Nice older Marriott property! It could use a little updating but it's always neat and clean. I enjoy staying here!

I stayed here for one night and I was really underwhelmed all around. The property is old and needs to be cleaned. Hallways and common areas do not seem to be air conditioned, including the elevator which makes for a hot walk to your room with bags. When I got inside the room, the smell was that of a wet basement. The tile in the bathroom didn't feel like it was even attached to the floor, and the refrigerator was dirty when I opened it. For a rate like this, you can't expect an incredible hotel but I have stayed at much cleaner properties in this price range. The Wi-Fi is free but it wouldn't load apps on my phone, no Pandora, and no email sync — essentially nonexistent. The only two redeeming qualities for me were the friendly front desk staff, and the free breakfast. I wouldn't stay again, this hotel was a total miss for me.

Perfect quick get away in fort worth. I was able to get my wife a night off to enjoy not having to watch our kids. She loved it. And had free breakfast in the morning.

Great check in experience. Tyler really made us feel welcomed. Very clean common areas, hallways, and rooms. AC had a bit of trouble keeping you with 100+ degree Texas summer day but that's to be expected…

Stayed there for one night. Rooms were clean. Check out is 12noon. Went to eat a early lunch got back to the room at 1115am and my room was clean and all my belongings were thrown in the trash. They told me they thought I checked out already. I said does my clothes look like trash. The staff are very rude and would not recommend this place.

Room was fine, though signs of wear and tear were visible. Bed was comfortable. Not much around.

This is a very nice hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The lady at the front desk gave us a room on the 1st floor because of my 11-month daughter.

The stay wasn't bad it was just the whole decor felt odd. Very retro or upcycled feeling. The lady at breakfast was really friendly and so was the staff I just felt the place was really worn out or something.

Overall this hotel was OKAY… When we checked in our first room it had a moldy smell, wasn't very clean, had big visible boogers on the wall and the toilet wouldn't flush. After notifiying the man at the front desk, he came and saw the boogers on the wall and he was shocked, and saw how the toilet was, then we were given another room. My stomach still didn't sit to well from seeing what we saw in the first room and we were about ready to check-out, leave, and go elsewhere. The 2nd room had the same moldy smell, the air conditioner did not blow well, even on high. The front desk people were nice, housekeeping were ok, not very friendly when I asked for extra towels. Overall this was an ok stay, don't think we would return…

Double bed room for two nights. Decent breakfasts, though little variety. Common area kept up, though carpet is dated in style (but in good condition). Visible blemishes where repairs have been done, which accentuates the fact that repairs are done. Older building, but does not have that "old building" smell, except in the elevator.

Room smelled a bit like smoke. Noisy AC unit. Clean, but I've had much better Fairfield stays.

Quick stop for a Nascar race. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Met all of our needs.

This was my first time at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and very clean. I will stay here again.

Not a bad place. The freeway noise was a bit much, and the phone on the nightstand had a red message light that would not turn off. Tried to check the message and turn the light off, but the voicemail system malfunctioned, and we were stuck with the red light flashing all night. The front desk had no explanation. The room was clean, and the breakfast was your general craptastic generic hotel breakfast. Overall, this hotel was just meh…

Good value hotel. Clean, friendly staff, and breakfast was good. Our room was next to the busy highway and it was noisy all night long. If you stay get a room on the other end away from the highway.

Nice clean rooms. Good location. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. I didn't use any of the amenities, so I can't comment on them. The staff was great and informative on local events and restaurants.

The indoor pool and pool area were both really cold. I wasn't expecting the temperature of bathwater, but wow! The restroom is also not in the pool area. You need to go across the hall and get everything wet in the way. The staff, however, was FANTASTIC. Extremely helpful and pleasant, and the room was very clean. One thing I'll do next time is request a higher room number. The lower the number (301, 202, etc), the closer you are to the highway, and you can DEFINITELY hear the road noise from the interstate very well.

Location is nice, if slightly inconvenient to navigate around due to construction. The rooms are nice size and clean. Breakfast is great, which is important to me. Knocked down one star because the pool was lacking and there was no hot tub.

A nice and clean hotel. It was pretty convenient if you want to do more sightseeing in the Fort Worth area. It was close to the Stockyard and Fort Worth downtown.

I hate leaving bad reviews or complaining but it really was probably the worst service I have ever received. Anything you ask for was completely dismissed and if you asked again they made you feel like you were a burden. Then my youngest daughter (will be 2yrs old on the 30th) discovered a broken tile on the bath-tub and cut her foot on it. Upon informing the front desk I received again nothing but attitude. Finally after speaking to management, we were fully refunded and made our escape!

Easy check out in and out. The entrance was overcrowded as we checked out with vehicles. Ended up blocking my vehicle in. But the hot breakfast was great. The room temperature was difficult to moderate, the bed wasn't to my liking but not terrible. Refrigerator and coffee maker was very convenient. I'd not hesitate to use this or another Fairmont by Marriott. The parking lot was very full at night. I almost didn't find a space when we returned from supper.

Great employees! They all seem kind, the hotel has a small indoors pool, free breakfast and an elevator at the entrance. Overall a nice affordable hotel.

The staff is what makes this place a 5 star experience! Everyone I have met is friendly and extremely helpful. I would like to give Saedondria special recognition though because she always remembers us, greets us like we are family and goes above and beyond to make us feel valued. I truly appreciate her kindness and generosity. (Forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly) The hotel itself is clean and kept as well as all the Mariott sister hotels in the area. We have stayed here quite a few times now during this fall. We did have an issue with an air conditioner once and was moved immediately and the maintenance guy was promptly in to fix the issue as we were moving rooms for the next guest. I wish there was a hot tub in the pool area and microwaves in the rooms but other than that the accommodations have been great. Hot breakfast has also been very nice and convenient. The area is constantly being cleaned and stocked throughout the breakfast service time.

Decent amenities, good breakfast options, and friendly staff. Nothing exceptional of note though.

Stayed in this hotel a week ago. Let me start from the beginning. First of all. I reserved my room directly from their site and requested a king bed. When I arrived at hotel to check-in, I was informed that even though I provided them my credit card for a Guaranteed stay, they told me they no longer had any king rooms and they gave all of those rooms away. Whatever. Walked into the room and it had a very foul odor! Couldn’t change rooms because according to the front desk, they were sold out and if I left I would still be charged. We had two full size beds, they were definitely not queens. The sheets were not even clean, how do I know? Because there was hair on the sheets when I pulled the comforter back. Housekeeper came the next morning and didn’t even clean the room. All she did was make the bed. Didn’t get the trash and even forgot to leave towels. I ALWAYS stay at Marriott properties but this was by far the worst experience. One positive thing I can say is that the front desk representative, Barbara, was very helpful!

Rooms and halls showed age. Rooms are small. Furniture was nice. Overall ok place for the price.

Staff was very kind and understanding. Facility was clean and inviting. Breakfast had a wonderful variety of great food!

We stayed at the Fairfield in off of 820 and 35. They were friendly and accommodating. The style was a little out dated but the rooms were clean and cool.

The Jacuzzi room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pillows and bed are dreamy comfortable. The nights sleep makes the Marriott consistently the best value…

This will be the hotel my husband and I stay at whenever we visit Fort Worth! Joshua greeted us like we were long lost friends. He was a great friendly face to see as we left and came back from our adventures. The room was great and very clean! Bed was comfy! And location perfect for our travels. By the end of our trip it felt like we were leaving family.

If you like a child room at night do not stay here. I turned the air on 60 and wanted the unit to not turn off. Though it was on a continuous fan it constantly turned off. Therefore I was hot all evening.

Staff was friendly and helpful, clean, comfy room, breakfast was great and fresh. Indoor pool is a bonus! Bathroom clean, but could use a little updating. Have stayed here before, will stay again! Thank you to the staff!

Check in and check out process was exceptionally easy. The room was clean and they did come in and clean while we were gone. The free hot breakfast in the morning was great. Being able to make our own waffles was neat. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I will return.

Well let's see: first off our air conditioner wasn't working right in the first room so they moved us (during this tx summer). Secondly we had people above us walking/stomping loudly on floor plus mowers woke us up very early with their loud equipment… and lastly (so far, we still got couple hours until checkout) the housekeeper just walked into our room unannounced while I was using the bathroom. Stayed a night at the courtyard across from this one two days before and let me just say stay over there! Saving a little bit of money by staying here is not worth it! After staying at various Marriotts its amazing to me that some of these chains can even claim the name "Marriott".

The overall experience was pretty good. The room that we stayed in was good for the price. Good parking, decent breakfast, has Wi-Fi, swimming pool. The gym is too small though. The staff was very courteous and friendly. All in all had a good experience. We were here for a conference.

Absolutely dirty, old, left. My bathroom has a hairdryer, the door itself has some sticky spots obvious and easy to see to that the employee in charge to see it and that unless they clean it up, it is your job. We found an apple under the bed and a cap of a bottle of water. Smells bad. Comfortable beds. The front desk clerk friendly, correct. Anything recommended. In terms of the regular breakfast, had some variety but it is the standard in the hotels American. The site where the breakfast was chaotic due to its size, we found a large number of people in a super small space, it was overwhelming, uncomfortable, and unpleasant, it was like eating all the time listening to their conversations, smelling their breath without knowing who you are … step is added the heat of the the same people most of the machines … it was a real catastrophe is the breakfast.

Just as good as the courtyard next door at a fraction of the price. Also free breakfast which was lacking but it's free so who can complain.

Service was great. Kyle at the front desk actively made sure we were taken care of. Right next the highway. Good stay.

Proceed with caution. I stayed at this hotel over the weekend to see family here in Ft Worth for Easter. Reviews seemed alright and so did the photos, however this was different in person. If you prefer to swim in a pool with a high chlorine index, this will be your place. If your looking for a good night's rest with a funky smell, this will be it, until you wake up. I've woken up the last two days with red bumps on my legs, which I know to be insect bites. The first day I spoke with the front desk who rudely stated I should have the sheets changed, but the bumps weren't caused by their bedding. Well behold, day two and twice as many bumps. When I went to talk to the front desk again, I was told it was "not their concern" and "I caused it myself. " if you choose to stay, I say do so at your own risk. Breakfast: average and typical Staff: bad Room: decent size with a foul smell Bed: see above Pillow: soft Pool: small with an extra dose of chlorine.

The elevator was out again, from reading other reviews this seems to be an ongoing problem. Make sure when you call and get hotel information, they give you the correct hotel providing shuttle service to the airport. Driving 35 minutes out of the way to catch the shuttle at another location.

Booked this room on hotels. Com and the information was never passed to the hotel. This isn't Fairfield's fault but when we did receive the room it had a leak in the ceiling and the overall room just looked like something from the 70s. They did place us in a new room the following day but it doesn't excuse the lack of maintenance for the previous room. The staff was very helpful (Fabian) and courteous and helped us out.

I loved that they provided zip code and cable service provider info. I was able to use a TV guide app effectively which made traveling significantly more comfortable.

Enjoyed my stay. Decent breakfast, fantastic staff, and comfy beds. Would have enjoyed a better pillow but can't win them all.
