Our junior suite was very clean and comfortable. Loved the art work in the lobby and the fitness room. My son was a huge fan of the Pavilion Pantry 😛.

My new favorite hotel anywhere! I highly recommend you book a room! From the second I arrived I was greeted by the friendliest most helpful staff who, throughout our stay, were always a joy. The lobby is so fresh and cute I spent my early mornings sipping coffee, knitting and people watching there. We walked into town multiple times and found the location to be perfect — plenty close to all the amazing Downtown Asheville action but also just outside the reality noisy areas. Simply perfect. I’ve already booked my next trip and once again the front desk manager, Ashley was beyond helpful (I made a mistake with my reservation that was entirely my doing and she was so kind and really went above and beyond to help me). I know that this Hilton is my Asheville home base for all future travel to the area. Sparkling clean rooms, super easy parking and I have to mention the staff once again. The Front Desk Manager, Ashley is clearly a gem and leading a team of folks that make you feel comfortable and welcome. Stay here! You will love it.

I was relocating cross country from CA to NC and this was the last hotel of my trip. Great room for my cats and me! very spacious for my cats and the rooftop bar was exceptional for an appetizer & drink. I will definitely stay again now that I'm a new resident of NC and plan to visit Asheville many more times!

Beautiful hotel, but heat didn’t work in the room, and all night we heard their shuttle bus beeping while reversing to leave the property! Rooms overlook the parking lot way to noisy. Rooms are so tiny for a family. The staff was very nice.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here and it’s been extremely clean with great amenities. They have a roof top bar and restaurant with great views along with a lobby breakfast restaurant also. Rooms are big and clean. I don’t think this place is more than a couple years old at the most. . 5 miles walk and you’re right in the heart of downtown.

Great customer service from front desk. Room was clean and well appointed, nicely decorated. Lobby restaurant was great for breakfast and had attentive servers. Parking deck had a reduced daily rate and was easy access. Great location to walk several blocks down College Street to the downtown area for food and drinks. Would stay her again when in the area.

This location doesn't have the same amenities that I've come to expect from Hilton properties. No valet, super tiny pool, and no hot tub. They also have live music at the rooftop bar until 10pm, so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who needs to turn in early and get some sleep. They do have a shuttle service to downtown, but not until 3pm. It was overall a decent stay, but not what I expected for the price and especially from Hilton.

Nice room, Good breakfasts. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from downtown which was very nice. The hotel is in a great location also. Short walk to many stores and restaurants. There is also a park close by that has weekend concerts. There is a rooftop bar at the top of the hotel that is nice to enjoy the sunset.

I was there on a girls weekend for about four days. The service of the people in the restaurant and in the hotel itself was excellent. The rooftop bar area was beautiful and had areas inside and out. Definitely a place to enjoy! They had cold water during the day that was fruit infused. A wonderful treat!

Location is great and awesome that they have a shuttle service. Also very cool that they are a pet-friendly hotel (a feature that a great many guests seemed to utilize). Hotel is clean and modern and rooms are furnished with the standard amenities one would expect these days. Inclusion of a microwave and mini fridge is always appreciated as well. Would definitely utilize this location again if I require a stay in Asheville.

The staff really makes this place great. Location is super convenient if you plan on visiting The Biltmore, took us 8 minutes to get there. Quick access to restaurants and other attractions like the Arboretum and the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center. The breakfast at the Pillar Restaurant was great, our kids enjoyed it. Self parking was convenient, there are shuttles available but we did not need to use them. Rooftop bar offered a nice view and it felt pretty intimate. Good wine selection too. We'll be back :)

Nice hotel in a great location with easy walkability in downtown Asheville. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, although I can't speak to the quality of the restaurant or bar since I didn't try them. Downtown Asheville is full of great places to eat and drink within walking distance, so I didn't limit myself to the hotel.

Probably the biggest Hilton Garden Inn I've ever stayed at. Was greeted at check-in with free cocktail and cake. Room was very nicely decorated and modern. Great rooftop bar with interesting cocktails. Quality, cooked to order breakfast (corned beef hash was good)

Best cooked breakfast I've had at a hotel in recent memory. Excellent location downtown with a secure parking area for normal sized vehicles. The hotel was booked for me by my company without checking height restrictions on parking. The staff went out of their way to allow my vehicle to be parked on the main lot. I had to be manually let in the exit because my vehicle would not clear the entrance. They were kind enough to not make me park in a lot a block away. On top of this incredible service, the hotel sports a neat rooftop bar the overlooks the Blue Ridge Mountains. And if you happen to land a room on the same side as the bar, you too may be fortunate enough to watch a sunset over this picturesque location from your own window.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a trip to Asheville. They had everything we needed and were extremely accommodating and helpful! What we didn't have, they had at the front desk complimentary or at the small convenient store in the hotel. The rooftop bar, Pillar, was a great addition. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful, especially the blonde front office manager although we forgot her name.

Beautiful hotel and really nice staff. We requested an accessible room with a roll in shower but when we got here no regular rooms were ready so they upgraded us to a junior suite. No complaints there. We will definitely be back.

My husband is a soldier home for R&R during the holidays. He had to drive back today to meet his deadline and be back on base in time. Well unfortunately he was stranded due to bad weather in the Asheville area and all roads were closed. This beautiful and welcoming Hotel allowed my husband along with many others who were stranded with no hotel room to sleep in the conference room and also provided both blankets and pillows. I thank you very much that was so much appreciated. Happy new year.

Nice new contemporary hotel with great location. Breakfast is pretty solid, included as Honors Gold. Shuttle to downtown isn't necessary but nice to have. King room had some awkward space that could be filled with a chair or small love seat. Service is great! Parking is pretty cheap and convenient.

The Hilton Garden Inn is centered in a great location in downtown Asheville. This hotel provides some of the best amenities as well as astonishing rooms. If you are visiting Asheville Hilton Garden Inn is a place you must stay!

About 3 blocks from downtown so easy to walk, plus they have a shuttle during the evening. Nice hotel, cool rooftop bar with live music some nights. Clean rooms and relatively updated but not quite 5 star. Some noise from the hallways but good view of the mountains (over the parking garage of course). Wish they had more places to hang and dry towels in the bathroom. Did like that you could use your room key to get in and out of the parking garage.

Hotel was nice, but everything that could of went wrong did.
Picked a 5th floor room (no warning a band was going to be playing all night on the roof and then to hear foot steps above until 3am. No sleep, we moved rooms and since my family got no sleep; we didn’t even enjoy downtown Asheville. We also had shower issues and the heat wouldn’t go up to keep warm when the temp dropped to mid 20s this past weekend. Called for help several times for both room issues. Hilton corporate had to help get my room changed. I’ve asked for partial refund. I could have stayed home. Next time it will be back at Hilton At Biltmore Park. We got up at 5am and left. Also, always out off complementary coffee. Nice place but not a Hilton.

We just hosted a conference here for NCSPRA. Convenient to literally everything downtown. Rooms excellent. Food super. Hospitality energetic and responsive to all our needs. Strongly recommended!

Very disappointed in this Hilton garden inn. Usually have a great stay at garden inns. The staff here acted odd. I booked with Hilton app using points. Once I got to the property I went in to get key to get in parking garage, drove to garage and key did not work. Then got that fixed. Stay was okay. Left and got home a few days later and got an outrageous bill on my credit card. I booked by points! I had to call and get this straighten out. Vacation should be relaxing, not a hassle. Ball dropped. Epic fail. Left bad taste in my mouth, and I am a diamond Hilton member.

1st time staying here — new look and feel was nice. Visited the roof top bar = 1st class great view and atmosphere. We had a fifth floor room facing Charlotte st and very noisy when traffic was there — especially at 7am! At 8:30 am the housekeeping staff was banging on the door already — NOT COOL! We had breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby and could have been much better — the biscuits tasted like they were left over, and omelets and biscuit gravy were a hint above room temperature. Come on guys you’re better than this!

Had a great week staying here. Rooms are new and more modern feeling. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle to downtown if you don't want to walk half a mile. We didn't have any issues during our stay. The location was convenient, being near major roads out of town, but still walking distance to restaurants.

Awesome stay this weekend. Great rooms, friendly staff, good location. Our favorite was the rooftop bar with amazing live music. Only drawback was the breakfast wasn't that great.

Definitely a new hotel. Blackout curtains are amazing in the room. The roof top bar is comfortable and has nice views. Close to downtown bars and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Great hotel! Comfy beds, great rooftop bar, clean rooms and a free shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up from downtown. A couple of downsides: bathrooms are small, shower is very narrow and has hardly and water pressure, parking is $8, no free breakfast ($13 for a buffet). Overall nice hotel being so close to downtown.

Nice newer looking hotel. Rooms were very nicely decorated, as was the hotel itself. This hotel does have a rooftop bar/restaurant. My dad and I went up there for a nice cold drink after a long hot motorcycle ride, but were sadly disappointed. The bartender was cold and distant, as was management that was assisting him. We were the only people at the bar, and didn't get a "hi" or a drink for that matter for at least ten minutes. We seemed to not be a priority. We came back to this bar at the end of the night again, and waited at least ten minutes and again got no service. We ended up leaving not very happy at all. Front desk staff was very nice. They also have a complementary shuttle to take you anywhere in downtown Asheville. If you prefer to walk to shops/restaurants, you are only a short 8 min walk. Would stay here again, pretty much because we liked the location.

I was beyond pleased with the Staff, from the very first phone call to the minute I checked out, Lauren at the front desk took that initial call and greeted Us a upon arrival, She went out of Her way to make sure My guest and I had everything We asked for, She is certainly an asset. The room was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. Bathroom and shower were spotless. The view from Our room was beautiful. The lobby of the hotel was breathtaking and well kept. I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the downtown area. I would STRONGLY recommend this Hilton to anyone planning to stay in Ashville. You will not be disappointed.

Hotel was very close to downtown. Reasonable price for the room. Cool rooftop bar with live acts. Everyone was very nice on the hotel staff. I would stay again.

I really enjoyed the karaoke at the Pillar Rooftop Bar and the bartender, Jeremy, was very personable and friendly. On that note I was visiting a friend at the hotel in the early morning and had a run in with the security guard that I didn't feel was handled appropriately but after speaking with the manager who was cordial and courteous over the phone, I felt the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I would recommend the Pillar Rooftop Bar for it's beautiful view, karaoke, gorgeous bathroom, and fun staff.

Our fifth floor room was great, and we loved the sixth floor bar. Good drinks, good food, and friendly, helpful staff. But breakfast in the first floor restaurant was the pits. We had a waiter who looked like a gas station attendant. Scruffy beard, tattooed arms, shirt tail not tucked in. Just scuzzy. And he consistently dropped plates and silverware into the box where they were collected, completely insensitive to the noise he was making. We would have had a better breakfast at Burger King. My omelette was over cooked and rubbery. Home fries were over cooked and hard. And the noise was constant and oppressive.

Real awesome hotel. It was just built so its pretty brand new. The staff is super friendly… and it is a stones throw from everything you can need. Restaurants, shopping, bars, clubs is just a walk away. There is a really cool park nearby that has events. I was there the same weekend Asheville pride was happening and so there was a ton of people just having fun and enjoying themselves. Such a cool town… if you want to stay in a great hotel. This is the place!

The Hilton is a decent place. Clean. But they charge for everything. $12 Parking, $45 for breakfast, okay Wi-Fi. At that was free, yet if you want better than speed of dial up you have to pay for it. Outdoor pool. : (. Nice enough staff.

Great location near the heart of the city. Had a great check in process. And breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a great way to start the morning.

The front staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The pillows were great! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. And, the rooftop bar was a nice addition to the whole experience.

Enjoyed brunch at the Iron Hen. Staff was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the kitchen didn't have any hollandaise for their three Benedict entrees. I think the coffee could be improved on. Sides are by request and not listed on the menu. Overall, the experience and outside seating was enjoyable for brunch.

I've stayed at over 100 Hilton Hotels across the world. I have to say this is in my top 5. Brand new helps of course. But the staff was amazing. The rooms were incredible. Location is somewhat on the outskirts of downtown, but still downtown. Short 5 minute walk. Honestly I loved everything about this place. By far the best Hilton Garden Inn I have been to.
