Reviews of Crowne Plaza Charleston, an IHG Hotel 3*
Good experience and friendly atmosphere.
Excellent service and courteous staff.
It’s a very nice airport Very friendly.
Good staff. Clean common areas. Nice place.
The staff went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of.
Everything is beautiful from the rooms to the pool and the area the hostess are amazing.
Very convenient access to surrounding areas. Clean room, friendly staff.
Very nice extremely clean… we love it we've been staying there a week every month since February just for a staycation!
Very friendly staff. Nice food and accomodation.
Friendly front desk staff, including Breakfast buffet servers. Loved the room has everything you'll need.
This place sucks. They came into to our room using the key they had 3 different times before 11am. I can’t believe how comfortable they are just walking in on people and as they knocked on the door they were opening it at the same time not giving anyone a chance to answer or say anything. The last time they came in I was getting dressed and they said “check out is at 11” which it was exactly 11 on the dot. Who does that? lWhat if we wanted to stay another day? We also paid 91$ for our dinner at the hotel and it took an HOUR to get our food and the waitress knew it was taking that long to serve people and she did not inform us as she could have told us and the people who were seated before and after us. Our food was so bad and took so long that we left and got Chinese take out. We will never come back to this chain of hotels and I hope everyone who reads this review changes their mind. No way this place is a 4.5 star rating. These good reviews were either bought or by family/friends.
Great Bar and Restaurant! Super fancy and modern throughout. The suites have comfortable couches, excellent beds and showers with great water pressure. A perfect stay in a fancy place! would happily stay here again!
Hotel was great, rooms were clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great, next to plenty of restaurants and an outlet mall. I recommend dining at Mellow Mushroom!
Beautiful hotel, felt very luxurious, interior of room was gorgeous. Very convenient to Charleston airport, about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. Laundry available on site but for one load self-service cost about $8.00 which seemed a little high for me. Staff and atmosphere stellar though!
Just GREAT service all around. We had a situation arise and Matt and his staff went above and beyond to take care of it. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back soon.
Came here for valentines weekend. Stayed Friday night it was great bar tender was nice and food was great. Room was great except the phone didn’t work and TV only had a few channels that worked. Realized phone didn’t work Saturday when calling in room service. Used my cell to call and I ordered a simple egg plate with bacon grits and toast. Ordered at 8:45 and at 9:30 no one had come. Tried calling down to lobby twice to find out what the hold up was but couldn’t get anyone on phone. Finally just checked out. Told clerk about our bad experience and she kindly comptd our room for us. She told us a manager would be in at 11 and she would call us. It’s 5:16 and we have yet to hear from anyone. Very disappointing way to spend Valentine’s weekend.
As a touring musician getting a good night sleep can be pretty hard to come by. But here at the Crowne Plaza Charleston I got more than I expected! A comfy bed with a spacious room and fantastic shower. One of the best hotel gyms I've worked out in! The bar in the atrium is a major plus! Love having a couch to do my work on!
The room was beautifully decorated, the beds really comfortable, and it is clean. The staff is ready and pleasant. Top tier tech supports are available; there was room enough to maneuver for 2 adults in the standard room. There was a strange sound in the plumbing, but otherwise, I will be staying here again very soon! The restaurant staff struggled with the demands of a 3 day weekend, but they tried and were gracious. Other than the 2 things, I mentioned, it was so close to 5. Did I mention location? Fabulous! Next time, I will use the pool and fitness center.
The room would have been beautiful if it hadn't been worn out and dirty. When I notified the front desk about the state of wear on just the bed (which looked like it was 20 years old and had never been flipped), I was told I could "go look at other rooms to see if they were any better". Needless to say I didn't sleep well at all. The shower tiles were very slippery, the grout around the base needed to see a bottle of bleach and a scrub brush. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom didn't light when turned on. The drapes were so difficult to close I ended up sleeping with them open. The desk blocking the window didn't help that situation, but I also noticed the top of the desk had a huge chunk out of the top. The wait staff in the restaurant was less than friendly or helpful. I had to ask for water, juice, the check, etc. I got my own coffee and had to ask for cream because it was empty. One night as we sat by the pool, several men arrived and began setting up a camp stove, pulled out a large pot, and began cooking! Fortunately, that was the final night of our stay, because by that point I was done!
Excellent customer service! Clean, welcoming, great rooms! Beds are comfortable. Breakfast could be better for the cost. * Breakfast is provided for a fee* you definitely get what you pay for! Well worth the price!
Arguably the best hotel in North Charleston that is located just north of the town center and off all major interstates which makes for an extremely easy to commute. The rooms are simply gorgeous and very spacious. Super cozy and quiet even with the hotel being as busy as they were the time of my stay. There’s a fantastic pool and play area just off the lobby entrance that offers ample seating and sunbathing spots. All staff members couldn’t have been more kind and courteous went well above and beyond with their customer service throughout my stay. There are loads of shops, stores and restaurants that surround this hotel, but I highly recommend the hotel's restaurant as I dined for dinner and breakfast the next day and was very pleased with the restaurant's food selections. Their bar and staff are wonderful and worth occupying if you don't plan to go out. A must stay if you plan on staying anywhere in or around the Charleston area; I will most certainly be back!
I was in town for one night and needed somewhere to stay close to the airport. After making my reservation online the check in was just minutes and they were busy, the hotel had plenty of staff to handle the surge time. The room had a refrigerator 2 beds and a desk to work. The room was larger than most hotels with a very roomy bathroom as well, Even though your close to the airport I never heard a plane or any noise in the rooms. The breakfast was hot eggs, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns on a buffet with other items you see on a typical continental breakfast, the coffee was fresh and you had waitress service for your drinks which was nice. I will be staying at this hotel again and would recommend it anytime.
We are completely dissatisfied with our stay here. The hotel had several large events going on during the weekend we were here. We were awoken by all of the noise from one of the groups before 8:00 a. M. On a Saturday and were kept up until after midnight by another. We had to get up at 5:30 that following morning for my son’s baseball tournament so that really upset us since they were keeping my kid up. We called down to the front desk to ask that they contain the noise and was basically told there was nothing they could do while the bar was still open. The hotel allowed one of these groups to rent out the entire restaurant and pool from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We were forced to walk to a neighboring hotel for our kids to use their much smaller pool. Considering we paid full price for our stay as well and was not warned up front, that is completely unacceptable. The phone in the room did not work. The batteries in the TV remote were low and it kept losing signal. The beds were hard and we woke up sore every morning. All in all, terrible time here.
Such an irresponsible management team. I stayed in this hotel on May 10th. I believe forgot my eyeglasses in the room when I checked out. I stopped by hotel next day and I provided the room number and the info to the desk and I was told that I have to wait till Monday since the manager is not there. I was told that my eyeglasses could be in the safe and only managers have the right to open it. I was given a phone number to call on Monday. I called the number and I asked for the manager on duty and an African American lady said: who are you? why are you calling my cellphone number? she got very angry at me however I said that the staff gave this number to me and I did not know it is your cell phone number. I shared my concerned with her and she with the bad attitude told me that she will call me back and she never called!
Our client Shelby Ray is a touring entertainer who recently stayed here while performing in Charleston. The bedroom was perfect, clean, quiet, and well decorated, and the staff was very friendly especially since it was so late while checking in. There is a bar/restaurant on-site as well if you have the time to grab a meal or a drink before you have to hit the road. Shelby happily recommends this property to anyone in the area!
I can always count on Crowne Plaza to welcome me and my road weary band mates no matter the hour. From their roomy and well-appointed bathrooms to the luxurious beds and ultra-quiet rooms, we know we'll wake up rested and ready for the next show. Their proximity to all the best shops and restaurants make Crowne Plaza the top choice for The Shelby Raye Band every time we are in Charleston.
Rooms were nicely done and loved the pillows. Need was pretty comfortable albeit not as comfy as home. All the staff were wonderful to work with and so very helpful. They did their best to make our event and stay successful.
The bar was awesome and open late. The entire lobby and area to the rooms was super cool. The room was clean, and the bathroom was very nice and posh with a huge walk in shower with waterfall shower head. The bed was very comfortable and the location of this hotel was very convenient as I wanted to shop at Tanger Outlet Mall the next day, which literally across the street. For being by the airport and near a mall it was a very quiet place as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Beautiful hotel with relaxing rooms and very comfortable beds. We stayed here a few nights on our vacation and it was well worth it. The staff was very helpful, room rates were reasonable and the rooms were perfect. Plenty of room to relax and we slept very soundly on the pillowtop beds. We will absolutely be coming back to this location in the future and highly recommend it. Their shuttle to and from the airport made it very easy to come and go.
My overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel was extraordinary. The room was luxurious with two very comfortable beds, a flat screen samsung TV as well as a very spacious bathroom with a lion's head towel rack. There were several perks such as a gym that is open all day as well as a full sized bar downstairs. The hotel itself is located across the street from a shopping mall with a variety of stores and restaurants.
Had a great experience staying at the Crown Plaza Charleston Airport in Charleston SC. Room had a comfortable large layout. The fitness center was one of the best equipped I've seen in a hotel. Staff was friendly and gave us extra coffee for the room after we drank ours immediately upon arrival. I also enjoyed the general modern design of the building.
The building itself was beautiful, but it is not being well maintained. This not an issue in the rooms, which are spotless, but the common areas such as around the stairs need work. Crown Plaza hotels have some of the most comfortable rooms I have ever slept in and this one is no exception. The added free breakfast is a welcomed bonus!
Good staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast.
Our client Mike Butler is a touring comedian who recently stayed here while performing in Charleston. The bedroom was perfect, clean, quiet, and well decorated, and the staff was very friendly especially since it was so late while checking in. There is a bar/restaurant on-site as well if you have the time to grab a meal or a drink before you have to hit the road. Mike happily recommends this property to anyone in the area!
The Crowne Plaza in Charleston, SC near the outlet mall was one of the best stays we have ever had. We are touring the country with our band and they were very friendly and let us check in early. That means a lot for a touring band. It’s in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. You can’t beat a Walmart in walking distance. Nice quiet stay and we'll be back. Thanks for a great stay.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. The room was inviting and important to me, had a microwave and refrigerator. I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed and was able to adjust the room temperature to what I wanted as I don't like to feel cold. Great place!

I’ve stayed in many Crowne Plaza properties in my life but this is by far one of the best! Rooms were spacious, staff was awesome, breakfast was even awesomer! There is plenty of restaurants in walking distance and this hotel is walking distance from a Tanger outlets! Got to do Christmas shopping while I was there also without looking for parking. Will return.
If ever in Charleston again this is where I will stay. Great facilities. Dining and bar available and airport transportation provided as well as the ability to leave vehicle on premises. I so enjoyed talking to the driver to and from the airport and all the staff at the hotel were terrific! Thank you!
Really nice hotel, clean rooms and even though I didn't use it, the pool looked amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only negative is that in my room, I could hear everything. There was a Christmas party going on and it was quite loud. I had a hard time staying asleep despite how exhausted I was. You could also hear things like toilets flushing in other rooms and the ice machine because my room was next to it. The airport shuttle was included which was nice, and they offer free coffee from the restaurant which was good. Overall I liked the hotel, I just wish it wasn't as noisy as it was.
The Crown Plaza was an awesome place to stay. The room was spacious and I can’t remember when I slept in a more comfortable bed. The staff was personable, polite, and obliging. Also, the breakfast was very good.
There are nice restaurants nearby and the Outlet Mall is across the street.
I was in Charleston for a stand-up gig, and I can't imagine a better way to finish the evening spending the night at that city's Crowne Plaza. The tall, spacious lobby is decorated with a giant city map (look up over the bar), and there's plenty of places there to meet and talk. Special props to Monique, who handled my check-in with friendliness and efficiency. My room was room was contemporary and elegant, but not lacking the pop of style (the lion's head towel holder was a fun touch). Everything I needed was at hand — — desk, coffee maker, mini-kitchenette, and there was power available on desk and night stands without moving furniture (my pet peeve). Crowne Plaza had another feature I've been looking forward to hotels adopting; there's a panel under the television with all sorts of inputs (apple TV, AUX cord, USB, etc. ). The bed was comfortable, but unlike many rooms I stay in the mattress wasn't too firm. Can't wait to come back!
Pretty incredible location. It's right next to a huge Tanger mall, and among many very cool restaurants. You wouldn't even need to get in your car to eat really well and spend the day playing among the stores. The entrance and lobby are very impressive, huge and modern with some ornate touches. Staff was helpful and very efficient. My room was great, cozy and nicely decorated with a mix of modern and retro touches like industrial-style lamps. A great bathroom, too, with very large glass shower and nice lighting. I also appreciated the real glass tumblers and ceramic mugs, all very classy. Excellent bed as well, with sheets that feel like a million bucks (probably a million thread count), and super soft, fluffy pillows. A very luxurious place to stay, and can't beat the location.
Had a great overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza Charleston Airport Convention Center! It's conveniently located right off of I-26 and is surrounded by tons of stores and eateries of different varieties. I opted for some Steak n Shake as it is a stone's throw away from the front of the hotel and it was delicious! Between that and the super soft sheets I was able to get in a great nap before my show. Also really dug the ENORMOUS map of the Carolina Coast hanging above the lobby bar. Would definitely stay again.
Now THIS is a sweet and swank hotel – like staying in an enchanted ice castle. Décor has a super smooth and super modern color scheme. Bathroom was super unique and well stocked with hi-end products including aromatherapy lotion and premium toilet paper. Above average sized television and the most comfortable pillows we’ve seen on tour. Spacious office area in room (that was hard to get to use because the beds were so comfy). In-room Keurigs with custom “Charleston” blends of coffee in addition to green tea and decaf. Also you would be hard-pressed to need to find a shop or restaurant not within walking distance of this hotel – it’s direction across the road from Tanger Outlets and a great variety of restaurants (including many 24 hour options). A+
Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in quite a while. I was so impressed. I was bummed that I had to leave for my show right after I arrived because the room (or maybe I should say suite) was so nice. The beds were super comfy (and yes, I slept in both) and there was a lounging area. The bathroom had to be one the nicer things. It was sleek and modern and the shower was huge. Also! This spot has the best smelling toiletries. I still have the body mist in my purse. The staff went above and beyond. They treated my guest, my pup, & me with so much respect. They also gave me toothpaste, mouthwash, & a toothbrush because that's the only things I forgot to pack. I would love to return to this hotel & would definitely recommend it to any travelers. Oh yeh! The parking lot ducks! I love those guys… they will walk right up to you wagging their tails. I've never seen anything like it. Even the ducks like this hotel.
Our client Mimi Benfeld is a touring comedian who recently stayed here while performing in Charleston. The bedroom was perfect, clean, quiet, and well decorated, and the staff was very friendly especially since it was so late while checking in. There is a bar/restaurant on-site as well if you have the time to grab a meal or a drink before you have to hit the road. Mimi happily recommends this property to anyone in the area!
The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport, and a variety of quality restaurants, shops and a Tanger Outlet. Downtown Charleston, the nearby suburbs, and beaches are all within a 20-30 minute drive. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are kept clean and modern. The Sweetgrass restaurant offers a decent breakfast buffet and tapas-style dishes at other times. The bar has a decent selection of liquor and the bartenders are very nice. Other amenities include a nice outdoor pool, fitness center, and laundry room. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the Charleston area, and would recommend it to anyone.
Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff! Rooms and common areas are kept very clean. Soft towels and linens, very nice! Bed is extremely comfortable. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options!
I am pleasantly pleased with my stay so far. Older property but well maintained and upgraded. I have a King Suite and its VERY comfortable. P. S. I am very picky about hotels. I would definitely come back.
This hotel was beautiful! Great location in north Charleston! Equal distance from downtown to the magnolia plantation and gardens. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The beds were super comfortable! Free parking with lots of spaces.
The hotel was dated and needs a renovation, felt like the 90's. Unlceaned rooms were left open while still being cleaned at 5 or 6 pm. No one felt overly friendly or helpful, the maid seemed annoyed when we weren't ready to check out by 9am. The security guard reprimanded us for laughing in the center court area by the bar. If you don't want us to converse or have a good time at the bar at night because of echos, do something about the bar. He talked to everyone in the area, then the whole area cleared out. Guess you don't want customers in that area at night. The mattress was beat up with loud springs, the sheets felt like they have been washed into the thinnest piece of cloth ever. Would look elsewhere to a newer hotel.
We stayed in this hotel last night and it was fantastic! First off, it's in a safe part of town with lots to do around it. The mall, outlet malls, and loads of restaurants are very close by. It's also convenient off the highway. The front desk staff was super nice and professional. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was also great. Modern decor, everything is updated. Best of all, it's very easy to get to downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!
I am a flight attendant therefore I know hotels. Upon checking into the hotel, the lobby is very elegant and the 2 front desk agents were very nice and helpful. I went to my room which made me feel like a vacation club resort. The room had a mini fridge and a walk-in shower. The TV was right in front of one of the beds. I used the mini iHome media player while in the bathroom! I had dinner or food at the bar where Ashton helped me. He was really nice! I wish BRAVO was in the guest rooms but is available on the bar TV. I'll be back!
What an enjoyable stay the Crowne Plaza provides! This hotel is terrific. I honestly can't think of one thing that didn't hit the mark from the modern and large entrance to the extraordinarily friendly clerk who checked us in to the sleek yet comfortable room complete with extra cozy bed. The wall mounted flat screen TV was large and we were even able to plug in a video gaming console. I did not get to use the outdoor pool, but it looked well maintained. The hotel offers a full bar with open and gathering area brightly lit by skylights during the day. The locations is also super convenient with access to several restaurants, shopping, and highways I-26 and I-526. The only disappointment was that we were only able to stay one night.
Cool, contemporary design and layout, great salt water pool and outdoor space, friendly, courteous staff, great little bar, and in a great location just north of Charleston.
What a great hotel. Great location! Within walking distance are is the Tanger Outlets along with places to eat. Hotel is 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. Upon our arrival we were greeted by friendly staff that went over all their amenities without us asking. They even have a complimentary shuttle service that provides transportation within the 1st 3 miles I believe. I had breakfast at their Sweetgrass Restaurant & Porch. The buffet only cost $12.00. Their cheesy grits was among the best I had during my visit to the East Coast. When I pulled out my card to pay for brunch, I was immediately told by the staff that their card machine was down and she comped my breakfast without even asking me to use their ATM which was generous. The rooms were nice and bed comfortable. Only downside of the room was that there was no microwave. Other then that since it was raining during our stay in Charleston I spent most of my time in the room just relaxing. Their gym facility is nice and clean and we also used there washer & dryer. Unfortunately I didn't take a look of their pool area. If traveling to Charleston this is just the right place to stay.
Veey pleasant stay with courteous staff, and updated decor. The rooms are nice and spacious, very contemporary in design. Rooms come with mini fridge and walk in shower.
Pros-Room was very nice. Beautiful hotel with good amenities. Nice pool, good location, good food in restaurant. Cons — Worst noise in a hotel ever! Parties went on until 3 am in atrium nightly. It's a bad indication when a hotel offers you a sound machine/ear plugs upon check in. Beds could be improved. Elevators are scary as they jump and drop every time. Every morning hallways smelled strong of sewer.
Really great hotel. Close to everything but also not too hectic or crowded of an area. Staff was really great and helpful and the room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good, shower and bed were nice, work out room was very nice. The whole place was top notch and so was the staff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks for having me!
Just incredible! The management and staff really went out of there way to look after our client. I want to say what a great experience I had dealing with Guest Services Coordinator Matt Litch Field. My client needed a room at the last minute in the evening and Matt understood the bind we were in and really went to bat by helping us out. It's hard to find good service, but when one does it needs to be recognized. We will definitely be letting all our associates and friends through our social media platforms about the great experience we had working with your hotel.
Stayed here for two weeks for business. Nice location next to the Tanger outlet malls. Plenty of good choices near buy. No complaints about the hotel, the beds were comfortable and the staff was accommodating.
Great location, nice décor, friendly staff, and great food sums up this hotel. One of the best Crowne Plazas I've stayed at. One of my favorite hotels.
We were visiting having drinks when a black couple sat down to order. After ordering the bartender didn't even put napkins down before presenting their drinks. The black lady had to ask for napkins. Three more people came and sat down at the bar, white, an were immediately given napkins for their drinks. I found it not surprising, this is Charleston, but the black lady was clearly not amused. This bartender can use a little more customer service training!
I stay at Crowne Plaza about 2 times a month for business. Typically staying 3 or 4 nights at a time. It's my go to place when I stay in Charleston. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Try the Sweetgrass restaurant, my favorite is the Sweetgrass Burger! Also the newly opened Community Pizza just next door, is an amazing place, try it out! I would recommend the Crowne Plaza for anyone needing a place to stay while in Charleston, SC.
Crowne Plaza is consistently one of my favorite hotel chains when traveling for business. They easily have some of the most comfortable bedding and room arrangements for multi-day stays. This particular venue was not very well thought out when it comes to the bar. There was a huge concert at the nearby North Charleston Coliseum (which I was also attending) and the bar got very busy once it let out. The staff was completely unprepared and the rowdy crowd was causing a ton of complaints to the front desk because the bar sits in an open atrium that feeds into all the guest rooms. My advice would be to make sure there are no big events at the Coliseum if you're going to turn in early. Otherwise, the staff was extremely friendly and the room was perfect. Would stay here again.
I have been here before and really liked it. I wasn't disappointed this time, and always know it is a fun higher end place to go with me and my girl.
I attended a professional event here in their ballroom. It was a very nice experience. The temperature was just right and seating was comfortable. There was a reception in the atrium after the meeting. This was a beautiful space and the catering & bar service were outstanding!
Located near the Charleston airport, we stayed for a night after our flight was cancelled at the last minute, as it was a convenient shuttle ride away from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated.
Went to a work conference in their hotel. It was very nice. The lobby chairs were extremely comfortable. The food they provided for breakfast and lunch was top notch. The staff discreetly cleared tables of empty dishes as we had a working lunch. Overall, a very good experience.
I stayed here for 4 days recently while on a trip for work. The rooms were decent and the staff was friendly. My big complaint for this place is the noise. There is a bar in the center of the first floor and the all the rooms have a shared open balcony in the center tower so all the rooms on this balcony pick up all the noise from the central bar. The food is ok. I had the shrimp and grits one night and that was pretty good. The pulled pork sandwich I had on another night was flat out terrible. I ate out in the city the rest of my time there and I recommend you do to. The bar is good and the service there decent. They have local IPA (Palmetto) on tap so I can't complain too much about that. I wouldn't agree that there is a lot of food nearby. There is if you want to drive there but very little in walking distance. I'll stay downtown next time I come to Charleston. I stayed at the rennaisance last time and it's much better. This place is convenient to local manufacturers and the airport but unless you love outlet malls or work for Southwest (SWA) there is little reason to pick this place.
My favorite north charleston hotel.
Our weekend visit to Charleston started out a bit rocky when we arrived at the hotel and our reserved room was not available due to a special event (wedding). Nathan the manager bent over backward to resolve the issue. We will definitely be back… thanks Nathan!
Nice hotel. Friendly staff and very nice room. The breakfast was OK. I wished they would include it in the price f the room.
Great hotel, very modern, clean and great friendly staff. Great location, very good outlet mall across the road and tons of places to eat all around the hotel. If I'm staying in Charleston again this is where I will go.
The room was lovely and the little kit of moisture, leg refreshing gel, and body spray left me feeling pampered and relaxed for sleep. We were on the first floor and had no sound issues. The food at the bar was good.
Friendly comfortable environment. Very relaxing beds great courtesy cleaning staff.
Beautiful Hotel! Nice room and friendly staff.
I love this hotel and this is why. -The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The beds are so comfy. There's a microwave and mini fridge too. The bathroom is big and so pretty. :) -Food here is pretty good too. Shrimp and Grits! Yum! -There is a decent outlet mall across the street. The hotel isn't downtown, but for a small fee, they will take you down there and pick up. My favorite part of this hotel, though, is the staff! Everyone here is so so so so nice. From the can drive, to the front desk, to the bar, so friendly. I've stayed here prolly more than five times now and have never had a bad experience.
Airport says it all. Acoustics in this place help noise to travel straight up. If you want to sleep, avoid this hotel.
I really enjoyed my staff here at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, modern and up to date with all of the amenities that they have and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am going to stay here again when I come back down here for my family reunion.
