Stayed here many times and the rooms are super nice and always clean from my personal experience. The hotel and casino staff are super nice and helpful as well. My house keeper brought me extra towels and water bottles, which was very sweet! Will be returning soon.

The hotel is clean rooms are very nice. The only complaint I have is we are in a 2 bed room. I must sleep alone due to my pain I move around alot unable to to get comfortable. My husband has the other bed he is a big man. We have our 40 year old son with us and he was forced to sleep on the floor bc the front desk refused to give us a roll a way bed. Poor customer service.

This is a very small Casino and thing are to close together. They need to build more thing around them and. But the staff was nice. And I'll be back. Things for children to do and other things to do in general.

Very disappointed called customer service department and rep promised to have a manager call me back this afternoon. 8 hrs later no call. Dont even bother with here. I've spent good money down here and get flyers for free rooms and Never get comped. Drive the extra hour. Resorts and parx offered me a free room, meal, and decent free slot play! Id rather give Parx casino my business. You should comp your customers once in awhile.

I Love Valley Forge Casino Resort we always come here and we are still here Watching my favorite Group The Soul Cruisers. I Love the Casinos, the shows, food is Excellent, the drinks are Awesome. Everybody is so nice. I Love it here. It's so Gorgeous here.

The rooms at the hotel were great. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout my entire stay, anything I needed or questions I had they were always courteous and eager to help. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

The food at Valley Tavern was good, but the service was SLOW. We had to leave early or would have been late for the show. Everything else was nice.

Awesome place to stay, people amazingly friendly! The bar, full of characters. Rooms are very nice, and well layed out. Great place to stay business or pleasure. If you're in this are, promise this is a first choice.

Didn't get a room or dine at this location, just came in to check out the casino. Free parking and valet available. It wasn't located in a heavily populated area. Had a few drinks at the bar; pricey if you're not gambling at the bar machines (otherwise they're free). Had absolutely zero luck at any machines and blew over $100 but had quite a few free drinks so the night wasn't a complete loss. Also I'm a non-smoker and this is a smoking casino so I came out smelling like an ashtray, which is the only reason I'd give this place a 4, because obviously one's luck can't be controlled by a casino that's geared toward making money. Typical casino overall.

Building is showing its age. Guest Rooms are updated and the beds comfortable, but the dining options are limited and the gaming floor quite small. They did a good job updating the lobby area. Perhaps I'm being picky but I found it strange that the big, heavy glass entry doors into the main floor don't open automatically. If you have suitcases you have to jockey through two sets of doors in competition with others just coming into the casino.

My friend was coming in to town for the weekend and we decided to spend one evening at the Valley Forge Casino. Although it is not the largest casino in the area, it stands out from the competition for a few major reasons. First, there are three different hotels located within walking distance. Having multiple options always ensures competitive room rates. Second, there are NUMEROUS restaurants within one mile, a few of which are located right on the property. This includes a pizza shop that stays open until 6am! Third and final point would be the staff. Many casino employees seem like robots and you would struggle to pick them apart from a 2010 robot. Not here though, VF Casino employees were happy and genuine.

I hate leaving a bad review especially since the issue was mostly beyond your control. My wife and I wanted a getaway and decided to stay the night at the casino, we went to check in and were told due to flooding and power outages we had to stay at the Radisson, no big deal but we had booked a king room at the casino and were offered the same there but we were told there are no windows in the room, so to not feel like we're in a prison we took a room with two queens and tried to make the best of it. We tried to go to the Valley Beach for some drinks and the pool but it was shut down upsetting but understandable, so went into the casino and had a couple drinks and played slots, every restroom on the floor was closed and since we both needed one we went back to the room to relax and get ready for our 730 pm reservation at Revolution Chop House, which we were both looking forward to, we go down and it's closed with no phone call from them letting us know, this and having to take a lesser quality room is the reason for my two star rating. As for the good, we wound up having dinner at the Valley Tavern and the service and food were both very good. My wife called and spoke with Gloria who took care our concerns very fairly. This will not stop us from returning and trying it again, hopefully without the downpour and thunderstorms.

Always enjoy going to the casino here. Much easier to get in and play without needing to do the weird membership thing anymore. So nice just being able to walk in and get going. Tables were packed, in a good way. Didn't win anything which was a bummer but I don't normally go expecting to. It is a casino after all.

The hotel rooms are very spacious, extremely clean and the bed is SO comfortable. I saw some negative reviews about water temperature but our water was burning hot, and ice cold plus every temp in between! Housekeeping service was prompt and always ready to bring clean towels, etc. The casino is small, but super fun. They have a food court with pizza, burgers, sushi, and Dunkin donuts is coming soon! Great place to visit!

Friday at 5 pm doesn't sound like the ideal time to head to the casino, but we had a blast! The table minimums for table games were reasonable at $10. We ended up playing craps for more than an hour. The attendants were really professional, friendly, and happy to explain the rules. The staff made the experience! We will definitely go back.

Decent time. Went to stay there for the pool but it rained most of the time. Room was nice and bed was comfy. Casino floor was a bit small. But did the job. Lots to do with KOP mall 5 minutes away. Would def stay again.

We always have fun at the casino. Really friendly employees at the tables themselves. We have a yearly visit where 6 of us spend the night gambling at a table. We asked the Pit Boss if he'd open a table just for us — and he did without hesitation. This has happened for the past 5 years in a row — so it is a consistent thing we do, and we're really thrilled that the Casino supports our request. We don't always win, but we always have a good time.

Lots of fun, people who work there are really friendly and helpful. Good food, no matter where I eat. Sometimes the machines at tight. Have to know when to quit. Gifts are pretty good too. Most times I can use what they give out. Smaller casino, but I was told it will be expanding soon. Going there almost every Sunday, I have gotten to know a lot of people Fun to talk to. Will continue to visit Valley Forge Casino.

Revolution is a nice steak house. Small casino and limited machines. Clean but hard to get a drink from staff. Very crowded during contests and giveaways. Ate At Asian Noodle. Fabulous as usual. Picture of the lamb chops but I also recommend the Braised Beef Stew with the thin noodles (pictured too). It is a soup and includes bok choy. Remodeled hotel room are very nice.

Before I start this review I have to say I only went to the hotel, not to the casino. The room itself is extremely nice and spacious. There's a lot of food options as well as things to do in the area. The staff is very nice and overall a great experience!

My room was clean and a decent size. Room service was served in to-go boxes and a paper bag with plastic utensils. The bottled water that was brought up with the room service were warm. Ice machine was not working and no channels on the TV. Went to dinner at the chop house, the food and service were great, but there were some ignorant and rude people dining there that caused us to change tables. Played the penny slots for less than 10 minutes, lost $40, and could barely breathe because of the smoke (in a non smoking section). The only reason it got a 2 star instead of 1 is because the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very fun and pleasant experience here! Clean, well maintained, lots of stuff to do. Nice, helpful staff. Will definitely return and recommend.

Dear Valley Forge Casino Resort, I was a guest of your hotel checking in with my ID and credit card on the evening of 21 May 2018. I was there for a trade show hosted in the casino. After setting up my booth, I had dinner in The Tavern, charged my dinner bill to my room and went to bed early to be on the trade show floor the next morning. At 1:00am the front desk called my room to ask me to come to the lobby and pay for my dinner at The Tavern. The nice lady apologized but ex…plained that there was a mistake when I checked in, and they didn't capture my credit card number correctly. I asked if we could fix it over the phone or if I could come to the lobby the next morning; but she said no, the restaurant can't close until I paid the $28 for my meal. I had to come to the lobby then to take care of it right away. I got out of bed, went to the lobby and turned over my credit card, again. I went to the front desk the next two mornings to talk to the manager, but no manager was on duty either time that I was there. I even gave my cell phone number to the person at the desk to have the manager call me. Unfortunately, they never called me. I would think a hotel's main goal would be to offer their guests a good night's sleep, so this was a disappointing visit to the Radisson for me. Devina.

The casino is easy to get to and parking is a breeze, but I just didn't like the vibe I got from the dealers. Maybe it was me, but the dealers felt a little too cold. My drinks also weren't very impressive or delivered in a timely manner. I will continue to come here out of convenience and hold out hope for future visits to be better. Maybe I'll check out the night life and see how that is.

It's small and there doesn't seem to be a non-smoking section. There are much better casinos in the Philadelphia area… I do not recommend this one.

Nice little casino… There are slots, roulette, craps, and ultimate hold em tables. But no poker room. They say they have approval for one do it is coming. A bit smoky… They could use a better ventilation system.

Facility was beautiful but for the price there should be breakfast included. One of our families stayed there also and found dog poop and blood on a towel in the room so clearly there needs to be improvements made in that department.

This place is dirty. The slot machines literally ripping you off. Put a $20 in without playing down to $5.3 machines after telling someone and waiting for 1/2 hour we left. Free spins don't add up to the number won. Staff is horrible. Great idea open a pool stuck in the shade while you go to a so called pool party with hotel customers and their kids. Not to mention they screw over outside promoters. The list goes on. Big zero.

Fun time! Quick or long visit convenient. Parking free, friendly and easy. Good eats and events. Very nice hotel. Super convenient access at only a mile from King of Prussia interchange. GO!

Amazing customer service, very polite people at the front desk. We had our fraternity formal event here and the staff was amazing. The bartender during the event was spectacular and never disappointed. The bartender in an adjacent bar was just as delightful. Would highly reccomend staying here whether it be for a formal event or a normal stay.

We didn't go to the casino so I can't comment on that. Room was fine, no complaint. Food pretty good, breakfast lots of food, service weak though. Exhibit space was weird, but like the rest of the hotel. It was just too spread out. So no special complaint, just generally don't need to go back ever.

Some of the staff is very rude. For awhile, we did not get books and they just made up amounts of slot play, which we always had to ask. Non paying members were getting more slot play offers. And every month ours went down. They did replace some of the people at the desk where you get your cards. And trust me they needed too. Plus when questioned how our play was figured, no one could tell us and no one bothered answering our emails. Also my husband got $5.00 slot play on Sundays only. We were told they do not give slot play on Sunday, but yet there it was. I hope when the new owner takes over it gets better.

Casino, hotel, and outdoor pool all at one location. Its right off 422 and offers valet or free parking. For the casino you need to have a membership unless you are a members guest. I believe the cost of membership is 30 bucks year and they have lots of tournaments and giveaways. The rooms are nice, reminds me of an extended stay hotel.

My wife and I had dinner at Revolution Chop House before seeing Lisa Lampanelli do stand-up on Saturday night. Chef Nick prepared the most fabulous dinner we've had in quite a while. The short rib sliders were perfection, not to mention, the incredibly fresh and delicious oysters my wife had for an appetizer. Also, they completely took something as simple as a wedge salad out of this stratosphere. I mean, it blew me away with the intensity of each ingredient. Our main courses left us both with ear to ear smiles. My expertly prepared lobster tail and my wife's short rib and truffle cream papperdelle were exquisite and we were literally sad when we looked down at our plates and realized we were done. Our dining experience was everything we could ask for and more, the evening was facilitated and moved so smoothly bc of our server Michael, he and the entire night, were wonderful and we will absolutely be going back again and again. We owe a debt of thanks to my wife, Cathy Pagano's cousin Rick Raimondi for recommending the restaurant. His experience in food preparation and catering at the Valley Forge Casino came in more than handy.

I enjoy close everything about this place the game for employees and security officers are amazing. Very easy to get along with and have a great sense of humor. The only thing I have an issue with but I would say is a very big issue is the people well the females to be exact that deal with new cards and such they are very rude and not very concerned about the people who come to play not all of them are bad but a select few of the woman. Were extremely rude.

Great place, fast room service, clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. It's great having a casino connected to the hotel, that was a plus. Because of this, the hotel had very reasonable prices. We enjoyed our time.

Had a wonderful time exploring Valley Forge for the day. It was great to come back to a very nice room. A great room for a great price. Dinner at the casino was wonderful and the staff was great. Now I'm not a big gambler, it had been over a year since I played roulette, but I have to say it was the most fun I've had losing my money. Everyone was having a good time, no one at the table was to serious, even the dealer was getting in on the laughs and action. The drinks were coming on a regular basis. We had such a great time. We have decided to make VFC an annual trip.

Great property full of amenities from live entertainment, delicious restaurants, and recently renovated ballrooms and guest rooms. Beach/pool rocks in the warm weather and the staff is super friendly no matter where on property you might be! The casino is always hopping with convenient access however, you don't have to walk thru it to access any of the finer points of this property. I have personally stayed here many times and always had a restful stay in a spotless room! Two thumbs up!

The staff are very cordial. Half of the facility you can smoke and the other you can't. I won big. Lots of parking and the facility is also well ventilated.

This was my first visit to the Valley Forge casino. The decor is very nice. The staff is friendly. While I was there, I ate at the Revolutions restaurant where the burger was the best I've ever had. I played the slot machines. The casino was small and smelled like cigarette smoke. I made plans to return to see the comedy show.

I love coming here! Besides the casino which has everything you could possibly love about a casino plus a very VERY friendly staff, and cleanly environment. I don't even know where to start with the hotel … my daughter and I do do nights out just the two of us and yes she likes to come here even though she is way to young to gamble lol. She adores this place. The rooms are ALWAYS above the top clean the room service always comes very quick, the food is delicious and like casino staff is very courteous I very much recommend.

I visited as part of a conference. I only spent the day, primarily in the Grand Ballroom. Play it was a little strange since the smaller conference rooms are downstairs, and my event had check-in downstairs. So people were little lost figuring out that they had to go upstairs. The venue in general seemed well put together, and the provided lunch and snacks were plentiful and sufficient for everybody. I would visit again.

Great place! Nice hotel rooms, lots of meeting space, friendly staff and a fun casino. You really can't go wrong here, whether you're going to see a show, doing some gaming, grabing some food, staying at the hotel or having a party, they make sure you have a good time. Lots of parking space which is really helpful when you have a crowd or are having an event here. I'll definitely be back soon!

Best dealers around. Always friendly and engaging. I love going in even for an hour. Very clean and I can honestly say the hospitality is 5 stars. Great place to escape reality for a bit and just have fun.

The outside of the casino was very well kept, the grass was cut, and the flowers were healthy. I didn't go into the casino but the event hall was fairly big and organized well, the conference room was nice to be in too. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

While this Casino is Well maintained and employees are knowledgeable and friendly, I was disappointed that upon arrival, I was required to accept a $10.00 Membership fee to enter the casino. While I was assured that I'd receive the fee would be returned later for credits on my next visit, I chose not to join. Mostly because I was unsure that I'd be returning soon. It is not located near my home, or workplace. I was disappointed, because I was unaware that they had this policy and I've never visited a casino anywhere that had this. I recommend that unless you're an avid gambler, who is likely to return often to Valley Forge, that you locate similar establishments which don't require a Membership Fee.

Small casino but hubby and I enjoy gambling there! Only real fault is that they have smoking and it is Smokey and not the best ventilation system! Otherwise, they give free drinks if you're gambling and the help is always very pleasant and very nice!

In a word… nah… Entry requires purchase of a player's card (for those that are not guests at the hotel) That kind of entry does allow you to use cash value (I believe $10) for food or drink… but for low rollers this casino is a money pit. For you true gamblers my bet is you will love it. A bit smokier than other casinos so bring your oxygen tank if in doubt.

I have mixed feelings about this casino but overall I think it's pretty decent and not a complete waste of time. It's smaller than traditionary casinos and you do have to buy a one-day pass or a monthly membership to enter the Plus is with the membership you do eliminate some of the riffraff that would normally be in the casino taking up space. Because this is a hotel there's a lot of other things going on throughout the hotel which makes it look a lot crowded than it is overall I think it's a pretty decent place it's worth going once or twice in your life and checking out.

Not a very big gambling floor to start. The non-smoking area is non-existent. Gaming is limited due to size of casino. Given the other casinos within a hour drive of this place I would recommend going elsewhere.

And, ask for a decent beer while you're throwing money away? Sorry! We only serve Miller draft to the gamblers (yuck). No. Just no. I'll never step foot in there again.

Never have luck here. You pay to get in and I just never get a good vibe here. You don't get that happy reception when coming in that you should get coming into a casino. I wish I would like it better being that it's so close but I'd rather drive a lot further to go to a casino.

Great casino. A little on the smaller side but I've always been able to get a slot machine. The valley beach bar is a nice addition and I recommend checking it out when it's open during the warmer months.

Enjoyed drinks and slots at the Valley Forge Casino. Payed sorts and had a couple of beers. Appreciated the cover charge which I got back in a gift card. I used it at the bar. Table limits were a bit high for me, though (15-20).

Visited the casino. Had an entrance fee. Had some typical fast food. A DJ throughout the night and girls with drinks. Lots of slot machines. Not very crowded, spent a couple hours and left.

My husband and I went to investigate it and you can't even get in without purchasing a special membership. Since we are from out of town it didn't really make sense for us to do it. The parking was hard to figure out. Not very impressed walked out without giving them a dime. Very snobby environment.

So far very unimpressed with Valley Forge Casino and Hotel! I have called twice in the past two days including once in the past two hours about our reservation that I made in February and now you suddenly don't have a room with two beds! So now I am sitting in the parking lot with two kids, while my husband is inside trying to figure out what we are going to do. Every staff member we encountered so far was very rude. There are "two" separate hotels but apparently both are run at the Radison. The employee at the Valley Forge desk told my husband "I don't know what you expecte to do! I can't leave my desk! " How about pick up the phone and call someone!

Location was very easy to find. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but they offer valet so that would probably have fixed that issue. Only saw die stairs where blood drive was being held. Very nice and well kept area. Staff was extremely helpful.

I was at the Valley Forge Casino event Center on the bottom floor for a large blood drive. While at this blood drive, where plenty of families were present, not to mention it is a resort where one could assume families would also be present, the bathrooms did not have baby changing stations. Any where. Not very family friendly. After we did our good deed we wanted to gamble. We were willing to lose the money we went in with but no. Apparently their licenses only allow you to use the casino if you spend money at the resort. So because the blood drive was a "free" event we had not spent money so therefore could not enter the casino unless we paid $10 for a day pass. A license is a license, but it needs to be advertised somewhere. I feel very led on about that as a consumer. If you have to stay at the resort to use the casino it should be advertised that way.

I am not a gambler, but ended up staying here for work. My room came with $10 to enjoy. When told last call, I went to the bar and was ignored for 10 minutes by the bar tender who was talking to girls about personal things which I was close enought to hear. Once I moved to a place, still at the bar, where I could get his attention, he refused to serve me. It was just 2am at that time. He said he didn't see me, 6 seats from the girls he was talking to, and told me I was too late. As I tried to explain that I had been there, his response was demeaning and insulting. Then as I walked away, he continued to be belittling. Everything else was great, bit this is a prime example of how one person can can make a company look bad.

Terrible casino. Cost $20 just to walk in the door. But we got a $20 gift card for lunch. Only two very small non-smoking areas right in the middle of all the smoking areas. The cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming. How do they get away with that? Then for lunch, the bill came to $24.38. I gave the cashier the $20 gift card — she said I owed $14.38. When I told her the gift card was for $20, she said "Oh right". REALLY? So when she finally said $4.38, I gave her a $5 bill. She took it and closed the register. When I asked for my change, she said "Oh, yeah". Unbelievable! If I could have chosen no stars, I would have!

A good quick fix if you are in the mood to gamble but don't want to travel far. Clean interior with a decent variety of games for a smaller casino. Rewards program on par with the competition. Only negatives are a lack of affiliation with A. C. And can get very crowded on the weekends, making it harder to get on your game of choice.

It's a pretty good place. There is a good selection of games. The casino floor is fairly nice. For members, there are great monthly promotions. My only complaint is there are not enough black jack tables. I often have to wait to find a seat.

The room was subpar, very dirty and old, with little upkeep. The windows were dirty, the sheets were stained, the tub was dirty. We ended up checking out several hours after we checked in because the beds were so uncomfortable. Additionally, the payouts at the casino are terrible. Save your money and go play at Parx.

Nice place. Pretty packed though, so it's difficult to find tables, at least on weekends. Also, I don't really like how they allow smoking anywhere in the place. That said, I had a good night and will probably return to lose some more money.

We came here over the Valentines weekend with a few friends to play black jack and spend time together. The casino is pretty nice and we had a nice sized room with a Jacuzzi. I also liked the proximity of this place to the Mall. We went shopping for a few hours and spent some of our winnings. We also were in for a real treat this weekend and stopped into the Steel City Studs male revue on the lower club level. We had so much fun and the show was really entertaining. I think we are going to plan my friends bachelorette party and surprise her into coming here in June and make another weekend of it so we can have her party at the male revue. After we left the club the main topic of any ones conversation for the next 2 weeks had to do with how much fun we had at the show.

It's just an okay casino, I absolutely HATE that you have to pay at least $10 just for one day access to get into a casino that never allows you to win on their slots. Parx is way better, Sugar House is as well, and guess what… you DON'T have to pay to get into either of them to actually WIN money! Valley Forge is only 15 mins away from my house, but I'd much rather drive at least 45 mins for Parx or Sugar House.

I was so disappoint in my 3 nights stay book thur priceline… (1) I was charged 4nights additional stay after I paid priceline. (2) I order room service. It was delivered to the next room. The next door neighbor delivered my order and also stated he gave them a tip. (3) When I turn on the faucet to brush my teeth the water was dark gray… for to be a casino hotel. I would suggest my enemy to stay there. This hotel is nasty!
