Located right off the highway which was very convenient. Good breakfast and delicious cookies at check in. However, the staff member who checked us in, although VERY nice and professional, quoted us one price on what was being charged at check-in and a different amount was charged. Also, over in the night after having a long day, we were awakened to the Ft. Worth Sheriffs Department beating down the door of guests next door to us with a search warrant at 1am. The ruckus went on for a little while and we finally fell back asleep. We were awakened at 8am by housekeeping looking to clean the room. Not sure why they came that early considering we were checking out that morning. Overall, nice hotel, nice staff and nice location. Just unfortunate that we had issues getting peaceful rest.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I visit often for work and I always have a great stay. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfy. If you are staying in Fort Worth, I would highly recommend.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. Friendly staff, good room rates, 24hr coffee in lobby. Perfectly situated for visiting Lockheed. Not much nearby for social, dining options.

The hotel is fine. Rooms are small, but comfortable and the breakfast is… OK (paper plates, limited options etc). It is quite a way out of town and location is fine if you are working in the local area, otherwise a downtown hotel would be better, but more expensive. Staff however are very least and helpful.

Rooms were clean, super comfy bed. Great location! couldn’t get the television to work. The light in the bathroom went out, I immediately let the front desk know (the girl working during the day) she said it would be done, waited 3 hours until I walked downstairs and let the sweet lady working night shift know. She got it fixed within 15 minutes. Bless her, she is super sweet no matter the time of day! She is the reason I will be returning!

This is my go to place to stay in Fort Worth. The front desk agents are always so kind and knowledgeable. Iris is also fantastic!

Arrived to find they changed my reservation without notification from a double queen to a king room which was not suitable for those staying. The room had no air conditioning 79 degrees and only got warmer and gave staff 5 hours to fix issue and they wrote me off. When I finally asked they fix the issue they were “booked up” and offered no resolution. I finally had to demand a room and magically a new one was available. The staff member was extremely rude throughout the entire incident and even had security come stand with me and offered no apologizes or to refund our money. The sheets were also stained. I’d never in my life have been treated so poorly and rudely. I will never stay here again nor recommend you stay as well.

It is very sad to see a property so lacking of Hilton’s reputation. This room started off by seeing so much hair in the shower on the wall, then pulled the sheets back and saw pubic hair all over. Called the front desk and requested new sheets. The lady that came said oh my wow. I think there is no way they cleaned this room. At a minimum every time I stay at any hotel I should have at least clean sheets. This is nasty, unsanitary and unacceptable. I will write a detailed review and post it.

We really like it here. Clean rooms, warm pool, great breakfast, and the most friendly staff. They still had it decorated from Christmas and it was beautiful. Definitely will be staying here again.

Among Hampton inns this one is one of the best. Very welcoming staff. Especially liked the treat for being an honors member.

The staff was pleasant. The facilities were clean and well-kept. The bed was comfy, even though the pillows were all mushy. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

My visit to the Hampton Inn West on West Freeway — I30 was uneventful. To say this is a complement. I enjoyed my visit here and no hassles or problems were encountered. Hampton inn is consistently a good place to stay.

What an incredible stay… from the comfortable, clean facility to the outstanding staff, this is a must stay. HUGE shout-outs to Ariel, Iris, Nancy, Justin and anyone else I might have missed. Location was central to necessary work, rooms were kept tidy, and the staff was receptive as well as hel0ful.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel our vehicle was stolen and another guest vehicle was burglarized. The officer that took the report said this was a high drug and robbery area. This hotel has no security cameras and offered very little support!

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for the price range. The breakfast is awesome! Tons of cold items plus eggs, sausage and waffles. There's a round the clock coffee station too. The concierge greeted me with a bottle of water and offered to help me with my stuff and hold an umbrella since it was raining pretty heavily. They also lent me a phone charger at no cost. Above and beyond. The room itself was immaculately clean and very spacious with down type pillows and a very soft quilt. The TV was huge too! The wall thermostat was a nice change from having to fiddle with the actual unit.

I liked the hotel very much. The lobby was beautifully decorated and spacious. Our room was very nice. Very spacious. Evryrhing was very clean, comfortable, and well kept. The free breakfast was good and had hot eggs and sausage as well as a waffle station. Overall we were very satisfied. Location was very convenient right next to I-30.

Location, location, location. If you're in the area and in need of lodging you can always count on Hampton Inn and the quality of the Hilton nameplate. What really makes this location stand out is the guest service. In particular, Dwight was professional, courteous and welcoming. Everything you hope for but so seldom find.

We really enjoyed our stay the staff was incredibly accommodating the only thing we didn't like was the bed the fold out bed in the king room other than that the staff was great the breakfast was really nice we had a wonderful time we really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn the room was wonderful the staff was great the only thing we didn't like was the king room fold out bed it was incredibly uncomfortable but everything else was wonderful the breakfast the Staff we just enjoyed it all we really enjoyed are staying at the Hampton Inn the staff was wonderful the room with great the only problem we had with the fold out bed in the king room it was very uncomfortable the breakfast was wonderful we had a very great day except for that one.
