Just a nice comfortable spot if your passing trough the area. Staff are friendly. And a breky. Can’t beet that.

I love this place they welcomed us with open arms was very respectful seeing my family as if we were their family I will definitely keep coming back.

Upon arrival I had trouble with my reservation. I had booked and stated in the booking I needed a pet friendly room. When I arrived and double checked that it was a pet room they told me no and that they didn’t have any other ones available. She then told me they have 1 room on the first floor (where they keep the pets) and wanted me to look at it. I followed her down the hallway to the room where she opens the door and it’s absolutely freezing in there. She tells me the heater is not working and kicks it a bunch of times knocking the cover completely off. After that she asks me if I want that room. Umm… no, I do t want to freeze. She finally just puts me in the room I originally booked that is apparently not pet friendly, but let us in anyway.
In the morning when I took my dogs down stairs and outside to potty I was stopped by the front desk who questioned what room I was in. Once I gave my room number out he immediately stated that I couldnt be in that room with dogs and accused me of smuggling the dogs in. I told him I declared them when I checked in and that was the room I was given.
We left for the day for my daughters cheer competition (with my dogs too) only to come back to a key that did not work on our door. When I went to the front desk to get it fixed, I was told that they disabled my key because I had dogs up there and that I had to change rooms.

We rented a pet friendly room paid an extra $30. The carpet was filthy I had my mother wear socks and I wore flip-flops. The chairs had stains on it I took pictures for the front desk. The lady explained they needed an upgrade and I told her no that just needed stuff shampooed. I feel it could be very unhealthy for anybody to stay in that room number one one six. We're traveling from Texas to Oregon and have stayed in a couple of pet-friendly rooms. They've already taken out the carpet.

When I first walked in I was impressed by the building and the staff. That’s about as far as it goes at this place. We have a dog so we were put in a pet friendly room. I was surprised that the nightly fee for a pet was $30. Our room had the hooks for artwork, but it was missing. One if the lights was out in the bathroom. The mirror above the television had scotch tape covering several cracks. The topper was the comforter had been chewed on quite vigorously by a previous animal and the inner cotton was falling out.

Nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean and well kept. Breakfast had all necessary staples.

The maid worked very hard to clean the place. The didn't do their part Furniture is sparse and old. Draps were about to fall. The door safety lock was broken. The carpet was clean but old. The Wi-Fi disonnected itself just often enough to be annoying. Noisy neighbors made it difficult to sleep. The wall thermostat didn't work. Won't be back.

Was here a week ago today and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. That being said, I had to get a room last night and decided to stay here again. I got the same room I had last week and Rick, the owner is awesome… The A. C. Wasn't working and I talked to Lamont. He followed me to the room and checked to make sure I knew how to operate the system. He was treating me like I was a kid and needing directions to put a Tinker Toy together. He soon realized that it wasn't working and told me to open a window and cool the room off. It was over 80° at the time and over night the room got down a whole 74°. That is why I won't be back!

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was happy to work with me in getting the payment sorted out and even changing my room to the top floor. The free breakfast in the morning wasn't bad. It's very nice that they also have a pool and hot tub, though it's not 24 hours, and it's a little small. I'd definitely stay here again, though.

My night was good the night lady was fast and helpful will stay here again rooms were clean and nice.

These guys are awesome! The room was super well kept everything was really clean. The management was so nice and accommodating I will stay here every time!

Good location with access to many food outlets. Clean rooms with refrig and microwave. Good full breakfast. Has an elevator as hotel has 3 floors.

I went down for the “free continental breakfast” at 8:58 and they already cleaned up and closed the door even though it didn’t close until 9AM. I thought I could at least grab a bowl of cereal and juice to take to my room but the girl told me it was closed. So, I guess I woke up early for no reason. Also the shower is broken and I had to touch the floor plug every few minutes because it kept closing by itself so the water kept pooling. Was gross. This was s total waste of $100. I should have stayed in Logan 45 minutes away where it’s only $65/night AND cleaner AND they don’t close the breakfast down early AND deny you even dry cereal. I won’t be coming back here. Any other hotel would have been a better experience.

Lamount is the best he goes out of his way to make you feel at home! Beautiful rooms some things not done yet like paint on wall etc. I do not like how the owner treats his employees or his guests! The owner is very rude rarely greets anyone!

We have family in Ogden, so we come here quite often. We have been staying at the Comfort Inn every time we come. Lamont has been very nice to us every time. The rest of the staff is always nice as well, however Lamont goes out of the way every time. We will continue to stay here. Thank You very much.

My room wasn't clean. It needs to furniture and carpet. The location is convenient but it is right next to a large distribution center and you can hear the semi trucks all night long. It seemed poorly managed, they messed up my reservation and the guy was argumentative. And I thought it was over priced. I can't speak for the breakfast, I didn't eat it. I would never stay here again.

I stayed for two weeks. Everyone of the staff was nice and helpful. Close walking distance to allot of fast food places.

New hotel, rooms are very clean. Hotel staff are very helpfully and friendly. Area doesn't have much for food but is safe and inviting. Overall had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We booked a designated pet friendly room (I checked) on the Comfort Inn website, and additionally verified via a phone call to the property that our reservation was confirmed for a pet friendly room. However, when we arrived after a full day of driving, we were told that we were not booked for a pet friendly room and turned away from the hotel. We were directed to a smaller, crappier, and more expensive Sleep Inn down the road. We never even had a chance to stay at this hotel, but good luck with it if you decide to try… their customer service is TERRIBLE.

My in laws have stayed here twice as they travel from 700 miles+ away. Both times, it was terrible. The owner is ridiculous. They've had issues with the rooms. If my mother in law wasn't so upfront, they would have made them stay in an unconditioned room in 99°f weather. They got a new room. Which was decent. But my fiance pulled the filter out of the ac and just gross. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The owner was AWFUL about it. He was so mean to them. The manager was actually super decent and apologized on his behalf. Poor guy deserves a raise. They won't be staying here again. That's forsure.

Generally, the hotel seemed clean and updated. However, we had a few issues that tainted our stay: During one shower, the water was not hot. I had the temperature knob turned up all the way, and the water was cold for 2-3 minutes. It eventually turned luke warm, but that was it. There was significant noise from people above us walking around late at night. Understood that there's not much the hotel staff can do about this, though. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We got there with plenty of time to spare (8:15am) and the omelettes were almost gone; what was left was dry and gross, and it was never replenished. Many other items were also gone, like forks and drink cups. I noticed a hotel worker working in the breakfast area, but she didn't seem to address some of these issues. The pool area generally seemed clean enough to me, but I did have two complaints. Someone kept smoking right outside the pool area and the window was open, so we kept getting cigarette smoke coming in. Also, the hot tub kept creating foam with a light brown film on it. It just made me wonder how clean the hot tub really was.

Glad we didn't believe the negative ratings. Great service, nice room at a fair price. AND a protein breakfast. We'll be back.

Usually I love staying at comfort Inn, but this time they overbooked us and had to move us to another hotel that charged us double for a 2 double bed room that smelled bad at sleep inn. Not happy! Then told us we couldn't get money back because at least we had a room to stay in. It wasn't my fault they overbooked our room that we had reserved over a week before and we were not the only ones effected. They told us it was about a half dozen of us that didn't have rooms when we arrived. Not staying in Ogden comfort Inn or sleep inn again. Truly pissed off! They should do something for us after that nightmare.

This hotel is the absolute worst! I complained about possible bedbugs in the room and they did not seem to care. I feel bad for the employees who work at the front desk, as it seems they are interrupted every five seconds by a micromanaging jerk manager. They have breakfast put away by 8:15 am most mornings. I was able to have one pleasant interaction with a young lady at the front desk, Kathrine I believe was her name. Here's the deal. When I arrived, there were at least 15 guests standing in the lobby. This poor girl was working all alone with the phones ringing off the hooks, yet she still remained bubbly, I don't think anyone was agitated because of how professional and nice she was being. We had to reassure her several times that she was doing a great job, she looked so broken by the time we got up to the desk. After dealing with her, I expected the rest of the staff to be as nice and understanding, that was NOT the case. The owner is so rude and has the attitude that the customer is ALWAYS wrong! Later in the afternoon, I had the pleasure of dealing with an old man who looks friendly but is so far from it! He had a way of telling you you were wrong for asking for a few extra towels. This place costs way too much for what you are getting! curtains are tied to the walls in the rooms with ropes, there are little black bugs everywhere and overall, the staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Only went to visit a friend but the attendant weep was there didn't even acknowledge us. It was target weird for someone who works at a hotel.

I found that the staff here was not very friendly. I stopped here to use a conference room for a short meeting and the hotel manager was very unhappy about that and basically kicked us out. There is no one else using the conference room right inside the lobby but he insisted that we could not use it.

Took an unnecessarily long time to check in, and then after checking out, was accused of taking a pillow and leaving one of ours by mistake. This didn't happen, but regardless, if we took the pillow, I would gladly either pay for it, or return it. What bothers me is the attitude from the manager that the customer is always wrong, and the unwillingness to resolve the issue. If things go good, its an average hotel. If things don't, beware, they won't make any attempt to make things right. If you have another choice, I would take it.

The lady's that booked us in were fantastic! But the breakfast was terrible, and it wasn't even the food. The lady who was filling the foods back up yelled at our family and was rude countless times. Never coming back again.

I have stayed here as well as put employees up here in the past. Has always been a great experience, but this time was awful. Mr Richard Patel, the franchisee, personally checked our party in; what a total a-hole. Now I see why ratings are so poor. I guess I'll take my company's business elsewhere.

The worst customer service I have ever seen, I was waiting in the lobby for a ride and was continually harassed by the Indian man at the front desk. I told him that I had stayed at the hotel last night and was just waiting for a ride. He was rude and very u friendly. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Terrible experience! We booked a room for two nights, a Friday and a Saturday. The first night we had an emergency and called to cancel. We were told by the manager he was busy and he would call us back. He didn't. I called back to inform them of the cancellation, and was told our cancellation wasn't in the timeframe that the reservation could be changed without charge. We understood that, and told them that we would still be staying Saturday. The manager, indicated that because we were still staying Saturday, he would cancel Friday's reservation without charge, and we could still have a room held on Saturday. We showed up Saturday after a 5 hour road trip, and our room had been cancelled. We weren't even in the computer as having a room! After all of this, they also charged us for Friday nights reservation after telling us they would not charge us for the Friday night. When I called to see what had happened, I spoke to the manager again, and he said he didn't remember our conversation, (despite talking to him 2 times Friday night) that I didn't understand what he was saying, and that the computer was the problem, not him, because he had been doing this 40 years. The customer service was terrible, the manager flat out lied to us. We would have been happy to pay the Friday cancellation if we had not been told there would be no charge. Looking at other reviews, it's obvious this is a pattern.

Be warned! do not stay here. CHARGED MY CARD FOR TWO RESERVATIONS AND REFUSING TO REFUND! Booked a room on February 19, 2015 arriving February 20, 2015 and departing February 21, 2015. Made reservation over the phone with the hotel directly. Arrived at the hotel on the night of the 20th. The young lady at the front desk said she had no reservation for me. Checked using my phone number, name, credit card, etc. Even called another Comfort hotel to verify I wasn't booked at a different hotel. She said she had vacancies and booked me a room. Checked out the morning of Saturday the 21st. Noticed 2 room charges posting to my bank account on Sunday the 22nd. Called the hotel and was told I would need to speak to the manager on Monday the 23rd. Called and spoke to Rick on the 23rd. He was immediately defensive with the bizarre attitude that the customer is always wrong. He said I must be wrong and that one of the charges was probably pending (I verified with my bank that both charges had posted and cleared. Nothing was pending. ) Rick told me he would have to look into it and would call me the next day, Tuesday the 24th. On Tuesday no call came so I called. Rick told me that I had obviously booked a room and no showed and then booked a room and that it was my fault for not canceling the first room. Rick was not interested at all in talking things through. He was accusatory and would not commit to a refund.
