There was hair all over the shower and bed bugs🤢🤢🤢🤢. I have proof. 1 month later still no refund.

My wife and I attempted to stay here July 24th. When we arrived however, we found our room was already occupied… by bed bugs. We notified the front desk, checked-out, and were told we would receive a full refund, but since we made the mistake of booking through booking. Com, it would have to be processed on their end once they received authorization from the general manager, Kristy Galloway. I called back a day later to follow up and spoke with Kristy and she confirmed that she did authorize my refund and should receive it in 6-10 business days. 14 “business days” passed and still no refund. I contacted booking. Com to see what the deal was and they said they never received authorization from Kristy. So I called the hotel back and come to find out, Kristy up and quit right after we left and a new manager, Vilma Trevino, is in charge. I spoke with Vilma and she took my name and number and said she would take care of it and call back. That was two weeks ago and I still have yet to receive a call. I’ve called and left several messages with a “JD” and left voice mails for Vilma, but still no contact. I’ve even gone to IHG customer service to try and get this issue resolved, but still no luck. Booking. Com says it’s Holiday Inn’s problem, IHG says it’s Booking. Com’s. I’m normally a “no harm, no foul” kinda person. I just want my money back. This has been going on for almost a month now. It’s ridiculous. I certainly will never be using booking.

Unless you want to wake up 2 days later to a 300$ hotel fee from “shampoo damaging the bath tub” than I would suggest booking with somebody else. The hotel management is very rude and they will do everything they can to charge you extra. The hotel stunk in the halls like a high school workout gym. The Hilton right down the road is about 40$ a night cheaper and I’ve heard much better reviews about their Management! So if you see this, cancel your booking and go the extra mile!

The hotel was dirty. We asked for another room because of the terrible smell, dirty room, and air not working. We learned at checkout they added a bogus smoking fee to our room. No one smokes! Only the manager can take it off. Manager is a coward and will not ever return a call. He knows he is just making stuff up to pad the bill. I see we are not the only ones he has done this to. Please find somewhere else to stay.

Nasty dirty rooms, paint on walls didn’t match for repairs. Carpet not vacuumed under edges of beds. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Lights outside shine into bedrooms. Our particular rom had holes in blinds. Breakfast was a joke. Will not stay here again.

Was awesome the staff all had a sense of humor thank goodness. Bartender was amazing even after my friend growled at her. Will definitely come back. All was clean and great.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. I will not be using them again. The room was not clean. The tub did not drain, the front desk was rude, saw a roach that was at least the size of my entire pinky. It was filthy.

Stayed there a few months ago and let me tell ya, it was absolutely a great stay. Everything about this Holiday Inn was great… the desk clerks, the room, the restaurant, breakfast, the pool and the hot tub. Special shout out to Marcus, the Shuttle Driver. Not only are his customer service skills amazing, he himself as a human being, is amazing. I cant wait to come back to the area so I can stay there again.

We loved the stay this weekend! Hector and the Cuban shuttle dude were awesome, so much fun to be around, and very helpful and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back to stay in this Hotel soon!

Where they treat you great wonderful staff very clean rooms great location beautiful hotel quiet we had no problems the beds were comfortable we called down for towels and were taken care of promptly will definitely stay again great place to stay.

Guests beware! Hotel will charge bogus “smoking fee”, and management will not return phone calls! Makes me wonder how many guests have been charged this fee! When our family checked into the hotel, my kids told me the room smelled like smoke. Mistake I made was not being a complainer! Advice to future guests, find a different hotel to stay at, but if that’s not an option, complain to protect yourself from being charged these bogus fees! My family will never stay at another Holiday Inn!

If you're looking for a paid date this is definitely the place to go. I was approached by a couple of "working girls" when I won't to the vending machine. This hotel obviously doesn't mind human trafficking!

Just attended a meeting in the conference rooms, but they were nice. The food provided for lunch was better than expected. Restrooms were clean. Would have no problem staying overnight here.

Brand new hotel within construction zones of North Fort Worth and Alliance areas. The reason I stayed is because of a great hot wire deal a $63 per night. Caveat is they put a $50 hold on your credit card for incidentals, which there are absolutely none of in the room. Nice comfy beds nice comfy room with refrigerator coffee maker and travel-size supplies. Televisions a little tricky. Breakfast is not free and is made to order. Your best stopping at the McDonald's across the parking lot if you have to leave early in the morning. A lot more difficult to get to than it is to leave.

Great service, friendly staff but restaurant is a bit pricey.

Great front desk crew. Bar was only open 6-10 and the restaurant food was less than desirable. Glad there was a cracker barrel close even though not a fan either. Pool and Jacuzzi relaxing. Quiet clean rooms. It was a quick hop to the stockyards and other attractions. And no shuttle except Friday and Saturday.

Great experience here in the conference space. We needed a last minute space & they were very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are nice for the price. Only complaint is the food. I would not recommend the restaurant at all.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pillow top mattress and pillows were fantastic! Breakfast is not your run of the mill, cooked to order. But it will cost you extra unless you have a voucher. I didn't know that until I finished breakfast. Even though I still recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Fort Worth Texas, this Holiday inn is a good place to stay.

I give this hotel 5 stars bc they kept the pool open an hour and a half later than usual for our group that arrived after it was closed. Our pizza was delivered to our room also! however, two people were making out on the floor outside our room causing a commotion. It made for a good story tho, so thank u weird couple and holiday inn hotels.

Great hotel, no free breakfast but they left the pool open an extra hour and a half for us so that makes up for it. Don't be surprised if you open your door at 1am to a random couple making out on the floor though like we did.

Had a reservation for today, a Tuesday in late February. Arrived a little early at 2:00 pm and was rudely told by the receptionist at the front desk not a single room was available in the hotel until after 3:00. Called customer service and oddly enough the front desk discovered an available room. I can understand there are times when early check-in is not available, but this was not one of those days.

Good clean rooms and Wonderful Guests Services, and Front Desk Ladies they answered all my questions and concerns.

We did not enjoy our stay here at all! The front desk people were not friendly or very helpful, were not knowledgeable about basics like what breakfast hours were. The beds not very comfortable, there were not enough towels for our family, the hot tub was not hot, restroom and water fountains in pool area inoperable. And breakfast was a total disaster! Server could not even bring us a spoon after numerous requests! Kept telling us that there was not any rolled… I had to steal some from another table. She was just totally unprepared to serve anyone. Food was merely passable, not particularly well prepared. Kind of rude about payment also… sorry we had breakfast here. I am not staying here ever again!

Everything was perfect. I didn't eat at the restaurant or go to the bar. The only thing I could suggest is to get better shower chairs for the handicapped. I felt like I was going to fall off the one they had, very unstable.

Above and beyond customer service for a three day stay while in fort worth with work will definately stay again. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone.

I like this place because one night I could not stay where I plan to stay and did not care about the money BecAuse a situation at hand was more important so I came here. Today I forgot something and what I had was okay so I was able to get the room. So this hotel has sentimental value to me. Five stars.

Great people working here. Great ambience. Clean tidy rooms. Great bed. Same internet connection problems that all the other hotels I have used in this area seem to have. I had to use a smart phone hot spot to get my work done.

Nice hotel very clean and spacious. Rooms are extremely dark. There is not any adequate overhead lighting supply. I don't recommend any computer work. The low light causes major strain.

The beds were comfy and the water pressure was great! Will definitely be staying there again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay! Staff was very friendly! Marcus the shuttle driver was the best! We came here because it was close to the Ft Worth Stockyards and Billy Bobs and this hotel offered the shuttle from 430pm to Midnight! Beds were comfortable the room was very clean! I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

We drove down here due to my daughter having a procedure. She was very sick! We showed up and checked in and was informed 428 was our room! We take all our luggage up and walk in the room and it looks like people are in there the beds was a mess there was stuff all over the bathroom. We walked back out immediately. I had to drag everything back down stairs the the lobby. At which time I still remained calm, I asked for another room, and informed her why! She look puzzled and did apologize. But then offered me free breakfast tickets for in the morning, I then pointed out we got complimentary breakfast anyways although we wouldn't be able to stay and eat due to our daughters procedures. So she said we would get 20000, points added to our stay. I still don't have those… I would recommend checking your room upon arrival.

Barely stayed in the room for 9 hours. Only used one towel. My card was debited $50 which I never recieved back. Its been 2 weeks. Its not the money its the principal. I only used one bed and one towel and they kept my deposit for reasons uknown. Even the management said there was no discrepancies. Said it was my bank (Chase) that had the issue. Clear bank statement that says no deposit refunded. The overall experience was good but I'll never go back due to this. I recommend to others to pay deposit in cash and pick up upon checkout.

Xena at the front desk is awesome. Very friendly and courteous. The hotel is beautiful… inside & out. Will definitely stay here again!

The thing that matters the most to me is cleanliness. The hotel is neat & clean. The management people are courteous. Loved my stay here. I only wish they had free breakfast too! Will come here again.

We were woken up at 6am by the security officer and the police with reports that our work trucks have been broken into. Tools and personal items were stolen. Windows of each truck smashed in and damage to the inside. When talking to the officer he casually stated "yeah this happens once a week here at this location". I understand these things happen although why are we not informed. Also there was a security officer was on duty, where was he. This is all on top of room miscommunication and having to get new keys every night after working 12 hour days.

The place is nice and spacious and clean. Gave it two mainly because the staff are not nice or courteous (only one black lady, she was awesone) but especially the night staff are awful and rude and grumpy. Plus I hated that breakfast was charged even though when we booked it said breakfast included! Pool was always shut for maintenance, gym was super small & hot with no air conditioning and housekeeping staff kept using dirty linen! Each linen they replaced was dirtier than the previous ones. Thank goodness I brought my own towel this time! Will be coming back to forthworth next month but not to this hotel mainly like I said because the night staff are just not nice and I can't deal with grumpy service people.

This is a very nice place to sfay! Nice decor and comfortable beds. I slept like a baby. The staff is awesome, especially Marcus the shuttle driver and Jessica the bar tender. If I ever need a room in this area again this is the place I will come back to.

Im currently staying here and I love it! Its very clean, & staff is really helpful and very courteous! The buffet is really good… I have no complaints thus far and im enjoying my stay! Thank you for your great service! I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel room!

Great place for our overnight stay. We only live 45 min away, but it was a good place to crash after a late concert. Very clean, but $12.95 for a regular hotel breakfast buffet was a bit much. Luckily there's a McDonald's next door. Highly recommend.

First and foremost the kitchen staff was wonderful and accommodating. I had specific dietary needs and they assisted so that I could follow that-most places won't help me out. Second the front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great quality and I would return there over and over.

We had the best hotel experience ever. Stayed 2 nights on our mini-vacation for two. The entire staff, including front desk, maintenance, bartender and cook was extremely friendly and made us feel special and right at home. Housekeeping did a great job with the room. The shuttle service was fantastic, thanks for looking out for us Marcus. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. God Bless you all, Danny & Theresa.

Nice hotel, but not the best stay. The curtains in our room were dirty. The curtains looked like coke was all over them. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The first night every time the air turned on it woke me up. The second night we just turned the air off so I could sleep.

Good place to stay with family, very clean very friendly employees. I definitely recommend it.

Was really happy with how me and my friends were treated at this hotel. We had originally booked one double bed room for 2 couples because we would not be in it much but the website used did not communicate what we needed to the hotel. The manager took responsibility and gave us 2 queen rooms instead at no extra charge as well has breakfast vouture! really great.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is some good places to eat nearby (Chef Pointe and Cattlemans! )

Only came here for a work meeting that was catered by the hotel. Haven't stayed in a room. Food was very mediocre, but the room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating.

The room was nice and clean. Was missing some of the toiletries and the shower was just odd. Odd shaped and oddly placed. Other than that everything was good kinds sucks no comp breakfast and they charge 10$ to eat their buffet what McDonalds and cracker barrel just across the parking lot.

Room was good. It was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good also. Good selection. Bar closes at 10, too early and the fitness center is small.

Not a good stay! Manager was an inconsiderate a**. Had an issue that the staff did not care about, have travelled all over the nation and never had a manager be so unwilling to help make my stay pleasant. Room has holes in the wall that they half way covered up. Air conditioner looked like it was falling apart. Will never stay here again…

Great prices, staff is real welcoming and the pool is amazing.

Came in at 1130pm with a reservation for a king bed non smoking. They tried to push me into a damp boardroom bedroom combo that was extremely inconvenient to use. They said there was no other rooms available. Would have been respectable if they were upfront about screwing me over but they weren't.

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was small and too warm. Overall, a good experience.

I needed to come into town on business, so I went to Hotwire to find an affordable place to stay. Fortunately, I was booked at this Holiday Inn. The building is very new, my room was great and the management was very professional and courteous. I have to say I was mostly impressed by the way I was treated by the management (namely Kristina Patterson) and staff. I haven't seen such professional and personable customer service like that in a long time. They were all very attentive and helpful and even came to check to see if I needed anything when I decided to use the business center due to the Wi-Fi running slow at one point. I will definitely be staying here from now on when I come back to Fort Worth on business.

Just stayed here for the race. All the staff were very friendly. Very comfortable. I will recommend and stay here for the yrs to come.

My fathers company had a party there this weekend and we were treated horribly. We definitely did not get what we paid for and the staff lied to us on multiple occasions. They tried to take one of our rooms from us and even tried to have me arrested for no reason whatsoever! Do not stay at this hotel! You're better off at the super 8 next door. Pretty pathetic. And the women at the desk are rude as can be.
