The room is very spacious and very clean. The food at the bar was top notch! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed there since I had some classes for work. We ended up extending our stay 2 extra nights due my car being vandalized. The entire time we were there, the staff was AMAZING! They were so patient with us — helping us in any way they could do we didn’t have to worry about the cost of the room or meals. The staff was nothing but super friendly and made sure they took care of whatever they could! We highly recommend staying there and will definitely return there! Thank you so much for everything! 🥰🥰

Never a bad stay. Courteous staff clean rioms.

They overbooked the hotel. Have my room to someone else. Gave me a smaller room than I had booked. Made me wait hours for a roll out bed. We didn’t have enough towels. Waited hours to get towels. The toilet seat was broken. Ice machine on our floor was broken. It was a total inconvenience.

Poor management and does not care about their customers. Wurzak Hotel Group/Sheraton Valley Forge would rather put customers throu hell than work with them to resolve issues.

Very clean and Great customer service. When you walk into the building the first thing you see is a huge beautiful Christmas tree. I stay here often and I highly recommend this hotel. I had the best housekeeper I asked her to do one thing for me when I returned to my room she replaced everything and cleaned everything.

Rooms weren’t ready for check-in. Although I had a do not disturb sign up, housekeeping kept knocking on the door asking if I wanted my room cleaned. Housekeeping was so loud in the halls that I couldn’t even take an afternoon nap. Very snarky staff. He asked if I was with some leadership conference, I said no. He said my room block indicated so. I insisted that I’m an elected official here on business with a different group. Took them almost 15mins to find my checked luggage. Hotel is too far from the city. Do not stay here.

Hands down BEST STAFF and MANAGER!
Leadership is everything and you see that at this hotel. After being on the road for over 10hrs when we arrived we were greeted with a smile and helpful staff. From the bell service to the bar and restaurant. Dennis from bell services/valet was a game changer and helped us with our stuff to our room and even helped us once in the room get our TV going. He was so professional.
Manager and I had been in contact through the day and was fantastic about making sure we were taken care of.
Bartenders also let us order 5 minutes before kitchen closed and said no worries and understood and we had by far the best meal ever and those drinks hit the spot!
Overall A++++ military friendly and pet friendly and just all around GREAT! Thank you Sheraton Valley! We will definitely come back.

Been a wedding photographer I rate Sheraton valley forge hotel A 10. The staff is always very professional the food is consistentlyHigh quality with excellent flavors. The place is always clean.

I have never heard of hotel that requires you to cancel 48 hours prior to arrival or you will pay the cancellation penalty! As a person who suffers with migraines (and I don't have a crystal ball to know when I will get a migraine), your policy will prohibit me from making any future reservations with your hotel. As an Event and Meeting Planner, I will not consider you for possible events. I believe in treating my clients with respect and consideration. Clearly, you are not.

Went to Ralph's Italian restaurant for dinner last night and it wasn't as good as the South Philadelphia location. My food was bland and very overpriced. Don't think I will be going back to this location.

The entrance to the building, is very beautiful and modern. I had a boxed lunch, which consisted of turkey, red pepper, asparagus with an avocado spread. The maitre'd was very informative to our needs.

Attended a conference here. The hotel was really nice and new. Easy to get between the conference room, dining room, and bathroom. Bathrooms ran out of supplies though. My only other complaint was that my gluten free meal was not good at all. I couldn't even tell what it was, it was so strange. Would have been happier with a chicken breast.

I was here for a two-day conference in May. Very comfortable ballrooms for the seminars. Food was better than average. Plentiful parking as well and great views of the surroundings.

I would recommend for anyone doing an corporate event. Location is close to major highways and easily accessible. Lots of new construction in the area and places to eat and shop. Welcoming staff and modern design.

Stayed for one night. Used their shuttle service, which was very prompt and the driver, Michael, was very personable. Had a couple of drinks and appetizers at the bar. Both were very good, but a bit on the smaller side. The atmosphere was great. Room and bathroom looked great, were both very spacious, and were very comfortable. All staff were very pleasant.

As a platinum elite member, I’d expect much better. First room was for the hearing impaired which I’m not. The room was next to the courtyard door on the first floor staring at the outside wall. Second room was not much better with the old style tub and shower. Seriously, didn’t this go out of style years ago? Closet space is almost completely consumed by dresser drawers. Staff is disinterested at best.

I loved my stay. The pool facility was perfect and yes, they have a whirlpool. The staff was very accommodating and I slept very soundly. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Friends had to leave their room at Hampton Inn KofP. We had a fabulous meal at Ralph's, awesome waiter, & drinks in the lobby bar. I'd drive over just to eat there again!

We dined at Ralph's of King of Prussia. The meal was excellent as usual and the staff was friendly and accommodating as they are with every visit. Definitely one of the best italian meals in the area. It's located in the lobby of the Sheraton. I have never stayed over night there but the lobby is always clean and nice and the staff has been friendly.

Checked in at 11:30pm on a Tuesday after traveling. The hostess told me to hold on and had to spend 20 minutes on the phone getting approval to give me a room. This was after I had called ahead 9 hours prior and received an email asking me "how was your check in? " Came into my room and went to hang up my clothes. Closet was fully occupied with the safe and drawers, no where in the hotel to hang up my suit or shirts. This hotel is not built for business travelers. From there it didn't get better. The next morning I went down to breakfast and asked about breakfast. "We have a buffet with an omelet bar for $14. " Great, honestly for the conference I was a vendor at, nothing sounded better. I got down early and put in my order. 10 minutes later I came back and checked in on my food, "man you're 3rd from the bottom, be patient! " from the cook. It was a bit aggressive but I know it's a stressful job. 30 minutes pass and I never got my food. I ended up leaving and after complaining to staff still paid full price despite not getting the breakfast I wanted. Bartenders were great, good recommendations and local bottles. Got back to my room and ordered room service. Paid $60 with tip for pasta with shimp and a beer and it came luke warm with 3 shrimp. Vodka sauce was… fine? Honestly at this point my expectations were so low I just needed calories. Recommending different local hotels next time for this conference. This is embarrassing.

Rooms are clean, the bed is great but the pillows are too soft. So much pressure from the shower that the curtain doesn't stay in place. Fitness area and pool are wonderful and well stocked with towels and ear buds. Ralph's is a little high in price but the meatballs were tasty. A free breakfast would have been appreciated.

Great experience here! I stayed here a few days and was really pleased with the friendly service, the rooms, and the ambience. There is a great Italian restaurant in the lobby which makes it convenient if you don't feel like traveling, or just want to run downstairs for a drink. The hotel has all meals available, which again makes it convenient. The rooms were nice, but the shower design was poor, and after every shower, I had water on the bathroom floor outside the shower. The rooms are a little over priced, as they probably should be in the $175-200 range in my opinion. But you're probably paying for location, as it's located literally minutes from the casino and the KOP mall. There's also a huge movie theater within a mile of the hotel. And the hotel shuttle will provide transportation to all of these locations free of charge. The shuttle service drivers are amazing!

The Sheraton Valley Forge is a lovely hotel. It has an Italian restaurant and bar near the large lobby. A great fitness center (that has complimentary headphones in case you forget to bring your own). It is very close to the king of Prussia mall as well, so there's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

Rooms clean and nice, the fan in the bathroom ran 24/7 without on off switch and that was a bit annoying but it acted as white noise in the evening. Great indoor pool and fitness center. Customer service was great and they offer a shuttle service to nearby areas, king of Prussia mall and the iMac theater is less than 5 minutes away. Easy access to the highway. Lobby is beautiful and welcoming.

This place was a dream. My brother, his small rat terrier, and myself went to Philly for a week and ended up staying here during that time. We got good deal for it being off season and a very good deal with there being no additional pet fee. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. Valet parking in the evening was a pleasant treat as well. The service was very friendly. No complimentary meals as some other places offer but there is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor (quite expensive though). Another concern was when I was leaving I piled all the bedding and towels into one pile on the floor so room service could easily remove them from the room and I noticed a huge yellow stain on the top half of my mattress. Looked most definitely like urine. Also looked like there had been no attempt to clean or bleach it what so ever. I was very surprised. I have kids and animals so I know accidents happen, and some times it is impossible to get all traces of the stain out for someone who does not know what to use to remove it, but this stain was far too large to have been unnoticed and far too yellow and even to have had anyone even attempt to remove it. I did let the staff know on the way out. They seemed surprised and said they would let housekeeping know.

Stayed in the King Suite and was very pleased. Clean room with a nice working desk and a shower that is very nice. The front desk staff were helpful and there's plenty to do around the location with the King of Prussia Mall so close.

Rooms are nice, with a decent fitness center and pool. However, during my stay, the lobby spring water leaks and the management had to put buckets under them. Couldn't believe my eyes.

Amazing hotel, staff is very friendly and for platinum members, the lounge is really nice and has good snacks during hors d’oeuvre. I generally stay in the studio suite because it gives a lot more room than the standard rooms.

Second year at the Sheridan for a holiday party for my girlfriend's company. The staff has been friendly both years, but this year the food was slightly sub par. The steak was undercooked for me and my girlfriend had a hockey puck. But the experience was fun and the place is as always beautiful.

Attended a corporate holiday party in the main ballroom. Staff was very professional and very attentive. Plenty of bar tenders to handle the 450ish people in attendance. Bathrooms were very clean but at the far end of the ballroom and down a hall which was quite a hike from our table. Food was fantastic. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

Bench seating is much too low for table height. Suggest sitting at table with chairs. Food was okay but overpriced for Italian food. Our leftovers were boxed up and placed in separate thin plastic bags. In my opinion, it's a wanna be high-end Italian restaurant that's not there yet. Glad we had a Groupon!

Rooms are nice and clean and at a great rate. But quickly learned why… the walls are paper thin. Was woken up by the guests next door to us and it felt like their conversation was right in our room, at 1am. And why have doors? You can hear everything in the hallway. Worst sleep ever.

Room smelled terrible bathroom shower had more pressure than a fire hose and hurt more. The desk was rude and curt never got my bill emailed. Coffee in AM $2.00 per cup. Wi-Fi expensive. Overall staff was helpful and friendly. Meeting facilities were good.

The front desk was very time consuming, uninformative and not very pleasant. We attended a wedding that was under staffed with servers. Food was undercooked and cold. Servers seemed to be annoyed when asking for things. Also very shocked the room did not have a bath tub!

After working in customer service for over 30 years I am a pro proclaimed customer service Guru. I train people in customer service, I have written literature about customer service, and have learned from a customer service class with the Telephone Dr. That although the customer is NOT always right, the customer is STILL the customer. I currently work in an environment where surveys are done daily to assess our customer service strengths and we also have secret shoppers to do the same so I know how important it is to give feedback on the customer service that you received. Research shows that negative reviews spread 9 times faster than positive ones, so I will be sure to let everyone I know hear about the wonderful service we received at the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel. I will start with Noreen, my daughters wedding planner. If you know my daughter you know that she can be high maintenance however, Noreen met her high maintenance two notches above her expectations. The friendliness of everyone from the housekeeping staff, concierge, bell staff, event staff, waiters and maitre' d were all fantastic and unparalleled. The food was delicious, the rooms were spectacular and clean, the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the location can't be beat. When my daughter first told me that she chose a hotel in Pennsylvania when we live in New Jersey I could not for the love of God imagine why. Once I arrived, I immediately saw what she saw.

Super luxurious hotel, and surprisingly budget friendly. Breakfast buffet is okay but above average for a hotel. Room is extremely nice and comfortable. Definitely feels like a vacation in this hotel.

This is such a lovely hotel, and best rates are on the weekend because its mostly considered a 'business' hotel. They have a GREAT indoor pool. They place smells great. The rooms are clean and lovely.

My girlfriend wanted a room there but told the front desk that we might have alternate plans, so the front desk said she could leave a credit card number to hold a room. She gave them my card number and told them she would call back to confirm running the deposit if she wanted it for sure. She did not call back because we had alternate plans. A week goes by, and I notice a charge for $136.00 on my credit card from Sheraton Valley Forge. I called the hotel and spoke with the manager and she said "we charged your card without your permission because your girlfriend made a reservation". I never made a reservation, nor stayed at this hotel and they won't refund my money. Greedy Bastards.

Nestled away in the heart of King of Prussia area of PA. The Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel is a modern classic. The hotel is relatively new with modern corporate feel,. It sports a modest Indoor pool, slightly impressive workout area and overall comfy experience. My primary issues with the whole place was that lack of local information about food (instead they wanted to steer you towards their in-house restaurant /bar that carried some of the most insulting prices for alcohol and desserts I have ever seen. The dinner entrees were more reasonable. ) Thankfully you could just use Grubhub or Google the local area for more reasonable food and drinks. Overall I enjoyed it.

This is a good hotel. Very comfortable space. Good breakfast buffet, but we had some bugs crawl out of our bathroom towels. We indicated this to the front desk and the attendant said she would take a note of it and have a manager help us out in the morning. Upon checking out a new attendant said there were no notes about it but that a manager would give me a call. Still no one has reached out to us.

I went to a conference and got food the food was very good.

What an enjoyable first time experience this was. The staff was great! They were welcoming, helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and modern. We also ate at the breakfast buffet it was Very good. The fitness room was actually a fitness room not just two treadmills that you normally see at hotels. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great room. Everything appeared newly renovated and clean. Free bottled water. Free shuttle service until 10PM to local destinations (mall, casino, restaurants …). Service was excellent, very friendly.

Too much to say about this terrible place. We paid for a suite and were given a smaller room made up to look like a suite on a lower floor. When we tried to discuss this with the manager, he lied to us about availability and tried to give us a cheaper room on a bottom floor without offering a refund or compensation. Our room was overlooking a ceiling, there might as well have not even had a window. When we turned the water on to the tub, it came out brown. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, while the pillows were old and worn out. The AC running didn't help out with the stuffiness and poor air quality in the room as if it had been smoked in recently. And the ceiling was old and stained.

Raddison was nice. The casino had much to be desired. Breakfast was perfect. Overall a good time!

I was there for a business training class. They served us a taco bar and mashed potato bar for lunch. It was an odd combination, but the food was actually really good. The girl doing the potatoes made it look almost like art with the toppings. She used what looked like a mini martini glass that gave it a nice look.

Great hotel. Still has mostly new feel. Nice courtyard, fire pit, indoor pool. Bar is decent but restaurant food leaves much to be desired. Breakfast buffet is good, but pricey if you don't have status.

Nice venue. Attended for a trade show event. Pleanty of space as well as good food and drink to socialize.

I was part of a meeting being held here. The facility was very nice and we'll kept. I did not stay at the hotel, so can't speak on the quality of the roons, but everything else was very nice.

Attended a wedding in the ballroom. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Drinks were of high quality and the bar tenders were very nice.

The hotel itself looked great from what I saw, which was the lobby. I went to the Sheraton for their restaurant called Ralphs of South Philly. Food was awful. Bus boys were rude. I would thank them for their services and they ignored me. My entree took over 40 minutes to come out and it wasb't even worth the wait. I will never go to this restaurant again.

This was a lovely hotel. It was located about 2 mins from the king of prussia mall. Our room was a standard room it was very clean. I loved how soft the bedding was. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. We didn't stay at the hotel but only had dinner at Ralph's. OpenTable was used to book the table and we got there early and had a few drinks before the table was ready. The dinner was very good as well as the service.

Don't ever change your credit card you are paying for the room with. Checked in on new years eve and of course paid a lot for the room. Used one card to pay for it but then learned in the morning it had not been charged yet just put on hold. I used a different card to pay for it then after being told the previous card would just have the hold released. Here I sit today with two cards having the full amount taken off. What a nice way to celebrate new years.

The facilities themselves were nice. Clean, decorated, really great space for a company Christmas party. During the hors d'oeuvres hour, the food was ok… their ranch dressing was really good, but the fact that that's what stood out and nothing else says something. Alcohol wasn't served at the drink carts, just soft drinks… But the drink servers seemed so out of their element! Simple drink orders from co-workers like Sprite and cranberry seemed to throw them off. For dinner… service took for-ev-er. We had about 400 people and I'm sure the logistics of serving that size is undoubtedly tricky… But that's what they're in business to do well at, right? Entree round and dessert round were both just out of bounds long wait times. The meat on the entree was good, tender, even if a little lacking in flavor. But the single carrot and few stalks of asparagus, both 'blegh'… and I'd have been stuffed by a Happy Meal in comparison, such a small portion. Dessert was the same. Tiny round brownie with fudge inside and literally a melon-ball size scoop of ice cream on top. What? I didn't bother trying the coffee. Not trying to be a snobby whiner, but with the available options around KoP, you'd be crazy to settle on this place for a large event. My opinion.

Was going to a wedding and had to cancel the room at the last minute due to sick child, I call to cancel and no answer on the phones. I finally get to a voicemail and cancel my room only to find out later they still charged me the $130.00 for the room. After calling to see why they did this, the ignorant person's repeated response was "no call no show honey. Thats the rules". Well sorry to say but you lost another customer.

Good sized room with modern feel. Comfortable beds. But they nickel and dime you every chance. $10 pey day Wi-Fi, $15 breakfast per person, room service breakfast is $21 per person for eggs, bacon and toast. Plus $3 delivery and 19% added gratuity. At $190 per night id expect at a minimum free Wi-Fi or complimentary breakfast. Nice stay but no thanks. You can find a much better value with a nice stay. Had to edit my review after this afternoon. The parking situation is not good. It's not clear where guests should park. So we parked on the same side we had been parking. When we walked in we stumbled through someone's wedding reception that was being held in the hallway between the banquet rooms. Then confronted by someone telling us we shouldn't be there? We are paying guests and had been using this entrance for 2 days. No signs posted that there was something going on or we would have used another, more inconvenient, entrance.

Is a hotel that has nice a restaurant, a great bar with TVs, the staff and housekeeping are great, friendly and very helpful to. The room are huge, very nice with a good size TV, a mini-frigde that bring free water and coffee, a iron just in case you need it, a spacious bathroom and a very relaxing dune, the bed are very comfortable and my windows view face to the pool. Everything was very clean. They have a nice indoor pool, a good fitness center, an Internet center, private parking, they also have a few rooms for privates events. The location is very convenient for those that are traveling, they are very close to many places like Walgreens, CVS, a mall, casino, bars and a few restaurant.

Great air conditioning. Great water pressure. I am so sick and tired of hotels, using the environmental craze to put weak air conditioners and weak water pressure in rooms. I used to stay only at Ritz's and Four Seasons but in many of those locations they have poor shower pressure, and very bad air conditioning — — some of the thermostats sense motion — — so when you sleep and there isn't motion — the room gets hot! This Sheraton is magnificent and for these 2 reasons — — I actually stay HERE even if my meeting is closer to another hotel. Sheraton — — I don't want free points, free water, free whatever. I just want GOOD AIR CONDITIONING and shower pressure — and this hotel provides it. Wife and I used to go to the Four Seasons Philly for quick getaways — — lol, we will now switch to Sheraton King of Prussia.

Had an amazing stay. Won't stay anywhere else in town. Beautiful rooms. Book a studio. It's worth it.

Sneeky Sneeky Sneeky. They give you two water bottles in your room and place them next to eachother near the coffee machine. They placed a tag on one of the bottles saying that the water is complimentary. So my wife and I drank the two waters. Then we go to find out they assessed an additional charge on our credit card after our stay. When I called to question the charge, the woman at the hotel asked if we drank the waters? I said yes but they were complimentary. She explains only ONE was complimentary the other one placed next to it was not. They refunded my card, but really it's not about the money here, it's about the principle of the matter. Other than this and the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast in the morning, (breakfast buffet was $30) the stay was ok. But cheaping out on these little things will make me stay elsewhere next time I'm in town.

I am not someone who generally gives bad reviews, but my experience at this hotel was HORRIBLE! Stained sheets, dingy smell in the room. The staff is uninterested. Worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. Restaurant (Ralph's of South Philly) is great though.

We had reserved the Master Suite more than a week in advance and when we arrived we were notified that the current residents had extended their stay a day longer, therefore we were put into 2 different rooms for 4 people separated by a door. As preferred guests with multiple stays at sheratons. This was outrageous and we will most likely not be staying at this resort in the future.
