From the moment we arrived at check-in, the atmosphere was inviting 😀 Ana at the front desk was VERY nice and had the personality to match! The next morning at breakfast she was cheerful and had a smile on her face with all the people there. Our room was very nice and clean. The housekeeper was very friendly too and greeted us when walked to our room. I can't remember her name 🤷‍♀️The breakfast had great items to choose from. You could grab and go if you wanted. They provided bags, etc… Pool was cold. I couldn't get in by my little boy did. Our other son enjoyed the fitness center. It was nice and clean too. The hotel had sanitizers through the hotel. We stayed July 17th-18th.
I recommend this hotel too others!

This has been our race home on many occasions. Clean big rooms and easy to get to.

The desk clerk Issacc very unprofessional. Made my kids stay out of their after the room key was erroneously deactivated. Took 2 hrs for room assistance to unclog toilet and then had the nerves to leave the plunger for me to do the work!
This all took place on 12/26/19.
Have big family Reunion scheduled in July in Ft. Worth and I will not recommend this place.

A close home away from home. My husband and I stayed here after staying at a “highly rated” hotel near by for a work gig. Upon seeing this hotel, the room, and meeting the staff, I wish we had been here all week. The rooms and inside of the hotel are updated and inviting. Our room had several lighting options to make it comfortable like we were back home in our own bed, minus the tempurpedic haha. The mattress could have been softer and more supportive, but it was still better than the other hotel. I loved dogs no my makeup in the bathroom due to the vanity’s nice lighting as well, plus it was well vented and not overly humid after showering. Although, the water pressure could have been better but the shower head was nice and wide, with multiple settings for the spray. Breakfast was pretty typical, except for friendly staff and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. That was a tasty touch. Also, they have actual, flavored coffee creamer just like I have in my fridge at home. No gross hotel coffee! Lastly, the staff were welcoming and friendly. My husband worked 8 hours day of check out, which means I had no where to go. Tired of shopping all week, I grabbed my textbooks from the rental car and printed off my homework at their free computers and printers in the lobby. When turning in the room card I asked about staying in the lobby to work and welcomed in. After an hour or so of studying, one of the employees (manger?

Ridiculous amount of noise during the night. Staff could be a little more helpful, but there was only ONE person working there in the evening. No excuse for that, it's a safety thing. Rooms were otherwise clean and comfy, and the saltwater pool area was nice. If you need to stay for more than a day or two, I'd look elsewhere.

Although motel says it is pet friendly, I found not so much. Site and paperwork bragged about pet amenities, there were none except waste bags outside. Saturday front desk self not very knowledgeable, but Sunday staff, Cynthia was great. Thought I asked reservation with pet friendly room, not noted when I checked in. Asked for a late checkout so my son and I could visit at a local restaurant for lunch… only given till 2:00. Sunday staff said they could hold the pups somewhere where they would be cool and safe. So, while not perfect, ended up being very nice.

It's a great hotel. Newly remodeled, quiet and complimentary breakfast. Beds are comfy… great pillows.

It been a tradition for our boys to have a pool party here on their birthdays. This is like the 5 or 6 year. I'm extremely impressed at how the hotel has kept a fresh new look. It's like staying in a brand new hotel and the breakfast spread is always amazing.

This property is located near many restaurants and a short drive to and from Texas Motor Speedway. Kudos to the staff for making my stay comfortable. Special recognition to Amanda, Savion, Clarisa, Heather and Elizabeth. Great job ladies!

Great place to stay, comfortable pillows nice and thick and beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean and havev Kuerig coffee maker. Definitely recommend.

Attended a professional development workshop. Meeting room was just what was needed. Nothing fancy, but nice.

I've been here for 3 days now and not a single complaint. Friendly helpful laid back staff. Great Breakfast. Clean rooms. Hot Tub & heated pool Fitness center both open 24 hrs. Everything is newly remodeled I love it… VERY pleasant.

We had a great stay! Pool was clean and hot tub was fun. The pillows were super comfy and the bed and sheets were fresh and clean. Breakfast the next day was the best continental breakfast I've ever had.

Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and well prepared. I was able to get a peaceful night's worth of rest and then checkout was also easy.

Room is nice and clean but staff not friendly or helpful at all! We requested 2 rooms together which we didn't get. We we're in opposite sides of the hotel. We were basically told we can make the request but there are no guarantees, they didn't even attempt to accommodate.

The location was great, and the hotel was very nice. However the event seemed a little thrown together, or disheveled, and there wasn't quite enough room for everyone.

Didn't have a reservation but am an IHG member and the room was very clean, and service was great. Even had a toothbrush because we forgot one.

Horrible! Booked a room due to no electricity at my home. Person above me left TV blaring and left the room (manager cannot enter without his permission, which I get). Barely there an hour, asked for refund due to noise. They refused. Manager not helpful at all, offered to move me rooms… if I'm going to move around rooms at 11 pm, I'll just go home. Thin walls and noisy, book elsewhere!

Very friendly staff. But the hotel inventory looks old. Also the treadmills in the fitness room are old and should be repaired. The good thing is that there are some other devices, like a cross-trainer or a home trainer and weights. The pool and whirlpool is very nice but there are only small towels and the seat to help people in the pool is very rusty. A good thing is that the washing machine and the dryer are free only the detergent must be paid.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is super helpful and it's in a great location. Will definitely be conning back!

My wife and I had a great time here. The place was nice and clean, in spite of the front entry construction. The staff was extremely nice. Our room was perfect. It was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good as well. Great spot for a local get away.

I was there because I needed to get my mother's home cleaned out after her death and it was just the right place to stay. Quiet, clean and buffet complimentary breakfast. Easy on and off the freeway. The atmosphere was just what I needed.

Very Bad I would never ever think of staying there The General Manager Mitsy Is just flat out rude! I Called there to get some pricing on rooms and to look into having my daughters guest stay there For her wedding and possibly looking to book event space and spoke with Mitsy the General Manager she was so very unpleasant her tone of voice definitely made me search else where If you don't believe me call for your self. Sometimes Company's forget that if it was not for the guest that stay at the hotel they would not have a job or a pay check… Customer service is a must especially with so many other competitors and with out Great Customer service! no matter how nice the property is or what it has to offer if the Hotel lacks in customer service its a no win situation! its very sad that I never got a chance to view the hotel and to see what it had to offer just that one phone call had my mind made up the moment I spoke with the General Manager, Thank you Mitsy you just lost my. Stayed more than a month. At one point, my door wouldn't unlock properly and they immediately switched me to a new room because maintenance wasn't available. Quick response was appreciated. Staff is exceptionally sweet. Conveniently located to near restaurants and bars. Walking distance to entertainment and restaurants/bars.

(Update: the manager found out before I could even get back with her. She resolved the issue and repranded the employee who was rude. This place hanfeled everything faster than I could even ask them to. Very cool! ) The messed up my reservation adding another room. When I called about the check in time they informed me they they 4 rooms reserved instead of 3. They then told me no problem and changed it back to 3. But later they charged me anyway and wouldn't reversenit. They charge you for messing up the room before they check it and then return money if you didn't mess it up. Rude customer service. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
