Clean and comfortable. Maybe a little overpriced but everything seemed a little nicer than the average Comfort Inn. One thing that I particularly liked was that they did not shut down the free breakfast buffet at 8:30 or 9:00am like some places. It was still open and fairly well stocked at nearly 10am, which seems more reasonable compared to checkout time. I had biscuits and gravy, pretty decent, and a generous sized container of yogurt. It was Chobani, not an off-brand. They had milk, juice, coffee, make-your-own waffle, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast and bagels, cereal, whole fruit, hard boiled eggs, etc. They didn't have a TON of options but there was enough that a vegetarian or gluten free breakfast could be pulled together. I had a double queen room, and it was standard, about what you would expect. I did like their USB charging hub between the beds on the nightstand. The bathroom was stocked with decent bath products (some sort of citrus shampoo) and pretty fluffy towels for the price range. All in all, would stay again.

The staff of this hotel was AMAZING. We were there to be close to the hospital, and the staff was helpful and compassion during the week of dealing with serious family illness. Comfortable bedding, clean and quiet suite. Nicely decorated.

Upon our late arrival (due to traffic) at the comfort inn in Brownsville TN, we were worried because a member of our company had the rooms booked under his name. Our stress was immediately relieved as the front desk recieved us most graciously and knew our situation and was ready for arrival waiting with our names and room keys in all ready. The pool was clean and every single amenities held up to the highest standards. The rooms were in perfect order and when we walked in, a fresh lemony aroma of perfect cleanliness overtook us. I couldn't believe that this was a 2 star hotel. Best hotel in Brownsville, deserves a raise.

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Two most important things when traveling! Our desk clerk at check-in was cordial and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was clean, beds comfortable. Night girl working front desk not real friendly, actually kind of rude but the morning guy was super nice and very polite and attentive. Breakfast was good as well.

We do not usually stay at Comfort Inns after several less than good experience but needed a quick nights sleep in our cross country travels. I was very pleased with our stay! Very clean and pleasant staff. Would come back!

Most comfortable beds ever. Great sleep, but the no hot water thing sucked. Apparently if you are last to shower, all the hot water is gone. The front desk gave us extra time and cranked up the hot water heater. 45 min later I could shower. We missed the option to go to church in Memphis. Front desk did not even offer any compensation, coupon, just “oh well! ” Smh.

You get 2 beds with soft blankets plus a pool this hotel is really fancy to I would go here if I where on vacation.

Saturday night, long drive, three choices off the interstate, chose this place from previous stays with Comfort inn. Safe place, have to access building after hours via room key. Military friendly, friendly and helpful staff, addressed an issue immediately in the room. Good morning breakfast, Elevator a plus, Well lighted area. Will stay again.

BAker the staff was very nice but we went up to the room it smelled had a funny smell. Then when you walked in the bathroom was like a sewer smell. Other than that the room was nice and clean and comfortable when I checked out I did tell them about the problem.

Very nice room. Although, there was a very large gap in the hallway door, I felt safe. The room did have a musty smell but I think if they changed the filter on the air-conditioner it would go away. What bothered me the most was the price on Google maps was about $20 less than what I was charged. $78 when the actual price was $92, I was willing to pay a bit more but no price was actually quoted to me during check in.

It's overpriced. A 2.5 star hotel. Above econolodge days inn etc but not as good as last Quinta or Holiday inn. The room had a musky smell and a hint of smoke from before. There was a air freshener that attempted to cover up the smoke smell. The shampoo is cheap and not good quality. The ac units are the old style wall units (not the modern types with the digital setting controls on the walls). pros: the furniture, tv, chair, desk, are all new looking. The front desk person was really nice and the service was good. I asked for a room change — she showed me several rooms and let me pick one. I wouldn't stay here again (at this price I would choose Holiday Inn or La Quinta — a lot better quality same price) but I think this place could work as a stay for some people if you aren't too picky and don't mind a little musty smell or faint smoke smell in the room.

I had a wonderful stay here. Brownsville is a fairly rural area, so it was very nice to have a room as clean, well stocked and beds you can sleep for days in. Service was great all the way to the General manager that was very helpful and concerned that we have an excellent stay. I highly recommend staying here as I will be in the future for certain!

The place is nice and clean with smoke free room. It has outdoor pool which is also clean and water is warm. Very friendly staff.

It was a motel room. It had two beds. They were clean and comfortable. It had a bathroom. It was clean. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. It had a TV. It worked. We slept, we got up we got back on the road. They did have a continental breakfast that was decent. It was pretty much like every other motel in the price range. Certainly I had no complaints. But I didn't take pictures of the room to send back to the family. I'd stay here again.

I think this is the best hotel in Brownsville, TN. It's located right off the main road and close (walking distance) to various fast food restaurants. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly, and do what they can to help you. The only negatives are that the breakfast could use some more variety, and the fitness center was very small. These negatives don't make staying here uncomfortable. I'd gladly stay at the Comfort Inn the next time I'm in Brownsville and would recommend others to stay there too.

Dated, the exhaust fan in the bathroom could not be turn off, long night because of the noise. Air conditioner unit very old and noisy. Do not go there.

I visited with a group of women for a conference and it was difficult to park/maneuver a van around the parking lot. The rooms do not have elevator access and our group was spread out at different parts of the hotel.

The internet is unusably slow. One to two bars of 4G LTE is much faster and reliable. Our room was very clean, but I could tell that our non-smoking room used to be a smoking room, but it will only be a problem if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. If that stuff doesn't bother you though, then I don't see a reason to not stay. It was pretty nice, if a bit old.

Very friendly staff. Parking is available for cars and trucks towing trailers. Rooms were very clean.

Outstanding stay! Wonderful beds, nice high pressure showers and excellent breakfast! Very accommodating!

Well where can I start. The front desk Girls is nice. The pool is dirty, and the rooms have ants everywhere. For example in the bed, on the table and the dresser. Don't eat in the room because the ants going to come out. Your best offer is the Hilton or La Quinta. They have the best rooms.

Great place that also has room for me to get an oversized load parked in the back out of everybody's way.
