Very modern layout. Beds amazing! Wonderful sleep. Clean hotel. Set back from the road on a dead-end, so very little traffic noise. All the needed amenities. Solid breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Close to King of Prussia Mall. Very nice rooms, small outdoor pool, quiet location. The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Great full breakfast every morning! Staff was wonderful, as well.

The hotel is nice, but they tacked on over $50.00 in fees after we checked in. The AC sucked and the fan wouldn't blow cold air. The front desk admitted the air was broken in our room, but could only offer us a downgrade of a room and no other compensation! So I have to stay in a cheaper, smaller room because your air is broken, and you aren't giving me any money back? They offered 30k in points which won't even get me half of a free hotel room. Terrible customer service. Breakfast was ok, at least.

I loved my time here at Springhill Suites Valley Forge! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The receptionist was very accommodating despite having a large crowd of customers in the lobby and multiple phone calls. The room is clean and upscale. The bar has a decent selection of local and national beers, plus some pub food. The bartender was helpful in recommending local eateries as well. There is plenty of parking. I had a great experience.

Loved this hotel! Spacious, clean, off the beaten track yet easy to access the King of Prussia Mall and decent eats. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Service was friendly. Place was clean.

Below average customer service for a Springhill Suites. More often than not, the staff is disengaged. I have the same complaints on repeated visits to the point that I don't expect anything above par. They do not follow up with requests from the customer. I typically have to speak to a manager directly for any issues. They also don't honor any of the perks of a reward member. Benefits is the distance to the office I have to visit occasionally and 422 is right around the corner. Rooms are nice and clean, but that's the standard for a Marriott hotel.

I recently stayed here right after staying at the SpringHill Suites in Willow Grove. Both are excellent properties. This one is a little bit more upscale and cost significantly more. The staff was a bit more professional although a number of them were not quite as friendly as Willow Grove. The rooms were excellent with the standard sweet seal larger rumor and much nicer for Road Warriors. There's also a very nice Lobby breakfast area which doubles as great place to get work done.

The hotel is in great shape. It looks like the rooms are either new or have been newly remodeled. The rooms are very large in the bed is outstanding. The bathroom is great and the television is an updated flat screen.

Clean rooms and nice staff. We stayed here for my kids hockey tournament and the staff was very accommodating to the kids. Awesome breakfast setup and nice layout. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay. The place was a ghost town when we stayed, and that's how we like it. Very, quiet, very clean. The rooms were spacious with large bathrooms and separate living space with microwave and fridge. I liked that the TV could be seen from both the living area and the beds, but that ends up being a problem when the kid goes to sleep first: there's still a ton of light and more importantly, sound, that covers the whole room from the centralized TV spot. So, if they splurged for a second TV for the living space, that'd be better. Overall, I enjoy the ease of access along with the pricing and reasonably quality experience (it was clean, although there were some things falling apart in the room: battery door on TV remote, wallpaper coming off the bathroom wall, etc). I would've liked there to be some more beer options at the "store", and I do miss room service. That being said, I'd be fine with returning some day.

This was our first experience with Springfield Suites. We chose this hotel for location and having additional room with our small child. Check in was a breeze. Our room was updated, clean and in general good repair. There were some spots where the wallpaper was peeling or hallway carpet was coming up. The free breakfast was nice with plenty of options to choose from. They did have a bar area but we never saw anyone manning it. We would consider other Springhill suites when traveling.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel looked new and clean. The only down side was the room was very dry and the air conditioning either made it very colorful or very hot in the room. There was no middle ground. All in all though it was a great stay at this hotel!

This place is off the main Road, not easy to see. Good free breakfast, rooms are kept clean. Recently updated interior. Welcome feeling. Rooms Have mini fridge and microwave.

Worth the money and breakfast was really good and it was free! The bed was so soft! I will be back again!

Its an awesome hotel. Only one dislike n concern. When traveling at nite, its hard to see and find the turn from the darkness into getting to the hotel. They need a lot sign or some kind of mark yo direct you.

SpringHill Suites is tucked away… if one is not in the know a person would just pass by the street, Mancill Mill Road. It is ocated between Beidler Road, a Bridge, the dark barn (that gets hit so much) and The "Towers" off of Allendale… heading toward VF Park.

Pretty nice hotel once you can figure out how to get there. The entrance is not easy to see and it looks like you are driving into a residential side street if some sort. But once yoy are in the hotel, it's modern and clean and the rooms are a good size. The only other down side is that there is no restaurant at the hotel and nothing even remotely within walking distance. The mall is 5-10 minutes away and that's where you can get dinner.

Clean room, quiet location, friendly staff. One of the few places I've stayed with my family of 5 in one room where housekeeping is smart enough to stock 5 bath towels. Thank you.

People very nice and as accommodating as possible. The rooms have the oddest layout I’ve ever seen. One bed faces a TV in a niche, and the other into the bathroom (with a large frosted glass door). Be aware that there’s busy bar scene. Recommended for business travel (I didn’t see any women but that may not be representative). Rooms have heavy male scent.

Clean rooms. The hotel was full our fist night with families attending a hockey event. Kids were roaming the halls at 11pm. I would have liked the staff to have gotten security for the evening.

Excellent staff and handicapped provisions functional and efficient. One complaint and it’s not a reflection on hotel rather on other guests. Children throwing popcorn in lobby, adults not supervising their children. Obviously everyone there was present for very important event but it is not OK to let your kids throw food in lobby. I’m a paying guest as much as you are. Popcorn made it to the elevator as well. Staff is not babysitters. I asked kids to stop or were their parents going to clean up. Kids cleaned up but no one followed through with maintenance of kids. Parents getting drunk at lobby bar and children running all over. They whooshed past me. If I fell from unsupervised kids whose fault would it be. Hockey sticks on hotel walls at 1am, who isn’t supervising their children. Sad reflection to see entire hockey team of young kids affecting an entire hotel. I’m not the only one affected. I most likely the one with the loudest mouth. How fair is it to lower a hotels rating because of inconsiderate guests. Not fair at all. Mornings in the lobby were deafening because parents set kids free on the food buffet. No supervision what so ever. If your kid burns themselves on the waffle iron it’s not the hotels fault! Surprise! It’s yours! So my evaluation of the hotel is a 5, the evaluation of the guests, 1. I would rather isolate in a room than sit in a lobby with parents and kids who have NO respect for others. Sad to think this is how things have devolved.

Taking kids for hockey tournament and checked in early Friday afternoon. Everything seems neat until when both myself and my little one got awaken by some 3 drunk people at the patio right beneath the room! And it is 2am! Complained to the front desk second day and they asked me to call if that happens again anytime after 11pm and tell me sorry there is no alternative room to change to. At the second night which is Saturday, only got more people out there in the patio enjoying their night out. Great so my recommendation is never ever stay in this place or get a room that is really away from the patio if you plan to go sleep before 2am.

Great hotel for the price. It's close to everything and the room was nice, too. The complimentary breakfast was nicer than I thought it would be.

This place is gorgeous. The rooms have a great layout as well. Breakfast and a pool AND Wi-Fi. I'm set for days!

Great service. The room was super clean. The only problem was the shower would not drain very well. You could see this has been an issue for awhile. Over all very pleased with the stay we had there!

The room was nice and clean but the AC blew directly in my face in bed. I'd have to get up and turn it off throughout the night, but then the room would get hot and I'd have to turn it back in and have it blast me in the face again. Other than that, nice clean rooms, nice staff.

Close to local attractions, and helpful staff help this location earn 3 stars. Trash under the bed, furniture wearing, and the AC unit detract from an otherwise great experience. I travel as part of my job and I typically prefer to stay in full service Marriotts. However, I decided to venture out if the location is right. I have stayed at this location in the past, 4 times. This was the first time my room was dirty. The big downer is the AC unit blows directly on to the bed and it never seems to turn off. Once it's on its on until you raise the temperature or turn it to heat. I prefer a cold room but this thing will freeze you. I haven’t stayed here in the winter months so I don't know if it acts the same way with the heater.

Great Staff, quite, good breakfast, and really comfortable beds.

The rooms are very nice, if a bit small (for a suite). The beds are comfortable. It's in a very beautiful area. The valley forge national park is less than a mile away. Decent Wi-Fi access. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, with good variety.

King suite is set up in a strange manner, smaller then expected. Bar open until 11 with limited choices. No restaurants very close. Room was clean.

I enjoy this hotel. I usually stay there on the way home from the Outerbanks. Nice rooms, Very quite, Okay breakfast. When I stayed on 12/28 the front desk clerk was one of the nicest I have ever encountered. I will continue to use this hotel in my travels. I just wish that had bath tubs.

The rooms were very nice! We ended up having a handicapped room which was actually awesome because we have a 1 year old daughter and I believe that was the only room with a bathtub and we needed that for her! The space of the room was great as well. Did not feel cramped at all! The staff were very nice. The only complaints I have is it was extrememly hot that week/weekend and the pool was not open. I heard it was because they always close it on Labor Day weekend. I just think it would have been nice to open it back up when the temperatures were so high. Also we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling that was kind of a problem. Also our last morning there we woke up to a very large cockroach beside our bed! The front desk took care of it in a very timely manner but I am just glad it was the last morning there or I probably wouldn't have been able to sleep there again! Overall it was a nice experience. The breakfast was very nice every morning, great amount of options and pleanty of seating.

The hotel was fairly nice but there was too much noise and ruckus constantly around the hotel and the 6 person rooms didn't have bathroom locks.

The room we have is awesome, the staff is friendly, and the location is great.

Great newer property. The rooms are well designed and equipped. Lobby, dining area, and bar have plenty of comfortable seating for enjoyment.

Rooms look absolutely marvelous to be standard rooms. The new age design is a must for every establishment, an here at SpringHill Suites. Every nite was wonderful, although we were snowed in we couldnt have chosen a better place to crash.

Great vibe, very modern and clean. Stayed for one night and didn't use the bar or exercise facilities – planning to on a possible future return trip. Breakfast was simple, warm, and fantastic (oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and turkey bacon, plus an assortment of 'continental' options). Less than 10 minutes from the KOP mall. Really enjoyed the rooms, especially since the TV had HDMI capabilities (often an underreported feature — this let us watch Netflix and do some work requiring a large screen), and the Wi-Fi worked like a charm. Would definitely visit again soon!

Absolutely loved it there. We took a 7 day trip up the East Coast, and stayed in various hotels along the way. We stayed the last two nights there since we would be flying out of Philadelphia, and by far this was the best place we stayed. Lots of room to move around in, the couch was awesome to stretch out on. It was all very clean and everyone was so nice, even loved that they had a fire pit to sit around in the evenings. Next time we need a hotel we will be looking for a Springhill Suites!

Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent service, excellent facilities!
We were a group of 6 people and arrived about 9 pm. The lobby has a bar serving food until 10 pm and the bar closes at 11 pm. It has an area outside the bar, where there is a campfire to gas, where you can sit around it and enjoy the evening with a drink outdoors.
The rooms the broad enough for us 6 and the same design was very modern, elegant and functional. The rooms seemed considerably economic attention and facilities.
Only cons who could comment are that the pool is outdoors and during the autumn and winter is unusable and is another that is far removed from the city.
