I stayed here for a week and every morning I would take out my own trash and the guy at the office would come outside and watch me walk in and out to see what I was doing. The daytime staff is very rude and will make you feel uncomfortable staying there. The rooms are clean, there is background noise from the highway. There is breakfast every morning such as waffles, coffee, cereal & fruit. Overall I would not recommend this motel due to the daytime office staff.

Location is right off freeway which is convenient. Bath towels were tiny. Rooms were clean but could use updating.

We traveled out of town am disabled need room downstairs room was dirty worker. Not her fault… said ownwrs will not give duscount want to give room upstairs or give money go somewhere else. Come on im tired already got everything down. Smh very disappointed.

When we checked in the reservation that we booked online and then called to confirm was messed up. We did not get the rooms we were promised. The hotel was clean and nice but there were no coffee makers in the room despite what the web site said. Breakfast was to be served from 6-9 and since there were no coffee makers I went to get coffee in the lobby at 645… there was no coffee! Breakfast was limited to one type of cereal and waffles.

If your looking for peace and a good nights sleep, this is not the location for you. My family, who all stayed at this location in 4 different rooms all bought ear plugs during our stay. Freeway traffic is very loud. People in the office are very accommodating to your needs. Decent continental breakfast.

They robbed us… and im pretty sure they are not going to be good people about giving us our money back I paid cash my wife had me use her card as a deposit they charged her card double for a total of $110 having us spent a total of $175 which is insane for one night in a smoke room in a shady looking area.

Great place to stay if there is absolutely No other hotels in a 50 mile radius. Four light bulbs were out in my room. Tried to call down to the front desk but the phone did not work. Had to walk down there and wait for the night manager to return. He did come up to my room within the hour to replace some of them, but had to come back to replace the rest. No towels in the room. Another trip down to the office. They serve breakfast for less than two hours and if you want milk or orange juice, you get to share a gallon with the rest of the guests from this mini fridge in the corner. All through the night there was yelling and bumping and banging around. One lady was pounding on my door at 2am with four kids, yelling through the door for me to open up. Thankfully the deadbolt was locked because somehow her key card worked on my door. There were cigarette burn holes in the comforters and burn marks all over the room, even on the toilet seat. I would rate it no stars if I could (I feel that passionate about the bad experience).

I waited to write this review just in case something change… but it never did. My family and I stayed at the MOtel during a transition from one home to the next. We booked online based on price and location but we were hesitant. The price was much lower than anything else with the exception of those motels where you know you will most likely get robbed as soon as the sun goes down. Prior to booking I drove by the location and checked out a room that was open due to cleaning. I was impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the exterior right away. The lawn was neatly manicured as were the bushes that were beautifully arranged. It honestly looked more like a small apartment complex than a motel. I walked past an open room that was being cleaned and made sure to move a little slower than necessary as to take it all in. What I noticed was the amount of care the housekeeper took and what impressed me the most was the fact that one of the beds was still made as if it hadn't been slept in. She was removing the covers to change them. While this would be the expectation, I have been in much more upscale HOtels where dirty sheets were passed off as clean ones. Checking in was easy and pleasant. They serve breakfast every morning. It's nothing fancy but it's FREE. You can choose from 2 types of cereal, orange DRINK (not to be confused with orange JUICE), small muffins, bananas and apples or waffles. Coffee is also available.

Just an overnight stay while visiting an ill friend. Wasn't looking for special amenities of any sort. Made an online reservation and registering on-site was smooth. I arrived several hours before the stated check-in time and was accommodated immediately and without any prompting on my part. The room was a basic king room with limited cable tv, microwave and a small refrigerator. Small bath soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided. There was a small detached desk with two chairs. A. C. Was provided by the older fashioned commercial wall unit under the single window (which did slide open). A. C. Cooled extremely well. The units all face the south bound IH-35 expressway and access road. I cracked the window and let the very moderate road noise act as white noise. There's a single item that was less than ideal. The room was very clean and had a *very* strong room deodorizer scent. However, I adjusted to it fairly quickly and suffered no breathing or sinus effects. So, adequate room, older style furnishings and carpet, no amenities for $70 with fees and tax. No real complaints.

The staff and housekeeping is very nice love the lady and guys that work in the front. The lady's that's housekeeping are very sweet and always on there job! Keep up the good work Scottish inn!

I didn't stay here, just visited. The room was nice, that's all I can say! The parking lot sucks tho. Its so small. If you have a large vehicle you may have some trouble! There is only one entrance to the whole thing too. On way in, one way out!

Clean and neat nice place for a night.

As a straight-forward place to crash, it's a good deal. I spent 4 nights here while I looked for apartments before moving from out of state; my room was clean and had a decent sized mini fridge/microwave (both of which were spotlessly clean! ) With a Winco down the street it was pretty cheap to eat for 5 days haha. The rates were great and while it isn't amazing (the furniture is nothing special and the free breakfast is skippable, ) the room is clean, the AC works, there's Wi-Fi (though it would only work on my laptop, not my phone for some reason, ) and the staff are helpful/polite. I didn't hear my neighbors at all but be aware that it is RIGHT ON THE FREEWAY, that means traffic noise pretty loud and all night. But hey, that's what noise-canceling headphones are for. Other than that, if you're looking for a basic place to stay… Thumbs up.

Located just off of the South Freeway in Ft. Worth Tx. The Scottish Inn is a Brand New Facility, and, is extremely well maintained. The rooms are clean, the Management, and, Staff are extremely prompt, helpful, and friendly. Really one would expect to pay more, for the the level of quality the Scottish Inn offers.

My stay was very simple. I'm not terribly needy and I don't do much in my room aside from the obvious (sleep), but the process was simple and the room was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and on my laptop at least the Wi-Fi remained consistent. I personally couldn't connect on my phone for some reason, though, but the model was very new at the time and router firmware may have been the reason. Overall I recommend staying there. The room was quiet even by a major roadway, and it remained a comfortable temperature inside despite outside temperatures climbing up and around 100 degrees Fahrenheit (38 Celsius) Very nice experience!

They have a bigger room and perfect location to live.

Worth it compared to motel 6. I like it and recommend staying. Worth the money… that or pay 180 at some hotel with gym thats not that much better. Lol.

We didn't even get to the reservation! We called to inquire about availability and if they offer a military discount. We were given a rate of $57/night. We commented that, according to their website, this is the regular price per night. We were then hung up on. Perhaps our lack of accent was as difficult for him to understand as his thick accent was for us to understand. If this is any indication of the service this establishment provides, we'll heed the warning and stay elsewhere.

Big Comfy Bed… Hot Shower! Spacious Smoking rooms are the best:)

While the staff was friendly, the cleanliness of the room was questionable. There was green gum on the wall, the bed sheets had foot print stains and blood stains, the office chair upholstery was ripped, chairs at the table had clothing tags and stains. The location was right across from the Miller factory so it smelled like grains, and being next to the highest meant the cars could be heard from the room. Breakfast choices are minimal: cereal, banana, apple, and Texas-shaped waffle. We made the waffle since it was the best choice there.

My husband and I stayed at the Scottish Inn Fort Worth for 2 nights in may 2015. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed Matress was firm and four pillow on king bed were smallish fiber fill. Front Desk guys was so helpful and houskeeping staff were excellent. Lady name "Anu" was so nice.

I wish I could give this DISGUSTING DUMPSTER TRASH hotel — 10 stars. I booked here through priceline and paid what I was told online when I got there j was charged $20 more and I found BED BUGS in my bed! Yes bed bugs! When I took pictures and showed the man at the front desk he called me a liar and told me he was going to call the police on me and kicked me out! With no refound! I was not rude or disrespectful I didn't even ask for my money back I asked to be put in a different room. I will never go back to this nasty crack head bed bug prostitute infested hotel my skin is still crawling just thinking about it. I have called code compliance/health department. Yes it was that bad. waist of money!
