Will be attending ETSU this fall and have stayed at this hotel 3 times while visiting that college. This hotel is so awesome, that its the “go to” hotel when my family comes to visit me!

Nice facility, very nice staff. The place is well kept and clean. The room we were in was somewhat small in comparison to some of my other stays in Marriott, which is quite frequent, but that is not a big deal to me. The gym was well managed, small, but does the trick. The pool was clean and well kept as well. The breakfast was managed well and everything was stocked well and fresh. The lady caring for the area was friendly and in good spirits. Overall, I would recommend this Marriott for overnight and several day stays. Check it out.

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean. We enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning of our stay. And the coffee/hot chocolate bar. The fitness room was kept clean and had an adequate selection of cardio equipment and weights.

Friendly, smiling staff welcomed us. The room was very clean, spacious, with comfortable bedding and more amenities than we expected. Breakfast had a terrific variety of items, even for us on a low carb diet. The Kellys will definitely look for Fairfield Inn and Suites in our future travels.

The lady at the Front Desk was amazingly courteous and the rooms were new and perfect! We had a great stay.

The property is new and located in a good area, near several dining places. The room was clean and refreshed everyday. Services was excellent. The night rate is very reasonable for the conditions, location, and services.

The pleasure was all mine while staying at this FIS for the weekend. A ground-up project as of two years ago, this hotel is modern, clean, and of the quality one might expect from a Courtyard-branded property. The staff is very friendly and helpful — — I encountered nothing but pleasantries during my stay.

The compassion offered by this hotel, and Justin, was above and beyond. This was such a clean hotel. Shower was huge! Beds were very comfortable. Would DEFINITELY stay here agsin!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean! The beds were so comfortable that we tried taking the sheets off to see what mattress brand they used! Lol The continental breakfast included waffles, yogurt, bread and sweets, bagels, eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, a small oatmeal bar, juices, tea, coffee, and more. The dining area included convenient outlets for charging electronics which was something I haven't seen in too many hotels. Their snack bar area (where you can purchase last minute products, snacks, etc) was extremely expensive. Walmart is just a hop skip and a jump from this hotel so I would advise you to pick up supplies and snacks there or prepare to pay a ridiculous amount for your midnight cravings and forgotten laundry soap.

Service here was extraordinary! After an overnight snow, the staff cleaned the snow off the windows of every car in the parking lot. Very unexpected service.

Very nice. Rooms spotless. Has a refrigerator, coffee maker and wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning. Only problem I had was the bed. Very comfortable but very high. Had problem getting into the bed without a step stool. Will ask for one next time I go there. Hope they have one.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, however, the hotel sold out due to wrestling teams, they did not prepare for the lack of food for all the guest. We checked out and went to cracker barrel.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The parking and loading/unloading areas were easily accessible. The amenities were as expected or better for a hotel of this caliber. The beds were hard and not very comfortable, and the pillows were not particularly comfortable either. The soundproofing may have been lacking a bit with being able to hear guests from the overhead room walking back and forth at times. Overall, very good experience.

We really appreciated the helpful staff. Our room was clean and fresh. There was plenty of breakfast for everyone even though it was a busy weekend.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend and found this to be one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and bright, the beds are sooooo comfortable and the breakfast was really well laid out with fresh fruit and many choices. Even a fire pit to cozy up to on cool nights — you will not find a better deal ANYWHERE! We plan to stay here at Christmas too.

I love all marriot hotels. All of them have great rooms nice employees, some have breakfast areas and a pool too. These hotels are quite attractive to travelers.

Very clean, good service as the front desk person let me check in early so we could enjoy the day. Would have been a 5 but the beds are not that comfortable.

Super clean and modern rooms. Great walk in shower. Indoor pool and exercise room is clean. Breakfast buffet excellent with eggs, sausage, cereal, milk, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels & cream cheese, juices etc.! Easy walking to Buffalo Wild Wings, Jason's Deli, and more food. View from the back patio with seating and a fire pit is really pretty — faces west, rolling hills and trees. Service was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and overall pleasent experience. Word of caution to conference room goers, we held a managers meeting with about 35 people and it was cramped. Not sure if another room was avaiable but the one we had was full. Other than that great place to go. Exercise room and other accomadations were very satisfactory.

Brand new hotel with spacious rooms and nice walk in shower in some rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to use their fax machine since there was not a guest facing one. Included breakfast has a variety of options. Didn't use the pool or exercise room but nice to know they were there!

We were very surprised at the location of the hotel! The hotel was very close to restaurants and shops. The Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Our room was a King Suite. It was a great room with a microwave and fridge! The most important part was the room was spotless! They also had our extra towels and pillows in the room as requested. This was a nice touch because we have gone to plenty of Fairfield inns and 95% of the time we have to request them again once we get to our room. That to us shows they cared about our stay.

Good hotel. Came in for the Food City 500.19 miles from Briatol Motor Speedway but easy to get back and forth to. New hotel with nice rooms. Great free breakfast with super friendly staff. Parking is a little cramped. Close to restaurants and sporting goods store. Heated indoor pool but no hot tub.

This hotel is brand new. The rooms are in perfect condition and very comfortable. The shower in our King Guest room is huge! There are a lot of lamps and outlets, even a tiny desk. The TV is super nice and the user interface is very responsive. The whole room is pretty modern-feeling. The breakfast is from 6-9, but they let us stay til 10am which was awesome. It's been very quiet. They do have an indoor pool, but it's fairly small. Not many people use it, though, so it is probably an appropriate size. The staff have been very friendly/helpful as well.
