Nice and friendly hotel. Conveniently located right off interstate. Walking distance to convention center and mall. Staff went above and beyond to help me get back items that were left in the room after check out!

Filthy. Upon inspection of the room, trash was found under the couch and between the bed and the nightstand. The linen on the pull-out sofa was filthy. There was also a cockroach crawling on the wall. I killed it, put it in a trash can and walked it down to the desk. I told them where it was, showed it to them, and told them about how the room was filthy. The staff lady just stood there and said nothing. I told her that there was no way that we were going to stay and that we need to refund our reservation immediately. She kept going on about how there was no manager there that she could not do that, but they could in the morning. I told her no, I will not be coming back here and that something needed done right now because I was going to have to find another place to stay now. The staff still acted like they weren't going to do anything. I told her that I understood that there wasn't a manger on site at this time but I also know that they have a protocol to follow and that there is a phone number for them to call and get this all sorted out. Even longer story short, I was still charged for that day and will be calling them soon to get it refunded. I wouldn't suggest spending any hard earned money at any of this company's sites. I do, however, highly recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites, which is the chain we stayed in after leaving this one.

To start let me say I have no choice in say of staying at this hotel. It’s Work directed. Would I stay here under my own dime? NOPE! Why? I am here for two weeks and have asked to have the light fixed in the bathroom three times. Once someone came up after I call the front desk at 9pm when I got back from work. First, arrives with light bulbs that were too big. Comes back with correct ones but that did not fix it. Say they will be back first thing in the morning to troubleshoot more and fix it. Came back that night and nope, light still don’t work. Two days later, still don’t work. They did off to switch rooms but after being gaffes off I chose switching rooms a high risk and was not willing to pack up and move. Today, icing on the cake. Both elevators don’t work and just so happens I’m on the 4th floor. Do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel and done waste you money here. Don’t get me wrong, I stayed at other Fairfield Inns and this by far the worse experience I have had in any hotel. Take it for what it worth. I know I will not be in this hotel again.

Nice place. Here for a training session. Some of the tables may need to be replaced or repaired. Good location. Can walk to outlet and most restaurants in minutes.

I am a gold member of Marriott rewards and this is by far the worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. The air conditioner in my room sounded like a jack hammer and instead of fixing it, they turned it to low and took the thermostat control which was bearable but not very comfortable. They offered for us to move to another room but it was late at night and we just wanted to go to sleep. They didn’t fix it for the whole stay which was 3 nights. The breakfast was minimal and we went to eat at other places. Overall will never stay at that hotel again!

Rooms are clean and adequate. Continental breakfast was well stocked and food was good. The pool is small, but plenty of seating and umbrellas. Staff is very friendly and price is decent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

I was there on extended stay. Rooms are clean well. Breakfast is so nasty. Eggs and meat HORRIBLE. Not cooked thru. I eat cereal in my opinion. Certain front staff members know what to do. Not Kev. I had a major error on my hotel receipt and they took 2 days to get it corrected and they never said sorry. He even asked me was I staying there during the time I wantede them to charge me. I complained about my air conditioner several times but it never cutted off so, I just put a pillow over it. The Wi-Fi is a complete Fail. It is so slow especially for a xbox. The thin blinds don't cover up anything. The computers downstairs are so out of date u can even download a document and edit it.

Very nice property. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location and overall a great experience. Rooms are modern and fresh. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms more than adequate. A functional desk, ample closet space, high security in room safe wrap it up. Lobby is welcoming, complementary breakfast (Mon-Fri 0600-0900) & (Sat-Sun 0700-100) offering standard fare, a daily managers reception (5-730 pm) offering complementary beer and wine, newspapers, computer workstations. There are snacks, beer and wine available for sale at the front desk. Decent workout room, small pool and washing machines and dryers. While the per load cost ($2.50) is a bit high, the convenience is an offset. Free Wi-Fi and wired internet access.

Descent place. Clean well maintained rooms. However plastic plates and cutlery was a major disappointment. Not only I hate plastic as a scourge to our environment, but also it’s pretty lousy to eat in plastic plates. With plastic spoons and knife.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, and staff was nice.

Great location for a hotel. Plenty of stores and restaurants nesr by. The room was clean and the internet fast enough to stream videos without issue.

Our room was in poor condition and our Television did not work. Repeated attempts to convince the staff to resolve the matter were totally disregarded by the staff. I would never stay here again.

They server free breakfast and on Monday through Thursday free beer and food at night from 5:30 to 7ish? What more do you need to know, they are awesome!

Great place to stay for business travels with friendly staff. Free flow drinks and snacks between 5.30-7.30 is a plus!

Nice hotel, clean rooms and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The managers reception was also a great surprise. Would definitely stay here on business again.

Love Fairfield Marriott. We happened here because every hotel in this area was booked. We had a bad experience at Days Inn in Goose Creek SC and needed a place to rest. Well my bestie talked to CSR who happened to be kinfolk. We got a fabulous deal on our room and got two great night's rest. They have an awesome staff, from concierge to cleaning crew they were all pleasant and helpful. Our room was immaculate. The breakfast was fulfilling. Will be back because I love great hospitality!

What a disappointment. The evening manager's bar doesn't have anything but Pepsi, beer, or wine, no other options like sprite or club soda. The sheets on the bed looked stained. Finally got back to the room and found my room wasn't made up. What's going on here?

Stayed here for a night after a late flight before heading into Charleston in the morning. The value was high for the price, compared with other lodging in Charleston. The rooms are relatively updated, with comfortable beds and a powerful AC unit. The staff was all very accommodating and the hotel is clean. Breakfast was solid — not great but no complaints. The only major issue is that when I stayed here, there were no working TVs in the hotel. Not a huge deal and it was probably a temporary problem but it was still less than ideal.

The service here was very professional and accommodating. Considering I stayed on 4th of July weekend the price was very reasonable. The best part about Marriott hotels are the beds. I have yet to stay in a hotel at this price range with beds as comfortable as theirs. I always get the best sleep staying at a Marriott hotel.

The location is great and the hotel is nice however other people didn't have control over their children and they ran and jumped all night long until I called the front desk. Then the people next door to us played with the lock to the adjoining room for whatever reason. Very disturbing.

Second stay at this location. Like the new de core in the rooms. Great Job!

Helpful staff and decent room for the price. Plenty of free parking and very close to the airport. We only spent a night there but no complaints. Across the street from outlet malls which is where you will need to go to get to nearest atm.

Visited for work, great location of you at not here for sight seeing. Fast and friendly staff, clean and updated rooms and free breakfast. There is also lots of good food options nearby including some excellent Mexican and BBQ.

We stayed there during the hurricane in Oct 2015. We were stuck there for two day. The staff was amazing. They even had a few little toys in the crib when we checked in. They helped us find a place to eat each day and the breakfast was awesome. Even though some of the staff were stuck there for very long hours they still were plesant, kind and had a great team work. The manager was wonderful and they Even the maintenance man was serving breakfast!

I jave stayed here on business several times. Staff is helpful, rooms are clean.

Very close to the airport and Tanger Outlet. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Free Internet is SLOW. They charge for Internet upgrade. Seems common for all Marriott hotels. Can hear people walking above you. Free breakfast and Manager's Reception.

Rooms were nice and clean, good free breakfast, happy hour, nice staff.

We found this hotel and decided to make reservations about 10 minutes before we pulled in the parking lot. It was super easy to make reservations online using my phone. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room, and the entire hotel, was very clean and neat. I really liked the room. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The only complaint was that a lot of the other guests were really unfriendly. However, the friendly staff more than made up for that. We will be staying there again.

Hotel clean and nice… BUT… awake every nite because ac turns off… fan ONLY runs periodically thruout nite. Miserably hot and couldn't sleep… 91 degrees today at 5 and no ac. Maintenance issues last nite (they gave us no tp when refreshing room). One in the morning now and after complaining and maintenance knocking at my door after midnight saying they couldn't do anything… I now have ac… Shouldn't have this hassle.
