Second night we got back around midnight and once everyone was asleep and noticed ants all over the bathroom and sink area. Went to talk to them at check our the next morning and they refused to do anything because we didn’t call at midnight to report the issue. Update as of 6-6-22 Spoke with property manager again and they have resolved the issue.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious & clean! Reasonably priced. The pool and hot tub are amazing! We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here. It was absolutely GROSS. 1. There was food in the fridge from whomever stayed in the room before us 2. The tub that should have been white was in such bad shape and black all over 3. The carpet was disgusting wore shoes 24-7. I have tried to reach the general manager several times with NO response back. The assistant general manager well let’s just say she is a horrible manager and does not deserve the position she is in. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional!

I would definitely stay here again. It was super close to tons of things in pigeon forge and a short drive to gatlinburg. The pool and splash pad were great and I think my kids would have been happy staying there the entire trip. 😂

The clerk that checked us in was super sweet and helpful. When I explained that I wanted to extend my stay an extra day he was very helpful and changed my reservation.

The rooms are always clean. It's very family oriented. The big tubs are amazing to relax in. The pools are fun to play with your kids in. The breakfasts are hot and fresh. We don't stay anywhere else.

Choice Hotels as a brand has never let me down until this stay. Wifi is spotty or nonexistent, the IT person named Chris rarely answers and has a full mailbox so you cant leave him messages. Room is dated with a cold draft coming in from under the heating unit. Bathroom is surprisingly not bad. Bed is hard and springs are starting to pop.

Our first time to stay here and my sister-n-law had her meds and her jewelry stolen by the cleaning staff during our stay. Not cool! Will never stay here again and will not recommend!

Our first time staying here and 1st day (Saturday) was great. Room was nice and clean. Just what we needed for our 5 days here since we were planning on spending more time out of the room than we do in the room. Day 2, (Sunday) we got ready to leave for the day, put all the trash in small pile in center of room and put towels in pile in front of tub. Left a note asking just to change trash and put out clean towels. Came back around 9p that night. My bonus mom went to the bathroom to get her meds out of her bathroom bag and it was missing. Come to find out when she got up this morning she took off her wedding set, anniversary band, ear rings, and necklace in her empty pill bottle because of her hands swelling so bad. We turned room upside down! Its was no where to be found. We went down to the desk and told them, they told us they would get with cleaning lady. A few mins later someone called and told us to file a report. Officers came out and took our report. He was very nice. Day 3, (Monday) we got up and got ready to go do what what we had on our agenda. We ended up coming in back early due to her hurting and not feeling well. We still hadn't heard anything. Walked down to desk to ask and the girl acted like she didn't know what we were talking about. Then when we started going into details with guest behind us she said they were aware and it was being investigated.

Clean, well decorated, comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is amazing and price was great. Only complaint is the TV remote was not working properly, but we are not here to watch TV so no big deal.

Would not be staying here again nor do we recommend this hotel. The staff was nice. The breakfast was really good, but not enough room for how many people stay at the hotel. The pool was not very clean and the hot tub only worked half the time and was cold… not like a hot tub is suppose to be. Rooms were okay. Large bedroom area and large bathroom, just very outdated. The hotel was close to everything, but not going to stay again.

I was very disappointed, nothing was as advertised. No pool indoor like shown on the website… and we weren't allowed to go next door to that pool. Which in the brochure clearly states we are allowed to do, but nope! we ended up having to go down the road and pay 100 dollars at wild bear falls just to swim! no parking when we got back to our room. Had to park at the other hotel took 5 minutes just to get back to our room. Saw several roaches on top of no Wi-Fi and barely any TV channels Working! pretty sure our bedsheets hadn't been properly cleaned… as I saw hair that wasn't ours plus black spots… I'm terrified is bed bug feces, not to mention the heat isn't working and the room is cold. I wouldn't even complain but my kids deserved a better experience. We aren't Rich people by any means, but I saved and saved for a good vacation for my lil family, and it has been one bad experience after the next! I'm really hoping the hotel makes this right, because I am about flat broke after this… all because of the falsely promised indoor pool I had to spend 100 extra dollars I didn't have.

Do not stay here. Long story short, we woke up with bites all over our arms and ended up finding bed bugs under the mattress. When I called the front desk she wasn't surprised at all. Luckily they gave us a full refund, but we were forced to find a new hotel in the middle of our trip. That is enough of a reason not to stay here, but additionally… there was no pool and you're not allowed to use the neighboring hotel's pool (like their website claimed) and they told us at check in that people have hacked their phone systems and it was likely that people would be calling our room phone in the middle of the night to attempt to get our credit card information over the phone. Apparently bed bugs are a common thing in this area, but the hotel was INFESTED. Good luck.

A little out dated… But I did notice they were doing remodeling on the upper floors so they Will get to the lower floors I'm sure. It had a wonderful breakfast. Nice staff. I would go back!

Room not ready after 5pm 24 June 2018. Stayed 2 nights. Tried to extend 2 more nights but front desk clerk (Day shift) said the room was booked. She did nothing to make any adjustments. Went next hotel down (Best Western) and stayed 2 more nights. Quality Inn lost 2 nights business. We have stayed there numerous times over the years. Big golfer, so location was always a plus. Will most likely start staying Best Western in future trips. Staff was friendly, room clean, breakfast was good.

The towels were nice. The breakfast was good. The refrigerator and microwave were clean. The bed was soft. The floor was dirty. My feet turned black if I walked around without my shoes. The room was damp. It needed a dehumidifier. Shower pressure was good. Wifi wouldn't work the second night.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. Great stay. We were on 3rd floor and ut was very quiet. Breakfast was really good night food was hot and breakfast bar was always kept up. I would recommend Quality Inn if you are looking for a mid be price hotel.

Nice hotel. Great location. Shares indoor pool with sister property right next door. Rooms were clean but could use updating. Breakfast was great!

Nice room and pools. The beds were comfortable. Was enjoying our stay till we found a roach in the room Saturday morning.

This hotel is definitely outdated I work at a quality inn and this cannot hold a candle to the Quality Inn I manage. The outside is nasty with trash the rooms have terrible parking and the rooms need to be repainted and there is stuff all over the sheets and bugs in the room I will never stay here again and will be reporting to choice. Beware!

It was alright, but book a room with 2 queen size beds. Got 2 full size. No area outside designated smoking areas for guest.

Staff was super friendly! Rooms very very neat! They have an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool has little kid play area as well as hot tub and big pool and the indoor pool has the reg big pool and a hot tub. It was a great stay with continental breakfast in the morning.

Great location. Non smoking rooms no pets allowed. Family has allergies, so this works great. Just wish better TV channel selections.

This is going to be lengthy, but if you are thinking of staying here, this will be a positive post so it’s worth the read! (: My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel between February 13th & February 17th. Let me start off by saying that I’ve stayed at quality inns twice now, different locations but they have both been the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I was vacationing from Indiana and was expecting the travel to be a lot longer than what it was. I ended up arriving in the area about 2 hours sooner than the check in time so I called to see if our room was available yet or if we were able to check in early and the lady at the front desk was super nice and stated we could. Upon arriving, the same lady greeted us as we entered and made the whole atmosphere nice! Everything was clean and well organized. The lady at the desk let us know that they did not have a pool, which I was bummed about because I wanted to swim since the weather was nice BUT let us know that the comfort inn next door had one that we were aloud to use. Our room was everything I hoped it would be. We had a huge jacuzzi tub, fireplace and awesome view of the mountains. The bed was comfy and they refreshed the towels and made our bed every morning for us, complimentary while we were gone exploring. You are litterally minutes away from all the attractions, unless you wanted to head up to gatlinburg. Even so, the drive took maybe 10 minutes and you got to enjoy a beautiful drive through the mountains to get there.

Bedbugs. Took a family vacation to Pigeon Forge decided to stay at this hotel great time at the hotel after 3 nights I then wake up with my kids have gotten bitten several times head to toe immediately checked out. Tub was full of hair in the drain and there was species still around the toilet. The maid service is all Mexicans none to speak english I believe tried to ask for extra towels and she couldnt understand me so I didnt get them. How do you expect to keep a hotel running with bedbugs, nasty rooms, and a maid service that cannot greet or help guests with any questions. This place is run done its a dump. Outside and inside needs redone or remodeled. Not happy. Will not be returning.

We stated in the Jacuzzi room, not to be confused with the hot tub suites offered at many other quality inns. This just had a large Jacuzzi tub where the shower/tub would normally be. Room was very nice with a gas fireplace which was a nice surprise! Girls at the front desk were super nice and efficient. Plenty of room for parking and ice and vending right around the corner.

Enjoyed my experience there. Only problem I had was the Jacuzzi. It was overly cleaned with bleach. When I got in it smelled of bleach water. It made my skin peel and took some of my dye out of my hair. Which I turned around and cleaned off the tub. The tub was very slippery.

The room was very clean and updated except for the exceedingly worn carpet. Breakfast offered a great selection. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Beds are a bit too soft for my taste. Breakfast was at comfort inn due to not enough guests staying at quality inn. Shower curtain protudes too far into the bathroom resulting in little room at toilet location.

The hotel was nice and people were friendly. Breakfast was not all that great. It was convenient to everything in the area though.

Excellent hotel to stay at while on vacation. The rooms are updated and clean. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in town. It's also convenient to restaurants, attractions, and shows. Gatlinburg is only 15 minutes from the hotel.

Location was within minutes of Dollywood, which was highly convenient. Room was clean, bathroom was well maintained, and there was even a gas fireplace for some added warmth. Turning on the bathroom lights was like turning on the sun while looking at the night sky, completely blew my eyes away for a moment. French doors lead into the bathroom of the room we had and the positioning of the switch relative to the doors and lights is really what caused the surprise, but awareness after the initial blast makes it a non-issue. :) There were no linens for the pullout couch available inside the room, they're supposed to be in one of the drawers, but we received them promptly after a brief call to the desk. Breakfast was fairly standard fare but was fresh, which is more than I can say for some other places I've been. All said, this is where I will stay on my next trip to Dollywood. :)

I won't use this hotel again. I was disappointed. The beds slept horribly, the previous occupants toothpaste spatter was still on the bathroom mirror, & the bathroom was very outdated. However my biggest complaint is with the water. The shower will randomly freeze or badly burn you. I assume if another rooms guest used water it took from the shower water in my room. My wife refused to shower more than once after her experience with being burned so many times during her first shower. We also refused to allow my 8 year old to take a shower for fear of her being burned and not knowing how to handle it. Anyway, I'll pick a different hotel next time I visit Pigeon-Forge.

Stayed for 3 days with my husband for his birthday. Couldn’t Check in til 4 but that was fine. However upon entering the room was surprised. The lamp beside the bed didn’t work because it wasn’t plugged in. Guess the inspector missed that along with the hair on the night stand and the shower curtain was in backwards had to change that myself. Hardly any toilet paper the towels where old and grey and the top sheet was on upside down but the sheets were clean. Room served its purpose.

Check in was quick. Front desk clerk was very friendly and shared a few tips about the area. The room was very nice, clean and easy to get to. I would be happy to stay in the same room/hotel again. I can't think of a single thing I would want to change.

The motel had a great pool and kiddie pool on the strip (why we picked it), the room was NOT the cleanest. We had to request towels daily and didn't always get them. The continental breakfast was par. The rooms are all smoke free but still smell of stale old smoke. But the kids enjoyed the pool. Yay, I guess.

We loved our stay here! The room was clean and comfortable. The kiddie pool is amazing (that was the reason I wanted to stay there in the first place). Its right on the strip conveniently located close to everything.

Very nice hotel! Enjoyed the stay, the staff was great. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was hot and yummy the whole family enjoyed the food choices.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Linens were clean. Outdoor pool area was nice for the kids. Breakfast was fair. The negative was a strong urine like odor in the bathroom that never went away. I cleaned the bathroom floor myself although housekeeping had already mopped, but the odor prevailed. I will not go back.

I'm glad we didn't read into the reviews, we had an awesome stay yesterday. Super clean room, friendly employees, nice breakfast. Comfy beds and pillows. The indoor pool next door was a bit cold, but we didn't have our hearts set on a pool anyways. We will definitely stay again!

Nice place, glad I didn't listen to the reviews. Our room was very clean, the employees were very friendly and courteous, we didn't try their breakfast, we had our hearts set on Apple woods, but we did take a look and everything seemed to be delicious. We took a walk next door the comfort inn to use the indoor pool, it was a bit cold for us so we hopped in the hot tub. Didn't try quality inn outdoor pool, but it looked to be a great one, lots if people were taking advantage of it. Bed was comfy, pillows we're great. All in all, it was a great stay!

Arrived 1 hour early due to better than expected traffic. Even though the parking lot was a ghost town we were not allowed to check in earlier. Room was outdated and had a sight smell to it. The couch was dingy and didn't look clean to sit on. On the bright side the beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice. The breakfast had a good variety to pick from. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pastries & cereal. Requested a late check out the night before (as a choice privileges Visa card holder you are able to get this perk) the person at the desk told me they could've give me an answer on if I could have one until in the morning because she had to check with the head housekeeper. Then when I called the next morning they still weren't able to give me an answer so we ended up packing up early because we couldn't wait around for an answer. Also when we got home and went to unpack our luggage we found bugs in our suitcase. I emailed the manager of the location to express our concerns last week with no response to either of my emails. This place put a roof over our head and fed us breakfast. If your wanting anything else out of your hotel I suggest looking for something else. We will be finding another place to stay for our next visit.

Hotel has a ton of potential. We rented two rooms with two queen beds and a pull out sofa, fireplace, with a 2 person jacuzzi tub in each. Our jacuzzi tub hot water faucet wouldn't work so we couldn't use the tub. Room 135. We didn't know that until the middle of the night when I wanted to soak after a long day exploring and the kids were asleep. We didn't want maintenance coming in there doing plumbing work at that time so we didn't say anything until the morning. Our second room, the fireplace wasn't working properly. Room 136. We liked having access to both an indoor pool next door and the outdoor pool at ours. Breakfast was great. Management didn't want to apologize for our tub not working when we told them in the morning over breakfast, just that they'd get maintenance over there sometime. At that point we were about to check out and wouldn't have time to use the tub anyways. That was one of the main reasons we booked these rooms after long days of exploring the area and being sore. With some upkeep, this hotel really has a lot of potential.

Very nice stay, and awesome breakfast. Rooms clean and located nicely. Nice and friendmy staff. Also several pokemon around alot. Lol. Loved the fact they have the bible out on the table and opened up. To find a complaint only thing I got is the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Room was reasonably sized for a 1 bed room. The downside was that it was outdated. Carpet was worn and walls looked liked they haven't been painted in years. Complementary breakfast has many choices of breakfast food however the dining area is very small. The swimming area was pretty nice however the spa looked like it was pretty low on water. But you get what you pay for!

Decent, cheap, and very accomodating: I arrived extra early due to breakdown, and they hustled up the crew to make my room ready, brought a brand new radio when mine failed. Pool, w/Denny's next door. Join ChoiceRewards, save money, earn free rooms, its been good to us.

We have stayed here the last 3 or 4 trips to the area. It's always a fair deal and a great place to stay. The free breakfast isn't all that great but there are tons of places to eat nearby.

Quality Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN is a great place to stay. It was super easy to book a room. We had to drive from NC to TN and wasn't able to check-in right at 3pm but they had no problem at all with it. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Not just the eggs and bagels that most hotels serve. You get biscuits, gravy, eggs, muffins, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. Its in a great location. It is about 6 miles from Gatlinburg and right in the middle of Pigeon Forge. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers in walking distance. Plenty of stuff to do with the kids plus they have a pretty awesome pool. We got a suite and it is totally worth it. The bathtub in the suites in absolutely amazing. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels plus you get a coffee maker in your room. Its an amazing hotel. We had a great stay and look forward to revisiting in the future.

My car was vandalized in the parking lot. And it was right in front of the pool facing the office under the lights. I kept feeling something crawling on me at night. I talked to the staff and they stated the hotel did not have any pest. I went to the store and got a mouse trap. And guess what in the morning it had a mouse on it. My son left a part of a sandwich on the table. When I woke up roaches were all over it. Bed sheets had hair on them. Pulled back the covers when I arrived and someone had urinated on the bed. Sheets were not changed. Over night. Loud banging for hours upstairs for hour after hour. I'm deaf in one ear and half deaf in the other. That's how loud the noise was. I told the staff they ignored me. The type of people that run this hotel were so unprofessional. Kitty the manager is very hateful and caters to her employees not the guest concerns. Mitch the morning desk clerk is the fakest person i've ever seen at a hotel. He smiles to your face then treats you like your a bother to him. John works over night and is very overbearing. He hates to answer questions. He is a know it all. Nothing you say to him is worth listening to. Indoor pool looks like it doesn't have chemicals to keep it clean. Staff is very very unfriendly. They act like they hate there jobs. Edna the breakfast lady was very friendly but to a degree of being very nosy. When I was getting breakfast she yelled at my son for getting more than what she thought he should have.

My mom is an employee for Choice and we went to the Roadway Inn at first in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We went to our room and we both felt very uneasy almost reminded u of the Norman Bates Hotel. We were able to get a room at the Quality Inn beautiful, relaxing and we ended getting a suite because it was the only one available and the price was reasonable. We will be staying again and the hospitality was great and very friendly.

I stayed at this hotel becuase it was part fo the choice hotel group. I am a privellages member. This is a 39.00 a night hotel at best. I have seen bigger bathrooms in an RV. Luckily we were there for just one nite. Any longer and I would have went some where else. This was in Pigeon Forge. I pre booked to be assured I had a hotel room. When we came into PF there were a lotof hotels offering specials from 39.00 and up that looked much better than this one. Staff were nice, room was clean, some reviews talk about fireplaces,,,, those are not this hotel. There are several other Quality Inns.
