Nice clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Easy to find spacious parking. They have a full breakfast everyday. They have a very nice place. I would recommend you stop by and visit if you are staying in the area.

Very accommodating. Room was clean. Quiet. Full breakfast. Eggs bacon potatoes fruit oatmeal cereals muffins. Waffles, French toast. Bagles toast. Lots to choose from.

This is a great place to stay. The room was pretty big. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was really clean and the breakfest was amazing. The staff were also very nice.

We forgot my son's blanket in the room when we left. We only noticed in the evening when he needed it to go to bed. My husband called the motel to ask about it. I figured they would have it it lost and found and it wouldn't be a big deal because we were still on the city. Well they were very unhelpful, and just said to call back in the morning and ask the housekeeper if she had found it. We went back in the morning to pick it up and found out they had THROWN IT AWAY! The housekeepers reason was that it was dirty and she thought it was junk. Well it wasn't dirty and even if it was it's not someone else's job to say that my things are junk. We had a major breakdown happen when my son found out that the motel had thrown his blanket away! It may have been a nice motel otherwise but memory of it will not be good.

Our stay was great. The rooms were very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and breakfast was an upgrade from Continental. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Ideal location very friendly and hard working staff and plenty of shopping and food in the surrounding area. I would like to recognize Norma for always going above and beyond for her customers. I have been coming to this hotel for three years and she has so far been the best! Hotel is always Clean the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is the best in the west. They even serve beer for free during the weekdays! Also Sandra at the front desk who works at both of the comfort hotels has always been accommodating very helpful with local eateries and has always taken care of any issues I had with scheduling or if anything in my room needed worked on she's always there to help.

Love the hotel. It's Clean and the staff are great. Their breakfast was Awsome, great choices of food and it's fresh. I love their coffee and you can walk into the cafeteria any time of day or night. The best thing, it's all*** free***. I go visit my parents once a year and have never had a compliant. Love it. Great job to all the staff! If you go. Gotta vist the tramway on the Franklin mountains and the Franklin Mountains State Park. Whata site to see.

The staff is very friendly, they accommodate your stay, and are very helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone. It's clean, you can use the Wi-Fi and computer at the lobby (I ended up using it for work), and the breakfast buffet has plenty of options.

The location for this hotel is ideal because it is closer to many desirable restaurants and other locations. The staff were also accommodating and kind. This hotel is 8 hours from my home and my son got an eye infection while we were staying at the hotel. I asked a gentleman at the front desk if he knew a good place to take him and he recommended a hospital where he has taken his own son multiple times. The rooms were clean and some had kitchenettes. However, for some reason several of our room key cards deactivated spontaneously. But the staff quickly reset then for us. This is the second time I've stayed here and I would recommend it.

We liked the location and the room was fine. The hotel was under renovation, so there was construction powder everywhere, loose tiles and even a random toilet hangout out outside, but it looked like it was going to be super nice and nothing got in our way. We needed sheets for the pull out bed and they were promptly delivered.

This was not the best comfort inn we have been to. My mom went to breakfast at 8:30 am (30 minutes before it closed) and the food was cold. There was limited eggs, omelets, and suasage. It wasn't the full breakfast that we were used to when we came a few years ago. The positive part is the customer service was good at the reception desk. However, many of the cleaning and cooking staff members didn't speak English which made it difficult to communicate with them.

Great staff and a very stylish lobby. One of the nicest breakfast rooms I have seen. Just as nice as any restaurant in style. Room was nice and clean. Of the dozen or so Comfort Inns I have stayed at, this is in the top 3.4 stars only because they did not have a freezer in the fridge or a pool.

This hotel is really nice. I like the dim lighting in the lobby area, it makes it feel cooler after coming in from outside. The complementary breakfast is on the third floor and there are refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we were looking for a place to eat. They were able to give us several options and directions.

After driving from Arizona and getting in to El Paso around 2am Best Western decided they didn't want to honor my confirmation — reserved room with a credit card. Instead of helping me find a new room I was directed to Comfort Inn where they claimed they told them to hold a room. Best Western didn't actually follow through. Thank goodness for Daniel, the night audit. He worked with me to find a room for me even though they were mostly sold out. He really empathized with my situation and made sure I wouldn't have to find another hotel at 2am. Daniel was so polite, honest and caring. Honestly one of the best staff members I have worked with at a hotel! Highly recommend Comfort Inn, great staff and rooms. If it weren't for Daniel I would have slept in my truck!

There are three wonderful ladies at the front desk : Sandra, Samantha and Laura who take good care of their customers. If your check in or out is handled by them, you are in good hands for sure. Their happy hours are not so happy for me when the beverage is only limited to Soda and Beer.

They were able to get me in a room I had reserved the same day around 11:30am. Someone had checked out early. I did not have to wait until the Check in tine at 3pm. Very helpful staff, breakfast is great! Good size rooms. Very Clean.

The general state of the hotel is very good. The service was also good. The rooms are fantastic for the price and they are very clean, the only complain I have is that the microwave didn't work very well, It keept making noises and keept turning off. In general the hotel gives you a very good bang for your buck.

Was nice. The chef for breakfast was super nice and everything was clean and top notch.

This is the best place I've stayed at. It had nice beds, an amazing shower, and it felt very cozy.

Differently one of the best comfort inns I've been to. I highly encourage staying a night or two in the single king size room.

Great place. Clean, great staff, food is good, right off i-10 which makes it easy to find and to get to places.

Nice clean motel. Even had a pizza happy hour in the afternoon. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the normal. Parking was pretty tight but we arrived around midnight. If in el paso again will definitely stay here again.

A little difficult to figure out how to get there with GPS. The room was exactly what I expected and overall the experience was pleasant. The happy hour was an unexpected bonus, but I wish that they had not asked me to relocate (hotel next door) once happy hour had ended.

Very nice staff: friendly and prompt. However, the musty air made my allergies go crazy; I threw up after eating the spicy free breakfast omlettes; and I now have bed bug bites on my legs right leg and right shoulder. Will not visit again.

Broken heater. Stiff bed. Good staff. Convenient location. Easy check in. Average water pressure in shower. Cold rooms.

This location must do very well. It's very modern and centrally located. There is quite a view to enjoy and the room was very nice. Even the lobby looked like a cool spot to hang out. It's right next to what seemed to be a very popular dance club, which was adjacent from a large 24 hour gas station. Pet fee was minimal.
