We were very disappointed. It was very very outdated especially the only piece of living room furniture. The pull out couch with a big deep hole in the one cushion. I covered the whole couch before we sat on it! I brought cleaning supplies as usual and I definitely used them. Oh, and I brought my own blankets for the beds and pillow cases. Long black hair everywhere and it wasn’t mine. We will never go back of course but I just wanted people to know this place has really went downhill.!

It's a wonderful place to stay. Close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

Good location but facilities are outdated. Also, the beds are small and uncomfortable. Wouldn't come back.

Small, nice resort. Believe there are only 14 townhomes. Pool and hot tub are both wonderful — — — clean, great temperature, quiet Very nice clubhouse. The unit is older but very clean. Dishwasher had to be fixed when we first tried to run it. Response time for maintenance was quite quick. Staff is shared with the resort on Gatlinburg this providing 24/7 coverage in case of need. Beautiful setting, furniture needs updating but all in all very comfortable. There was a mix up with our exchange reservation and Frank was able to handle it within a few minutes (wrong name on the registration package). He had it straightened out right away. A beautiful, quiet setting away from the chaos of "the strip" yet a 5minute drive to get to the center of all the Pidgeon Forge has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit is a bit dated. A/C works great. Front office has been great. Enjoyed the club room. Wish pool table and accessories were in better shape.

Our AC in the cabin didn't work during the day. But everything else was great.

This is not a "high end" resort with spas and saunas and such. Rather it's a great place for families. Each unit sleeps up to six people and features a full kitchen. It is located within a mile of the downtown attractions and just a few minutes from Dollywood. However, it's located on a wooded hillside that lets you forget about the hustle and bustle of the attractions close by.

Nice size condo, always clean. The problems occur when you have an issue. They are slow to respond, if they respond at all.

Clean, updated with a good club house including pool table, pin ball machines, ping ball table. Got tub and pool. Scenic and quiet.

Needs updating. Too much money for such an ordinary place.

Beyond outdated for the price. Tuned tvs? Really and much more.

Beautiful, clean full kitchen, washer and dryer, two full baths one up stairs, one down. Living room sec. Sofa makes queen bed. T. V. In ever room Two roomy bedrooms, one king bed lg. Closet dresser two night stands 35" TV. Second bedroom has twin beds lg. Chest and closet. sliding glass doors with porch and chairs. Clubhouse, hot tub, showers pool, pooltable.

Clean and being updated continually and spacious.

Great place! Has so many fun things to do. A heated pool, and a jacuzzi.

In need of updating. And a full time staff. Manager. Housekeeping, maintenance man.

Floors are filthy! Gunk all over blender buttons Top of stove, carmelized, above knobs Noisy floors Spiders… Every Where!

A great place for the family. Conveniently located in Pigeon Forge. The hot tub and pool are very nice. Did have some issues with the electrical breakers in our unit.

Far enough off the "beaten path" to be quiet and restful, yet close enough to enjoy shows, shopping and outdoor sports/activities. Extreamly responsive management/maintenance team. The only change that could have been made, was during the wildfire emergencies (this turned out to be in a safe area), but no one was maning the phones. My 84 yr old mom and her Gene (89) were staying there. We opted to go get them to be safe. Neither are confident drivers after dark so with no one "in the know" about that particular area, well it is the ONLY change I could think to make.

Great for price. Quiet area and wonderful view. Some amenities do need some work though, but happy with what we have.

Rooms are nice, very private.

Mountain Meadows was clean and well put together. A cozy little condo and just enough room. An excellent place to stay for an extended time.

My family and I had a wonderful time last year thought it was very clean and staff was very nice cant wait to go back this year counting down the days.

Great hidden gem! Nothing fancy, but very clean and homey. Love this location as well. Highly recommend for family getaways!

Mountain Meadows was one of the better condos we've booked. Although slightly dated, the unit was spacious and very comfortable. The appliances were updated. The clubhouse, pool and spa were nice and the location in Pigeon Forge was phenomenal. Close to everything.

Very nice place to stay! Feels like home. The people in the office and house keeping very personable.

We have been owners ever since it was opened. It has gone thru a lot of changes but very comfortable and quiet. Staff is wonderful and very friendly. Nice place to get away from stress.

This is a little older and out of the way of the main drag. Small and quiet as far as resorts go, but we are very pleased with it. It has a nice pool and the housing is much like a 2 story town house. Polite and helpful staff and a sister resort in Gatlinburg, i. E. Gatlinburg Towne Square. We go every year.
