It is a great place to stay it’s in a great location very convenient area we’re all the restaurants an grocery stores are. I’m happy to stay here thank you spring hill suites.

Very nice rooms with small Kitchenet. Would recommend to everyone. For a reasonable price for the room staff were helpful and polite.

Visited El Paso for family and Wet and Wild. The location was ideal for us. The room was clean and accommodated my family perfectly. The staff was very friendly. No complaints.

Been here 20 minutes and walked in to a hot, dirty room! So disappointed! I should of just paid the extra $40/night and continued to stay at the Courtyard marriot on I-10. The toilet was dirty, couch area stained and dirty, hair follicles on toilet, and the towels looked like someone dried off with them, and hung back on the rack. I'm so contacting Marriot! We not even gonna talk about how the lack of customer service from the front desk guy Ricardo. Never again will I stay here!

The hotel is located near good restaurants and a Walmart (in case you need anything). The check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large, quiet, comfortable and clean. They offer breakfast and the food was very good. They do have a pool but we did not use it. Overall, a great nights rest and I would stay here again.

Probably the worst part of my stay -turning the bathroom light on also turns on the vent for the shower, which is very loud. Really should be separate buttons -Came back around 4pm to find that are room still wasent cleaned. Had to wait down in the lobby for it to be cleaned Overall it was a good hotel as far as look, but the uncomfortable beds were really annoying. I will likely not be staying here next time I come.

This is a nice hotel with all suites. The front desk staff is top notch; they were quick and extremely friendly. The facilities are very nicely decorated — fitness center is open 24/7 which is a great feature, outdoor pool is nice, they have event space also. The rooms are spacious — exactly what I have come to expect from Spring Hill. The room was clean and cool when I arrived. The bathroom was extra large with glass shower doors — much nicer than a tub and curtain. The TV is large and can swivel toward the sofa or bed. The bed and breakfast were the reasons for the 4 star rating. The bed was springy and not very comfortable. It would be nice to have a plush top. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but there was no meat — bacon/sausage, the croissants were pretty awful, and the salsa… come on we are in El Paso — some fresh local salsa or pico would have been nice. Overall though very happy with this hotel.

Our family has stayed at Springhill Suites across the country and it is our absolute favorite hotel! They are super clean, great pools, great breakfast and comfy beds!

I look for hotels that are clean and near restaurants and places to walk to. This hotel is near shopping center movie theater and restaurants, very convenient.

Have stayed there a few times. Clean, nice, comfortable. Good location, plenty of parking.

It is Awesome! Really any Mariott is Amazing, but this one is in my top 3 favorites. I love the free breakfasts especially when we are going to hit the road.

One of the better Marriott locations in El Paso, in my opinion. Good pricing, close to I-10 means easy access to most places. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. I’ve stayed several times when visiting El Paso.

This hotel is so hospitable and the staff are fantastic. They went above and beyond, and the suite was also very clean and nice. Furthermore the low cost was the cherry on top. I must mention Melissa, who took care of personally printing documents for me, set me up with a care package, and an early breakfast to-go bag before the continental breakfast even open. Absolutely above and beyond and opened my eyes to the entire SpringHill Suites/Marriott brand. Thank you!

Great location of the highway and a business strip with lots of restaurants. Wal-Mart a block away for any essentials while staying here. Staff are friendly and the rooms are a good size for a long comfortable stay.

I decided that the condo I was staying in was too far from where my boyfriend was staying with his mother in the hospital. So I called these folks for a room for tonite, asked for early check-in for today (they gave me the keys at 9:30 am), asked for late check-out tomorrow (2 pm) so Alex could cleanup before we fly home and, of course, a low rate ($98 AAA), which they never asked me to verify. Got all I wanted plus a very kind note and nice gifts. It's not a 5 — star hotel …but it's acting like one. I will not forget this kindness Marriott. The story gets better. When I returned here last night After 11, I asked the front desk person about breakfast. He said it was a full breakfast with eggs and lots of hot items. I asked if they had "to go" boxes because I would want to get back to the hospital quickly. He then asked if I needed breakfast before the 7 am start because he would be happy to put something together for me to take with me very early. I declined that kindness but will also remember it.

Friendly staff (always welcoming), great breakfast and newly updated decor. Has commonly used amenities available. No smoking (policy applies to all Marriott™ properties). Reasonably priced, clean and modern hotel to stay at when traveling or moving. Convenient to I-10 and within walking distance to family friendly restaurants and shopping. I only stay at Marriott™ brand/family of hotels and would highly recommend staying at this hotel. FYI, if no rooms available at SpringHill Suites during the travel dates you need, there is a Fairfield Inn (also Marriott™) that shares basically the same (slightly adjacent) parking lot/property which is also wonderful to stay at. Very clean and comfortable place to stay in El Paso. Staff is very helpful. Views of Franklin Mtns. Are very cool. Breakfast is hot and yummy. I'd stay here over Holiday Inn Express.

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Hotel was clean and everyone was helpful. I slept like a baby and couldn't hear anything from the hallway or adjoining rooms. Breakfast wasn't bad, and it has easy access to I-10. I'd stay here again.

Good location, great value and friendly staff. The breakfast was nice, although a bit crowded. Also a great location that is within 10 minutes of the factory outlets. The rooms are spacious. They tend to have showers instead of baths so be warned if you prefer bath tubs.

Good service, clean facilities, you can rest well in addition to being very comfortable.

Nice rooms and layout. Great breakfast. Parking is shared with another hotel and restaurant so it can be a pain. Right off I-10 and close to food and gas.

Within walking distance to a nice restaurant/bar with good food. Nice staff and clean rooms. Pretty good breakfast as well. Overall, not bad.

After driving 9+hours when we arrived at this hotel, Jason, the man at the front desk was rude, dry and a bit sarcastic. Once up to our room we were happy that it was clean, quiet and pretty spacious. The bed was comfortable. It looked clean and inviting. Some of the towels were a bit dingy. They serve breakfast which was pretty decent. My husband liked the eggs and sausage. We appreciate the hot breakfast before a long drive. I have a few complaints: *Bryan was rude. *Air conditioner was loud. *With about 10 cars in the parking lot I'm not sure why they would put people in the room right above us. *The one of two working elevators sounded like it was going to break down.

They have nice rooms free breakfast free parking close to restaurants. What's not to like. I may even check out the exercise room and the pool and hot tub.

Great place, very clean, excellent service and great location.

Myself and staff were there for three nights. Clean, new decor, comfy beds, multiple pillow options, fridge, microwave and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the 2 "business center" computers were not fully operational and I wasn't able to download docs or print items. Other than that it was a nice stay for the price.

Really nice and clean. Pretty quiet except for what I can only assume is a herd of elephants in the room above mine. Other than that, very nice. Nice pillows and sheets, not all scratchy. Breakfast is nice, as well as the little market at the front desk. There is no vending machine, but there is a restaurant The Clasico Kitchen Bar across the parking lot and they are delicious. Very close to many restaurants as well as a very large super Wal-Mart right across the street. Will stay here again.

Very nice hotel. The only thing that slightly threw me off was that there were not shower caps and a blow dryer in the rooms. I'm unfamiliar with this hotel chain so that might be the norm. The room was beautiful, the breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. It was a great experience for an emergency overnight visit.

I couldn't be more please with the property. The location was easy to get to and the rooms were very nice.

The hotel was under remodeling process, so some parts were still unfinished, but the room in general was comfortable, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very courteous and the amenities were fine. The pool was ok, it was cold, but there was a small heated pool wich was nice and my daughters enjoyed it. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a roadtrip hotel. It was variable and they had plenty. The scramble egg with sausages and potatoes were really tasty. Also, the blueberry muffins were fresh and really good. In general my family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel and I would recommend it. I would stay again if needed.

Springhill is just finishing upa renovation, great pool, great beds, really comfortable, great staff!

The towels seemed to not be very clean. They had almost a gray tint to them. The room seemed clean and service good, though.

Clean hotel with great service.

We only stay at Mariotts, and this was my first time at this location. NOT what I had expected when booking: Things that were annoying but really don't matter: 1. Outdoor pool was much too cold (Beginning of October) for kids to swim in. Disapointed kids is never fun. 2. Linens and towels were SUPPOSED to be white… and I'm sure at one time they were. Every piece of white fabric that we had was a dingy, greyed white that I wouldn't be using to wash my kitchen with, let alone as the coverlet and towels I use regularly. 3. They messed up our reservation. We were using points to stay and they had no record of that at check in because someone had done it wrong. The problem was corrected but after a 12 hour day of travel with an infant and a toddler, this wasn't how we were hoping this would go. Things that turned me off majorly: 1. I opened the pullout sofa for my toddler to sleep on and the mattress had small bug remains all over it. I don't think bedbugs (which was my initial concern) just beetles or the like, but still… that's gross… 2. At breakfast I went to take some strawberries and noted that they ALL were covered in a white fuzz — clearly mold. I wasn't going to take the grapes that were plated with them either. I let the attendant know so that no one got sick. Although she replaced the grapes, I'm pretty sure the grapes were left untouched… g r o s s.
