Hotel was part of a stay to play soccer tournament so we did not have much choice other than to stay here. Stayed Friday Night through Sunday. Room was not completely clean at check in. Room was not serviced/cleaned on Saturday. Air conditioner extremely loud and inefficient. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Asked for a late check out on Sunday, which is pretty much standard when you are traveling with a team so that the kids can grab a shower after they play and before they hit the road. We were denied the late check out because "if you don't check out until noon it wouldn't give housekeeping time to get the rooms cleaned. " We have traveled for soccer tournaments for the past 10 years and most hotels have been very accommodating, especially when they are a part of a stay to play arrangement. As far as housekeeping having a chance to service the rooms, as stated earlier ours was not serviced at all on Saturday, and housekeeping could be seen on both Friday and Saturday still walking the halls cleaning rooms at 9 and 10pm.

Nicely remodeled hotel but we had a bad experience with a group soccer team. The weather on championship Sunday was Rainy with chance of storms. I asked for a one hour late checkout and was told no because “too many people asked”. We live five hours away and I was hoping to let my daughter take a warm shower after a rainy soccer game before the long drive home. We’ve traveled to many cities and hotels over the years and have never encountered this type of inflexibility. Since this is a remodeled hotel, the air units are extremely loud and will wake you up when they turn on during the night.

This place has gotten better since the last time I was here. It is cleaner. Though I wouldn’t consider the place clean. The bed was comfortable and the front desk was nice. The AC unit was loud and seemed to have problems keeping up. There was stains on the sofa in the room and we found some sort of crumbs in the bed under the sheets. The bar sink worked but the fixtures was broken and hard to turn off once it was turned on.

This place was great. It has a bar inside the hotel (high price) and a nice swimming pool. I was there for my brother who was having brain surgery and the hospital put us up there. The front desk was very nice. The only thing was house keeping didnt bring any clean towels or take trash for 4 days.

Very nice accommodation. Rooms are clean and squared away. The bar and restaurant is nice. Two thumbs up.

Had a good stay. No issues with reservations or amenities. Relaxed in the hot tub after some breakfast. Good spot to stay for Zoo Amphitheater shows. Not a bad price either. $50 refundable deposit/room. The King sz beds btw.

It was a very clean room and pool area was clean. The staff was knowledgeable about the city and hole in the wall places to eat. The hotels restaurant was good and not over priced. They even had a little snack store off the front desk with drinks and a variety of snacks it was open 24/7.

Rooms were large. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious. The man on duty when we arrived was great. Our visit was great.

I stayed here for three nights while visiting OKC. Positives: The location is great! 5 miles from downtown, 2 miles from major restaurants and a shopping mall, and gas stations are very close. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool (3-5 Ft deep) and a hot tub. You will have to be a registered guest to use swimming pool facilities with a capacity of 24. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, no lifeguard on duty among other pool rules. The pool facility is very clean with towels for guests. The hotel is very neat! From the lobby to the rooms. As shown on the pictures, the lobby/restaurant area is spacious, colorful, and has three TV screens, one big one for a lounge hangout. I paid for breakfast and it was worth it! There's buffet over weekends and weekday is regular order. From 5 PM to 10 PM, the grill is set up with alcoholic beverages. There's a lot of parking spaces with options of parking your vehicle near your room/wing. The hotel is very quiet both during the day and at night. It's a very kids friendly hotel and kids under 12 eat breakfast for free! You can also order a meal for lunch or dinner at their restaurant. Negatives/Need Improvement: Housekeeping request was too slow! After informing the management that the room was ready for housekeeping, after stepping out for over 2 hours, every day on coming back nothing was done! I had to request for the second time, especially for fresh towels. The rooms (I had a double bed) are dimly lit.

Staff is always helpful. Rooms are clean and up to date. Breakfast of great and they have a well stocked bar.

The entire staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The food was good. I will stay here again.

Staff are friendly and ensure guests are satisfied. Hotel has done some updates. Air conditioner fan super noisy. Drain in tub and sink drains poorly. Rooms are clean.

Very clean, quiet place. The pool is fun for the kids and the hot tub is great for the whole gang! I would definitely recommend and stay again here in the future! 5 stars!

Pretty disappointed in the sky. A dish was left outside my door for 2 days. The room wasn't cleaned two of the five days I was there. And the picture I'm attached shows they're outside maintenance where they leave piles of nasty clothes by the entrance Door. The whole facility needs a good deep cleaning. The steps or never vacuumed the whole time I state. Things were Dusty and dingy. From the outside it does not look bad. But when you really get to looking at it there is a lot that they need to start focusing on.

Rooms were adequate for the price. Nothing fancy but they could have been cleaner. Biggest complaint was the customer service. There was a simple misunderstanding with our reservation but instead of helping solve the problem she became very hostile towards us. Some new staff or better trained staff would up it to 4 stars.

Nicest place at this price point I have EVER seen. Laundry, office center, pool, Jacuzzi, full bar and restaurant. I was impressed. Clean and easy to find and convenient access to the city.

I loved it very nice stuff their food is best and mornings it's always fresh we went there just for a nice day the staff for very helpful and I hope we will go back soon by the way my name is, nayiya.

I stayed here for 1 night on my way to Phoenix, AZ. The room itself was very nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Only problem was there was no breakfast included despite the relatively pricey night. Plus, the breakfast served in the morning was a bit expensive. The restaurant felt overpriced overall as when I peeked at the dinner options everything seemed very pricey there for rather basic meals. That had a decent snack shop though that was surprisingly well priced. Overall a pretty decent place to stay for a night if all you are looking for is a nice bed, as the accommodations were a bit lacking.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, and is location was very convenient. The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool area was clean and in good repair. The on site restaurant had descent food and great service. I would stay here again.

Great experience here. The staff had great customer service, from the bartender, the front desk, to the maids. We didn't eat breakfast because it was too expensive, but we did eat dinner there and it was delicious, and worth the price.

The front desk attendant is very friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area the hotel is nice and clean they have an indoor pool a weight room and a bar I enjoy traveling and stay at lots of hotels this could just be by chance but my bed is in most comfortable bed I've had will definitely plan on staying here again Thank you, James.

Nice quiet stay. Pool, workout facility. Pet friendly. Rooms were clean. Convienent location off of NW expressway. Staff was responsive to all questions.

The decor at the entrance was so aesthetically pleasing that we ended up with a nicer room! The lady helping uy's at the desk was super friendly, and took pride in her place of employment — — made it that much more enjoyable. Keep it up!

The facilities were incredible. The rooms were comfortable and nothing seemed to malfunction while I was there. The restaurant had pretty good service and was accommodating for the group I was with. I enjoyed my stay and would go back.

King suite for $115. From the front desk to the housekeeping, great service. Nice pool and even huge hot tub. However, dont plan on getting the traditional breakfast. You pay per meal.

Very nice hotel. Great location for why I was in town near the Science Museum. I gave it 4 stars because most of the rooms were all around the center eating area on the ground floor. This meant that anything going on (such as the dog show night before dinner) was very loud and could be heard through the door and under the huge gap at the bottom of most hotel doors. I couldn't get to sleep until after midnight. Second issue was the AC was EXTREMELY LOUD when it would kick on. I couldn't hear anything. I needed to turn the TV way up and then when the AC shuts off the TV is blaring.

Nice hotel with wonderful staff. Only reason I did not give it 5 was because the bed was too firm and there the fire alarm went off at 1 am and everyone had to evacuate! Made for a short night since I had to get up very early.

The hotel has a very modern look. It didn't look like the typical Holiday Inns that I stay at. The room was big, and comfortable, and the pool was very nice.

Stayed two nights. The location was excellent. Out of the way yet close to everything. Staff were accommodating and the room clean. Would definitely stay again.

Update 7/23/17: We stayed here again for my fiances next appointment. This time we brought our kids with us. Again our needs were completely met and Mrs. Joyce even left my daughter a birthday card in our room! I really hope we get the opportunity to come here again. We absolutely love her and staying at your hotel! Our stay here was amazing! My fiance and I are staying here for his surgery. Mrs. Joyce was such a pleasure to meet! She made sure we had everything we needed and even left a sweet card under our door the wishing him well for the surgery. The room was excellent, very clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back! Plus we wanna see Mrs. Joyce again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. It was easy to find, within 15 minutes from everywhere we were going, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Jackie at the service desk was very helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially because it's affordable and nicer than expected.

Nice hotel. Clean and convenient location. When I checked in the staff could have been a little more friendly. I had to wait for quiet some time to be waited on and was not approached with a very friendly face. Other than this I would give it 4 stars. Although I probably won't pick this location again.

We almost missed out on this gem because of bad reviews. Shaun went above and beyond for us at a very late hour. He was awesome! The room was spacious, the shower was great, plenty of hot water and beds cozy.

Hotel was nice. But we got to the hotel at 3. There was a huge line, waiting to check in. After an hour we were told our room wasnt ready. So the girl said we would get the breakfast free the next morning. Only to find out that it was free for the whole hotel. We get to breakfast and there was eggs, bacon, and potatos. Very cold. There was only a burner u der the potatos. Nice building, but the experience made the stay not worth it.

My visit was amazing. Upon check in I was greeted and promptly checked in. Walking to my room I was able to admire the outstanding decor inside. I had a request shortly after checking in the Front Office Manager Exavier who was also the one who checked me in was very kind and friendly fulfilled my request rapidly. I hated the way this hotel was set up. It was like a mini Embassy Suites so it seemed less private. No balconies so you'd have literally go the the first floor to even go outside. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was helpful. I stayed 2 nights and the first night a woman was stabbed at the hotel but the neighborhood was quite nice. Must have been a random guest that was bad.

Would not recommend. We showed the Thermostat was not working nor TV. Finally after getting AC fixed when we came back to the hotel our room was over taken with a powerful smell of marijuana coming through. Had to be moved to a different room. Second floor seemed to be occupied by local riff raf. Not a good place for families to stay. Terribly disappointed in this Wyndham. The customer service was below average. The occupancy/ patrons staying were very suspect.

This hotel claims to be 100% smoke free — the hotel wreaks of marijuana and cigarettes. They do absolutely nothing to address the problems. The service is terrible at the restaurant as well. Awful hotel.

The suite we stayed in (room 309) had two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms had water pouring out of the base when you would flush. Then at around 11pm our air kicked on and you could smell weed coming through the vents. We ordered sheets and they never came. The pool was out of order which disappointed the kids. Not a hotel I would ever stay in again!

As e had three rooms for a family gathering we asked three times for cups and towels and never received them. One towel had make up on it (was put in our room the second day) the person at the counter was on the phone 10 minutes before he acknowledged us. Our bathtub was chipped and the edges were sharp. Dusty. Oh the bar and dining area. We could not get Amy service at 100pm?

Ate at the bar and has drinks. It was a little pricey but good food. Drinks were good too. Room are nice and I like what they have did to the place. The location is great too. The front desk was pretty friendly. The lady was more friendly than the guys at front desk. Ask the guy at desk a question and he was acting as if it was a dumb question I asked. The pool is really nice. Love the lights in bar area. I like the rooms have no outdoor entry, that's a plus.

The property itself was acceptable, however there were some elements missing from our experience. Hair Dryer not available in room or at desk. Coffee Creamer was not available at the breakfast area or complimentary coffee bar. Desk Clerk stated they just didn't have any. Only 1 packet was supplied in room and after that reply I didn't want to hear the answer on getting additional coffee condiments so we went to the convenience store. When we asked for a receipt at checkout, Xavier said that was not something they ordinarily supplied. We had to press him to receive a hard copy of our receipt at checkout and it was finally supplied, but begrudgingly. Won't stay at this location again on our OKC visits.

The staff has been friendly. The hotel and room have been excelled overall.

I called the Wyndham Garden Hotel, in Oklahoma City to be transferred to my husband''s room, Xavier, gave me a hard time to be transferred to my husband''s room. I gave him my husband''s first and last name, Xavier said he had to speak with my husband first before transferring me, he said it was their company policy. I shared with him that I called and was transferred to my husband''s room earlier that day, without any issues, and he assured me that that person was not supposed to do that. I asked to speak with the manager, and he told me that he was the manager. My husband called the front desk later on that evening and found out that he was not the manager. This is not a good representation of the Wyndham Hotel chain. Hotel address: 6200 N Robinson Ave, Oklahoma City, OK.

I know they are going to try to take this off again but will post. Very unruly accuse someone of taking a phone even when the person did not know what was going on. Also snuck back in the room only to find out roomate was in the room changing no one knocked. Futhermore threatened this person saying they would call the police. Very poor protocol for things like this.

It's a very clean and orderly.

They just renovated it, so everything was really nice and new. The bed and linens were so soft and comfortable. They weren't stingy with towels, and the pillows even had little mints on them. Cute! The room decor was beautiful, with all kinds of colorful throws and assorted accents. Major attention to detail! They don't have a free breakfast, but the menu is great and the prices are about the same as IHOP. The breakfast bowls are huge and a great value. The bar is open until about midnight, and the drinks are reasonably priced. All of the employees are very professional and funny. We had a great time chatting with some of them at the bar. The one thing though… it's a shame that the exterior of this hotel hides the awesomeness that is inside. There's no signage, so we had to drive around a few times to find the entrance. Anyway, I definitely recommend this place. For as inexpensive as the room was, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. It's also conveniently located.

This place. Oh. This place. Checked in on a Friday afternoon. Pulling up, the place looks like they fired the yard guy 2 months ago. The inside is beautiful, and the amenities they have are nice, but let me tell you our experience. Room Checked in and given keys to our "king suite" get to room to discover it is not a king, but two queens. Call desk. Get issue resolved. Room Took a shower at approx 7pm before heading out to a late dinner. NO hot water. None. I assumed it was because of heavy usage and figured that the water would be hot by in the morning. The next morning at 4:00 am there was still no hot water. Nor at 9:00am. I called to get the issue resolved, and was told a variety of things. "There are regulations on how hot the water can be" "We are working on it" "We can't fix it. " "we'll move you rooms". Now. About 8pm this evening the hotel lost power for about 45 seconds and then it came back on. Weird, but didn''t think much of it. Room They moved us 4 doors down and assured us that this room had adequate hot water. Before moving all of our stuff, I let the tub and sink run for 10 minutes. Again. NO Hot water. Called again. And was moved to another room on a different wing. Room I went to the room and checked the water. The sink had NO hot water, but the tub/shower did. I figured this was as good as it was going to get. About 8pm, just like the previous night, power goes down. Not for long. Under a minute. Now. At 3:25 am we get a fun surprise.
