Beautiful lake and dog walk and they r pet friendly.

This is a very nice hotel. Very comfortable beds and the room was one of the cleanest rooms that I have stayed in ever. The outside patio was very nice but did not get to enjoy it or the pool since it is winter time. Plus the lake behind the hotel with a walking path all the way around it was great. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Stall was phanomenol. Dog friendly but you wouldn't know it by how clean it is. Great breakfast.

Even though it was a very short stay the concierge was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovey stay.

Way better than we expected! Delightful staff and a unique and tasteful decor. We loved the salt water pool! Clean, sanitary and felt so awesome on the skin, for me unlike harsh chlorine, which gives me a little bit of (cough) chaffing after, if you follow.

The location was absolutely perfect because there was a Wendy's and other restaurants near by. The room my family expected to stay in wasn't ready which was a shame. The staff was really kind about the whole situation and we got a room. The rooms are clean and nice. They had a fitness room which my parents adored.

I enjoyed my stay here. Although it is off a very busy road and interstate, it is tranquil. The staff is so friendly. They have beautiful smiles and attitudes. The customer service is great. The rooms are comfy and clean. I wanted to stay another day.

Very nice! The lobby was clean, open, freshly stocked, and chilled wine, candy, snacks for sale. Complimentary, Fresh green and red apples in a lovely hammered silver bowl, and a matching bowl with bananas, right outside the elevators. My children loved that! The staff was more than happy to help us with anything we needed. Complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar, excellent hot breakfast, beautiful walking trail with a pond, clean, and well done swimming pool with great grilling area. The room was very clean, awesome bed linens and pillows. Overall wonderful!

My family and I stayed there for one night. When we checked in, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. When we went to our room on the fifth floor (we had a king study with sofa bed), it was very clean, spacious, and inviting. The bathroom was modern looking and clean, even had a picture on the wall. It was very quiet, if there were others on our floor, we never knew it. The pool was warm, and big enough for many families to swim in. There was a covered patio with a grill and fireplace. We never sat out there but it seemed comfortable and relaxing. The exercise room was clean, and machines seemed new. At breakfast, the coffee was fresh, had many options of creamer and sugar, also had tea and hot cocoa. The food was fresh fruit, assorted yogurt, cereal, juice, toast, pastries, bagels and spreads, a huge toaster, oatmeal with a selection of toppings. Hot entrees were cheese omelet, ham, and a waffle station with two irons, and assorted toppings. It was all fresh and delicious. I was very pleased at the wide variety of food available, and how great everything tasted. There was something for all my kids to enjoy. At checkout, the staff was again, very friendly and wished us a great day. Overall, this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. I've stayed in many hotels and will always choose this one in the future when I travel to Columbia.

This location was perfect for us. It was right around the corner from our family. The room was very clean and neat. Thankfully with the hot outside temps the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The staff were nice and friendly.

Seems like a great hotel. Decent breakfast, comfortable beds. Alarm clock is bright. We had fun at the pool. Friendly staff. Check into room and somebody was already in there. Other than that, stay was great!

I travel quite a bit and this is one of the cleanest bathrooms I've seen. Room was very comfortable and the staff was southern friendly. The free morning breakfast was well stocked and clean. Would love to see them convert the English phone booth into a mini lending library!

Great place and overall great stay, but the alarm clock in the room was the worst. It was set to go off at 6am and I couldn't for the life of me stop it. I kept accidentally pressing the snooze button and it got to a point where I ripped the whole device out of the wall socket… Only to have it blare noise 5 min later (it was also battery powered! ) This is silly I know but it did ruin my good night sleep.

Really nice hotel right off i-26. Very clean and nice rooms, comfy bed, welcoming staff and atmosphere. Breakfast bar was a little cramped but plenty of eating area. Will stay here again if I have the chance.

Clean room and breakfast/dining room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a charge after I returned home and Mr. Dwight took care of it while on the phone with him for only 5 minutes. Great location with a lot of dining and shopping options in the area. I would return!

Nice place. Well kept. Very functional hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Beds are really comfortable, breakfast was good, and the spot out by the pool is nice to spend time with friends.

4 1/2 Stars. Was treated with royalty as a diamond guest. No complaints for this location. Bathroom, bed, everywhere clean. No mildew like I find in other Hilton and embassy locations.

The best Hampton Inn. Our room was awesome and each employee we came in contact with was exceptional… especially the evening crew! Loved just sitting out in the rocking chairs in the evening.

Great rooms great area the lake walk is really nice, always kept up nicely and always upgrading. I stay here often and it just keeps getting better each stay.

It was a great visit. Service was speedy and courteous. Extremely so at times. The room I had was a little small, but I didn't mind it personally. Outside of that, getting to the hotel is a pain, but that's not Hampton's fault, but more so bad road design sanctioned by the city. Would visit again definitely!

Let me start by saying I stayed here for two weeks… I was missing home… but was here for training for my career. The people that work here made me not only feel welcomed but made me feel at home. From the smiles at the Desk, housekeeping with theirs! and of course my favorite the ladies that made sure the waffle machine was always up and running (I have become addicted to the waffles). Cheryl is such an amazing person with a kind word to everyone. I was missing home but my stay here was very relaxing. Plus it is pet friendly, so while I missed my furbabies I got to meet a lot of cute faces while I stayed. Kindness goes a long way. I am really impressed by how this place was running and full of great personailities. I miss it already.

The Hampton Inn Columbia was a great stay from beginning to end. Luke, the manager, made our check-in and check-out experience extremely simple. The hotel room was extremely clean. I enjoyed the water pressure in the shower. Mattresses were very comfortable with clean linens. Being a pet friendly hotel made the experience stress free as we traveled with our dog, and it was very nice having such a well appointed place to stay. This hotel definitely is in keeping with what I expect from Hilton brands.

I traveled with my family to SC for the holidays and spent one night at this Hampton. I will say, our stay was made enjoyable by three staff members who undoubtedly have beautiful souls and were a great experience. Miss Kendra was there to greet us at check in and we we're pleased to see her again the next morning. Some people have a real heart for hospitality and there is no doubt Kendra is one of them! At breakfast the attendant allowed me to use her sink to clean out my travel mug and at check out the GSR there lit up my little girls day with snacks for finding the elves! Such a great idea for travelers! The beds were too firm for our taste which sleep is incredibly important to us. And both me and my husband woke up in alot of discomfort. That plus long car rides are not a nice combination. So for that reason we unfortunately would not be back. If you change your beds please let us know! Your staff was wonderful!

The staff were all friendly. Room was clean and had just enough amenities. Very good breakfast bar and dining area! We stayed 2 days and had zero issues! I gave it 5 stars instead of 4 because I'm recalling several separate conversations with the maid staff and just how each of them seemed like wonderful and caring people ☺

On our way to the beach we spent one night at HAMPTON INN. It is easy on/off from I-26 and close to numerous restaurants and stores. ROOM was spacious and clean. They have a free hot breakfast that was delicious.

Very clean hotel, friendly and professional staff. The breakfast choices were outstanding. The lake out back is gorgeous with a nice walking trail and lots of ducks. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there are dogs everywhere in this pet friendly hotel including in the breakfast area which I don’t think is appropriate. A flea jumped on my hand walking through the lobby — uuhhg. This is also the first time I’ve been in a hotel that you can hear the people in the next room using the bathroom every time. I’ll be more careful reserving in the future to find a ‘no pets’ hotel.

Wonderfully perfect. Very clean, so there is a great staff, yummy breakfast and there is a lake, outdoor pool, fireplace and workout room that overlooks the pool. They are organized!

We booked this hotel last minute after deciding to evacuate from Hurricane Irma. Being a Hilton Honors member, we love staying with Hilton. We had our pup with us and loved staying at the Hampton Inn Columbia! The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms clean, and a great central location. If we head to Columbia, SC again this will certainly be our place to stay!

You can't find a better place to stay overnight. The staff is outstanding and very attentive to your needs. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is very well presented and the dining area ample compared to most locations. Staff deserves a lot of credit for handling evacuees in transit.

Nice motel! Great breakfast that is ready at 6AM. Great staff! Clean rooms! Well stocked with what we need. Also pet friendly. Nice walking trail around the lake. Three places to eat within walking distance. One down side/ upside is we are having to deal with renovation on first floor.

Staff was super friendly. They were doing construction on their main entrance, and I had a Uhaul and two pets. The staff gave me a convenient room, and showed me the best place to park my truck and trailer. Location is very convenient. Would stay again!

Excellent staff with a can-do attitude. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and went the extra mile for every request from front desk to breakfast & groundskeeper. Even under construction everything was perfect. Very clean, everything you need, excellent walking trail & very pet friendly. Close to downtown, shopping and a wide variety of food. A hotel is only as good as their staff and these guys were better than the high end places we've stayed! Prices were good too. Don't bother with any place else!

What a fantastic place to stay! We travelled from California to NC and stopped one evening at this hotel. Everything about this hotel was great! They allow pets, provided a sign for the door to notify others, gave her a bag of doggy treats and instructions for where to walk them and do their business. The entire hotel is well maintained and the room was perfect. The breakfast was great and the pool was fantastic. Highly recommend this hot!

Very nice hotel! Beds are super comfortable. Front desk attendent was very nice. Even the lady that cleaned our room was very sweet and hospitable. Decent breakfast. Best part about this hotel for my family is the fact that pets are allowed here. Usually I have to pay up to $100 unrefundable money for my 4 pound dog. I will always stay at this awesome hotel while in town.

Didn't go into the rooms this time. Have stayed there before and they were great! The hospitality of the staff is wonderful. So is the atmosphere.

I would say that overall I have to give this place and last visit five stars, even though they made a mistake on my check in and then turned around and did it again the next night at 12:30 and woke me up!?! But they turned around and apologized and corrected their mistake by giving me a nice Buffalo Wild Wings gift card. I had an excellent suite with an excellent price. All of the staff are just so involved in what they do and welcome you and make you feel at home! They make an occasion out of anything, it seems. Everyone is so friendly. The hotel is on a small lake, Lake Harbison and you can go fishing. There is so much good to say about this hotel that I could write for another 15 minutes!

Location was great! Easy access to the interstate, next to restaurants and the mall. Friendly staff and clean rooms. And the beds are amazing! Will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, and spacious. Courteous staff! After having to transfer from another hotel that was subpar and disgusting they worked to help us get an earlier check in so we could leave that gross hotel early! Awesome, awesome, awesome experience.

The location was convenient to where I needed to be. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and they made it fun with cute signs. The front desk staff were very personable and nice.

We checked in today and so far, I am very disappointed in this Hampton! Certainly not up to the Hilton standard that we expect! Don't expect the staff to assist with any requests. This Hampton needs new management with better customer service training. So far, this is the least accommodating hotel we have ever stayed in but fortunately it is not typical for a Hampton Inn. I suspect this hotel is not being scrutinized by corporate because management and staff is lacking. The bed was not made up properly. There was trash inside of the dresser drawers. There is water damage in the window. The seating in the suite is uncomfortable and insufficient. Several things just point to a lack of management and I will not book this hotel again.

Very clean, as always very comfortable, friendly staff and the best part of all is that it is pet friendly. I think all Hampton Inns should be like this. It was the best Hampton we ever stayed in and we have been to many. Would definately recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

This a good clean and friendly hotel! It's also somewhat of an oddity for Hampton Inns, I've never seen one that allowed animals. If your like me and like your hotels animal free then this may not be the place for us! As you can see I gave 4 stars because the place is very nice… I just don't like animals… unless they're BBQ'd that is!
