You can turn on the fan always on for white noise! The refurbished rooms are great. Beds are comfortable, and furniture is simple but nice. Shades work very well. Relatively quiet hotel. Took kids to the indoor pool and have to ding a star there; the floor was dangerously slippery, and the water seemed to have very little chlorine.

We were on the first floor, room was fantastic, looked great and was a good size. Service was okay, nothing special, but not bad. Breakfast could have been better.

This has got to be, by far, the BEST holiday Inn in all of New England. I have stayed in about 50 or so and I have never had such a comfortable, accommodating, priced-right hotel such as this property. I have extended my stay and will be staying here from now on when I'm in the area.

I left home with my phone charger but forgot my adapter to plug it in while in the room. I asked the lady checking us in and she said no, no one had one I could borrow for an hour. Luckily during the late night shift I needed to find the ice machine and Tonya was working. She gave me directions to the ice and said oh yes we have a drawer of chargers. I was so thankful so I could get in touch with my family. Thank you Tonya for being helpful and looking out for a guest! The bedroom had some stains on the floor, and not enough lighting, but the jacuzzi tub was relaxing.

Very clean. Always friendly and comfortable and worked with us when we had our original reservation elsewhere had cancelled. We greatly appreciated it.

Very nice staff, room was very clean, no complaints what so ever. 2md time staying and both were great service.

The hotel was very nice, most of the employees were pleasant. I had 2 rooms on March 21-23 charged to my credit card and the holds have still not dropped off its April 3. I put calls in and the employees tell me they can't remove them to call my credit card. Called back and they sent me to the General Managers voicemail. Called a few more times no responses. I called credit card and they say hotel has to release the. Just called and they told me the general manager Mr. Brown only works 9-3. I said call him an tell him to call me immediately. I'm tired of being neglected. They can't promise me anything the gentleman Kevin answered. Well as far as anyone using this hotel if you want your holds released don't use them. We never did any damage and didn't put any charges on the room. My whole family stayed here for my dad's memorial and no one but me is having an issue. Never again Holiday Inn Express. I will also be notifying Holiday Inn express corporate office for the lack of response. If it was their money being held you see how fast they would be wanting it released.

Beautiful hotel!, The nicest people working there that you could ever meet, not joking. UNLIKE THE ONE NEAR THE UDC — (downtown Binghamton), this one had a manager and security gaurd who sat with my friend when he didn't feel well. Very very nice people, gave me some extra shampoos they know I love :) would deff go back there. Do not go to the holiday inn in downtown binghamton. Go to this one! The other has a nasty manager, white hair old and thinks he's funny but isn't. GO TO THIS ONE — > NOT — > TO THE ONE NEAR THE ARENA — unless you want to be with narcissists who think their profilers and running their mouths to anyone that would listen…

The hotel in general was in a good condition. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I like the omelette they offered in the breakfast. However, the hotel seemed to need some renovation. I saw some wallpaper off the wall.

The hotel is fairly nice and conveniently located. The room was clean, but had some big chips in the tub and the plug/lightswitch in the bathroom was coming away from the wall. The fridge and microwave in the room are nice and the breakfast in the morning has good selection. The location near restaurants and some shopping is also convenient.

We were on the first floor and stayed one night. Our room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

I missed the suite (1 bd), instead they gave me a king room with a bathtub next to it. No suites at this location, yet every hotel around it, appears to have that and kitchenettes for the standard, or less, room rate. Very disappointed.

As a HIE… this is a five… the basic room has desk area, lounge chair, lots of lights, fridge, micro, coffee and a fairly roomy bath… lobby is retro, roomy and cool… parking is plenty. In the lobby, they have cookies and chocolates (surprising) … breakfast area is large… If you like HIE's… you'll like this one.

Really nice hotel. Clean, fresh rooms. Comfortable beds. Very close to campus. Breakfast was great. Have stayed 3 times. Will continue to come back.

The jacuzzi suite was great. Everything was clean. The room was modern and the kitchenette had all the dishes and storage containers we needed.

The hotel room itself was pretty good, except toilet doesn't flush well. But room was clean. I took off two stars as breakfast room needed attention and one side of the toaster didn't work. The breakfast area could have been cleaner/neater is my biggest complaint.

Hotel and guest room was clean and bed was quite comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again when I am back in this area.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well kept. The hotel is clean and quiet. Staff are extremely polite and make the experience pleasant. The bathrooms are clean… very clean. Sheets on the bed crisp clean and white. Will be back to this location next year for sure. By the way, hot delicious breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at this Holliday Inn for one week. Everyone was great, the room was clean. The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. All staff was professional. Thanks for a vacation that was great.

My family stays here every time they visit me at college. We've stayed at 3 other hotels in the area over the years and this is by far our favorite. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and reasonably priced, the free breakfast is tasty, and the employees are all friendly. Even on the few occasions we've had issues (mechanical issues with the door locks, mostly, nothing with the service or the rooms themselves) they have been very understanding and accommodating. I know my family will never stay anywhere else when they come up!

Very clean and the people are friendly. Outstanding quality. They raised the bar for me. I normally stay in inexpensive hotels so results… errr. Vary. This one is inexpensive and very nice. You will love this place.

We stayed at this hotel overnight for our trip from Toronto to NYC during xmas holidays. It was our first time stopping over at this hotel. I booked this hotel because of many good reviews. And I must say, they were all right. The hotel was clean, the receptionist was friendly, and the room was bigger than I expected. It had two queen beds, a couch, a little kitchen with microwave and disposable cutlery, a dining table, and TV. Wifi speed was good as kids could stream Netflix. The beds were soft and comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was usual one, but good. The neighbourhood has a lot of other hotels and shops close by though closed on xmas eve. Overall, we were happy with our stay and wouldn't mind staying again next time on our trip to NYC.

I've stayed at 85% of the hotels in this area since I visit so frequently and this is the best for the price so far. Better breakfast's, better amenities, nice rooms. Not the greatest view but it beats the creepy desk attendants at the other hotels. This is my top choice and I think most will agree with me.

I consider myself a hotel snob (not by choice but out of necessity). I'm super picky about where I'm staying. When I first heard that my company would only pay for a Holiday Inn, I wasn't too happy. But to my great surprise, this hotel is probably THE best hotel I've stayed in. It was sooooo clean, beyond any hotel that I've stayed in before (and I've stayed in quite a lot). The bathroom was very nice, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the bed was very comfy. I would definitely stay here again. It's close to shopping malls, the movies, tons of restaurants. When I come back to this area in May, I will book a room at this hotel. Holiday Inn, thank you!
