Best stay I have had in a long time!

I borrowed a lighter from a sweet employee (twice in 3 hours. ) They were about to get off work and said I could keep it through the night they will be back tomorrow.
Now THATS Hospitality!

My wife said it was the most comfortable bed she had slept on. Overall very good. Breakfast was very good as well with the obligatory Texas shaped waffles but also had a very keto friendly menu with scrambled eggs, hard boiled, shredded cheese, sliced cheese, cottage cheese, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and bacon. Fresh fruit and berries were available and strawberry compote. They have beer taps in the breakfast area but are locked. I believe they have a complimentary social event M through W that those may be for.

Excellent place to stay. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and very updated. The breakfast was standard aside from the fruit bar. Overall very pleased with my stay.

I had the worst service ever! The front desk was so rude after they found out my boyfriend was from mexico they started decling everything! My card didn't work and oh I wasnt 21 and clearly had a argument with them that I am 21 lol clearly on my ID WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN while gladly holiday inn took everything and had my in the best suit!

The staff is friendly and lovely. We had a long interaction with one of the staff members. The lobby is beautiful decorated. Spacious rooms for an entire family.

This hotel is super nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly however they do charge alot for their rooms their breakfast is wonderful and has a good variety to choose from. My only complaint is that I have a service dog and wasn't allowed to take her into the breakfast area which isn't right service animals are not like other dogs and should be allowed anywhere I think that the staff should be trained a little more on this part because I was forced to leave and ended up not eating at all because of it.

Visited the hotel a month before to get all needed information and was assured they would be having a special social on Christmas Eve, even though it was on a Sunday. Went ahead and booked the room. Checked in an hour after garuanteed check-in and our room was still not ready, had to wait another 1 hr. Finally can check-in and we are informed there is no social going on Christmas Eve, so had to spend extra money to go out and eat, since grocery stores were closed and couldn’t pick anything up to make. Called after check out and asked to talk to a manager. I was advised the regional manager will be on duty in the morning and so I asked for a call back then. Never received a call back. Had to call back a day later only to talk to the shift supervisor who informed me it was not their fault that I was misinformed about the social. The shift supervisor said I should have looked at their information board at the hotel or I should have gone online to check for details. I asked for a regional manager to call me back and still have not heard a word from them. I will no longer be carrying on our family tradition of a staycation at any of their hotels due to the way of being treated.

Was only here for an hour or so visiting a friend, but the staff was cool, room was AMAZING, property was gorgeous, BUT location is awful. The freeway is horrific and so is traffic. Even getting to the hotel through the parking lot was challenging.

Nice front desk and the room is very tidy. Great for business stay.

Clean rooms, nice floor plan, excellent staff, hot breakfast, fairly reasonable pricing.

Will definitely stay again great place to stay clean, they have a great warm breakfast at that.

Very friendly staff, awesome rooms, great breakfast and dinners on some days. They also have free beer and wine certain brands on the days they serve dinner which is 3 days out of the week and breakfast everyday. They have a pool and a ok fitness room. Love this hotel also cause we were allowed to bring our family dog to stay with us for the whole time kids were out of school. Free laundry room and a little store with candy, ice cream, alcohol and microwave food for you to purchase. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would come back.

The staff here is very helpful and polite, however, the manager Terry was not. My husband and our three children were residents at stay bridge for three months, while trying to fix our broken water pipes from our home. During those three months someone tried to break into our room, when we made the complaint about it, the next day we were told we could only have two dogs and I had to remove one from our room. Two of the dogs that we had with us are service animals for my youngest son who has a heart condition and myself for my type one diabetes. Miss. Terry then constantly made complaints that we were not allowing the cleaning ladies to clean our room, saying that the room must be cleaned every three days, but when we went out of state for my grandmother's funeral for 5 days, we returned to our hotel room never being cleaned or any condiments being replaced such as towels, toilet paper, etc. We told them head of time that we were leaving for the funeral, and I myself on many occasions, went and asked for a broom from the front desk to sweep up the kitchen and the bathroom areas because those are never cleaned even when the cleaning ladies tidy our room. Now I do have three kids and two dogs and they are messy, but never has our room smelled bad, distorted or even not being maintained. I went as far as to buy 13 gallon trash bags for our trash and would set the full bag outside our door tied tight so the cleaning ladies would not have to come in everyday for trash.

Very nice place with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. This experience ensured that we will be back to this comfortable place. Loved it!

I enjoyed this stay so much. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast area is very nice. This hotel allows dogs. You would think it might have a bit of an odor but not here. The air is clean and fresh. There's also a dog walk area with doggie bags. (Not everyone cleans up after their pet) but its still a nice area. The kids swam in the pool, even though it just turned spring. The water and pool area are super clean. This hotel offers dailey breakfast and a dinner/ social time every Mon, Tue, and Wed. A very nice amenity. There's and outside grill and fire pit area. Wow! I like the full kitchen. They have several recipes in the Guest Services book that look tasty and simple with just a free ingredients. I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this to anyone that needs a room in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This is an excellent option if you come to Fort Worth area, very comfortable rooms, you have microwave, fridge, mini kitchen, desktop, living room and a huge TV with DVD. There are some good restaurants and is to quite.

I was there for an hour for a birthday party. From what I saw, the hotel was nice. The front desk receptionist could have been more friendly.

This is an awesome place! You get a hot breakfast buffet each morning your here, dinner Monday-Wednesday evening 5:30pm-7:30pm along with wine or beer, free laundry facility, fitness room, outdoor swimming pool, bbq grill for your own grilling, and an awesome outdoor fireplace! Come on over and spend some time with us. I'm sure you will enjoy it!

Very accommodating! The Ms. Renee was cooking breakfast and went out of her way to get me ice for my cooler. Our rooms were very nice. Sylvia at the front desk was offered to help me with my cart. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here. This location is perfect for a weekend or an extended stay.

I will never stay here again they invaded our privacy and entered our room while our do not disturb sign was on the door and told me they have every right to do so NOT ACCORDING TO TEXAS LAW ENFORCEMENT they dont and the mgr called me and told me she would do again it didnt matter what anyone said.
