Very nice hotel reasonably priced.

Easy access off the highway. Large comfortable bed and room. One of the nicest La Quintas I have stayed in.

Stayed a total of 4 nights last week ended up staying on the second floor the last night. Was horrible the dogs yapping all night cause there owners were not in there rooms. Staffs great but couldn’t get any sleep. We stay here at least once a month but will not again total waste of money and owner would not contact me after I asked for him too.

Nice quiet hotel. The beds were comfortable.

Old furniture, old mattress, old TV that had to be reset by staff, the telephone was a relic that had poor audio. The only saving grace was the fairly new carpet and paint. Sorry you asked and I’m being honest. Your staff was great though; kind and helpful…

We switched rooms twice before leaving this hotel and going to Comfort Suites next door (at midnight) due to extreme mold/mildew smell and problem. First room they gave us had a huge layer of black mold above the shower/rub on the ceiling, second room had no visible mold but nauseating stench of mold. So bad that it began to hurt to breathe. Third room had that same stale stench and with shortness of breath, we decided to leave. Two families were coming in when we left and we convinced them to leave with us to another hotel. I will never stay here or any La Quinta again due to the poor hygienic state they allow their entire hotel to be in. Absolutely disgusting and a huge health concern.

Stayed here almost 3 weeks while moving from out of state to Lindale almost 2 years ago. Was given a military discount and was allowed our dog to stay with us. Very clean. The overnight clerk was the best and most hospitiable with a smile always and a greeting to and from every time. Nice place to stay.

The smell of mildew in our room was overwhelming as soon as we opened our door. Had it not been past 1:00 in the morning, we would have gone down the street to the Comfort Suites. It was obvious the rooms were lacking in being deep cleaned, and the breakfast was so-so. We would not choose to stay here again when passing through town.

Great hotel, competitive prices, friendly staff. I was disappointed in the indoor pool. It is not heated so it is basically not useable. Hot tub was good.

Best place to stay. Fur babies are always free! Breakfast was good! So close to Tyler!

I really enjoy this place and this is the only hotel that has these cute cattle right out the back door definitely great staff to.

If you are traveling through this area, this is definitely the place to stay. I stay here routinely and is without a doubt my favorite hotel. Freshly remodeled and new floors are only the start of a fantastic stay. Super friendly staff and comfortable beds will definitely make it worth your while. I absolutely love this place.

Clean hotel. Breakfast was a little lacking but still fresh and hot. Modern rooms and nice staff.

Very friendly staff! On every shift the person working would greet me and make a nice short & pleasant conversation. I managed to deactivate my room key several times, they fixed it, without making me feel like it was a bother. 2 guys actually went above and beyond & offered to walk with me upstairs to make sure I got in my room. The hotel was clean & smelled fresh. The housekeeper was friendly. If I'm ever in the area again, I will be staying there again!

Breakfast is not very good and the rooms are small compared to similar priced rooms near by. I noticed an ozone machine during check in and didn't think twice about it but for the last 2 days the first floor smells worse and worse. Like the carpet has soured after there was a water leak or something. The Staff are very helpful though. I stay in this town often for work and will not be staying here again. Everyday that I stayed here on this 4day visit got worse.

Property not well maintained, so much dust in the air my eyes burned. Furniture need attention. Plumbing needs some attention as well. Seems as if everyone brought their fur babies with them during our stay, some weren't very friendly. Staff seemed generally disinterested in welcoming and interacting with guests. One exception was a woman (didn't get her name, my bad) who worked on a holiday — in the morning, she was very hospitable, cheerful and seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Housekeeping wasn't at all interested in her duties, our coffee machine and bathroom weren't cleaned,, however she did replenish linens. And she was tipped. We have stayed at many la Quinta's which have been well maintained and well staffed all over the country, this one is the exception. Definitely not a value based on conditions and lack of service. As we'll be visiting the Lindale area in the future, we'll be seeking other lodging.

Checked in after. 10 hour drive to the Lindale location, looking forward to rest. However, once we arrived in our room late in the evening, we were greeted by a swarm of Asian lady Beetles climbing on the ceiling above our king bed. Our skin crawled — as did the bugs as I found them on the bed as well. Once we addressed this with the desk clerk, Stephen (what a guy…) he sent a maintenance man to the room to vacuum out the bugs. Supposedly, there was no other room in this half empty hotel, to accommodate us. We were in a two room king suite… The maintenance man wreaking of smoke, WALKED ON THE BED IN HIS SHOES and seemed perfectly fine with this. Not even offering to change the bedding, & leaving bugs behind… I went downstairs to tell them to change the sheets immediately and was met by Stephen… an extremely RUDE young guy who didn't seem to care what a woman had to say. He was overly helpful to my large 6'4 husband… Responded to me with "ooookay… " When I suggested the pillows be exchanged as they were walked on, he replied "no, they stay with the room"… I explained we have an infant and thought he should educate said maintenance man that this was not a great practice in the travel industry. He replied "yup… youuuuuu got it"… I had received a "managers card" to contact the GM. When we saw this Stephen in the elevator about 30 minutes later, he apologized to my husband. Yes sir and thank you sir'd him until he couldn't see straight.

Stayed 2 nights at the Lindale, Tx location when we went to visit family for Thanksgiving. Building smelled very musky and wasn't the cleanest La Quinta we have seen. We forgot our amazon fire stick by the TV but "housekeeping couldn't find it". The employees didn't care to try and resolve the issue at all. Instead they acted like we didn't know what we were talking about. If the house keeper actually cleaned up the room, it would have easily been seen on the dresser by the tv. So just seems like some shady employees. Certainly won't be staying there again.

Very nice quality and price. Clean, comfortable room and amenities. Manager and other staff members were very polite and friendly :)

Good price, comfortable and clean room, and best of all was Alicia at the front desk. After a long drive and being tired and wore out Alicia was kind enough to help me get all my bags to my room when I ran out of hands. She got me checked in and into my room quickly and efficiently. Definitely a place to stay if you're looking.

Love the La Quinta's! But this one could use an upgrade. The Carpets give off that smell of mold. The staff was very nice and professional. Reasonable rate.

PET FRIENDLY! AND VERY CLEAN! We had a very pleasant stay. Nice staff. Thanks La Quinta this location will be number one on my list when in this area period I travel extensively with my job. Beautiful hotel in a quiet location. Everything was fantastic, from the perfectly comfortable bed to the deliciously invigorating shower. The only (tiny, inconsequential) thing I might improve was their coffee and creamers/ teas/ sweeteners that were available. I'm a true coffee lover, and would have loved a larger selection. But… even the decaf was good — — so definitely not complaining. Bottom line, I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and would be love to stay again… with my own creamer ;)

It's was a pretty good experience though I did notice paint peeling from one of the rooms. After seeing that I requested a different room and they happily gave me one. Customer Service is is great.

We were very pleased with the room. We found it to be clean. Quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the dog friendly attitude. The staff went out of their way to help us and allowed us to stay past check out when we ran into some problems. The Manager Ben, Nathan and the rest of the staff were friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend staying at this here.

Nice looking hotel. The free Wi-Fi would have been nice if it actually worked. The night time front desk lady could have been more personable and approachable, it felt as if we were bothering her by our presence and questions. She was no help with the whole Wi-Fi situation and we asked for extra blankets to be sent up and she said we would have to come to the front desk to get it ourselves. For the price I paid I felt they were not accommodating at all. I hope to have a better experience next time IF I choose to stay at La Quinta again.

Friendly Staff. Place seems a bit worn down. Probable time for a touch up. Cracked tile almost everywhere you see. Our mirror in our room was broken. Furniture pretty scratched up.

The service was good but their pull out beds were hard as rocks!

Room was decent enough but really small. The bed was nice.

Nice property, Great Location and quite nights sleep! The evening desk clerk was extremely friendly, but the morning clerk didn't even bother to stand up when we were checking out and she kept replying with "random I don't know answers". Housekeepers didn't even smile when spoken to. Breakfast bar was ok. Overall nice stay room was very clean but could use a little work on customer service.

Stayed here 6-28-14 and overall enjoyed our stay. Dont follow Google directions to get here however because you will be diverted through downtown, 16 miles of country road, a road with a sign that read "not a state maintained road" and when you arrive you will see that I 20 runs about 2 blocks away. So, aside from that, the hotel is beautiful, they are pet friendly and the rooms are clean and modern. We found the pool to be a bit green and murky and the breakfast only so so. But those things aside, the rate was reasonable and we would stay here again.

We stayed at this location a few months ago. Overall, it was an ok experience, but definitely not outstanding. The hotel itself was clean, but beginning to show signs of wear (wallpaper starting to peel, a few stains, etc). The room was missing a remote, and the lamps were not plugged in. The service was not terrible, but probably the worst part of the experience. We called before arriving, and were given bad information. We asked for a few extra towels, and the lady at the desk looked like I had insulted her. There are a few other similar examples along the same lines. The location itself is very quiet, and far enough off the highway that it is not busy. Overall, if you need a place to stay for the night, it works, but don't plan on being impressed.

All around — wonderful. Even on a trade days weekend. We will be back.

Fall 2011. Room was cozy and CLEAN. Lobby was quite. The people were helpful and COURTEOUS. Will definitely stay here again, if I have the opportunity.
