Rude and raciest. They do not like white people. Dnt care if u have hot water. Really owners wife offered me a bucket of hot water for shower ause had no hot water for 3 days. If u stay here good luck. They steal. Go in yoyr rooms. And treat u like ut nobody… Good luck. Bed bugs hurt a bit too. They yell you new rooms… What ever check your sheets. And good luck geyting $ back.

Well, let me try explain, they don't have nice installation for the price for room, they don't have good beds, old sheets and blankets. When you take a shower, the water is little warm no hot, they don't have steam iron. At least they accepted my expired ID. For that gratitude I give 2 stars. I'm honest, was a bad expensive experience.

A little pricey but overall it's a good place.

Very nice rooms great price. Didn't look the best from the outside but was very classy inside and quiet despite being right by the interstate.

Large, modern room. Very clean, the bed super. Fridge, hair dryer etc. No coffee machine, but there is fresh coffee in the reception all day long.

Just to be clear, my 4 star rating is for the overall experience during my stay at this 1.5 to 2 star hotel. Clearly, given the area it is in, overall layout and price point, it is not going to be similar to one of the beautiful 4 to 5 star hotels downtown. However, it is perhaps one of the nicer 1.5 to 2 star hotels I've ever stayed at. Check-in/check-out was quick and courteous, parking was decent, the rooms were much better quality then you find in similar style hotels and overall I enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are good size, the one I stayed in was all tile. The bed was comfortable, updated shower and sink was outside of bathroom (ie people can still wash hands without invading privacy). It was one of the quietest hotels I have stated at. I never heard any other guests in adjacent rooms or outside noise. The surrounding area is a little rough, but there is great value in staying here for people on a budget.

Very clean and modern units, friendly and helpful staff always interested to know if everything is alright with your stay. Only downside is there is no on site laundry but beyond that this is a very nice stay.

Last night I had the worst experience ever no ac toilet no working worst customer service the lady and the men were so rude. All I wanted is to sleep comfortable after a long day of work.

Very good stay, the new rooms are very beautiful. The staff and vibes from this place is amazing. Really good. And really cheap.

I picked a random hotel, this one was right off the freeway. I pulled in and they were very nice. The parking lot was well lit and had cameras. It wasnt overly packed, the place had a nice fence around it, I felt safe. Then I walked into the room I was given and was overly amazed, I had spent all weekend at the Hilton Island Resort in Galveston seawall blvd… and now im staying in a 60 dollar hotel/suite. Which was so much better besides the lack of view of the beach lol. I walk in, a couch on my right, lots of lights, a table, a deviding wall next to the couch that allowed you to also view into the bed area with a king size bed, dressers, night stand, TV, DVD player, CD player.
