What ever you do don't stay here. They have a bug infestation the likes of a run down landfill. The people who work there are totally unprofessional and rude to boot. There beds are hard as a rock witch makes a rough nights sleeping. Also they are way to expensive they will charge you 10.00 a week more just to have a bottom floor. They have no elevators. They also charge you 5.00 a week just for internet that doesn't work in the Westside of the Building. I found out that they where talking a lot if junk about guests that has no truth "lawsuit filed". Just because someone else tells them something that's not true they will tell who ever will listen. Again there are way better places with out the bugs and drama for cheaper … Be Warned. There corporate Office should and will act. I got 4 other guests to sign a petition stating what I have just told you. You want a good night sleep with out hearing the nabor next to you snoring and talking.

Have been here a few weeks now. Nice, quiet, rooms. Manager and staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's quite and the room was clean when we checked in. It looks really outdated and has a slight smell to the room.

Ok motel for the price. A lot better then other Intown Suites I've stayed in.

Good place to stay on a weekly base to save money it has a full refrigerator 2 burner stove a microwave it has a big screen TV in all rooms cable and Wi-Fi and if there ever a problem the mantience people are quick on your feet to get the repairs done fast. There plenty of parking and is very quiet all the time.

I mean it a roof under our heads when we didn't have one so I mean it was ok. Price was ridiculous for the accommodations they give you. They don't wash your towels or sheets so what you have is all you have unless you wash them yourself they don't refill toiletries smoke everywhere they need to have it separated smoking on one side non smoking on other side. In order to use the laundry you have to purchase a card which I find ridiculous have to pay $5 to receive card then you only get a $3 credit afterwards so it charges you $2 for a card. And no you don't get your money back in the end your left with keeping the damn card!. You can only put high dollar bills nothing lower then a $5 and it can't be in $1's… only good thing about this place is the housekeeping is very friendly and they have a good maintenance man that's about it. This place really needs some tlc doors, rooms need to be repainted a. C. Units definantly need attention sheets to ours had holes in them. Don't even get me started on the box frame I wanted to run when I lifted sheets up! Kitchen was about only decent area.

Clean rooms excellent convenient housekeeping great parking handicap friendly. Quiet near shopping stores.

Front Desk attendant Martha was a great help went over and beyond her duties to hep me!

The rooms are comfortable clean and enough space for a short to medium length stay. Upper floors are less expensive. D'emploi is are very friendly. Are fighting for There is sufficient parking for the amount of guests staying there.

Very old and not inviting rooms. Great price but you get what you pay for. Would not recommend to out of town family if you like them.

This is the first hotel I have ever seen that you are responsible for washing your own towels! And while staying here, my husband was working the midnight shift and was sleeping during the day, and had the DO NOT DISTURB sign hung on the outside of the door, but several times he was awakened by the staff! They walked in his room once while he was even asleep and woke him up, just do they could change the filter for the air conditioner! Just went right on in! When you are paying to stay at a place you should have the same privacy as your home! Then he went to get his laundry out of the dryer and didnt have a shirt on, and he had a lit cigarette, so he put his cigaette out, and was told he couldnt be in the laundry room with out a shirt on, but he could smoke in the laundry room! If I didnt smoke, I wouldnt want my laundry smelling like cigarette smoke! I would much rather see someone in and out without a shirt than smell cigarette smoke! Never again will we stay here, and pay over 300$ a week, for this kind of treatment!

This is the worst hotel I ever stay in for working out of town will move soon my week is over this place rather loose a long term customer because they only give you 1 set of towels an say I have to wash them myself I work all day I don't have time to go wash towels an what really tick me off was that I went to the offices an ask for tissue the lady told me I have to go to Walgreens next door they don't supply tissue for the room with that being said I paid y'all over 300 dollars a week an I can't get fresh towels or tissue I never come an stay here again plus spider webs an spiders all over balcony this place just want money an don't respect there customers.

Was looking for a great place to stay while working and this met the bill and had a large fridge. The staff and others were really friendly and helpful I would go again.

What do you expect for such a low price? A basic room with what you really need. Free internet, free cable on a 42" screen, a nice bed, oh and a kitchen. Everything I need is within 1 mile distance. The people that work there are some of the friendliest people I've met. Very satisfied with my stay there.

I enjoy the stay at InTown Suites the price but it was high there in Pasadena, the visit at Webster location was a lot affordable and I feel the rate at this location should be lowered. It was a stay for waiting for an Apartment and where we will be staying for a longer period of time it let me have the time to select, however I felt the Manager in the front office could be more friendly and hospitable to customers.
