Such great staff! We stopped at 11:30pm in pouring rain and they were booked. Manager then said someone had checked out & she made the beds for us!

Rooms were fine, bathrooms were fine, at one point one of the elevators were down, strange that there was one elevator for garages and the other wasnt.

Nice motel a little pricey but not much around.

The rooms are next level clean, the staff is super friendly and accomodating, and they serve breakfast… daily. Well worth the money to stay there.

This was my third time staying at the Gibson holiday inn and as always very friendly staff the rooms are so clean and very nice. The pool is just amazing and I am sure we I'll be back again.

The company I work for stays here. They keep it clean. Most of the workers are very friendly. There is a small convienance store in the lobby that offers drinks, beer/wine, snacks/packaged meals, and some otc medicine (tylenol, tums, ect. ) It offers a pool, exercise room, ice machines, and a grill on the patio. The rooms have a TV, mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board and Keurig. There is a bar called Excalibur just across the parking lot as well. Laundry room on site. ATM available and you can ask the front desk for rolls of quarters for the laundry machines. They have a laundry pick up service available as well, you just have to ask about it at the front desk.

The staff was extremely nice and the rooms were nice and the beds are comfy! Great location right off the road.

Made reservation backnin April, husband has trouble walking, ask for room close to elevator or door, was given with no quesions. Very accommodating, friendly fast check in. Continental breakfast, close by spot to eat! Rooms great! Highly recommend and definitely will stay again!

We were met at the front desk by an extremely friendly women who checked us right in and offered the kids cookies. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic! If I ever come this way again I will make it a point to stay at this hotel again!

Another great stay! Always accommodating to guests. The place is always clean, too. Makes a big difference.

Would be better off waiting to go to a better hotel. Prices are high for what you get and the staff are sneaky and were creeping on me trying to see if I had a dog with me. Wouldn't return.

Lovely surprise! Stopped here after driving in the snow at night was getting dangerous. A bit expensive for being so far out, but I assume it's because there are so many amenities. Clean, friendly, and hot breakfast was enjoyable.

Very nice place to stop in a road trip. Room was spacious, and included breakfast had some good variety. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We'd be happy to stay again on a future trip. It's a little bit difficult to find in the dark, but it is close to the freeway and convenient once you find it.

Clean hotel, continental breakfast starts at 3 am and the full breakfast starts at 6. It is nice if you are up and moving very early. When I stayed it was the start of deer season and they opened the full breakfast at 3 am. The front desk was very heldfull as well. They had menus from a couple local places and accidentally had a place that delivered to the hotel.

Hotels near Montrose, pretty clean, beds OK. Enough to spend a night in the middle of nowhere in this area. The rooms are dated of the necessary, noisy and annoying refrigerator for those who are light sleepers.

My family had to stop driving due to the snow. The staff, especially Jessica at the front desk were cheerful and helpful. My daughter had to get her homework assignment finished, So I emailed the hotel and Jessica printed up the documents so my daughter could complete her work even though she had this unscheduled stop. All it takes is a smile and a few moments of kindness and YOU NAILED IT!

Good rooms and nice place for truck drivers.

Staff is Awesome by making our stay comfortable. This is our 2nd visit for my Boyfriend and I. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Guest services. Dining staff, and Housekeeping! We was very happy to leave a nice tip. Thanks for the Hospitality!

The directioner by Google maps is wrong. We were Following that when enter in another property the owner called the police. Be careful.

Recently renovated so the rooms are decent. Not much to eat around really except a couple fast food places and a gas station/convenience store but the diner next door is actually good.

The hotel has recently been updated and is very clean and up to date. The fitness center has cardio equipment and free weights but could use a few more machines but otherwise it was great!

I would like to thank the staff for looking out for my husband! He had to go in for emergency surgery while out of town on work. They collected all of his things and packed them for me to pick up. Even his pocket change that was thrown on the table was there. The desk clerk was asking about him and offered a prayer. It is nice to know that there is such caring staff to watch out for people when they are away from home. We can't thank you enough!

A very remote area. Not a lot to do unless you head to Binghamton. Hotel and staff very nice, friendly and clean. Great cookies for snacking. Breakfast staff even though they were very busy greeted us every morning and handled it well. I forgot my toothbrush, no problem they had one at the desk for me. Enjoyed our stay.

Clean and updated, this was the poster child for a great stay. Complementary breakfast buffet was just like other holiday Inn expresses and the gym was well kept and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again. Oh! And there's a fireworks shop right next door!

I have really bad cold/flu symptoms and the lady at the desk was sweet and provided nice conversation. This is something people forget to do when traveling! Also, I got a free chili cheese dog and a cookie when I walked in. Sweet.

This was one of the nicest HIE hotels we have ever stayed in! I am a neurotic germ-a-phobe and can glady say the room, pool, and breakfast area were impeccably clean! All the staff we encountered were cheerful and quick to help us. Nancy, at the front desk, knew the local area well and went so far to print out a map of an attraction we were interested in and called another one for us! We will be coming back to this hotel when we have to be in this area again. So very thankful for the sweet people who made our stay so comfortable!

I like the pancake machine. They have really good cinnamon buns for breakfast too.

We had a great experience! Connie, at the front desk was very helpful and suggested a few nearby restaurants. They offer HOT BREAKFAST :D which was great. The accommodations were immaculate and everything was fresh and smelled newly laundered. A little pricey if you don't use a coupon, but definitely worth the price. Nearby Denny's and nearby bar/grill and Italian-American restaurants. Would definitely stay there again, and strongly recommend.

The staff that greeted us were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was brand new and recently renovated. It was an extremely nice room. The breakfast in the morning was really good and available till noon.

Needed a place to stay on short notice for a business trip and discovered this hotel right where I would need to stop for the night. Checked in at 9 PM and was greeted by a friendly face and a few cookies left in the lobby. 24hr coffee bar and hot water/tea was just what I needed after the drive. My room was immaculate and I enjoyed the very large selection of TV channels to fall asleep to. I stayed on the first floor on the front side of the building and had no issues with noise or lights from the parking lot. Breakfast was what I expected and the coffee was plentiful. I would definitely stay here again if the need arose.
