No heat, fridges don't work, pull out couch was like laying on springs, king bed is like a rock, my husband borrowed a plunger from the front desk because the toilet wasn't flushing, then the sink wasn't draining, second time here, refuse to come back, I'm cold, my food is spoiled, I've had no sleep, my husband and I are getting sick. I hate to complain but we worked hard to go on this trip all to throw 600. In the garbage, was going to tour Philly around our hockey games but now have to find something to make us sleep so we can have a safe drive home tomorrow. I don't recommend this nightmare of a hotel to anyone. Apparently no quite hours, kids above bedroom ceiling were yelling, running, sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling, that finally ended at 3am. Left us 3 hours of sleep with cold air, 62. Degrees room, 5 :30 am my husband finally complained, we're now be moved to 5th floor.

While Hampton Inns are some of the worst hotels you will ever find, this place was alright. We were forced to stay here for a hockey tournament. Everything was in working order in the room. Shower was good. A good shower makes any place better.

Hotel does not offer microwaves in every room. Had to change to a room with a king-size bed rather than two doubles in order to get microwave and refrigerator in the room. Then, was given the wrong key card, which when we opened the door with it, there were people already in the room. Other than that, breakfast was good, no complaints there. Once we got the right room, everything was clean and neat.

Stayed here for the Too Many Games Expo this past weekend. Room was great, the breakfast was convenient and the front desk staff took care of all our needs. When I return to TMG in the future, this would be my first choice.

Overall we had a great experience. The hotel was booked up because of TooManyGames Expo, but the staff was very attentive. My only criticism is that our restroom wasn't functioning properly the whole time. Staff took care of the issue, but it was only fixed temporarily. Again, overall the stay was wonderful. The room and hotel was very clean, the layout was casual yet elegent, and the breakfast was great in the morning. We will definitely remember that hotel for future reference.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was very clean and well appointed. Slept like a baby on their so comfy beds!

Great place to stay and the whole staff was amazing and helpful for everything we needed including let us park are motorcycle under front awning during heavy rain storm so bike wouldn't be drenched especially the seats this is are 2nd time staying here and will be happy to stay again thank you all especially rob for letting us park are bike out of the rain thank you all very much you guys are awesome.

Wonderful hotel. The bed was comfortable, the workers were super nice and funny. And the breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here for NYE 2018. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was far better than what other hotels offer.

Nice hotel. It is a little"dated", but they are about to start a renovation project soon. They had some pictures and samples set up in the lobby and it looks like it will be very nice and modern looking. As for now the rooms are comfortable and quiet. We had a suite and it was very nice, well equipped with a microwave, stove, Refrigerator, and dishwasher. Plenty of hot water. Two separate areas with independent air conditioning and heating. I would/will definitely stay here again.

The manager greeted me with a smile and a plate of freshly baked cookies. He was very helpful and even upgraded me to a suite for free. This was an amazing stay. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Fast internet too.

Hotel was clean, room rate was reasonable, staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They included complementary continental breakfast in the morning which was also nice. The lobby had a fireplace gpi2mg. It was warm and inviting.

Way more than just a hotel, this was our home Please read my review! Me and my family were displaced from our home. Lindsey, Director of Sales, found out and made our stay at the Hampton the best stay ever at a hotel for the last 4 months. Her and the GM Rob, and every staff member, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The free complimentary Wi-Fi (works great too) for being a Hilton honors member which is free to sign up. The complimentary breakfast each morning is delicious, the pantry staff was so nice to us made sure we always had enough to eat, even cleaned up our syrup spills from our fresh waffles, and the best Donut Fridays! I will surely miss the oven baked cookies served daily at the front desk M-F. There is also coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7 always made fresh. Les who is the absolute BEST in customer service, Jennifer, Curtis, Darius, truly caring and kind front desk staff were always there when we needed them with a kind hello, to anything we needed. The cleaning staff, which I think I will miss the most lol, was so kind to us, always making our beds, clean towels, vacuuming and always had a smile. The entire staff should get a pat on the back, they truly deserve it. I will never forget how they ALL made us feel at home. We are beyond blessed to have come across this hotel and all the people who help run it, it's not an easy task.

Had no real complaints. Rooms were clean and up to date. Only minutes from lots of popular designation and its right off the exit of 422. Extremely close to the casino. I would stay here again.

Had some small hiccups this last visit but the staff are EXCEPTIONAL. My company keeps coming back because of how well we are taken care of. Les, the gentleman at the front desk, is fantastic. Thanks again for a great stay.

Im a diamond member with Hilton, and Les (the front desk worker we see whenever we stay here) is absolutely amazing. By far the BEST customer service any hotel could have. If I had a job open for him I would hire him in a second. Hotel itself is clean, just like any other Hanpton, but Les is the reason we stay here every other month! Thanks Less!

The location is amazing if you're going to the Expo Center. We got a king suite and it's very roomy and cushy. Service is impeccable and quick. The breakfast is tasty too!

We had to ship a bunch of boxes there and everyone was very nice to us about it. They even upgraded our room at no cost because they were nice! Incredible staff. Especially Rosco and Les!

The hotel is easy to get to and close by several restaurants, stores, and highways. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Their pillows were very thin, I'd be sure to bring my own next time.

BEWARE: EMPLOYEES STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS! A friend had her phone stolen from this hotel. The location device showed it at this hotel and showed her phone being moved to the parking lot. Nothing was done by management. And to make matters worse, management refused to provide a corporate number for her to report the incident.
