We will NEVER recommend this location! Upon arrival into the room (423) we noticed the bench was broken. We did inform the front desk and were told, thank you we will look in to it. We proceeded with our stay and no further communication, 2 days of housekeeping. We checked out Sunday morning early (7:30 am) with still no communication, my husband again Informed the clerk of the bench. Again being told ok thank you.
As we drove home back to Colorado. We received a phone call at 2:30pm from Ashley Coldin, apparently a manager of sorts. She proceeded to accuse us of breaking the bench and stated we would be charged for it. She made no mention of an amount and clearly assumed we had ripped off the leg of the bench. When asked to speak with the General manager my husband was told her information was not to be given out. (Weird! ) within moments $300 was already taken from our account. No email no receipt nothing!
As an IHG Platinum Status member, we would like to recommend you to STEAR clear of this property.

Loved this place, it was so nice! Our King suite was excellent! Very impressive!

The facility was new, clean and nice. Kids running and making noise so you couldn't sleep. Appeared to have locals coming to pool to swim. Cars pulling up with kids and swim suites and then leaving. When attempted to talk to you man at front desk we were completely dismissed. He was rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Location is good. The size of the room is spacious enough for three people. Love the bathroom not as other were small and cramp. The down side of the room ate no other mirror except bathroom. TV is small.

Very well kept hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is pretty quiet with a new community right across the street from it. During my stay there was no real noise issue but with the new center nearby that may host large events and receptions I'm sure the crowd can be loud. Overall I had a great experience with my room.

No late check-out even 15 — 30 minutes was not allowed but nice clean room and very good breakfast.

This was probably my best hotel experience ever. The rooms are clean and modern. Water pressure in the showee is excellent. The walking trail and pond out front are AMAZING. You can literally walk to Walmart from this hotel. There is a close Starbucks but the hotel's free 24 hour coffee is even better than Starbucks. Every staff member was over the top friendly. I wish I could remember all their names. One name stuck with me — John. He was busy cleaning up a pool incident (it overflowed? ) when I came down to swim. The incident caused my swim time to be delayed for s bit. He apologized repeatedly. Later, when I came down to buy a soda, he paid for it, to make up for the delayed pool time. The pool temp was cold. That was the ONLY flaw we saw during our two day stay. Great hotel!

Ask for the lake view, the other view is parking lot. The beds are too firm for me. The amenities are pretty good. They have plenty of complimentary items but you have to go to the front desk to get them, they don't seem to have much staff available to bring things up. Other than that rooms were quiet, showers hot, breakfast was the typical fair, pancakes, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy was a nice southern touch. The location is fantastic for having quick access to the surrounding areas.

Outstanding! The desk people are out of this world friendly. Jemi, the lady at the night desk save my butt when I was trying to download some important documents on their computer. Place is really clean, absolutely well run, quiet and you can't beat the people!

Beautiful accommodations next to the conference center. Nice hot tub and pool. It's out of the way of Tulsa but right on the highway to be in town quickly.

This is a great place to stay. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well organized. A lot of fresh towels available. The rooms are spacious and modern. The coffee tea and hot chocolate bar was always clean and stocked. There were available toiletries.

Had a wonderful stay! It was very clean, staff was very friendly, and the bed was SO comfortable! I have no complaints at all about this hotel and would recommend over anything in the middle of the city. Will stay again!

Do not stay here if you are a smoker!. I got a suite here while my in-laws were in town visiting. My father in law put the rooms on his card. I went out to smoke and put my cigarette out. Instead of throwing it on the ground I took it inside up to my room and threw it away in the trash can. We left for lunch with the family. While we were gone the maids came in to clean. When we got back there was a note on our table that we were being charged $250 for a deep cleaning fee for smoking in the room. I went to the desk and asked them about it and they told showed a pic of the trash can sitting next to our luggage bag and said that was proof that we must of smoked in the room. We immediately checked out and will never use a holiday inn again. We had recommended this hotel to many friends and used it for a wedding and always stayed here several times a year. But will never stay here again after the way they treated is for throwing a cigarette butt away in the trash instead of throwing it on the ground.

Great staff that help you with any questions or information you need. Very clean large indoor pool so you can swim even when it 20° outside. Also a great gym to work out in. Really clean nice rooms. If you forget something no problem. They will help you at the front desk. Large selection of hot breakfast in the morning.

Great hotel with great amenities. The rooms are fully equipped with everything. The pool is nice. Staff is great.

We had some family come in from out of town. Looked great inside. They said their beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay, our grand got to go swimming while I sat in the hot tub. The room was nice, bed comfortable and had a really nice continental breakfast.

We had adjoining rooms on the 2nd floor. The whole place was clean, coffee, tea, hot chocolate available 24-7 in the lobby, great little kitchenette in each room.

I couldn't find anything to complain about. It was clean, smelled good, breakfast was as good as any holiday inn Express ever is. Convenient to shopping and food. Well lit parking lot. Not in a sketchy area. One of the showers appeared to have been re-caulked by a drunk monkey using his toes, but hey, at least it had clean caulk.

Nothing exciting to report. That being said, nothing terrible to report. Overall a nice place.

Rooms are very nice. The staff were friendly and the location is convenient to the highway and restaurants. Plenty of parking and room for 18 wheelers as well.

Spotless place, very comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Tasty breakfast too. Pleasant staff.

My stay here is always great, this time was even better than before. I will be staying here again when I'm in this area.

This hotel was impeccable! We had a suite which was a huge room and only $10 more than the regular room. There was tons of seating, a large coffee table, a couch and a huge desk and office chair. Our room had two beds which were very comfortable and CLEAN. The staff was so courteous and pleasant. They have a wonderful selection of hot and cold breakfast downstairs in the morning. Since I was there visiting my children and their families, I will definitely be returning. Wonderful.

Very Accommodating and Very nice and clean. They made sure that I had room on the ground floor to accommodate my husband who is disabled. The room and bath were spotless and fresh. The pool and hot tub were beautifully maintained, my children enjoyed it very much. I will be very happy to stay there again when in the area.

Stayed in a double queen room. Came with a mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Nice room & amenities. Free breakfast was OK. Hotel was clean & comfortable beds. Hotel was close to the Bently ballpark where our team was playing. Also close by were Starbucks, Walmart & restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This is a new hotel. Rooms may be smallish, but beds were great. They always have coffee in the lobby. Complimentary breakfast was good with great variety.

The hotel itself is nice, pretty new hotel — staff was friendly and the room was clean. Other than that the stay was terrible. The loudest hotel I've ever stayed in — kids screaming down the hall, maids banging around cleaning rooms ALL day, the screens on the windows of the room weren't screwed on well and so every gust of wind that blew sounded like the window was shaking and going to fall off (that's a big deal since we're in Oklahoma and wind blows pretty bad here). The king size bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, it was so bad I pulled out the sofa bed and slept on that for most of our stay. I'll definitely stay away from Holiday Inn Express for a little bit.
