This was one of the best places we had ever stayed! Usually we clean the rooms at other places we didn’t even get the Lysol out of the bags! I was so clean! Beds were just like being at home full pillows! A couch with 2 recliners! My husband didn’t want to leave! Some of the nicest people you ever want to meet in the office! And those cookies were awesome!
We will be back!

Good clean rooms, friendly staff close to everything, love staying here, only disappointment was my AARP discount was not applied. The lady that check us in said it was but we have stayed here multiple times same room and same time of year to the date and I'm positive it wasn't applied. Still a great place to stay, but very disappointed.

We picked this hotel because of how many ratings they had on cleanliness. However that was not the case for us. As soon as we pulled up to where our room would be there were people outside our door smoking and the people downstairs were also outside smoking. This was very disappointing because we are a non-smoker family and part of the cleanliness is that smoke smell. We walked into our room and they smell of old and smoke was everywhere. We asked to be moved and all that was done was we were given an old air cleaner that did nothing. We were very disappointed because even after leaving the smoke/old smell was on our cloths. We will not be back.

If you're looking for a clean place to stay with wonderful customer service, this place is it! The interiors are nothing fancy, but I couldn't get over how wonderful the staff were! Great price and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, it's right in the middle of everything you could possibly need, pool open all night, clean comfortable rooms, family owned very nice people, Krispy kreme donuts, cookies, muffins, and coffee complementary.

Very inexpensive place to stay and very clean! I would recommend staying here. It has a pool and all the modern accommodations needed.

This place was awesome the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean you had attractions straight across the road like go carts and mini golf for the kids and just like two blocks walking distance down from the island. Also there’s a great restaurant right next door with great food! Kay was our janitor and she done a fantastic job we where just there June 1 2018!

My wife, daughter, and myself stayed here for 5 nights and were very happy with our stay. Water was hot and pressure was awesome. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Close to lots of attractions. 20 minutes to Gatlinburg and 15 minutes to Dollywood. My only complaint would be the TV is a little small for my bad eyes. But, we will definitely be back again. And, now my oldest daughter is going to book a room in a couple of weeks.

We woke up a couple of Saturdays ago was just sitting around thinking how nice it would be if we would have thought about going to the Smokies. Well in 20 minutes we was on the road and in the car and headed that direction. We was starved when we hit pigeon Forge pulled in to Bennett’s barbecue and walk next-door to this hotel. Thank goodness they had vacancy. It was very clean the lady at the desk was so sweet, American owned and we definitely was not disappointed with our room. Very homey very clean and located by everything that you were looking for. We definitely will book or stop in the next time we go down … We had one of our very awesome weekends and one of the best hotels. The snacks looked amazing although we did not eat any of them they was available.

My husband and I love Mountain Breeze. As soon as we entered the room it smelt so clean and feels like home, thanks to Kay. Everyone is so friendly and treated us like family. We will always have a place to stay when we come back. If you want a clean room and a home like atmosphere then this is the place for you.

I highly recommend this place! Staff so warm and welcoming. Nothing was over complicated. The amenities were great. Very comfy couch in our room. We'll look to stay here again next time we're in town!

The management is vere nice and polite as well as informitive. Nice quiet place. No mint on the pillow, but do we really need that? I loved my visit there and I will be staying with them whenever I travel to or thru Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Wi Fi would not work in the room. We had 1 comfortable bed and 1 very hard bed. Rooms were very clean.

It doesn’t feel like you’re staying in a hotel. The beds are soft and you get 6 pillows!. The staff is amazing and so sweet.

I've been staying at this motel for 36 years, since I was like 5 years old with my parents, growing up going to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Silver Dollar City and then to Dollywood, being raised up there. We usually stayed at Mountain Breeze Motel which is Friends of our family are the owners, and they are an awesome family that has what has kept my family going back for 30 plus years, and now me and my family since I've grown up and I am 41 years old now, and 36 years of my life I've been coming to that City and staying in that Motel probably 90% of the time we stay overnight! The other 10% of the time, there is a motel in Gatlinburg that is more friends of the family, and that Motel is Eastside Motel, off the Parkway in Gatlinburg and owned by Tom and Marlene Trantham. So all my life, when I have ever been to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, those are the main and mostly only two motels we stay at because they are nice clean safe good area with not a lot of crowds, quiet owners and employees and staff are awesome, that's what keeps someone coming back as a customer for 35 plus years! I wouldn't change a thing, and I will continue to stay at these two establishments mainly the rest of my life, I was raised that both of those motels growing up and I will continue to frequent them, now as an adult with a family of my own now I will take my kids to the same motels that my parents raise me going to on vacations to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Enjoyed the stay as always!

It’s always clean and has the nicest people who run the place! The only negative thing I have to say is the parking isn’t that great down near the office. Where our room was all the parking spots were taken and we had to park down near the opposite end close to Bennett’s and cars parking where they shouldn’t and blocking a handicap space! But other than parking, there isn’t anything negative to say!

This is a awesome place to stay! I’ve stayed here for years and all the staff is wonderful. One of the owners (sisters own it) is a clean freak like me and I love it! She is on top of making sure there is no type of bugs and things. I will not stay no where else but here because I’m extremely picky and it’s American owned which makes it even better!

Let me tell you everything about this motel is awesome, complete throwback to the way things was years ago. Owners work the desk and treat people like family. The check is on cards where you write down your info like name, tag info, etc. They give you an actual “key” to your room! Rooms are clean, comfy and well maintained. If I’m in the smokys, I’m at Mountain Breeze Motel!

The greatest economic priced motel, super friendly every year we visit in June. We always enjoy our stay here.

Wonderful clean room. Designed to look like a cabin. The owners and employees were so kind. It is in the middle of the Parkway close to good food and fun. It has a nice heated pool and Jacuzzi. We had the Jacuzzi room. Best stay ever. We left a resort to come and stay here for peace and that is exactly what we received. We did not want to leave. We have found a home away from home. :)

I would have rated higher, but room smelled highly of strong room deodorizer and there was no on site laundry. Also guest were sitting outside rooms smoking. Even though this is allowed, I could not open my door to reduce the room deodorizer smell. Staff were very nice and the bath tub had a non slip surface.

The whole room was alright beautiful pictures in the room. Cheap and very helpful with check in. We made it in to town at 4 am and NO ONE else would let us get a room until 3pm, but we drove down to Mountain Breeze Motel and they only made us wait until 6 am. So glad with our stay for the most part.

It was an amazing stay. Very cozy and especially clean! Rooms are just the right size. Not too big not too small.

Down home people. My wife and I stayed here last year while we planned out wedding. We come back this year to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and the other hotel we stayed at was five star prices with one star rooms. However we left there came to mountain breeze at 9 am in the morning. Not only did they check us in at that time with no xtra charge they told us just pay when you leave if you like the rooms. My wife and I said right then from now on we will just plan to stay here when we come. Five stars great room and friendly folks.

We have been coming for a few years to Mountain Breeze and been coming to Pigeon forge for about 20 years. Mountain Breeze has the friendliest staff. And we got a Christmas card this last Christmas with them. How many people can say that they are remembered at Christmas time like that? They treat you like family not just a customer. The 24 hour snacks were the absolute best and you can't beat the prices for amazing clean rooms by the sweetest staff.

Fantastic room. Quiet, clean and looked immaculate. Few signs of use but otherwise fantastic. Breakfast was space but they were very generous with the selections they offered. Staff was courteous and the price vs value was great. Great location for restaurants. Would stay there long term. Have nothing negative to say about my stay there.

Very reasonable prices. The location was perfect, it's right in the middle of the main strip. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bed was a full size, and the room description said it was a queen.

A nice motel, centrally located on the strip in Pigeon Forge. The staff were very friendly and I appreciate the pot of coffee that was always brewing and fresh. The rooms were very clean. Another great touch was the matching bed and chair fabrics, I especially liked the bear motif! Would definitely stay here again.

So you can park and take trolley to about all of the main things in Pidgon Forge and Gatlinburg. Also restaurant's, shopping and fun things for kids in walking distance. Owners/Staff are great also.

This is an American Classic, the last of a dying breed unfortunately. Clean rooms, great water pressure in bathrooms! Close to everything and staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed here, with 3 young sons… plenty to do within easy walking distance, and their pool and hot tub and kids pool are perfect. Nothing fancy, just good red-blooded American people working it all around. No continental breakfast, but they have Krispy Kreme doughnuts and cookies… and popcorn in the afternoon/evening. There's fridges and microwaves in the rooms, ice and vending machines. Saved us a ton of money to use it at arcades, attractions for us and souvenirs. Thanks so much for pleasantly surprising a seasoned traveler and restoring my faith in the small independent motel.

Older, but nicely refurbished, very clean. Nice clean beds, new carpet and hardwood floors, very cold air conditioning, new flat screen TV'S and very hot water no matter what time of day or night. Nice outside clean heated pool and kiddy pool with very hot jacuzzi. Staff is very friendly and courteous. (2 adults and 2 young children. )
