Lousy service! charged for two nights, only stayed for 1, RIP OFF.

A great hotel for relaxing.

Vary clean and quiet, nice place to stay.

Hotel is great, however the reservations number they forward you to, are rude and uneducated. Atleast the lady they fw me to was.

Heard the person in room next to me snoring and woke me several times. Also heard the people upstairs moving around during the night. And the lights outside room bleed through window curtians was very bright in room all night. Other then those three thing it was a very nice hotel.

My hubby and I love staying here. Free breakfast is fabulous.

Nice staff, nice hotel. There is a laundromat directly behind the building, which is convenient. Also a Sheetz and a car wash next door. Cute little town, too!

Really nice hotel but they have a constant battle of keeping the place clean because they are usually booked with oil field hands. Elevator kind of smells like a job site. But, the hotel likely would not exist if it weren't for the oil field. Catch 22

Don't know a lot about the place went there to see somebody they have an indoor pool the maintenance guy is awesome they keep the place nice they seem to be very friendly there.

Not a bad place to stay. Wish I had a room not right beside highway. Heard car and truck traffic all night long.

Checked in for a two night stay. Booked online and check in was a breeze, room was nice, price was good especially considering the accommodations. Atleast 10 ft ceilings making the room feel larger, spotless rooms, small pool but it was never crowded, good breakfast and I expect checkout to be a breeze in the morning as well. Highly recommend.

Nice Fairfield inn. Very nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Have to work in the area a few times a year and I will continue to stay here.

A few years ago it was a nice place to stay. Now, they complain about having to do their job. Speaking of house keeping. I'm in the oil and gas industry. We have crew changes weekly and they're suppose to give fresh linens weekly. The house keeping only cleans twice a week and they wanna come clean when night shift is sleeping talking about "nobody is supposed to be in here while we're cleaning". Every hotel that accommodates this industry knows that between the hours of 4-7 whether am or pm, nobody is in the rooms. But it seems to be an issue here. Then they lie to management saying that our do not disturb signs are on our door and they're not. The other day house keeping came into my room while I was sleeping, said I wasn't supposed to be there, asked what needed done… I said the bathroom, the trash, and make my roommates bed. She didn't make his bed and left all the lights on.

It's very nice and remodeled. Breakfast in the mornings are always fantastic.

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Get a room in the back of the hotel though, the traffic is pretty loud.

Megan the lovely reception greeted us w a warm welcome. She informed us about all the attractions and eateries around town. The hotel room was immaculate. And They had more TV stations than I expected for entertainment. Exceeded expectations. Thank you!

We drove three hours from New York to attend my aunt's 90th birthday party at another local venue. Other family members traveled from New Hampshire, and Connecticut. However, about an hour before the event, the other venue lost all power and had to cancel. Frantically, family members tried to make alternative plans. One of my second cousins was staying at The Fairfield and inquired as to availability.
The staff here provided our family with a large conference room, free of charge, and helped arrange catering. Everything worked out well.
This hotel is beautiful, and I couldn't help but notice the cleanliness of the ladies room, the lovely breakfast area off of the lobby, the efficient looking exercize room, and other amenities. The staff continued to provide wonderful support throughout the event. Very pleased.

Updated, comfortable room… friendly front desk staff and other staff as well… great breakfasts… would highly recommend.

We had booked a stay from aug. 2 2017 till aug. 14 2017 for two joining rooms but once we arrived they gave us rooms on two different floors — — at that time I asked how are they joining rooms on two different floors and the young man who was working answers they aren't. And I said we made the reservation months ago on line and then called to confirm they would be adjoining… he says we can do across the hall for each other but that's the best we can do,,, so we did that till morning hour and finally got the rooms together. All was good until we went to bed that night. Then at 2:35am a alarm went off and was contusions. Every 15-20 min for hours! we called down to front desk and asked to call room next door and finally stopped till the next night! Same thing this time we called the room next door and someone shut it off and then decides to hit the wall… this Alarm continued nightly and all the front desk did was offer ear plugs >>> sorry but I like to hear fire alarms or even if someone is at my door! So as we left on aug 14 all that was said was sorry we will return some of your points which never happened! And all I can say is just because the gas workers are there it doesn't mean they should come first as we also got to watch them take every banana and egg to fill their lunch bags and leave us loyal customers go without!

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Jason at the front desk was excellent. Literally checked in under 2 minutes.

The rooms are decent but seem dated. The staff seems inexperienced and seem overworked or inattentive but decent breakfast.

Nice hotel. Could use better sound proofing. Not much to do in the area.

The front desk personnel was exceptionally helpful when we thought they "lost" out reservation. (Turned out it was just mispelled)
The room was isolated and pristine. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff great. Absolutely recommend staying here.

The hotel is clean, modern, lots of parking, and an excellent breakfast. I could only give it 3 stars though because I couldn't sleep well due to noise. The doors to the rooms are very loud so all night long I kept hearing doors opening and closing. If this hotel had better sound proofing or doors that didn't slam shut I'd come back.

Very nice place. Staff was very inviting and cordial. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is good as far as free breakfasts go. Would definitely stay there again.

New to town on a business trip and had booked a room and confirmed it at another place, Crystal Springs Inn. Showed up at 8:00 to find our reservation disappeared and they didn't have a room. Went to the Fairfield and found them to have exceptional customer service, front desk people are welcoming and when we told them about our experience, they even discounted our rate. The room was spotless, comfy beds and a great breakfast provided in the morning. I would absolutely recommend this property.
