We recently stayed at the Westin in Chattanooga and we had an amazing experience. From driving up and having the valet staff (Alex with curly hair) help us to the bellhop staff (Carter) to the front desk staff helping us do an early check in was amazing. We were always greeted upon coming back and we were always told to have a nice visit in the city. Rooms were clean and we very much enjoyed the rainfall shower head. There were also many outlets to plug things in. I would highly recommend this place to stay. We stayed in town for Head of the Hooch Regatta.

Jake the front desk supervisor is a asset to your business! Very professional and got me checked in quickly and made sure I had everything I needed.

If you’re thinking about having your wedding reception at The Westin, do it! I’ve had experience with them as a bride and as a coordinator and both times the staff has gone above and beyond to help make the big day perfect. Thank you Wendy, Jake, Meg, Steven, Billy and the entire valet staff for all your hard work for us this weekend!

It was very nice only problem I have it was I was there for four days and they destroyed in the top of the bed and not remade it when I refreshed it but everything else was very nice and the food is good and drinks and everybody was so nice and kind.

Bad experience in the cleanliness of the room. Tv would not turn off. Just not up to Marriott standards on the night I stated. They will fix issues.

We did a staycation for our honeymoon this week and decided on The Westin in Chattanooga.
from the minute we arrived the staff was amazing!
from the valet to housekeeping we were not once disappointed.
the cleanliness of the entire hotel was top notch!
and lastly, the pool was amazing! as a sufferer of fibromyalgia and arthritis I have been desperate for some water therapy and was exactly what we needed! thank you for a great visit!

We used The Westin Chattanooga for our wedding hotel block and it was amazing! EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was so friendly and hospitable — from the front desk to the valet to Alanna who helped organize our hotel block. The property was immaculate. We stayed in the Deluxe Patio Suite, which was perfect for a "hospitality suite/gathering spot" for us and all of our guests. We spent hours on that gorgeous patio — making some memories that will last forever. Our son LOVED the rooftop pool and spent half the wedding week in it, and my husband and I loved being able to relax in the rooftop cabanas while he swam. The property was just gorgeous — with little fireplaces and beautiful sitting areas everywhere. The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms with the walk-in showers were great. I also loved how there were so many outlets and USB outlets everywhere. The hotel was conveniently located downtown — within walking distance of everything we could ever need, and only a short drive away from attractions like Rock City. Thank you for having our entire wedding party & guests. We will stay at the Westin every time we visit Chattanooga!

Absolutely gorgeous structure in the perfect place. Feels like your in your own quite city inside a large City. Every detail is amazing and different. This will be always the hotel we stay at when we come back. ❣️️

The lavender, to sleep well naturally, is an over-the-top touch that shows the level of comfort they want to provide. Every detail & the grounds are beautiful everywhere you look. Would definitely recommend this place.

Peter, the Bell Attendant, greeted me before I could even get through the door. He was extremely friendly and I genuinely felt like he cared about me and my needs. I was in town for an 8-day training. I saw him almost every morning and he always greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed anything. I also witnessed him giving other guests the same treatment. In addition to Peter, everyone at the Westing was pleasant and accommodating. I will stay here any time I visit Chattanooga.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how much I appreciated.

The hotel is very clean and staff is super courteous. Rooms are nice and well taken care of. The Alchemy bar upstairs has delicious cocktails and you can see a lot of Chattanooga from there. Pool is a little small, but has a wading/kid pool section which is a huge plus if you have young kids. Location is convenient too.

What a wonderful trip we had to Chattanooga! From the moment we arrived at the Westin we were taken care of. It was my son’s birthday and I had called ahead to schedule a little surprise. He was greeted with a gift at the desk (a Westin drawstring bag) and balloons (I had requested) in the room! He was blown away! The pool, the room, the lobby, everything was gorgeous! Thank you for making his 5th birthday extra special!

The Westin is a beautiful, elegant and lovely place to stay! The outdoor patio is gorgeous. The band was a nice touch! The food was delicious and the staff were all professional and attentive! I was part of a party on the outdoor patio and the atmosphere was classy and jovial. The General Manager runs a tight shop! Well done! The Westin is a fantastic addition to downtown Chattanooga!

Beautiful hotel. Great Amenities. Beds and pillows not comfortable; bring own pillows. Valet damaged our car, scraped it against a metal pole. Manager acted like it wasn't his problem because "valet service is owned separately from hotel", gave us 2 free breakfast buffets for the incident. Valet owner is suppose to take care of the damage, but have to get two estimates for the damage on our own time and my husband will be without his work vechile while it is getting repaired. Then Westin tried to charge us for the valet services! We had to request it be taken off our bill; I would have expected better service from a 4 star hotel.

We had a group from our 50th City High reunion meet and greet in the patio lounge on Friday. I have never seen a more accommodating group. Thank you Camille for your help and the guys that dried the water off the patio from the rain before. The food was awesome. I had the French Dip. Thank you so much.

Wow! Fabulous doesn't even begin to describe our experience at this hotel! We stayed in Chattanooga 3 nights July 26-29th. From our first contact with staff through checkout, every person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us happy. The hotel is gorgeous! They had extra touches such as a rainfall shower, makeup remover towel, magnified makeup mirror, and lavendar oil to aid in sleeping. The rooftop pool, bar, and the abundance of outdoor seating areas were wonderful. The Saturday evening laser light show was terrific. If our kids had been with us, we know they would have loved the bubbles, hula hoops, dancing, music, and huge ballons. We have to give a shout out to Julie, who went above and beyond to make our 20th wedding anniversary trip very special. We LOVED the 9th floor corner room with floor to ceiling windows! Julie even surprised us with a champagne and chocolate covered strawberry & marshmallow treats! Thank you, Julie! You are a gem and we hope the Westin appreciates you as much as we do! The Westin Chattanooga is not only the newest and best hotel in town, but they sure know how to treat their guests! We will be back. Thank you for a very memorable stay!

One of the best in Chattanooga, even their bathroom is great! We were there to grab some snack, yummy! Very clean, very friendly staff, felt really comfortable there like home. Plenty of parking and lots of stuff to do around it. Walking distance between places around it. Have to say love this place. You will love it too.

Wonderful staff from opening the car door to putting the last bag of luggage in. Great options to eat, entertain and relax in and around the hotel. Wonderful pool, family friendly nightlife, city diner and attractions abound. Nice pace and wonderful clean hotel. I checked the public bathrooms with little ones, totally clean. Food and adult drinks good. Definitely a revisit.

Wow… what a nice hotel! The staff was very friendly. They have a great deal for the valet parking. It's a $15 flat fee for as long as you are there. The rooms were spacious. The beds were amazing! I did not want to get out of it is was so comfortable! Oh and the best part… they had a Netflix option on the TV (if you have an acct already)! Did not visit the pool but I heard that it is very nice as well.

The BEST SHOWER in ANY HOTEL I've ever been too! This bed was more comfortable than mine at home. The rooms were super clean. From the moment you walk in it smells great and the decor was modern, elegant and just beautiful. The pool area was great! Stocked with clean, warm guest towels and a couple out door shower heads. Very family friendly!
