Wonderful experience! They even allowed us to leave our luggage with the concierge after we checked out until we made our transit back to OK! Jayce is the gal, she will hook you up! Ask for her! :)

Unfortunately my sister and I are here for a funeral. From the valet to the concierge, everything has been great. Food was phenomenal and I appreciate everything everyone has done to ease the discomfort. I love this hotel. 5 stars in my book. Quality over quantity in my eyes!

Forced valet parking is ridiculous. Just a money hungry place in my opinion…

Worthless Garbage of a hotel literally made a reservation for a room months prior and have had to wait for more than 6 six hours just to get a room key. All plans made for the day have been ruined and not any form of compensation will be given. Have asked multiple times when the room is going to be ready and they just kept increasing the time to the point the said there isn't a time frame. DO NOT STAY here they treat you like trash with no respect.

We made reservations months ago and just got a call the day we were supposed to check in that they overbooked and they didn't have a room for us. The people we spoke to over the phone were extremely rude and condescending. To anyone looking for a hotel in FW, you would be better off spending your money elsewhere with reliable and considerate customer service. Awful experience!

Bathroom was dirty, breakfast order was never put through from the previous night the free breakfast provided the next day had terrible staff who had no idea what they were doing now after we have checked out we have been charged again for the room and it has become an absolute joke to get the money back in our account would never stay in this hotel or another Sheraton hotel just from this experience! Very poor customer service…

This was my first time in Fort Worth. My stay was Wonderful. The concierge was very informative. The bus to Sundance Square stops right outside the hotel and its free!. There is a beautiful water garden across the street. Also it not far from 7th st and what appeared to be a museum district. The bar was nice I met some nice folks there and had great conversations. The only Con was Parking. Self parking was $25 and Valet was $30. Not much of a difference… So I opted to Valet. My button in my room didn't work to prompt then to retrieve my car. But I made the concierge aware and he just had me call down with the tag number and the car was ready the next time. I will definitely stay here again.

We didn't get the wheelchair accessible room so I could shower client. The bathroom was VERY small. No rails to hold on to! THE STAFF was amazing… when we first arrived Chris was VERY VERY helpful with unloading car and helping to get wheelchair client out of the car. We had two incidents in the I'm sorry I didn't get the male AND female who helped get client off the floor into her wheelchair… the 2nd incident we had help from David and Ben to put client in regular chair because she was sliding out of the wheelchair… Thank you ALL SO SO MUCH. I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY THE TIP! Last but not least the 2 Starbucks ladies who had kind words and FREE juice Thank you both as well! I can't forget the meal servicestaff was. Excellent!

I'd stayed here a few years earlier and didn't have a good experience, but thought I would give it another chance! It was a market weekend/girls trip… August 24-26, 2018, Room 820 On arrival our keys didn't work, seemed they were having issues with there system. The room was dark an Dingy, the AC was making loud noises an musty smell! Didnt sleep Friday night hardly at all! Saturday head out to Dallas Market was Great came back headed out for the evening. On our return to Self Park could not enter Due to Changing of there systems with NEW CARDS! Its 1:00am two women in a not so Great Neighborhood, had to go All the way around to Front Desk, to get New Cards our second issue with Cards! They are backed up with guests checking in trying to get Cards to there rooms! Finally make it to room, AC making loud noises, an NOW there are crickets No SLEEP AGAIN! Checked out at 9:30 to go home an get some SLEEP! Was Told Management would contact Me, still haven't heard a word a week later! Still hearing Crickets…

Rooms were very clean. Staff was super friendly. Sheraton Downtown is centrally located with easy in and out avenues. I like it!

Booked a Suite,. Absolutely NOTHING sweet about it. Scheduled to stay 5 nights, stayed 1. Checked in early, but didn't get into the room until around 7:30pm, Monday checked out at 5:30 am. Tuesday. The room and bathroom were old, out dated and dirty. No dresser, not even a drawer to put your things. Had actual tables for the side dressers. AC, what a joke. Refrigerator Never got cold. TV was so far away from the bed, that you could not see nor hear it, but we Could clearly hear the TV coming from the room next to us. Paper thin walls. Sheets were like Sand Paper. Door would not shut correctly, so you could hear and see the Hall, then the door would not unlock when we tried to leave. Bathroom so small that you can not stand (nor sit) to do your hair, makeup or just turn around. No Towel rack, yet they say "be green" when they give you No place to hang your towels and washcloths. Water was so hot, that it burned you, not a joke, it would not get cold nor warm, only Hot. Try brushing your teeth with really Hot water, not fun. I Will Never stay at the Sheraton again.

Convenient location. The staff is wonderful, accommodating, and cheerful in service. The room was nice and clean with a decent view. Disappointed that the pool was not outside. Parking was plentiful. Would recommend.

One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. AC units sounds like a jet airplane.
When I turned the shower on in the morning it was pointed out of the shower and directly at my face. (3 other people at the conference had the same thing happen)
Bartender could not make a correct drink to save his life. …
Forgot to make box lunches for the conference attendees and made a pasta lunch that was cooked for about an hour and a half too long and had the consistency of baby food.
On my last day when I could sleep in I got a 6am wake up call I did not ask for.
Asked the guy at the FYI t desk what time I should leave for an 8pm flight he said. “I don’t know. Maybe around 7. ” There were other issues but that is a good start.

The key card system they use is really old so to use the elevator you have to swipe your card a few times. Had to swap my card out 4 times because I couldn't get in my room. Beyond that it's a really nice hotel. Bar area and restaurant is nice.

Great hotel and great staff. Room was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. The guy at the front desk hooked us up even tho we were very early and even helped change our room when the first one he gave us just wasn't the best fit for us. He was great.

We went to a free real estate seminar by the Flipping Vegas team, 1.5 hours long. Beautiful lobby, pre-seminar lounge area, very nice presentation room although chairs could have been more comfortable. We enjoyed the city lounge where I had a soda while we conversed with other patrons about the presentation and real estate. The bartender was friendly but the bar and lounge area is fairly small. They do have a huge lobby with comfortable lounge areas and a restaurant which closed while we were in the presentation.

Had food catered by hotel. Actual flavor fine, not many options. Hosts ended up having to order pizza to actually feed their members of the party. Would advise against having a catered party here!

Hotel is well maintained. Only real complaint was food orders here take FOREVER to be ready. We waited an hour for one order. They made it right though. Hotel is in a strange location, it's downtown but it's not close to major things to do minus the fort worth gardens.

The hotel was quite nice with good amenities. The breakfast was outstanding every day and the bar opens until midnight every day. The service was superb and the staff spotless. If I need to stay in the area I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again.

Great staff. My daughter had left her bear and when we went back it was not there. However I left my address and a wonderful lady at the front desk dropped off a bear that was hers for my daughter and my daughter cried she now sleeps with that bear and takes it everywhere with her. Thank you for such great service and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was great good food.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here in Fort Worth! Extremely pleased with the hospitality and friendly staff. The restaurant serves an awesome breakfast too! Kylie was great!

Nicely located hotel in downtown Forth Worth just blocks from the convention center. Easy access from roadways. You can tell they've redone the lobby recently but the rooms could use a facelift. Some of the furniture and appliances had seen much better days and were awkwardly set up. There is a covered parking garage that you have to pay for.

Incredible hotel! Very clean, amazing staff, and a good location. I absolutely loved my stay. The room lighting was a bit dim, but that wasn't really a problem. I think the batteries in the TV remote needed changing as it was a little glitchy, but I didn't complain as I only used the TV twice for a few minutes each time. The bed and blankets were comfortable and clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! My friend got married at the water gardens across the street and booked a room here for her bridal party to get ready and the staff was so accommodating and genuinely interested in helping make her day go as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to visit.

If you can afford to stay on the Strip, you can afford to stay here. And you should because it's the best bang for your buck. Speaking of banging, the rooms are all suites approximately 1.5x bigger than other Strip hotels so you can bang whatever/whomever/wherever and still have plenty of room to spare. So stay here. Get banging.

Nice rooms, though I wish they would have supplied regular vs. Decaf coffee packets. Courteous staff, easy to check in, and excellent hotel dining. Would have been nice if you didn't have to cross the lobby to the pool based on where your room is located. Directly across from Water Gardens and Convention Center.

You don't get any bang for your buck here. The rooms are small and dim, but the bed is nice and the coffee was good. If you want to spend $250 or more go to a Holiday inn — They only charge $180 and you actually get a full breakfast and decently sized shower with free parking.

Environment here is good, service is satisfactory. The cleaner of my room does not speak English, which cause some inconvenient but does not really matter. There was a dog yelling at night but the security or front desk did not fix that, so I rate 4 stars for this place.

The location is good. But while I stayed there I came to call it the shabby Sheraton. It's a bit tired and dated. It doesn't feel fresh. To be fair the towels were white and fluffy, the sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. With most hotels the water pressure was terrible.

Here for work. So far, nothing special… at all. The night desk clerk was friendly but did not follow-through on a simple request for towels. The reservation was difficult to confirm. Rooms are dated. Warm showers, at best. If you are traveling on the company dime and don't care about comfort, sure. But if you want a "get-away" spot or a higher end hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We made reservations months in advance as we were celebrating my daughter. We arrived after dinner, checked in and went to bed. The next morning we realized they put us in an unclean room. We found smashed pizza in the office chair, hair in the bath tub, and lamps missing lightbulbs. The lighting in the room was already poor so no light bulbs was a major problem (there is no overhead lighting and only lamps to light the room). We told the lady working the front desk about all of this and still received no compensation. We weren’t looking for a free stay but the least they could do was comp the parking fee (No valet and still $22 to park). Sheraton used to be a nice hotel to stay at but we will no longer consider this hotel in the future.

If you are looking for something a step above a Motel 6, this is your place! Sadly! This hotel had horrible customer service. The whole time I stayed the only thing I called for was a razor/hairbrush. The front desk guy didn’t even want to bring me those items. I even asked him to charge me if needed too. The restaurant breakfast was equal to what you would find at a continental breakfast (deli meat for the “grilled ham”). And the rooms were just “okay”. There are so many other hotels in downtown Fort Worth that you can stay in for a better experience.

Absolutely amazing! We had a room overlooking the water gardens. Everything is pricey though a can of coke was a whopping 3$ parking was 22$. The kids loved the indoor pool my wife loved the hot tub. Upscale place so no riff ruff or wild kids unattended.

Was expecting a little bit more for the price paid. Staff was courteous. Food is okay. Pool area is indoors, so that's nice. Room was pretty clean.

Bad Service. Very Unprofessional. Bathroom had hairs in the tub drain and on restroom counters. Only had one big towel, one hand towel. No wash cloth nor bath mats. Called down for more and they claim they didn't have any an hour later I get a knock on my door with only one big towel at hand. Housekeepers down the hall where talking about how a few rooms where infested with bed bugs when I walked to them to ask for towel and denied me. Because she said there where counted for her remaining rooms last month was the same problem. Big company with no linen I don't understand it. Zero Star if you asked me. Guest restroom in the lobby was dirty with urine all over the floor. So disgusting.

First. The staff was AMAZING! I would like to recognize Jennifer at the front desk, who was so sweet, bubbly, and friendly! All staff members everywhere need to be like her. She found out it was our anniversary and she upgraded our room for us. Such a sweetheart!
She also let us park in the 15 minute parking spots right outside the door, overnight, because our truck was too tall to fit in the garage.
When we got in the room our thermostat was broken so it was really hot in there. They sent someone up very fast, and had it fixed while we were getting ready for the night. When we got back to our room they was a note on a tray saying happy anniversary, with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate covered fruits! What an amazing treat.
The room was nice, little boring, was expecting it to be a bit more upscale, but overall it was an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend.

Lois in the reception was the best anyone could ask for. Not only did she make sure my room was amazing, but she recommended bars and scenic places to visit during my stay. Thank you Lois!

I stay here every time the EMS conference is in town. I think I have stayed here 4 or 5 times. The staff is nice and helpful and the rooms are always clean. I really like the open parking lot put back since my truck doesn’t fit in the parking garage.

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, pleasant and helpful. That was not quite enough to overcome the dated interior, noisy A/C, old fixtures, non functioning TV, and barking dogs in the next room for hours. I didn't think it was worth the money.

Large spacious rooms comfortable beds across the street from the convention center and minutes from many bars and restaurants. Update: 10/26/17 just wanted to add an update as I was at this hotel again this past week. The staff is excellent. In particular Ashley at the front desk. There was an issue with an incorrect time set up for return transportation to the airport the next day for me by my company when I checked in so I figured I would call them to double check but later in the day however no sooner had I reached my room than the phone was ringing it was Ashley from the front desk with an updated time who had made the phone call for me!

Hotel is nice, staff is nice, and the restaurant is great. Except, I have to be up at 6am and had to call the front desk at midnight because it sounded like a party was going on in the hall. 20 minutes pass, still loud guests. Call again, and I get no answer. I have to work for 8 hours in the morning, plus take a 5 hour flight home. Not happy…

We came into town for a trade show. This is where my company decided to put us up. The staff has been very friendly and attentive. The location is great to get to the convention center since it's right across the street.

Nice place. We were in town over night with friends. We got a nice 11th floor view, our friends got a crappy 3rd floor view of an air conditioner… the place was bustling so they didn't bother asking for a room change. Front desk staff was quick and very friendly. They noticed that our rooms were on a first responder discounted rate and were quick to also give us free parking for our stay. That was kind and much appreciated. Room was nice, clean and stocked with sundries. Kind bed was very comfortable with very nice linens. Bar staff in the lounge were great too. Had a lot of laughs with them during happy hour.

Great hotel in the heart of Fort Worth. With the warmth you will appreciate the pool!

Big room with 2 double beds. Coffee maker with Starbucks coffee packets. Shower with pretty good water pressure and a decent hair dryer. Flavored ice water in the lobby when I came back in the afternoon.

Too expensive for dated hotel and unpleasant stay! Cracked tub and awful shower head. Poor lightening in room and bathroom. The room was humid. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Pay for garage parking or pay meter for street parking. Annoyingly need a key card to work elevators, frustrating if hands are full. No complimentary breakfast. The paid breakfast was good. Nice ball room but the food was not good… bland with dried out chicken breast. Pretty water gardens across the street.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable with a larger sized mini fridge. Nice amenities. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but still a good night's sleep.

I've stayed at the Sheraton 2 times so far and I have to say it is a fantastic hotel with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are always clean and we'll put together. The club access is a great bonus if u manage to get it. I highly recommend it.

This is a very lovely place. Close to downtown and bars and restaurants. They have shuttles to take you places till 11pm. The room was great. We enjoyed the big comfy bed. Great view. Water Gardens across the street. Very romantic. The service here was so awesome. Ashely at desk services went out of her way to give us a great experience. We came back here for our 14yr anniversary. She made it memorable. The only reason I am giving 4stars instead of 5. Because there was no ports for you to plug in cell phones. Nor any to purchase at desk nor store being open later or all night. Other than that we will be coming back. Thanks Ashley for a great night.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Everything you would expect from a five-star hotel. Everyone from the housekeeper to the manager will say Good Morning. That is why Texas is the friendly state.

Rooms are great but a bit dated furniture. My headboard leather was peeling, but that's not a big deal. Still very nice. Mark, the Sheraton Club lounge attendant, is the nicest, most courteous and attentive person I've ever encountered at an SPG property bar none. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as the room service is excellent, it's very quiet, and the service is impeccable.

Don't stay here, especially if you're a "Hotwire" customer. I stay at many hotels as a Hotwire customer because… Why not? But, they took over 15 minutes to even acknowledge our presence — we were the only ones here. Unfortunately, I've stayed at the Sheraton in Fort Worth and Dallas and I've been disappointed every time. The lack of customer service, the unkept rooms, the mention of "Hotwire" customer like it's problem. Though, they opt to be in that program. I'll be paying full price for the Hilton instead. They treat you like a "real" customer with no mention of Hotwire and they customer service had been superb. Of yu want somewhere to sleep — this works I guess. If you wanted to be treated like a human go to the Hilton. I spent 95 dollars on this cruddy room with no refrigerator even! Was not acknowledged when we were the only customers and was called a Hotwire customer like it's an issue for 95.00 dollars. Guess that's not enough. I hate this hotel chain. Go to the Hilton or double tree! Two stars because I have somewhere to sleep tonight! Ha!

The beds are most comfortable. Very clean. Excellent service. Convenient location. Down side: A little pricey.

Reservation was made a month in advance for room but front desk could not locate. Had to get with director to resolve issues and ended up paying more for the room. Parking was charged but always full. Room service kept knocking on the door until l got up to let them know I will be checking out at 11.

Great hotel! Stayed here for a conference at the Ft. Worth Convention Center, and the Sheraton is very close to that, and the Water Gardens as well. The room was very clean and comfortable, and was well worth it. We did, however, have trouble finding the ice machine and after looking on a bunch of floors, and finally calling the front desk, we found out that the machines (In the North tower, at least), are on every odd floor starting at level 4 (4, 6, 8, 10, & 12). Now we were staying on level 2. Go figure. The Pool and Whirlpool were nice, and so was the Starbucks coffee that they serve at the Link Cafe downstairs. Another downside is that Breakfast is not free. They have a restaurant, where they serve full meals. Luckily, they had a Grab-And-Go $5 Burrito "dish" that was satisfactory. Overall, our stay was very good. NOTE: Parking is not free, since it's downtown. I think it is $15 for 8 hours and $20 overnight.

There was a hair in the bed and in the bathroom besides us quicieron charge two movies that we didn't even see.

The rooms in the north tower are spacious and comfortable. There is no fridge and a distinct lack of outlets in the room when at a capacity of 4. When I tried to increase my reservation from 2 to 4 I was told I didn't need to, however when arriving in the room we didn't have enough towels. A quick call to the front and we were brought additional towels with a follow up call to confirm they were received.

Everything was to perfection. I will be going back to stay for sure.

I keep hearing that all sheratons are getting huge upgrades… someone forgot to tell this place! It feels outdated, not a fan. The rooms are clean, but the carpet looks like it was put there 20 years ago. Who thought brown was a good color scheme for a hotel room? The club lounge is very nice and spacious. The gym and pool are nice as well — that's the only thing saving this place! If you are SPG, this is your only choice around here, but just know that it won't be as good as other updated SPG properties.

It is a very nice, comfortable, place to stay overnight. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

Rooms were okay but not really on par with other Sheraton's that I have stayed in. The courtesy shuttle that they have was very good and took us a little out side of the range with no problem.

Pretty close to the conference center. Pretty good room. Breakfast was expensive for very little food.

Service desk associates were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were even very understanding with a generous late check-out. The room was classy, clean, and the bed comfortable. Wound stay again.

The room was very noisy. (the air condition made horrible noise. After changing our room, we ended up next to a room with crying baby. Staff at the front desk were friendly and that is the only good thing at this place. The food in restaurant was not good. We order street taco and they didn't use real beef instead they used imitation roast beef. The lady waits on us (the Latino waitress) at the restaurant was in a bad mood / no smile/ rushing to leave. The price for the hotel was way too high. No spa and no access to water bottle and drink.

Stayed at this hotel with my wife during the Southwest Veterinary Conference. When we first arrived, we checked in and went up to our room. Our keys didn't work at first but maintenance fixed that by rubbing the card on his sleeve… Boy did I feel stupid. Well, we get to our room and see that we had the wrong room. We had reserved a single king-sized bed but the room we were sent to was a double full. I went to the front desk to get it fixed and the employees apologized for the confusion and managed to change the room for me. They were very kind. Now, as far as the room, it was very clean and didn't smell or anything, which is a big plus. My second day there, I decided to try out the restaurant at the hotel. The environment was nice, staff looked very professional and were very respectful. The food was absolutely amazing. Great flavor and cosmetically, it was fantastic. The pool was nice but fairly small. There seemed to always be an abundance of people there. Now, the only time I had to call maintenance was when the battery in the thermostat died and the A/C would not operate. The employee showed up quickly, replaced the battery in no time (keep in mind, this was at midnight) and was very professional. Now, this is where this place won it's 5-star rating… I'm from Oklahoma and I mentioned to the maintenance employee how the beer here in Texas seemed to be better and also had more variety.

Hotel is good. A few minor issues with the room (maintenance things). No storage for clothes. Only drawers are the two tiny ones under the tv… big rooms. Wasted space. Overall nice place.

The room was small, bed springs crunched, over sized pillows rather than a range of pillows. Front door looked like it was busted up and a hasty repair made rather than replacing the door. The bathroom was small, the door could take out a knee while on the toilet. I could put up with this if the price was less than 1/2 the cost but overall it was a motel accommodation at hotel prices. The Hilton or Omni is a much better choice. The concierge on the other had managed to get a car service to take us to the airport in less than ideal conditions. Someone is working there.

Mr. Yeung and his associates went above and beyond to make our event a great memory. The new rooms look amazing and very comfortable, the entertainment was top notch. The food that Chef Morris provides is comparable or better then any restaurant in town and the presentation is is something to see. Karen in sales made sure that all our needs were met and was very hands on the whole time. I cant wait to return Sheraton Ft Worth will be our home away from home. Thank you all very much.

Nice hotel, friendly staff but stay was uncomfortable and didnt get any sleep. It hurt just as much being charged $28 for a roomservice burger. We were only here for one night on business and were lucky to be on the 9th floor where a drunk guy decided to knock on random doors including ours around 2am. The staff that finally showed up created more noise trying to put him to sleep. There was about 20-30 mins of silence when arguing and cryng began from the same room. Again, there was plenty of noise and I didn't get to sleep until 3:45am. So much for enjoying the comfortable looking bed. I worked for Starwood Nd like the company but I will let the group know to look elsewhere next time we r in town.

On the first night of my stay, I discovers air on the shower wall and the tub would not drain. They took care of this promptly. The following night of my stay, they proceeded to lock me out of my room. I went down to the front desk to resolve the problem, and they told me that my card was declined. Well, they tried to charge me for 2 rooms and Discover caught it and declined the second transaction. They had put my card to another woman's room. They were extremely rude, wanted to see my Discover statement, and continued to argue with me that I knew the other woman and paid for her room. It wasn't until Discover talked to them that they issued me and my guest a new key card. I will never stay at another Sheraton in my life.

The best features are location, lobby, pool/Jacuzzi, fitness center. The hotel was completely booked and I couldn't get a king room. The queen room I had was located near the venting system surrounded by brick walls 4 feet from my window. So in the heart of downtown my view was a brick wall. Some smoke/fire set off the alarm system but whatever happened was under control before any evacuation took place. Hotel staff was great. The beds had actual metal springs in them, I was surprised. It didn't make for a good night's sleep. There was hair on the counter and the toilet, but overall looked fairly clean. I would not stay at the hotel again. There are better room accommodations at lower 3 star hotels. P. S. I was told that they will start renovating the rooms soon. That will make all the difference.
