NASTY! Blood stained carpet and bed looked like someone had just used it! Rude staff and sketchy people wondering through the parking lot checking for unlocked cars, peaking in windows. Will NEVER stay here!

If this place could get ZERO reviews and burn to the ground, it would do the San Antonio area justice. This place is not only disgusting, but the people that run it for the owner are incredibly rude. They sit around and eat the breakfast instead of taking care of the guests. They break in front of people and stand around blocking the guests. The chairs in the room look like they have been through a nuclear apocalypse. If you want a blanket, dont bother asking. They come up with a bunch of excuses to not give you one. In the morning, the place is run by a couple lazy kids in their 20's. Useless excuses for humans truly. Oh! And they do NOT have the breakfast that they show pics of AND you have to eat in front of the people that work there or they charge $25 to take your breakfast to your room. This place is a ZERO and the employees are a waste of air and space. If you are wanting a hotel to see your loved one graduate, doNOT stay here.

The location is convenient right by the highway and a public transit center; it was quiet and felt safe with plenty of lighting, staff monitoring the area, and security cameras at every turn. Service was helpful, friendly, and prompt. As for the accommodations, it was a nice room with all the amenities (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. ) ; the fixtures and furniture seemed modern and fairly maintained, though the carpet could use a cleaning; the bathroom was clean and fully functional with fresh towels and toiletries. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable at first, but it may be due to personal preference. Overall, it's a good location and offers a fairly decent room for the price; I would definitely stay here again.

It wasn't horrible. It could use some updating and a thorough cleaning, as I seen dirt piled in the corner by the toilet. Other than that, it was fine.

Great place has a pool for kiddos and rm cools off fast as soon as u turn on AC 5 min rm feels great.

The pictures were decieving worst stay ever! The room was ragady continental breakfast was a joke for what we paid. I was highly disappointed.

I travel extensively throughout Texas. I have been a Wyndham Reward participant since 2004. I have stayed in many hotels and motels (at least twice a week) for the last 35 years. This place is a dump! Unfortunately for me, this was the last moment and late reservation. I would not give them $20 to stay here again. It is not worth you time and especially your money.

This hotel is located right on the freeway and near the Air Force Base, which means it's loud. Planes fly over occasionally but not at night so if you can sleep with the steady stream of traffic noise you'll be good. The beds are terrible. My wife and I had a very hard bed. My grandparents were able to feel the springs in theirs and asked to switch rooms. That one was better. They have continental breakfast where you can make your own Texas shaped waffle! And that's pretty much it there. The second night of our stay someone was having a party right outside our room. I can't fault the hotel for this but just something to know. The staff, though, are so friendly! In the end they make this place. Oh and the pool is so nice and clean!

This was the worse place I have ever been too. I understand you get what you pay for but for what I paid I should have gotten better. I've stayed at Motel 6's that were better. The 1st room was so bad we had to get our room changed. The only reason we stayed was because our entire family reservations there for my daughter's airforce graduation. The 1st room, in the bathroom, words can't explain. Black and yuck all around the baseboards. The tub had the ceramic peeled or chipped off or something. I took pics but can't upload them. Both beds had stains on the sheets and long hairs. The floor was all stained up and the outside of the fridge was nasty. The 2nd room was a little better. Only had to have 1 bed linen changed. There was mold all over the bathroom wall. I can say 1 good thing. The service was great. The people who worked there were super nice. They did every thing they could to make us happy and fix what they could.

My stay was Ok. However the cleaning staff steals articles left by guest. There Lost & Found policy applies to what they DON'T want. I left memento, remembered and returned about 2 hours later and it had NOT been turned into the lost & found. As numerous other things had been, because clerk went to check. Upon contacting the room attendant, ahe claimef ti have tbrown it away. I was not privy to the conversation (as I don't dpesk Spanish), but from what I deduced my articel was described exactly even down to the gold embroider so it had to be removed from the cover that is was in. There was NO way she thought it was Trash. I even offered to dumpster dive for the bag it was in & wss told NO. I understand MY responsibility in that I initially left my belongings,,, but I should of had a chance to retrieve my article from the Lost & Found.

Over all good experience. Great staff. Hotel does need some upgrades but it's suitable.

A bit of a sketchy 'hood… There were a couple people hanging out near my room. Sounded like they were waiting for a locksmith. I took two water bottles out of my car and put them by my left rear tire to offer them after I took in a few more bags, but the water bottles were gone when I walked back outside. Lol Guess they were thirsty. Room was clean, but very dated. Needs paint, carpet and a few other things. Really close to Lack Land, and it was a cheap stay, so I'm happy with it.

Love the place. Nice rooms expected little emore space but can work with it. Loved the pool. Staff are nice. Not that away from the Alamo and the sea world.

First thing coming in the people are nice. Coming in it was late at night and the kid at the front desk was super nice. But when we came in the room. One of the lights weren’t working. And the restrooms were dirty. Paint chipping. Mold. And there was hair from the last person on the bottom of the tub. The carpet is torn by the sinks. And the tub will not drain after I showered. If you’re on a super tight budget and just need a bed. Then I recommend this place but to be on a budget and want something better? Go spend an extra 20 on something nicer.

Best hotel in town. I love the fact that it’s very close to the base and walk-in distance with couple of restaurant. I don’t why other people complaining about the hotel. I like my room nice comfortable bed and warm breakfast that’s all I need. I’ll be back in next month since my son based air force base for training.

I like MUCHP the place is clean and the atmosphere is fine.

Very good place to sleep clean rooms very friendly to attend but when you rent several days do not go to clean the room after that was over the holiday and did not decrease the price that is very bad.

Price gouge… could not even speak proper English and wanted 299.00 for one night… can you say rip off…

My opinion are very bad the room rent dirty bath tub with black spots like soiled sheets with hairs and stains cast spotlights beds a ugly disgusting a disgusting.

Absolutely horrible room for price. The bathrooms need a serious remodel because of water damage under the shower insert that you can feel and black mold within the tub/shower. Just gross! The desk chair in the room looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster and was falling apart. Also, clerk tired to charge me $150 for supposedly not registering my dogs at checkin — — — despite the fact I told the clerk over the phone I had two small dogs, when I made the reservation. And again at check in for the room. Will not recommend and advise family & friends to avoid this establishment at all cost.

Im actually here now room 235 its great I'm from gulfport mississippi good service nice hotel also must say they keep it up been here 2 days enjoying my 3 day vacation.

Please don't waste your time on this place. We went to watch our Airman graduate and selected this place because it was close to the base and relatively affordable. Booking a room sight unseen is risky and I wish we had read the reviews first. The staff was friendly and yes it was close to the base, but that is all I have to say that is good. Ok… Here we go. We arrived around 5 PM and we were told they did not have any ground floor rooms clean yet. That's right, 5 PM. We agreed to take a second floor room, paid for five nights without even looking at the room, and then headed off to the base to get base passes. Then off to dinner. So it was late and we were tired when we finally entered the room for the first time and just wanted showers and sleep. But there were no towels in the room. We had to call the desk and ask for towels. The phone looked like it had not been wiped down in years and was filthy. The room smelled horrible and the window only goes up a few inches. Off to the shower. There was mold in the tub and on the bathroom walls. The shower curtain bar was barely hanging on to the wall and as a result the curtain would not stay closed so the shower soaked the whole bathroom. The drain was very slow so by the time the shower was over the tub had several inches of standing water in it. We were already not liking this place and then when my wife went to dry her hair the hair drier wouldn't work. That is when my wife went down to complain.

I got relocated to San Antonio from Dallas Texas as soon as we got there we checked in to d days inn since we got there my room gets cleaned every day and d front clerks are very friendly till right now were still staying there wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We were not too thrilled about the room. Stains on the floor, room smelled musky, shower wasn't cleaned right. The phone did not work whatsoever. I would not stay there again. Sorry.

The location to the lackland base is a 6 minute drive which is perfect. The rooms are nice for what we need. Overall a great place to stay while we were here.

The room is ok for what I am here for. The reason I am giving it 2 stars I always check my bed sheets. I pull everything off to verify the cleanness. As everyone should any place you go. I got to the mattress protect and it a had a large yellow urine stain… I took it off and walked it to the front desk it was 11pm and it took a good 15 minutes to get a clean one, and ckean sheets, a man brings them he was the night watch man very nice. But I definitely was not about to let him make the bed up at dam near midnight… guess what? I made the whole bed up… 2 stars. Thank God I brought my throw to cover myself because the bed cover has white stains so I took all the pillows, the covers folded them and put them on the floor in a corner of the room. Laying on top of both ckean sheets and using my throw to cover. Do not want to touch the sheets at all. Then 1:15 am I hear the next door people talking loud, laughing, and I call the front desk she said ok, it's 1:3am and I have to get up at 6am still loud talking and laughing. I did like how the shower felt, but I did not like the old tub and the fact that I had to clean the toilet had urine stains… no ok. I am demanding a discount or full refund. I wish I had the guts to go next door and say be quiet. So I guess I'm up, so not fair. It's too pricey for what's being offered. Not ok…

Staff was very professional and accommodated us every way they could. This is a very old establishment, therefore I do not believe it is a good place to stay on vacation. If you are passing through and need to stay a couple nights, then it's okay.

LIARS AND CHEATS! First, they sent me and my girlfriend to an already occupied room. In case, we opened the door and a couple screamed. What if we were shot? They corrected the issue. However, a few days later we noticed we had been $100 overcharged for smoking when we didn't smoke. When we called a woman acknowledged us as customers in their system. Then manager Jacob got on the phone and said the woman had mistaken, that there was no record of our stay!? And supposedly there was a pack of cigarettes left at the hotel. I am certain there were no cigarettes left in the hotel room. We had to get our credit card company involved and am still fighting it.

This Days Inn has to be the worst I've ever been to. The first room they gave my mom stunk so bad they gave her a second room with half eaten food in garbage can and a rag in bathroom with goo in it. Completely disgusting we cancel our reservation and went to Best Western. Nasty place.

Sooo. Yeah this hotel was pretty cool nice breakfast nice staff it was a pretty cool experience. But I was in like room 210 I believe and im pretty sure I saw a ghost in the room at 3am something jerked my pillow and woke me up I opened my eyes and seen a figure standing above me. I was one of 4 people in the room. Didnt know if anyone else had this experience.

Professional staff at this pet friendly hotel, room was clean and in good condition and hotel has maintained their pool. The neighborhood behind the hotel (which is located on the other side of an eight foot wooden fence) isn't the best looking but there were never any problems. The hotel is in perfect position to access the westbound highway 90 on-ramp and there are a handful of fast food choices and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. You're also in a prime location to reach Joint Base San Antonio — Lackland AFB, and getting back to the hotel is easy. If you're pulling a trailer there is some room to park. Various work crews pass through and they may have items under tow so there can be some competition for space. If you get into the parking lot by 5-6pm you shouldn't have problems. After that time you could be taking a chance on space. After a six day stay, the only detractor we found had nothing to do with the hotel but the restaurant flyers you find shoved in/around hotels. Before using take-out from one of these places look them up online for reviews. We got lousy service from one of them that uses three different names (Donatello's Pizzeria, Geovoni's Pizzeria, Venetia's). Long waits and lousy food, be warned.
