This hotel was clean and our king room was very spacious. Their complimentary breakfast was good and had lots of variety. If were ever back in OKC would definitely stay here again.

Stayed three nights for a work conference. The front desk staff was friendly, nice, and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Also the location is great, several restaurants within walking distance.

Very clean facilities and the pool was neve very crowded. But the breakfast was well above what I expected. The staff was extremely accommodating especially Laura Griffin who helped me quite a bit and made very good recognize recommendations businesses around.

Beautiful room and big comfy beds! The room was large and well decorated. Good group on the front desk. Hot cookies too! We love staying at Marriott hotels!

If you are looking for a hotel with a hot tub, this is not the one. They show a hot tub in the pictures of the property, but when you get there you will find it has been filled in. Beside the fact that do not have something they are advertising the rest of the hotel was good.

The staff there were very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast had a nice variety for everyone. Beds were also very comfortable.

The staff here are great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You get the standard hotel breakfast here for free here which is nice.

Good hotel, breakfast choices were the usual, waffles, eggs fruit yogurt, bagels and great coffee. The only issue I encountered was the temperature of the room. Too hot for my taste no matter how low you put AC on. Hence the three stars.

The free hot breakfast is nice. Waffles, omelettes, bacon, and healthier choices like fruit, yogurt and oatmeal. I had the king suite and it had plenty of room including a sofa, desk and two tv's. There's also an indoor pool and small exercise room. The staff was friendly as well.

Even though hallway sounds can be noisy in the room, we really enjoyed our stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful, rates include full breakfast, daughter loves the pool.

Words can't express our stay. The staff acted like they had known me and family forever. They were very friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Room was super clean and comfortable. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a room to fit our needs. We will definitely be back next time we are traveling.

I was very surprised to find the showers only had 3-4 minutes of hot water. It was miserable to rinse off in ice cold water in Oklahima City in January. Otherwise, the hotel met expectations.

I had an excellent time thanks to good front desk management of Cara, Anthony, Christian and others. And the breakfast were delicious!

Great place to stay on business or for leisure. Great to use our points. Freindly staff. Clean rooms and quiet. Check in was a breeze. When I return to Warr Acres, I'll be staying here!

Hotel is nicely maintained, staff is wonderful. They were able to switch our room for us without issue. Breakfast is also great. :)

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the staff is one of the nicest I have experienced at a Marriott hotel. Definitely one of the best places to stay near OKC.

Rooms were clean and had reasonable amenities. TV could have been larger but that's just me being picky. Breakfast was quite good for a hotel.

I have stayed at this location at least a dozen times and have never had a problem. The rooms have always been clean, and the staff have been friendly and helpful.

I'm not ever one to complain because I understand nothing can ever be perfect. BUT this was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I was happy with my room, but the hotel manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. At one point I was asking her when my money would be back on my card and she answered her own personal cell phone and walked away. At Sprint, we do business with this hotel quite frequently and I'm happy to say we will no longer do so. Your hotel staff have terrible customer service and people skills. AND you need to quit letting homeless people sleep in the breakfast area/wander around the hotel.

Breakfast apparently was just for the early folks. I got there at 9:30 and there wasn't much there. I couldn't even get a carton of milk to drink or for cereal. Ruined my whole experience.

The service wasn't really there. Our room wasn't very clean when we arrived and there was still a lot of trash in the bins. Other than that is was fairly mediocre.

This place was great. Rooms were clean and the breakfast is really good there. Location for a vacation is a bit out of the way from the zoo and water parks. Twenty miles for almost everything. The manager was pulling a double and she was patient with us. Good lighting outside. We will come back when visiting again.

Room was clean, but A/C fan would not turn on when set to the 'just fan' setting. As result we didn't have any white noise to drown out the noise of the adjoining rooms (talking, TV, bathroom use, heavy footsteps) and other doors in hallway closing loudly at all hours of the night. No sleep for this mama.

The hotel was in a great location. There was easy access to food and stores. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The complementary breakage was good too.

This was the perfect hotel for me and my handicapped grandmother was very comfortable. The front desk clerks upon check in were very friendly and personable. We were tired… the two ladies on duty Saturday evening deserve a raise. I will never stay in another hotel… this is my home away from home. Hotel was very clean, despite being crowded it was quite, the beds were amazing, my family came to see grandma and were very comfortable too. The morning breakfast was extremely good… I was pleased and so was my grandmother. She made the statement " I don't really like eggs but these are good". The location was also convenient for us. Thank you Fairfield for making a simple weekend trip to Oklahoma City Mentionable and Memorable! Oh… and one of the clerks on duty heard my grandmother was in the car upon arrival. Asked me if I needed a cart. When I said yes she stepped from behind the counter, took the cart and went out to unload my car… Do they still do that? I did not have cash on me only cards and she never indicated it was for tips… she was pleased to serve and a tremendous asset to the image of your company. I'm so sorry I failed to write down their names… I'll be back to get them though *Wink.

Unbelievably poor customer service. For some trying to give them business for a large group, the sales manager Cydney was no help, and phone calls with her included threats and condescending comments. This hotel is a disgrace to the Mariott name and could really benefit from and 100% turnover of their staff.

I recently booked a room here using Expedia. The room detail stated that all rooms had sofa beds. When I chose my room, the detailed description stated sofa bed. I arrived at the hotel room to find out it did not have a sofa bed. The hotel said that I had not book a room with a sofa bed. I showed them the Expedia app info. They said there was nothing they could do about it and that I should contact Expedia. Expedia made multiple excuses and never explained the misinformation on the hotel description. They contacted the hotel, but could not work out a room change. Expedia then offered me a $25 coupon. I would have never rented this room if it did not have a sofa bed. I would have canceled the reservation, but it was non-refundable. I was offered a $25 coupon and my daughter had to sleep on the floor. This is absolutely intolerable. The front desk first told me that I was wrong and that I had not booked a room with a sofa bed. They then asked to see my phone and showed me what they thought was my booking, which I then showed them the exact description which blatantly stated that it had a sofa bed… and that every room had a sofa bed. I understand that they probably had no control over what Expedia prints on their advertisements, but they responded to me like I made a mistake, then simply shrugged it off and said that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to contact Expedia. Horrible, horrible customer service from the front desk.

As a business traveler, I generally stay in price comparable hotels in another chain. In comparison, my room was really small and lacked business convenience features (ie. Additional charging plugs at the desk and nightstands). Calling the Wifi "High Speed" must have been some kind of joke, because I was unable to complete necessary work without tethering to my cell network. I think you can pay extra for faster speed, but again, I'm comparing it to my regular chain and that has never been an issue. In reality, the main reason for even writing the review is because of my frustration with the internet, or lack thereof. The breakfast was really the only thing they did better and that was marginal. Location is the saving grace of this hotel. It is close to plenty of restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc…
