Absolutely LOVE this Holiday Inn! We had a wonderful experience! The room was clean, spacious, modern, plus it had a balcony balcony a beautiful view! The staff was kind, courteous, & SO helpful! A wonderful woman behind the desk went out of her way to bring us fresh coffee. 10/10 would recommend!

Stayed with my children in August 2018. The staff was super friendly, rooms were always clean. Great breakfast. Easy access in walking distance to Walmart, the movies, and the King of Prussia Mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel. No complaints at all.

We had a two room suite, with a door in between, which was great. The bathroom was nice and the sitting room was fine. The issue was the beds. The king bed was incredibly firm and after 20 mins you had to roll to relieve pressure. The pullout was super, super thin and springy and the roll away looked like a hammock when you laid down. The bed situation was misfortune all the way around. I was thankful it was only one night.

Very nice hotel for the price. Room was very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the seating is nice, roomy and clean. The location is fantastic. Across from the mall and close to Valley Forge. We'll be back. We had great time.

A clean, nice hotel which serves a very hearty continental breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have nice toiletries by Bath & Body Works, a great coffee machine, nice size refrigerator, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and really comfortable beds. My only complaint was the website indicated there was a Jacuzzi on site although there wasn't. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

This was the worst hotel ever, I did not enjoy my stay at all, the employees were unprofessional and rude, the breakfast was gross, the people of Pennsylvania is just garbage, I have 0 desire to ever return to this crawl space. Worst week of my life and there was a roach in my room, the only person at this L hotel is the older African American gentleman at the front desk, not the guy with the glasses, the other guy whose name I forgot. I will never return to pennsylvania in my life. And I’m 27 so I have a long life ahead of me. I highly recommend everyone to not come here and I say this with all honesty. It really really sucks. This was the worst experience of my life. And this is my first time ever coming to Pennsylvania. Oh and you can’t talk or watch television pass 10:00pm or the security will come knocking at your door to tell you if you don’t keep quite they will call the cops… FOR TALKING! FOR T A L K I N G, I’d recommend you book another hotel or sleep in your car, you’ll be better off, check out time is 10 or 11 am, I can’t even wait that long, im leaving at 6am. I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn’t let me post without rating, they literally don’t deserve that!

Upon entering my room I noticed a few things. Firstly the shower floor and bathroom floor are connected and not divided leading to water. All over the floor. Secondly the sheets on my bed were moist as if they hadn't finished drying from the night before. There was no lock on my bathroom door. Finally the complimentary breakfast was horrific. Only reason it gets 2 stars is because it is close to the mall where everything costs more than my car.

Shower curtain rod was hung incorrectly and couldn't stay closed. HVAC unit expelled black dust all over the bed. Staff was nice and able to get me another room.

Great location but a little hard to find. Room was kinda small and prefer two queens over two doubles. Breakfast selection surprised me in a good way, better than expected.

Great location for food, entertainment and shopping. Room accommodations are as good or better than anything else you'll find in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here about 10 times and the past few years.

Enjoyed my stay here. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Liked the free included breakfast buffet each morning and the free coffee bar available in the lobby throughout the day.

Rooms were very clean, all the amenities we're easy to use or figure out. Bed was very comfy, pillows a little too soft for my liking but that's just personal preference. Breakfast was better than most for free. Darn good coffee as well.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff and great location for shopping. Only reason I have it 4 stars is because the tvs are smaller than I like but that's tiny issue. Overall very nice hotel!

One elevator out of order for a 7 story hotel. Room smelled like the housekeeper used a whole bottle of air freshener to kill some type of smell. Breakfast not set up till 6:30 am. I have it two stars because the bed was comfortable. Oh, and the blinking florescent light over the microwave was pretty cool too.

In dire need of renovation. Hotel is overpriced considering the numerous issues (holes in the walls, black mold in the bathroom, a leaky sink etc. ) Also, The entire staff, top to bottom, needs a lesson in customer service. I have often had better experiences at super 8 for halt the price!

Really nice facility close to the mall if you're into shopping and the highway entrances and exits so you can easily get to anywhere in the Philadelphia and Southeastern PA area. Traffic around the area is miserable. My room for the holiday inn was fine and the staff was pleasant.

Nice hotel. Close to mall and other stores in area. Rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is good too.

Clean place. Service can be improved. Location is superb. The mall is right across the road and food options are hardly 20 steps away.

My children and I stayed 3 nights. The facility was neat, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was clean and we'll stocked. The breakfast was great with a wide variety. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to everyone!

Friendly and helpful staff but while I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my ride after I checked out I saw a bed bug crawling in my lap in the chair. I didn't see any of my room just in the lobby but I don't think the guy believe me so watch out. It was nice other than that.

The front desk was polite and prompt with checking us in, and the lobby, breakfast area are very welcoming. The food was hot and fresh! The only issue we had — the door to the bathroom in our room was not fitted properly and would stick so it was difficult to open or close. Other than that little issue (and wishing the restaurant next door wasn't a Hooters) this is a great place to stay and value for money.

The gentleman at the front desk was not very knowledgeable. Could not help with most of our questions but a man from the service dept who happened to be walking by was able to help.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were another story. As far as cleanliness, they’re fine but if you are in a wheelchair or have mobility problems, keep looking! We were told only 2 or 3 rooms that had grab bars and were switched from a spacious, ADA specific, room with a roll-in shower to a room with grab bars but no room in the bed area to turn around.

Hard beds like stones. It seems that the air conditioner filter had not been cleaned in centuries by the disgusting holor. Breakfast better than some, but nothing stellar. They didn't want to make any restitutions on the room.

My view from the 2nd floor window is a tree branch and brick wall but other than that the room is great. No other complaints.

Was there for a Pokemon Go raid but didn't catch the Raikou. Other than that, super recommended place for a tailgate. There were 20 of us there!

Avoid if you can. Beds are uncomfortable… my room is kinda smelly. AC is super loud, mini fridge compressor is very loud. Not pleasant spending any time in the room. Not very often I look forward to check out of a hotel but in this case I can't wait to leave. Only reason I'm here is it wasn't sold out… now I see why. It's cheaper than my preferred hotel… and now I also see why.

I think the hotel maybe used to be a different brand and HIExpress bought it. The layout isn't the typical Holiday Inn style. The bathroom is quite small. The lobby area and breakfast area is great. Beds are very comfy! The walls are a little thin, but it didn't bother me getting to sleep, which is usually a problem. There are hotel quiet hours late in the night and they obviously work.

3 stars because price and location were good, otherwise I would have rated lower. Not rated higher because our balcany door was unable to be locked. Even though we were on the top floor, it didn't ease my mind about the overall security of the building.

Nicely redone over the past few years. Absolutely perfect location off 476, 76 and 276. Great access to the mall.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was respectful, warm, and responsive. The facilities were clean and maintained. I love the location more than anything. Right next to the largest mall in the country, across the street from walmart, and right aside a Hooters. They take care of things here.

Rooms were clean and kept nicely. Service was great.

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 9 days. It was the best experience we have had in a long time. Kara and Marsha from the front desk were great and very helpful and Regina of the cleaning staff was a doll. We would recommend this place very much. When we go back to PI we will be staying there for sure. Thank you all for making this a very nice and relaxing trip.

Not bad, but not as clean as I would expect. Room had toenail clippings on the floor.

I've been to several different Holiday Inn Express hotels recently, and they never cease to please me. The rooms are clean and don't feel too cramped, the bathrooms are nice with plenty of hot water, and the breakfast is great. Two words: cinnamon rolls.

Older facilities bit not all bad. I had to turn the ac down to 60 in order to get my room below 75 degrees, was hot all night because even then it would kick off and let the room get hot again. Also limited selection at breakfast.

Well it was an getaway for the hubby and I. Things were just not the way expected them to be. Hot tub seemed dirty, two out of four exercise equipment was not working, the complimentary breakfast was so so, some stuff didn't seem welcoming, well others didn't know nothing. Over all experience okay… expected. Way better and oh yea the Wi-Fi was HORRIBLE!

Checked in a on Corporate account and had called ahead to verify rooms availability. Stayed the 1st night uneventful. Then in the afternoon The harassing phone calls started to get me to vacate the room. They oversold or overbooked and were trying to displace myself and my crew from our rooms because we stay at lower rate. My crew obliged (weak) but I stayed till the last minute I needed the room. The management was trying to make their problem our a problem (paying Guests). Well Holiday inn, you treated me like trash trying to kick me to Curb, I will never stay there again! Your breakfast was terrible and rooms weere updated in a rush lacking any sign true craftsman ship. DON'T stay here.
