My son love this hotel. He enjoys the breakfast, pool and the rooms. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

A very bad service the managers do not attend as they should be and there was even a person who was racist towards me.

Very satisfied with all services.

I have two dogs, and this hotel is extremely pet friendly!

Fantastic property with a great location. Can’t wait till the new restaurant concept opens.

Had a issue checking in the gentleman in the front was unprofessional so much unprofessional that I made it up to my room and I had too call downstairs cause he didn’t write or tell me my room number.

It's a great hotel and staff are awesome but it isn't disabled friendly. The handicap parking is too far from the entrance. The walkway is too high for wheelchairs and the handicap room is too far from the elevator. Besides the aforementioned the hotel is great.

Absolutely fabulous! … great management, staff and accommodations. Best in Area and maybe state.

Avoid at all costs. It is under construction, it isn't ready and based on others' comments it wasn't ready before construction either. The bar is terrible service. Rooms aren't ready at 3.7 seems a little late and there was a backlog.

I stay here every time I travel for work. It's generally a pretty nice hotel. I love having a suite. The first room is the living room and the back room is the bedroom. I will say, I think it's a bit in need of renovations, but nothing major. The water pressure in the showers is really low too. They have complimentary made to order omelettes for breakfast and they also have a complimentary happy hour every day. This stay I did randomly get kicked out of my room because the battery on the door died, but they were very helpful and got it fixed so I could get back in right away. They are also very helpful when checking in and suggesting which rooms will be best based on noise levels. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

It was clean. The pull out couch was not the greatest, but who would expect it to be. We stayed there for a wedding so we didn’t really interact with the staff that much. They do a complimentary breakfast on the weekend that was good. Overall a good stay. It’s only 9 minutes from King Of Prussia Mall!

It doesn't get quiet until 10pm. The rooms are built around a central atrium and dining area which funnels the sound up to EVERY room. No bath tub. Only a shower. Dated carpet. The facade of the building looks like it was something else. Good price of you are solo or taking kids on a trip. Not good for a date night.

Hotel shuttle driver is cool as heck. Picked me & work colleague up from PaoliPA SEPTA train station. To hotel. Note: Hotel phone system really sucks. Really. So, have patience. More patience than you think is reasonable / healthy. Just saying.

A very nice open floor type hotel. Provided friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was spacious. Hotel did not have power one night and promptly refunded the cost for that night. I appreciated that this was completed in a friendly manner with no hassle. I would recommend staying here.

A good option outside of Philly. Breakfast was really good, with made to order eggs/omelettes. Room was clean and everything was functioning. I'd stay here again.

The size of the room was great and they let us check in a little early, which seemed nice. However, it was insanely overfilled with unsuprervised kids, who were there for sports tournaments, running around each of the floors. I was told by a few of them that I was in their way and it was common for the kids to just yell across the halls to have conversations. I have had so much better experiences at Other hotels in nearby Cherry Hill.

The physical building itself is old and tired and that includes the rooms and furnishings. Nothing has been updated — so instead of outlets and USB ports next to the bed, you'll find a port for plugging in your modem (yes I am serious, an old phone jack). The place of course has the benefits of an Embassy Suites so breakfast and reception were fine.

Older hotel, time has not been on its side. The cleaning staff is working longer hours than normal. We checked in at 530pm room was still not ready. Coming in from exploring Philadelphia around 730pm on Saturday night and cleaning staff just finished with our room. Did not leave everything that needed to be replaced.

Where do I start… I booked this room for Friday and Saturday just to relax and get in the pool. I live in Philly and I frequently use the Embassy Suites at the airport but decided to try this one out since it was closer to where I was going Sunday. At check in, the front desk girl was friendly. I noticed it was A LOT of kids at the hotel but I was like no biggie since I was getting off work and wanted to chill anyway. The hotel is EXTREMELY outdated. The rooms are old and furniture was chipped and cracked. I checked in around 7:30and all the rooms on my floor (2nd fl) seemed to not have been cleaned cause it was food and trays outside several of them. My room was clean but smelled like must (you know how old houses smell) I went to the pool around 8 and it was FILTHY! Like dirt just floating at the top. I asked one of the workers if he could clean it. He didn’t seem to pay me any mind so I left and went back to my room. On Saturday the pool was closed all day. According to the maintenance guy, someone was supposed to clean it at 6am and never came. So after several people calling and complaining the pool was finally opened at 7PM. THATS RIGHT OVER 12 hours later. I was extremely annoyed cause that was the reason for me even coming. And of course it was a bunch of kids waiting for the pool to open so by the time it did I was over it. Not to mention the pool area itself was dirty. They didn’t even sweep the floor.

This hotel is in serious need of updating. The rooms are outdated and showing a lot of wear and tear including a large hole in the bathroom ceiling and a sofa and chair that look old and dirty. The elevators were also in need of a deep clean as they were covered with fingerprints and smudges everywhere. Our phone and TV didn't work properly. Also, our room's door faced into the weird "atrium" and bar area, which seems like a very strange set-up. Luckily, it was quiet enough. No one came to clean the room on our second day, even after I requested maid service (I didn't know you needed to request it? ). Our room was very stuffy and with no ventilation it was uncomfortable at times. I am not sure why this hotel gets such high ratings. It is old and not very clean. I would not return unless they did some serious updates, cleaning and renovations.

The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful, the room was pleasant and clean, and the bar tender was very friendly. We had an incredible inconvenience at the fault of a third party booking app, for which the man at the front desk handled and defended us, ensuring that we were not at fault and that we were being treated very poorly by the third party. Once everything was finally settled, we were compensated generously. Very much enjoyed the rest of our stay. The breakfast was alright, as is any hotel mass-produced breakfast. Would’ve appreciated being warned that the hot tub was out of order, as that was one thing we were most anticipating, but I suppose that was specific to our case.

I have booked a room for one night with my family. The hotel is overall decent. The room is relatively clean and as promised. However I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast as there were limited options and many of the baked goods were stale and old. The sugary baked goods were very bad tasting. Additionally I was very disappointed to find a lack of recycling amenities, as I wanted to recycle some paper I had and couldn't. Making such amenities available is very inmportant to myself and many other potential and existing guests at this hotel. Making this hotel more green and environmentally conscious is something this hotel should consider doing. The furniture is additionally outdated and relatively uncomfortable.

The room was pretty decent but alot went wrong. There was a hotel emergency so we had no warm water for majority of our first night. Cable was unwatchable in the room, pool and jacuzzi were ice cold even after the hot water issue was fixed. The bartender Brenda was amazing. Open bar happy hour from 530 to 730 each night.

Great buffet for breakfast and decent service at the desk. They were overrun and handled it well. Housekeeping was amazing and cheerful, even with late night requests.

Easy to locate, rooms clean and modern. The Grille had good food but has a limited menu. One less star for not knowing how to prepare real Buffalo Wings, yes I am from upstate New York.

We stayed in a suite, size was fine but strange window facing interior hotel hallway. Strange musty smell in room at times and poor ventilation. Windows would open to the outdoors but overlooked highway and was quite noisy. That said, when the windows were closed, you couldn't hear the highway. Room was clean. Comfort wise, bed was fine but pillows were a little lacking. In room phones have some crazy extortion prices reminiscent of the 90s. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Very spacious (almost too much so), clean rooms. The hotel staff were very lovely. The facilities were all clean. It was a great hotel for a work trip.

Horrible experience with the "manager" Craig who hung up on me twice when I was inquiring as to why my daughter couldn't check in to her room that I booked and checked in to online when she arrived ahead of me. Then, when I arrived at the property and requested that Craig not wait on me, he proceeded to call the local police! Outrageous! What a waste of the time of the police. I have been a loyal Hilton customer fo years and was shocked to be treated this way. How can a "manager" treat a paying customer in such a fashion? I was here for a wedding and this totally ruined my night. I will NEVER stay at this property again! Horrible service!

The workers and the guest were very polite and friendly. My grandkids had a ball in pool area. The rooms were amazing. Upscale hotel experience. I will only stay at a Hilton hotel from now on.

I'm very impressed by this hotel. Nice two room suites, comfortable beds, and little kitchen type area. The staff is very friendly, especially Craig at the front desk and Brenda at the bar/grill. If you can, stay here.

This was probably a pretty nice place 15 years ago but now it's only alright, everything was fine just a little dated. Clean enough, quiet enough, not too pricey either. Room service was quick, the front desk was always well staffed, no real complaints to be had. One thing to be aware of though is that this probably is not the hotel for you if you are at all frightened of heights. The open air floors can get a little dizzying.

Stayed two nights for a family reunion. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Great beds. The staff were very courteous and helped our group well at all times. Breakfast was good, with popular made to order omelets. Only negative was coffee. It was awful! Will stay again if we're ever back!

Such a great place to stay. Love the daily happy hours and generous breakfasts. We were attending a basketball tournament and found that this place is very welcoming of kids and families. Absolutely loved our stay.

Got the room through Hotwire at a good price… Free Drinks & chips from 5 pm to 7:30 pm… Free breakfast at 7 am… Made up for the rain damaged ceiling in the living room area… Room was on 5th floor… Heard from other guess that the roof leaks all over the place… Will I stay their again… I don't think so… But the Drinks were ok…

I'm here now, my first room was 316, it was distant from the lobby, that was okay, but the bed bugs that bit my legs were not, I waited patiently at the lobby at midnight to change my room, it was an inconveinence, and I could have stayed anywhere, but I chose ES because I enjoy the comforts of Conveinence and Quiet. I waited to hear from the manager the next day, I asked her about my laundry, I explained that I did not want to carry my clothes home because I was a little scared to bring these bed bugs into my home, her offer to me was to give me some quarters so I could personally go and do my laundry, lol, keep in mind, I'm thinking dry cleaning, she's thinking quarters, what a joke. I go to my room, I come back five minutes later and ask the manager (it's 5:30 pm) why was my room not serviced and clean, her statement was they were crowded today and that she would call and have them do it now, so I go and sit down and have some chips and a few drinks at the businessmans nightly serving (free drinks from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm) for staying here, when I return to my room, it still had not been serviced, it's now (6:45 pm), I called the front desk and simply said just forget it, I'm going to rest for awhile, it's to late now. My Opinion is they missed my room (Because there were two glasses still laying by my door from the people before me, I'd be willing to bet that their staff had already gone home for the day.

Aside from the spacious and comfortable rooms, our experience was not a good one. There were sports tournaments in the area, so there were many kids. Most of the time they were running around the hotel unattended. There is a common area with tables to congregate at and guests left trash (pizza boxes, empty beer bottles, food, etc. ) all over the room and it went uncleaned for extended periods two days in a row. There was food on the floor which we noticed attracted ants in that same room. Guests who had ordered room service had trays and plates sitting outside their rooms for all of the two days that we were there. For complimentary breakfast, there were no bowls for cereal or oatmeal. I brought this to the attention of one of the employees who said, "Someone will bring them out in a bit". There were other options, so I got something else, but I would have expected the employee to address the issue. Lastly, one of the guests in our party lost a significant amount of cash out of their wallet, $200.00. The last they remember was leaving their wallet in the room and the money was gone after room service had come through. Our guests own fault for leaving the money out or possibly losing it elsewhere. The person who reserved the rooms was refunded points for the mishap. Would certainly not recommend based on our experience. Expected more from a facility under the Hilton umbrella. There are other options in the area.

Stayed here on a three-day business trip. The suite was clean and comfortable. Had a Portobello wrap for dinner at the hotel bar. It was very good. The free breakfast was good, especially the made-to-order omelette station. Overall, I had a very good experience.

This hotel's lobbies, bar, restaurant, and rooms were spacious and we'll appointed. The staff was kind and professional. The only complaint was that the room while spacious and clean still smelled like smoke despite the non smoking designation.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff were extremely rude and you can tell hated their jobs. They seemed very unapproachable and we felt as if we were unconvincing them when we asked for more towels. The food was alright. When we called a week before our reservation to let them know we were driving in from almost 800 miles away and asked if we could check in early they told us we would be able to. When we got to the hotel they flat out told us no we could not. The cups in our room were dirty. There weren't enough towels for the amount of people that we specified on our reservation. Just an all around horrible experience.

Mostly clean hotel, there was some trash near my room, but it's understandable that considering how difficult it is keeping a large hotel completely clean at all times. Breakfast is also pretty good. The only thing I didn't like is that the evening reception area is difficult to find, and I went to the wrong place trying to find it, accidentally having to purchase drinks since they were opened before they told me I was in the wrong place and it felt inappropriate to refuse the drinks once they were open.

Great beautiful hotel. For such a large place, a bigger pool is a must or maybe an additional pool. Pretty good breakfast. I was a fan of the omelette bar but not a fan of the overdone potatoes.

Absolute worst Embassy ever! Front desk staff were worst employees I have ever encountered. Walk up and they stare at you with a what do you want attitude! They are doing you a favor. Not a shred of hi welcome, smile! Stayed in hundreds of hotels and never ever even close to this attitude in my life! GM should be fired as its the top down. No food available at all in the day or some offering for weary traveller, idiot management have a room service or be open for small items if restaurants closed. The restaurant but it's not really a restaurant has a sign seat yourself. One guy was serving all the tables. 20 minutes not even a hello dropped glass of sink water never came back. Menu weak and full price $30 small steak. Can't even imagine what goes on in kitchen. Walked out was afraid to even eat, guy could care less. Left hotel to eat came back hours later and the water and same set up was untouched still on table. Problem with rooms front desk stared said would take care of it hour later said no didn't get to it with a get out of my face attitude. The breakfast was disgusting hard as a rock burnt potatoes dry eggs no staff at all. The lot was not plowed properly and filled with snow banks so was half a spot nobody could park so cars were sticking out all over. Was like a circus. One positive the housekeeping ladies and maintenance guys very polite greeted and smiled. Management should put them in front facing position.

Great staff, quiet location. Close to shopping and restaurants but need a car. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall nice hotel would stay again and recommend.

The hotel was really nice and clean from the grounds to the rooms. We arrived over an hour before check in and the font desk was nice enough to let is check in early because of our infant son. The staff was polite and friendly even eager to help us with towels or anything else we needed. Definitely recommend staying here and would book there again!

The usual warm Hilton property welcome from a professional and cheerful staff was a good start, however this property looks like it is due a refresh and a bit of modernisation (as of October 2015). Decor in the rooms is a bit dated, as are the common areas. Bar area has a limited drinks selection, but is convenient if you're staying in, as nearest drinking and eating establishments are a few minutes drive away. Restaurant area does great breakfasts, and an attentive staff will ensure your start to the day is fast and tasty, with a range of hot dishes made to order, as well as buffet style regular selections. In room Wifi was useful, however the air conditioning unit was noisy and not that effective.

Stayed here for my son's hockey tournament over in West Chester. I was very happy with the place. The rooms we had blocked off for our team were on the first floor around the atrium area. Most of the rooms had a living room area and a separate bed room with pull our couch. I got a room with an extra king sized bed in what would have been the living room area. The atrium area outside our rooms had tables a sofas for quests to sit and relax. This is where they had the daily Happy Hour, where they served drinks and snacks for free. Free hot breakfast is also provided in the "Grille" restaurant every morning. You can order custom omelettes or eat from the buffet. Food can also be ordered in the afternoon and evening from the bar. The food we had here for breakfast as well as dinner from the bar was prepared well and tasted good. They are used to hosting hockey teams here, so they have rules that prohibit playing floor hockey in the halls, running around. And they enforce a curfew of 10pm where they need to be in a room unless accompanied by a parent or another adult. They had managers roaming the halls to enforce this. While they were not maniacal about it, they did remind the kids when they got a little too boisterous. Being on area around the atrium had its perks, we were near the free drinks and snacks during happy hour, we were close to our rooms if we need get something.
