friendly. Some of the patrons at the bar were a little rowdy but fortunately my room was on the other side of the building. Plenty of parking, close to 66 and only a 10 minute drive to jiffy lube live. Would delivery stay here again.

The staff was friendly, food was good, and the bed very comfortable. The air conditioning unit in 108 was loud and does kept slamming through the early morning. Not sure what that was about. I would stay again. Beautiful, peaceful grounds in the courtyard.

The room was very nice considering we had a pet. The hotel itself was very nice with a great layout. One thing Is people were banging on other doors, people thought outside your door having conversations and we even heard music blasting from another room. People here are always out and about and during the night it scared me. I kept hearing people considerably close to the room and the loud banging on the neighbors door didnt help. This hotel gives 5 stars. The people here are 1 star.

Everyone of staff members were awesome, friendly. They even do special event for their guest.

The room itself was wonderful. My husband said this is the first hotel that he's actually slept a full night in the beds. I loved the laminate floors so much better than the old ugly carpets most hotels have. I would suggest a throw rug at the door since it had been raining for days. The restaurant is highly recommended too. Happy hour offered $6 appetizers. We chose wings, cheese fries, macaroni n cheese bites, and potato skins. All were great and we had a good portion size of each. They also have dinner options that looked great. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast, make your own waffles, fresh fruit salad (melon, cantaloupe, pineapple) along with cereals, fruits, granola, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, and a variety of beads. The outside may need some repairs where the ceilings of the walkways are discolored, flaking, and falling apart in areas. Each rooms entrance is directly from the outside. No hallways or elevators. There are covered walkways so you won't get wet getting to your room or going to the restaurant, breakfast, etc. There's also a nice large canopy in the courtyard with picnic tables and grills guests can use. The courtyard is surrounded by the building so only guests have access. It had been raining for days and at the main entrance, where the canopy meets the doors, the water was dripping between it and the door. It was running down the door as well. The canopy isn't attached to the building.

The room was clean and sheets and towels were changed daily. There is construction in front of the hotel but it does not get in the way. The air conditioning unit worked well but leaked some, so be careful throwing clothes over it. Breakfast had fresh fruit and the normal waffle iron, cereal dispenser, juice dispenser, and warm eggs, potato, and sausage patties. The pool was drained at the time of visit in May but there was a nice patio with covered areas and several grills, and a horseshoes pit accessible to guests. Staff was friendly at all interactions.

My brother was happy with his 4 night stay and would recommend it! Convenient location out of the Metro zone and only a 5 minute drive from double the room costs in Reston and Dulles or closer to DC! Close to our house off I️-66 at Haymarket! Now boycotting Best Western for siding against the NRA! Not getting my $$$ or me becoming a helpless begging victim!

Cannot say enough good about the service and the feeling of going home when I stay here. The employees and Management of this Hotel is by far one of the best that I have stayed at in the world. You are treated every time you visit like family. The hotel is spotless, the rooms have been remodeled and my favorite, no nasty carpet on the floors. Someone with a brain designed the rooms and it shows! When in the area I highly recommend this location to stay and did I mention the fresh waffles for breakfast. Just yummy!

I work in a Contract company. We stay at hotels for awhile. This hotel is a nicer hotel. But after being here for almost 2 months, this hotel is really aggravating. Some of the beds are comfortable, some are not. The walls are thick enough that if your talking in a decent voice, I won't hear you. But if your slightly loud, playing music slightly loud, etc I'll hear you. Some of the toilets work good. Don't let them say the microwaves and mini fridges don't work good at all. Even the maintenance man will tell you "they aren't any good and they're to cheap to get new ones. " Some of the electronics work. Some of the lamps are broke and won't fix. They say they don't have smoking rooms, but they do. But don't register in their system as a smoking room.

This has been the best motel I have stayed in for a lo g time… nice and remodeled fresh everything.

Nice little motel, rooms are recently renovated and are spacious. Outdoor entrance to the rooms can be a bit annoying especially if you want something in the main lobby. The breakfast is above average the food was fresh and well supplied. If you are looking for solid place to stay for a night or two, I would recommend this motel.

I would have given them 5 stars if our heat was working, but it wasn't. They did offer us a new room but we were already settled. We loved our stay here. My husband lost his phone in our room. They were kind enough to contact us and let us know. I'm glad we spent the night here. Our room was properly equipped with basic needs.

I had a most pleasant experience staying at this Best Western. The check-in employee made me feel very welcome and was highly professional. He did a super job representing Best Western and invited me to join the rewards club. I was surprised how nice the room decor was — great job whoever designed the rooms! This room has everything you need, including a larger mini frig, microwave and coffeemaker. The room was super clean. The breakfast was probably the best I have had for a self-serve style breakfast. Food was great and the server was friendly and polite. I haven't stayed at a Best Western for years but I am really glad I picked this one to stay at! Bravo to everyone involved with this hotel! The next time I am in this area again I will stay at this hotel for sure.

The place is amazing they added glass Doors to make it safer you have to go threw the lobby or have a key to get to any room there. I love this place clean tiled floor no carpets only place May Carpet on my Room. The buffet for breakfast is great yes there is s restaurant area and I saw a bar but I o my sleep There and have breakfast when I travel Threw I have stopped here it's close to every thing not easy for a tractor trailer to park in the parking lot but they driver could really park close by and walk in it's a wonderful safe place for family's with it without kids business people as well I have stayed at several Places in this area and this is my new favorite place to sleep. The staff are amazing really wonderful people. I was not sure if I lost my earring in my room or not the cleaning lady actually looked as I was leaving I told Her I was looking for a earring she offered to help and said she would Leave it at the desk if she found it for me. Wonderful buffet and staff threw out the whole place and yes you can grab a newspaper everyday.

I travel 250 days a year and stay at hotels all over the world I can honestly say this is by far my favorite. I love the renovations. The staff is absolutely the best the never fail to ask me how I am and always are wiling to go out of their way to help me and makes sure I have everything I need and if I do have any issues I can call and they see to getting it fixed immediately they make me feel so welcomed.

Bold and clean outward appearance from the highway. Easy access into the lobby area, including access for physically challenged patrons. Staff at desk was extremely courteous and on point. Even accomidated me with a ground level room because of my struggles with stairs. Looked to have been a recent remodel because the rooms were stunning! Hardwood flooring was a nice touch to our stay. Took a dip in the outdoor pool before a complimentary dinner. Slept well and the breakfast bar was great. Would highly recommend this facility to all traveling this direction. Top notch!

We stayed here for an local event and had a discounted rate which was great. The hotel itself was ok, we had reserved the wheelchair accessible room and in order to get in the door we had to move the furniture. Lucky the beds were easy to move and we had more room. There was not a lot of room to get past the bed into the bathroom. The shower was not working and we reported it to the front desk and it did not get fixed before we left. There was a lot of noise from other guests fairly early in the morning, but since we were on the first floor we expected some noise. Overall it was an ok stay but we would not recommend if wheelchair accessibility is a factor.

Wonderful experience! I definitely recommend this as a place to vacation at or just to stay the night. The nachos where amazing and it was a pleasure to stay. Very quiet and clean and could not ask for more… All staff where right on and we thank you for your accommodations… Sincerely, M. Rolls.

The staff I encountered were very friendly, the property overall was nicely landscaped, the room amenities/furniture were great and the breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Five main things really ruined my experience however. Assuming they could be addressed for future guests, I would stay here again. 1 — Every time we'd enter/exit the room, people were smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) all over the property. 2 — The bathroom in our room smelled so strongly of cat spray, we had to keep the door shut and hold our breathe while using the restroom. Everything appeared very clean though so I can't understand how housekeeping missed that noxious odor. 3 — The tables and high chair in the breakfast area were filthy. Sticky to the touch, with layers of food and dirt on them. 4 — A wake-up call was somehow scheduled for our room even though I had not requested one, waking all of us up at 5:50a. 5 — People (not sure if they were guests or just attending the party taking place at the restaurant on-site) were outside the room, fighting and yelling through the night.

Stay here for work. Not too bad. Nice staff. Beds are okay. Could bed more comfortable but that's just my opinion. Free breakfast is a plus. The usual items are available. Belgian waffle maker is definitely a plus. Overall not bad at all.

We have stayed at your motel during Rolling Thunder for several years now, and will continue to stay. We loved the renovation to the rooms. We have never been disappointed with the service. Thank you all so much for supporting Rolling Thunder and what it stands for. Our group will see you all next year!

I have been staying at this hotel for some years now. This hotel has went above and beyond to support the riders who participated in Rolling Thunder. They are respectful and always have festivities to entertain the riders. They offered a cookout and DJ In the courtyard and free entry to the bar for the band at night. They allow bikers to park their bikes in the courtyard for safety and lock the doors to keep anyone from messing with them. This is the main reason that I stay there. I want to thank them for being such supporting hosts. You can guarantee I will be there next year. Keep up the great service!

Great place! Our first time at Rolling Thunder and I can't say enough good things about this place. We parked the bikes inside the courtyard, there were wash stations for the bikes and the staff and other guest/riders were friendly, respectful and super accommodating! See you all next year!

Nice clean room. Just old.

The room was pretty dirty, especially for the price. A fresh coat of paint doesn't cover up what appears to be years of neglect. The staff were friendly, which helped with what was otherwise a below average experience.

Only had a smoking room stunk. Carpet was the dirtiest of any hotel I've seen and I stay in a hotel almost 250 days a year never ever again in this one.

Very friendly staff, and good facilities. Our non-smoking room, however, smelled a while lot like smoke.

During our 2 day stay on Wednesday and Thursday we paid $270.00 not $87.00 per night as advertised! I just noticed the price difference and I will be disputing it today. The rooms are small and the walls are very thin! All night my wife and I were up throughout the entire night because of slamming doors, barking dogs in the rooms and patrons constantly screaming for the owners to shut the dogs up! Try one of the other local motels in the area and I'm sure you'll be a lot happier!

The beds are very comfortable. They take pets and I was able to get them to waive the pet fee when I booked multiple nights. I got a smoking room. I couldn't figure out if I could really smoke in it though because it didn't smell like smoke. It had ashtrays, so I smoked. The room was top notch. I stayed one night and came back for two nights. Their Internet was having trouble so I paid $5 to get cash out of the ATM and paid them in cash for one of the nights. Then when I checked out of that stay the cashier told me I owed them $150. I told him I'd bring him the money back, and he changed his story to $130. I never went back and my card wasn't charged. The rooms were great, but this shady practice would make me look elsewhere next time.

Loved the rooms very clean, breakfast was good and the employees were very helpful, but it was a choir to get your luggage in and out. It's in a great location no matter your personal needs and the taxi from there is great, I would recommend it to everyone!

We came in for Rolling Thunder and was greated by the nicest people. We really enjoyed the lunch and entertainment provided. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also loved the fact that our bikes were allowed in the courtyard. Thank you so much for making our experience the BEST! We have already booked again for next year.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the place is close to a few restaurants and stores. I stayed there for 4 days and was pretty satisfied.

I stayed here with the 2 Million Bikers to DC, and everything was FANTASTIC! A great Big Thank You to Sharma, when we arrived our floor was wet and he wanted to put us in another room but I said no, we are fine here (just to tired to move) after about a hour the vanity ceiling came crashing down filled with water. Sharma put us in the last room and even carried our belonging himself. He not only comped our room he insisted buying our dinner which we declined, I felt like He had done enough, I intend to go back to DC with my Biker friends next year and will be advising them to stay here if Sharma is still there. Sharma went out of his way to be kind and generous, they are lucky to have him! ps After I got home I realized I had left a a drawer full of clothes and when I contacted the front desk, they shipped them to me in 2 days.

Was traveling to see family. The staff was excellent. They were so friendly they made me and my kids feel very welcome they talked to them at breakfast. The hotel you could tell was a older hotel but it was very clean. Every time I went passed a employee they greeted me and the kids and asked if we were enjoying our stay. My six year old keeps asking when we can go back in stay.

I was an extended stay customer as I was working in the area. I never went home and lived there form June 2012 — January 2013 in the same room. The front desk staff is very friendly and the connecting restaurant Addy's was wonderful. They have updated their rooms. The beds are comfy. Getting your mail sent there is no hassle at all.

I should start off by saying the greeting staff was friendly. The room was also quite clean, and the bed was comfy. There were also a bunch of construction workers there. I'm assuming they are working on I-66. I had no problem with them as they tend to go to bed early and leave early in the morning just like me. The biggest problem I had was the thin walls. I could hear people on any side. Left, right, above, and outside. Plus, the guy next door was smoking constantly. Even though I had a non-smoking room, my room was filled with smoke. I'm assuming because the rooms were connected by inside doors. Guy liked to party too so I got to listen to him and his guests while I tried to sleep. I called the desk to have them ask him to be quiet, and they did nothing. $: Also, the price was a bit steep for the area. The Super 8 right next door was $20 cheaper per night.
