One of the nicest properties we have stayed at… we travel across North America for business, staying in hotels about 60 to 90 days a year. The desk staff and restaurant/tavern staff were helpful and friendly, and the property was clean and very well manicured. Kudos to the breakfast attendant, she did a. GREAT job! We'll be back!

My partner and I stayed here on our way to NYC from Toronto and loved it. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with a late checkout and amazing breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles with fresh strawberries. We loved it so much that we decided to drive longer when we left New York City so we could stay there again on our way back where the night staff let us switch rooms twice (I'm sensitive) and were very kind. I would definitely stay here again on my way to NYC. Tip, get a room in the back, it's quiet and there are no outside lights. Best sleep I've had in ages.

We were pleasantly surprised and pleased to discover the Best Western in Sayre, PA was in excellent shape, the room is large, everything seems to be updated. A very comprehensive hotel with a bar and restaurant that was very popular. We would definitely return to stay there. Plus the proximity to Waverly, NY was an added bonus.

Nice facility and updated room accommodations. Great fitness center with big indoor pool. Very good breakfast included. Will definitely come back.

A great place to stay. Associates are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Large selection of breakfast items to accommodate all guests preferences.

First room my AC was broken, hotel wasn't a letter to fix it, but they changed rooms. After room change couldn't say anything bad at all. It's kinda dated, but I didn't have the problem of always hearing neighbors in hotel, not here. Was really quite was awesome.

Great staff! Room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was first class! Traveling for business. Had 9 rooms reserved for 2 nights. Arrived at 9 pm only needing 7 rooms due to some urgent issues at one of our mills. Expected to. Pay for those rooms at least the first night. Manager did not charge us for either night.

This is a great hotel. We have stayed here several times. Each room has a fridge and microwave. The rooms are very clean! The fitness center is great nice clean pool and hot tub. Indoor basketball court is a hit with my boys! Breakfast is always good with a great selection. Eggs, meat and waffles plus fruit, muffins, cereal. Restaurant is very good. All staff very friendly and helpful!

Awesome Room, absolutely beautiful room. The room had Victorian style furniture. The room was very, very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is passing through. The staff, breakfast lady, housekeeping & everyone was so pleasant Breakfast was Great. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereal, toast & bagels, waffles, pancakes & the list goes on. I was quite full when I left. Thank you.

We just spent the weekend here with 100 college students and our staff for a Winter Conference. Everything here was wonderful! The staff here was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The food we had catered was so delicious and more than we could possibly eat! They made us feel like royalty. The hotel itself is so clean and welcoming. We will be back!

The gym is definitely best in the area. The pool is great for the whole family, the locker rooms are good too. The only complaint I have are the lockers. While the rest of the fitness area looks well done, the lockers are old and not very well maintained. Still 5 stars for the price though.

Decent room, clean and well kept. Hot tub was under maintenance so unfortunately I could not review it : (. All staff are very kind and always say hello. Breakfast was pretty great and comfortable, something there for everyone! :) The sheets in my king bed were not the softest and I have very sensitive skin so I am glad I remembered my lotion, but that could be just me. Definitely would recommend.

Great hotel staff! They were extremely helpful with some issues that were a problem. Needed to be switched out of my first room due to a bug issue, which quickly occurred. Second room had cobwebs and a spider that I took care of myself. Beds were comfortable. Rooms need to be updated and have a deep cleaning. If the hotel matched up to it's employees it would be great! Pool and hot tub area were great! Breakfast pretty standard except for the very outdated yogurt.

I can not say enough about the Best Western Grand Victorian Inn in Sayre, PA. They went above and beyond to help me set up the honeymoon suite for my daughter’s wedding night. The newly weds had a wonderful once in a lifetime experience thanks to Best Western. The staff were really nice and super helpful, they even helped us jump our car when the battery died. The King Jacuzzi room was a little weird because there was a large window that separated the shower from the room, therefore you could watch everything in the bathroom. Also the tub still had chunks of soap when we arrived. The bed was firm and comfortable. I loved that the room had a separate kitchen nook with fridge, microwave, and sink.

Staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. We are on our way east to the coast on our honeymoon, and are happy to have taken the few minutes from the highway to stay here. We got in just before the kitchen closed, and are very grateful for the burgers and pint we had after the long day of driving. I wish we had a few more hours to explore. Thanks for the brief but wonderful stay!

The Best Western Grand Victorian Inn in Sayre, PA gives you great value. The room rate is very good and the motel's accommodations, amenities, the wonderful service from all of the staff and the convenience of an on-site restaurant make it very enjoyable place to stay. Our stay was for only one night as we chose to split a long trip. We were so pleased to have found this motel because everything about it was great. We ate at the restaurant and had a very good meal and in the morning enjoyed their complementary breakfast. When you're in the area of Sayre this is the place to stay.

Professional staff. Close to highways, NY, and full of commerce choices. Never disappointed. Stay enough that staff recognizes me. Convenience of restaurant on site. Spacious rooms. Reasonable rates. Clean and tidy.

My husband and I stayed here on our way to Letchworth State Park. We weren't expecting much for the price and we were very happily surprised. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness area is basically a true fitness center, not just a treadmill and weights. We were impressed that there were two racquetball courts, as this is something we often enjoy when vacationing, but don't find in hotels, just full-scale resorts. The pool and hot tub looked clean and nice although we didn't have the opportunity to use them. The room was well-appointed, attractive and clean. The bathroom was a nice size, as was the room. Will definitely make it a point to come back.

Your staff has an attention to detail that left us feeling super comfortable and I knew we were in good hands. From the months of preparation, to the rehearsal dinner, to the wedding, you were amazing. Thank you for "holding our hands" and helping to guide us through the planning process. We couldn't have pulled it off so wonderfully without Tracy Sutton and the fantastic staff. We have received nothing but compliments from every single guest that attended our special day. Our rooms were superb, very clean, with fluffy soft pillows that you just melt right into. We loved everything about our experience! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! Mr. And Mrs. Lawton!

Simple room. Beds are hard and springy. The double room is two double beds, not queen. 3 pillows per bed. They have only 2 roll aways for the whole hotel so be sure to reserve it with your room if you need it. Breakfast does have gluten and dairy free options.

Got in really late, the check in attendant, Liz, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She had a great professional attitude, yet still made you feel comfortable, not formal. The room was very clean, pleasantly cool, and well stocked. It served my purposes perfectly. Breakfast was great; scrambled eggs, sausages, make your own waffles with a topping bar, everything you could want for breakfast. Everything was so fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone.

Friendly staff. Efficient check-in and out. Attention to cleanliness greatly appreciated. Restaurant on the premises made long, tiring days easier and enjoyable. Furnishings very attractive and unique, giving the entire hotel a feeling of elegance and home.

The air conditioner in our room wasn't putting out any cool air. We called the desk and they reset it from downstairs. It still wasn't doing much except making more noise, so we asked if they had a fan. They suggested we check the Walmart down the street. Chairs in the room were very dirty with caked on food. Pool was clean and a nice temperature.

Smell not good, old rooms, no washing machine, not at all pleasant to be here! The worst place I was until today, nothing neer, he is lonely! If need something you heve to go, there's nothing here! No super and no shopping center.

The room the event was held in was the "prince" room. It was not and extraordinary room, but it was clean and well maintained. Breakfast and lunch service was exceptional.

It is great that the best western here has a fitness membership for the community available. I'm sure the fitness center gets much more use, and it provides an affordable fitness center in the area.

It was a nice hotel, nice rooms, and tons of stuff to do. I went there recently and the people were nice and the service is very good. The location in where I went to is good, nice people and a quiet area. I think the best part was the activities center or whatever you called it. They have a complete workout area and next to it it has a basketball court and a racket ball room where you can play. Oh, and how can I forget about the pool. The pool is great, not too cold or warm, just cool. It 6ft deep maximum. Also the pool area has a hot tub or Jacuzzi. I had fun at the hotel. There were some minor problems like the ice machine looks kinda dirty, I don't know if it only on the 4 the floor. I wouldn't called something like this a "problem". Overall, I was satisfied with Best Western.

Clean rooms, good food and friendly staff. The gym (unexpectedly) has two handball courts that can be converted to walleyball or basketball courts.

This facility is not handicapped accessible and when I approached the management over a year ago about this problem he was very rude to me and stated in no uncertain terms that nothing was going to change and I guess he was right as I was there for a dinner a couple of weeks ago and even the main entrance still doesn't have the handicapped buttons to open the doors — this establishment is the last hotel/motel I would ever stay at and if all Best Western facilities have this attitude It would be the last hotel/motel in the whole United States I would ever book a room at — BEST WESTERN better take a look at their facilities and bring them up to government standards — I pity any handicapped person if they run into this problem like I have.

Nice, clean place. Received a few treats at check in for the dog too. Close to Tioga Downs Casino too.

Was in town for work. Rooms were clean, roomy, and housekeeping was great. Hotel was a little older but nothing to complain about. Staff was awesome. Very professional people and always treated you with respect.
