I just returned from a stay here. They decided to paint the hall while we were there, the only people on that floor. The desk clerk said we shouldn't have been put on that floor. It was awful! Trying to get hold of the manager is a nightmare. I do not recommend staying here.

We went to El Paso for a mini Vacation. Staff were rude. Checked in 3pm we reserved a room next to pool. We ended up staying on 4th floor. Walked in to a non clean room, bed not made towels everywhere and trash through out the room. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned. There were no towels during our stay or in our room. None available at hotel. Then to top it all off elevators were down. I had three children with me. I. Very dissipointed. Especially for the amount we paid.

There aren't many times you can walk to and from the airport to your hotel, but this is one. My man Robert as the shuttle driver was fantastic. He took me for 2 days around where we needed to go. I enjoyed our conversations and his service to my family and I. Robert — enjoy your trip to see your grandson.

It is in a very convenient location.

As far as the amenities go they're outstanding they are excellent including the staff however the process to check in could be better. What I'm referring to is that the 3 p. M. Check in time could be handled a little bit better if perhaps rewards members check in earlier or a charge for an earlier check-in option could be offered for a fee. I believe this would help yes property out immensely and help generate additional revenue, other than that no complaints everything is great.

Worst service. All employees are mean. Not advised of limited accommodations… worst experience ever at ANY hotel I’ve been. I’ll never be back! And I have always come a couple times a summer every year. Wet n Wild would be better than this!

The first room they gave me wasn't ready for occupancy. The layout of the hotel is inconvenient. The rooms are in need of upgrading. There was no information provided about amenities… about breakfast, the bar or Happy Hour. No advice about where to park (there was construction going on). Accessibility to electrical outlets in the room was not convenient. The place was just like I remembered from about four years ago when I stayed there. That is not a good thing.

Our room was nice but the hall carpet is very dirty and it smells really old and musty in the hall. It needs updating! Also, the bellman asked if I wanted help with my luggage and my friend and I just used the luggage cart and headed toward the room. He was ticked when I walked by and followed me down the hall and made some sarcastic remarks about how far our room was. We both thought he was rude because we refused his help. Silly but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great rooms for conferences and meetings. Parking is easily accessible with a good handicap section for easy access.

After having a birthday party at a kids hall, we stayed here for the night. We enjoyed the pool and the water slide was amazing! We’ll definitely stay again! It’s was our staycation!

Overpriced, very noisy. There was a weird pinging sound every 45 to 50 minutes in my room, never could figure it out. Bed was lumpy and the pillows were mushy. Very limited channel selection.

More like a $45 room than $85, very small, closet in bathroom, no ice bucket. Asked for a bathroom accessible room, not, asked for a chair for the shower, they would see if they could find one, not. Very disappointed, will not stay there again.

It was close to the airport and the interstate, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms and pool were nice. I gave it four instead of because of glitches in the computer system had me checking in to an uncleaned room. It was quickly remedied though and I was compensated for it. I would definitely stay there again.

It was convenient that it was walking distance from airport and open at 1Am (Since flight was delayed, Rent-a-Car was closed forcing us to buy a room). The room was very nice and looked clean… Except, that im the morning, I noticed a cockroach scurrying across the floor. We informed the cleaning lady right outside, and she smiled and half-shrugged like, "what you want me to do about it? "

For the price the room was small. Room seemed clean. Room only had one towel and no washcloths. Front desk was helpful. Toilet ran all night. There is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot, but no coffee cups. Bed was very firm, some peppeo like that, but my back wasn't happy. Attention to detail could really improve this hotel. 3 stars because I don't think the room was worth a $100 a night.

First time ever staying (from ep) lobby is great, walking the hallways into our room was disappointing… Dirty, not cleaned (fries, candy and hair from previous tenants). I had to sign pool rules at check in to find out NONE were followed by others (ice chest, glass containers, wrist bands, under 16 not allowed in hot tub) disturbed that I made sure my kids and I followed these rules and the staff didn't care if anyone else did. Kids complained that the slide was super slow (not enough water for the flow). For the price I paid for was not happy nor will I go again…

Staff has been unhelpful and rude. Please be aware that in the description of the room online it includes 4 wrist bands, room with double beds and fridge ect. We had reserved for 3 people and at the last minute another child was attending. I didn't think anything of this because I reserved a double bed, micro, fridge and including 4 wrist bands. Once it was time to check in I began to pulled up in front of the hotel and the person driving the shuttle was inches from hitting my truck. After a couple of seconds of stairing at me I began to move the truck to another part of the hotel, sad part was the driver began to push on the gas and got even closer to my hood. I became very scared and started to yell at him to stop. The driver did stop and I was able to go around him and park far away. Then when checking in at this point I was told I would be charged another $20 for the 4th wrist band if I wanted my child to b able to swim just because I didn't mark this person down when I reserved online. I didn't invite outsiders nor break any rules. Just mom and dad son and daughter. If I reserve a double bed that includes a 4 wrist bands, fridge, micro and ect. There is no reason to try and make more more and rip a customer off vs having good customer service Very disappointed. Thank you but no thank you.

We were so excited to stay here. Fun for the whole family. You walk in, the suite is nice in appearance, it has two rooms, a mini bar and a nice bathroom with a balcony. Once you look further, you find bed bugs, other peoples hair, and black spots on the walls. The staff was unfriendly in regards to the bed bugs. They were in the shower curtains. For the price of this place, you can stay anywhere in el Paso, do so. I will say they did refund our money, but this is an on going issue. The day manager told me several had been found, there are several reviews from various sites that state the found bed bugs.

Our stay here was great! The rooms looked very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. Also the staff was great and attentive. One of our family members were on crutches and although they couldn't get us a room on the 1st floor, one of the front desk lady offered to get us a wheelchair. Not only that but she took the time to take our luggage and walk us to our room. She definitely went out of her way! I really wish I would have gotten her name but I believe she was a manager. Thank you!

Room was filthy. Short curly hair on lip of sink. Water in shower smelled like sewage. It got better when run for about 5-7 minutes. Dust and dirt all over floor. Clearly had not been well vacuumed. Top of sink counter had gunk on it and was NOT clean. I went to the front desk and asked for manager — — not in. Left a message. Next day at 9am again — — manager not in. This is really tempting location for early departures from ELP but room was REALLY REALLY BAD. Web site says this hotel is in their upper tier. Would hate to stay in the lowest.

Nice hotel but the water slide wasn't on so I was highly disappointed. Also the gym sucks. But if you don't care about those 2 things it's a great hotel and lovely staff!

Don’t stay here. The place looks neat and put together, but it’s just a smokescreen. Once you’re here, it all becomes to apparent with the smell, what you see hear. Receptionists aren’t friendly, just shy of rude. The restaurant smells like mold and old carpet that hasn’t been properly cleaned. My room had toe-nail clippings in the carpet from lack of vacuuming. The A/Cs are old machines than barely keep the room comfortable. Restroom lighting is terrible. It just smells and feels icky and dirty. There’s no pride in the work or service. Overall — this is just a nasty dirty hotel with passable staff and a bad restaurant.

Erica from the staff was very helpful and was always attentive. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed my stay. I was here on business but would definitely recommend this location to those on business or pleasure. The location is perfect, close to post, restaurants, and the airport. I enjoyed my stay.

Pool was full of trash and pool stea was a mess. Room smelled like an old cigar bar and seemed somewhat dingy. Staff were professional and helpful.

Great little daycation. Friendly staff and very clean environment. The walls are thin so you'll hear everything and the a/c is loud. The customer service is outstanding any time we passed an employee we were greeted with a smile and a nice greeting.

The most expensive hotel I've ever paid for with the worst experience! First, they give you wrong information so once you arrive to actually check in, they give you the run around. Second, we get there ready to swim at least, & as soon as we get there there was feces in the swimming pool so they closed it for 2 hours, leaving us with only 1 hour to swim. Cable only has a few channels, room isn't all that nice for the money I spent! Lol you're better off spending $70 at La Quinta where the pool water is actually COLD & there's free breakfast!

Great outdoor sitting area/pool. Within walking distance of the airport, so that's convenient. Staff is great and the rooms are suites.

This hotel needs a lot of attention. Our room Was just smelly and filthy due to lack of cleanliness throughout, pretty gross actually. The bathroom upon arrival had specks of poop all around the rim/bowl as if the toilet never got a brushing, the entire bathroom seemed unsanitary. The closet mirrored doors were ridiculous, they had hand prints the size of 11 x 20 radios, I mean bad, it's obvious they were not cleaned to the prior guest perhaps having a child in the room. There was surfaces of mold throughout the bathroom. The first night back to the hotel, the bathtub was filled with a weird black gunk throughout, we have no idea why or what it was, but it was so present in a huge way. Very bizarre and gross at the same time. Unusable. We were checking out when an airline pilot walked in to check in, and before I had fully checked out he was right back at the counter saying his room was not clean. When I was telling front desk about our experience, she said sorry maybe next time we can get a free breakfast or something… there won't be a next time that I can promise. This is just the worst things I pointed out, there is more.

A good advantage of this hotel is that is located outside of airport, do not require the service of transport.

This place was horrible. Booked a room here because of the water park. They failed to inform me that the water park was not even open yet and instead said the room included 4 free passes to the park. When we arrived, the "waterpark" only consists of one slide and want even open yet. So oh well the pool was open and we would make the best of it. After the pool we took showers. The bathtub was plugged. Called front desk, maintenance came by to try to fix it and said that this room has always had problems. Well time for bed came and we wanted an extra blanket. The front desk refused to bring us one saying they had no access. Also the walls are super thin. We heard every sound coming from next door and were awaken to what sounded like a herd of horses running right above us. The room has a funny smell like urine and the bathtub is still not fixed! Will never stay here again. So not worth 100 dollars.

The lobby was really nice and recently renovated. The rooms were big, though they are in dire need of an update, as is the bar and restaurant. The staff were super nice.

There are much nicer hotels in El Paso. This place was a bad choice. We decided to stay here because the night we arrived they told us the “water park” was open. The kids were so excited about the slide. We went and spent $110 on bathing suits for everyone and came back to the hotel. The water slide was closed. Disappointed, but oh well it wasn’t the end of the world. Went back to the room that night, turned on the TV. It only had 2 channels. Went to the desk the next day at 3 PM to ask for a couple more towels so we could take showers and get ready for dinner and the girl said they would bring them to our room. Waited an hour. We decided to reuse our towels and we would use the fresh ones the next day. Came back at 11 PM, still no towels. Laid the kids down, and walked to the bathroom and there were roaches on the mirror. Overall the customer service was not that great, the place is kind of aged and smelled funny and the roaches really put the icing on the cake. You can drive 5 minutes and stay somewhere much nicer at a similar rate. Our vacation ended up being more of a headache because of this place. None of the problems were major, it was just a disappointment everyday. Also, the “breakfast buffet” was horrible. All of the kids wanted pancakes and they only had microwaved frozen French toast sticks, and the eggs were horrible. Drive 5 minutes to Luby’s. It’s only $7.99 and it’s waaaaayyyy better.

If you take their van anywhere, be prepared to find your own ride home. We called for a van to pick us back up and they never came and lied and said they did. After waiting over an hour and a half (4 phone calls to the hotel) later we got an Uber, wish we would’ve done it in the first place. Other than that, staff was pretty friendly, rooms are old but fairly clean.

Location to the airport is great. Takes a few minutes to walk from airport to hotel. Restaurant in hotel is good and staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Wifi is a bit hit and miss in the rooms though.

The hotel is very clean, beds are warm and cozy, towels are white. The best part about this hotel is the restaurant Magnims which is managed very professionally by Elizabeth Blankenship. If we had any problems, she took care of it and Elizabeth Blankenship genuinely cares for ALL her customers needs and that’s rare in this age. She is a bright shining star there at that hotel and treats you like how a person would want to be cared for. Elizabeth Blankenship went far and behind our expectations Thank You for everything. As for the food it tastes ahh so good and the staff are all very friendly and extremely nice.

Everything you need in a hotel! Nice gym, pool, and dining/bar option. It's a two minute walk to the airport, so you can't get much better than that. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and Safe Hotel! We were overnight guests due to early flight out of the airport. Very convenient to parking and departure gates. We will come back and stay longer, for sure!

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but for a hotel that’s is in the $80 — $100 price range it is a 5 star rating. The room service is the cheapest rates I have ever seen at any hotel, and I travel for a living. **tip** Order traveler’s breakfast from the children’s menu for only $6.25 and it is a full breakfast! The pool is great and all the staff is super friendly. It is the perfect location if you are traveling through the airport (less then 2 minute walk).

An airport is not so big it comes with its advantages and disadvantages. One of its advantages is that the lines are relatively short and she's quick service.

We stayed here a few times now. The fact that you can literally walk to the airport is insane. The most convenient place to have friends stay when stopping by el Paso. You are literally in the airport parking lot. Restaurant is ok nothing great about it. Go to Carlos and Mickey's in the airport to eat.

Got a room there for the New Years eve party. Wyndham services, good, and staff were great. However, the bars serving the party sucked! Smaller drinks, higher prices, limited selection! Ugh! The DJ sucked! Only played one genre of music! Doubt seriously if I'll do that again.

Rooms are big and updated. Being from the Midwest the view was amazing too me. Nice pool and outdoor area with a fire pit was relaxing.

Clean and nice rooms. Pool with a big waterslide. And a great restaurant. It's only a few hundred feet from the airport.

Held our class reunion in the hotel and most attendees stayed at the hotel. Personally, my room was old and outdated. Closet door came off in my hands. Rusted door hinges. Slow draining tub. But, the bed was clean and comfortable! INCREDIBLE staff! From front desk, to cleaning crew, to bar staff. Tammy, Brianna and Christian did an awesome job in keeping up with our crowd in the bar! The outdoor courtyard was awesome. The weather was mild that weekend so that made the outdoor experience more comfortable. Great location to airport. Shuttle staff very nice! Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for the 2017 Sunturians Fight Night Event and I want to say Coleen at the front desk and Gabriel with banquet were phenomenal. Coleen helped me get situated into a room last minute and Gabriel was helping set up for the event all afternoon. I am local but will definitely be back to stay!

Nice airport hotel. The water park is more of just a slide than a "park" as advertised. The bar has good salsa at happy hour. Rooms were clean and price is reasonable.

The shower was the best. So much power. The pool area was great. I enjoyed I was able to get a room with out a reservation.

Room was very small, kids were running up and down the hallway screaming at 11 at night and then again at 8 in the morning. Bed was not made, towels not changed out, there was a bug in my room, and the pool area was chaos. The slide was not open during operating hours and lifeguards were very unprofessional. Kids were ruining in and out of the fitness center soaking wet trailing water everywhere. Water pressure sucks, and be prepared to stand in your own shower water while the drain vey slowly drains. Do not request an upper level room, its in another building with no opening windows or balcony. Positive side. The bed comfort level was amazing!

Not worth the price unless you want to walk to the airport. Even then, it's better to get a better hotel and a shuttle ride. Old building in need of updates and repairs. First thing, we couldn't find the place easily, it had poor instructions on how to find the main parking lot entrance, we had to call the desk and talk to someone. All they could say was "go to the airport". Once we got in, things steadily declined. Nasty stained tubs, my wife refused to get in. Broken tile on stink counters with sharp edges. After a long day of travel I desperate and braved the tub to find it to have poor drainage. With the drain fully opened, I was ankle deep in water before I could rinse the shampoo from my hair. Shower head had excessive buildup causing uncomfortable jets of water. And the shower curtain was the wrong size, leading to pools of water on the floor. Which is a safety hazard. This place still has those suicide clothes lines. I thought those death traps were outlawed. Tiny little beds, not great, but tolerable. Paper thin walls let you hear everything in a 3 room radius. Footsteps above come though like thunder. Not relaxing on the least. Why 2 alarm clocks? Apparently so one can go off at 4am. Completely ruining an already terrible night's sleep and the following morning. Couldn't even use the water slide. It's open 10-2. Check in is at 3 and check out is at 11. Perfect timing if they don't want to have people in it. Unless you are desperate, avoid this place.

Every employee that I encountered was pleasant and very helpful. Special thanks to Elvira for her excellent customer service. She assisted me with all my questions and I had a lot of questions. She was on the phone with me and was very patient. I am so happy that I was lucky enough to get a representative of the company who is courteous, kind, respectful and helpful. Price's performance was right. A pleasant hotel.

Please avoid this hotel and book elsewhere! We booked a room for Fourth of July weekend (7/3) specifically because of the water park. Check in was at 3:00pm. We arrived at the hotel at that time only to be told it would be another hour before our room was ready. 3.5 hours later waiting in our car and our room was still not ready! This establishment has obviously been around for a long time so 4th of July rush shouldn't be a new thing for them. Hire enough staff to keep up with the cleaning and keep your paying customers satisfied! After waiting nearly 4 hours we decided to change our kids into their swim clothes pool side since we had already wasted all this time. Even though we arrived on time and before many people checked in we were unable to find a place to sit and lay our things so we ended up on the ground. Not a big deal but very frustrating knowing we were one of the first there. I have contacted Wyndham hotels & Resorts and filed a complaint but have yet to hear back from anyone. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! I would give this one star but the housekeepers and one young man from front desk were very apologetic since we had to wait so long.

No help when entering the facility, elevators are dirty, had to take the stairs amd rooms where ok.

The accommodations were phenomenon. The event ended a little too soon for my liking, but that's what happens when you're having fun.

Walking distance from the airport. Nice pool. Rooms need to be updated, but the beds are very comfortable and p leanty of pillows.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the front desk was the worst no help at all whatsoever when asked for assistance all I would get is we'll be right there 10 min later no assistance absolutely ridiculous! Bathroom was tiny. Nothing really good to say except for the Wi-Fi worked to perfection hence 2 stars!

The hotel was just fine. It's had to say along when you get in after midnight and leave before 11. I do wish I'd known there was a breeze way between the airport and the hotel that was less than a 5 minute walk.

What a DUMP. Nothing like finding no less than 5 long hairs and pubic hair in my bed. Additionally, the lamp next to the bed doesn't work and there's a blood stain on the lamp shade. This place is fifthly and disgusting. I think you'd find better accommodations in a jail. Wyndham should be ashamed of having their name associated with this property. It should be condemned.

This is the worst hotel we've stayed in. Very dirty & noisy. Wouldn't recommend it at all!

Had to switch rooms 3 times for the reason being the A/C was not working but Vanessa who was working up front was able to move us and find a room that had working A/C. Then got put into a room that does not pick up any Wyndham Wi-Fi. Shower head needs to be replaced. A month reservation was told that breakfast was included come to find out it wasn't but they did offer a discount. Stayed in a suite which was able to occupy a family of 5. Did not hear much noise as in other guests and being by the airport is was okay. Unless I was just to tired to hear. Will be staying 3 nights so hopefully it gets much better.

I am professional traveler. I am in hotels three days per week, 45 weeks a year for last 30 years. Unfortunately I am forced into this hotel a few times per year. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Noisy, early wakeups from noisy kids running down hallways, cleaning staff making noise at 8AM. Jet noise taking off right over your head starting at 5-6AM. Yard maintenance crews blowing leafs and such early in morning. Standing water around AC unit.

The walls are very thin. You can hear people talking in the rooms next to you. There werr loud slamming of doors all night long. The sheets are washed with really strong bleach that will give you a headache. At least you know they are clean. The wallpaper was starting to come off the walls. Not a good place.

Stayed here for a conference. Granted the temperature this week was between 108° and 105°, but when we walking into our room around 5pm the room was at 77° and the temp was set to 53°. There were also 2-3 very large stains on the carpet that were not very nice to look at and made us question the cleanliness of the room. I assumed the air conditioner was just frozen so I turned it off for 15mins then set it back to 68° to cool the room off. I called the front desk before we left to eat, asking about the air conditioner and they said they would have maintenance look at it. My family (wife and 3yr old) and I got back to the room 3 hrs later after dinner and a meeting and the room was still around 77°, with a note saying it was working fine and they changed the filter. I called down to the front desk and the guy said it was a swamp cooler and it was just doing the best it could with 108° temps. I was not expecting swamp coolers in this quality of a hotel, but I know they have refrigerated air in the main lobby! Swap coolers? Really? I asked for another room and of course they were completely booked. I then asked for a fan to be sent to the room because the room was hot for me (much less my 3yr old daughter and wife). They said they would send one up. The fan never arrived that evening and it took until 3am before the room reached 73° enough for me to actually fall asleep after taking a cold shower to attempt to be remotely comfortable.

I went on travel with 16 people for a competition and when I called the hotel to find out options they could give me they went overboard to help me get the best deal. Orlando Acuna was so helpful. He even called me on his day off to make sure that all was sorted and we were happy with arrangements and if there was anything further. The front desk clerk Jorge was exceptional. The whole staff was friendly, congratulated our team for winning. Honestly they went overboard to make sure we had a great stay.

Save your money. We could have spent half of what we paid and had the same or better quality room at a less expensive chain. Also, watch the restuarant staff. We had a large party eat breakfast there, one person paid for all of us, but didn't tell us he did. As soon as he left, our server gave us our tab and we paid. About 20 minutes later, and phone calls to the other people in the party, we put two and two together. I went back to the restaurant and told them what happened. No matter how adamant I became, all they would do is smugly smile and say "we'll check into it" they prey on people having to depart on time.

I came out of the airport not knowing where I was going to stay until I saw this hotel right across the parking lot! Very convenient! I got a room came in and the room was very clean. When I got out my laptop to get on the net the wireless didn't want to work for me. Then I saw the ethernet wire well problem solved I got net I'm happy. Woke up at 4 my flight was at 6:30. Breakfast don't serve till 6:30 but the bell staff offered to drive me somewhere to buy breakfast. Very unexpected while also very nice of them to do. Thank you Wyndam for making my night in El Paso a great night.
